Customer service is really bad. Sales associate Robert and Reba were really rude. I was only trying to help the lady behind me and my family. The lady was with her husband and baby. She told Robert that she doesn't speak English so I overheard and told the lady in Spanish "what do you need help in" the lady said she just wants a Ballon.

Sir Robert turned and told Reba to start blowing up balloons because we wanted balloons. The lady just wanted one. So I kept talking to the lady that needed help I was talking to her in Spanish and sir Robert kept hashing us .

I think it's ridiculous that you can't return merchandise to dollar tree that you don't need or for whatever reason with receipt and unopened package and receive your money back, you can only receive a even exchange, or in store credit, that's not right at all, should be able to get my money back, seems how I paid with it, I will never shop at dollar tree again

i made a purchase and the cashier who was very rude and spoke to me in Spanish said my transaction was denied. i knew that was wrong so went in to check my bank since it was a debit card i was using. surely enough it was withdrawn from my account . she called someone on the phone ( im supposing a supervisor) who said the system sometimes did that. i called my bank and they confirmed it was approved by them that the dollar tree system automatically did a reversal . i am very upset at the treatment i have received by the representative who shouted that i had to respect her( in spanish) when i asked for corporates information.

I was at 2701 SW College Road in Ocala Florida today 10/26/2022 when my special needs/Autistic son started shaking the candy machine as I was correcting him one of the male employees (no name tag on) young guy with ear buds in his ears running a register raised his voice to my son loading saying "HEY BUDDY CUT THAT OUT" he was loud enough to get everyone's attention around. I worked at Dollar Tree and had to quit due to my manager, Cheryl M. Dalessandro, consistently being drunk or high on pain medication while on the job. Because she was so out of it she would count my drawer wrong and I was suddenly getting written up when I'd never been written up before.

It was brought to the attention of our district manager Eric Buchanan who simply told our store manager Tammy Huston to drug test Cheryl, which was never done. For the sake of not being fired I quit. Tammy is a terrible store manager and rude to employees and customers alike.

Very rude, disrepectful and very unprofessional employee: The store in question is Dollar Tree 6232 Mission St. Daly City, Ca. 94014 (415) 570-0090. My name is Teresa Muhlenkort and I had a very unprofessional experience with a Dollar Tree employee by the name of Nancy on 53rd st and Meridian in Wichita, Ks right across from the Walmart Supercenter. I recently visited the Dollar Tree on Pennell Road in Aston, PA this week and was appalled at the condition of the store. The shelves were empty but more importantly, the floor was filthy dirty. Where is management? There were 2 very young boys working at the time; one was stocking shelves and the other one was on the register.

They had to be no more than 16 years old, which is fine but to only have those 2 working the store during the day when there are quite a few people shopping seems ridiculous. I also visited the Dollar Tree in Chadds Ford which is completely different - the store is well stocked and CLEAN.

I work at the one in Prescott Arizona and they may be friendly but they sure as hell dont treat employees right. Especially those who have medical conditions. I have to sit and work and for 3 weeks now I have not been provided with anything regarding my medical condition and doctors note.

My manager at the Manchester Connecticut Dollar Tree schedules most hours for her family members and I'm expected to survive on 10-15 hours a week. I've told her that I have a religious right to not work on the Sabbath but she still violates my religious right by scheduling me to work on the Sabbath.

Dollar Tree loses good employees because no one can survive on 10-15 hours a week and the manager yells at us if we use the item void when there's a line of over 10 customers. For years I have been buying Basics Hypoallergenic bar soap at your store in Tonawanda, NY, Delton Plaza. It used to come in a pack of 3 for $1. Then it came in a pack of 2. I went in there about 4 months ago and there were none.

Figured you were just out of it. You never got it back! I have very sensitive skin and that is the only soap that I can use. Now I just had to order it from Amazon and it cost me $15, plus $5 to ship!
