As a long time customer at dollar tree, I have never experienced an employee with such a bad attitude and poor customer service at the dollar tree on telegraph Rd in the city of Sta Fe Spring CA store. I have a complaint of today's store visit (August 28th 2022) I was at the store approximately 2:05pm) with an employee called 'Violet' so she said that was her name.

I asked for a restroom key to find out they didn't have any key with them and only the manager( Ana) who wasn't there , had it. I asked if they had the men's restroom key and said the same thing.

Hello Sir/madam I’m writing you this email to complain on a dollar tree store manger she framed me of stealing and yelling at me in front of everyone I understand shoplifting happens at your store but I would never shoplift I come from a very wealthy family she framed me with out evidence I even told her show me the cameras if I was stealing she refused I asked her what made think I would such thing like that she kicked me out.

Your Store at Northwest Plaza, Baltimore Md needs immediate attention! It is dirty, poorly staffed & cluttered with merchandise boxes stacked in the aisles while shelves are practically empty! Contents of snack bags (pretzels) were scattered on the shelves. Such poor management & unsafe conditions of a retail store is beyond belief.

Such negligence is unconscionable & unacceptable. Frankly, the deplorable condition of the Store that I once enjoyed as a favorite community store is offensive & appalling! Shame on you Corporate for not having a systemic approach to oversight & accountability!

Filled out an application went to an interview he acted like I got the job said he'd call me that afternoon or the next day didn't so the third day I called him and he said he filled the job . That store is closed at least 2 days a week and you only hire people part-time I think you need to hire full-time employees reliable employees which I am a reliable employee I had the same job for over 5 years and

Store at 1504 gause Slidell has to be the most rude and pitiful of all stores. I walked out again,12th in line, other customers asking the one cashier to get another cashier to open, she replied their too busy and ignored everybody in line , so people started walking out , like I did at least 3 other timesi didn't have my phone, so look at your cameras

This is what my local DT looks like. The store is always a mess, the lines are long and some cashiers smell so bad. I would be ashamed to work in that store and is why I hardly go there.

In July I bought some 2022 decorations. Most stores give customers a 60 day return policy.

Your manager at Dollar Tree, 2783 Medina Road, Medina Ohio, store 7904 said she already packed up 2022 merchandise and any returns had to be back before then but I should know that. How would I know that she was packing merchandise and what can be returned and what can't if it is within a month. Is she making up her own store policy?

I went in and bought multiple things including three six pack foam coolers. When I went to pay the cashier was an elderly lady who is very rude and unhappy with her job. She couldn't wait to go on break and was complaining to some sort of manager that was on shift..

She rang up my items and stuck the lids to my cooler in a bag. When I left the store I didn't realize that I did not get the actual coolers. I called back immediately and got the rude employee who had said she was the only one working and no coolers had sold.

I reminded her that she had given me a basket to take all the stuff outside. She said she would check and see if the coolers were still on the counter. " I went in the following day and there sat the coolers on the counter, missing the lids she had given me.

I usually shop at the location on International Blvd. in Oakland, CA with my daughter and dog. I would have my dog in the shopping cart when I do come in, and nobody ever complained. Today on 8/23/22, an employee told me I couldn't have my dog in the cart. I get it.

My problem with that are nobody ever complained, and Dollar Tree should post a national flyer in every store stating there's no dogs allowed in store or in the shopping carts. If its sanitation purposes, employees should be cleaning these carts daily regardless, dog or no dog. 25 or more.

I should go back to this store and find that employee again, let her know I'm pressing charges against her, that store and Dollar Tree in general. She was very rude about it, her approach was ratchet and unprofessional.

August 23, 2022 On August 17, 2022, your employee, Mike unknown last name, the store Manager of Dollar Tree Glendive West Plaza, Glendive, MT 59330, fired Tyler R for calling in sick. Tyler had been at the hospital earlier that day, gave 8 vials of blood and had numerous tests.

Your employee did not once try remediation, nor did he give a reason for termination. He was sick. He had not missed any prior workdays. This was Tyler’s first job. He is 16. I am an employee at dollar tree and I think our district manager needs to come take a visit the warehouse is a mess there are boxes just sitting on the floor instead of on the shelf it's been on the floor since inventory there are employees doing there job and it's hard to keep up when the whole store isn't working as a team there is only so much one person can keep doing before they quit.

The staff at the store are rude and talk to u like ur trash. They actually called the police on me, because I used a shopping cart to push my purchase of 118$ worth of items home. Which I always returned.

I went to the dollar tree in martinsburg wv on eagle school road. I had seen on the web page that any dollar tree would put helium in a foil Ballon regardless of where the balloon was bought. I asked to do this. Offered to pay.

It was for my grandsons 1st birthday and his mother bought a balloon online. They refused but when I tried to ask questions the manager yelled over me have a nice day mama do the other 30 people in line could laugh.

I then used not so nice words and left the store. have a nice day mama as loud as could. She was nasty.

One of the associates bumped into me and then looked at me and said excuse you. When I asked him who treats a customer like that, two other associates walked out and started defending him and yelling at me. I raised my voice back at them, but not once had to use profanity.

I was at your store located on Seminola and Winters Park Drive in Casselberry Florida on Sunday August 14th. As I approached the register I fell. I was able to get up very quickly but what really shocked me was the fact that there was an employee not 2 ft away from me and I think or I hope there was a manager or a assistant manager somewhere in the building. Neither your cashier who was stalking something right at the register area nor anyone else in the store came to assist me or to ask me if I was okay.

On Tuesday the 16th I ended up having to go to the emergency room because of the amount of pain I was in. It turns out that I bruised a couple of ribs as a result of the Fall.

Well first of all. I was a store manager of dollar tree in 2018 in Seneca south Carolina. And 2021 to 2022 in Easley Piedmont and cherrydale south Carolina. We got a new district manager we had Kasey Kelly brown.

And now have Peter Breedon. Pete has verbally harassed me since day 1 of meeting him he threatened me with my store of Easley because Kasey wanted me to be in her district I'm cherrydale they got into a huge argument over it and then Pete decides to call corporate on Kasey and HR.

It is my choice as a employee to choose whew I want to work. I was promised a raise that I never got. I was promised a store that I never got. I got threatened by Pete that if I didn't go back to my store in Easley after helping Kasey in cherrydale like I was told to do.

I am NOT complaining and I wasn’t sure if I did this in the right place. I really wanted to commend Mark at the KNIGHTDALE, NC store for his kindness, willingness to help and overall jovial disposition. I bought $111 worth of votives ALL Of which needed to be wrapped in newspaper and he was happy to oblige!

Then he watched my stuff while I went to pull my car around to the front of the store and helped me load everything into the car because the carts can’t go out the door. Thank you Mark for being such a bright spot in my day!

I am Vietnam disabled veteran shopping at the store. I was denied using the mens rest room even though womans restroom was available. One of the employees informed me that key to rest room was at the front counter and was available.

I asked cashier for key but was denied and asked store manager if I could use rest room. Manager by name of Tracie informed me , rest room is hers and can't be used. Then she said mens room is broken while other employee said it was available.

I informed Tracie that I would report store and herself to Health Dept for denying me access to rest room. She responded " do so, go ahead".

Rude employees and the manager was very unprofessional and rude as well my family and I where treated horrible and where asked to leave the store and where told not come back because one of our children accidentally dropped a jar on the floor and it broke we offered to pay for it and help clean up the mess … and they still asked us to leave … this is a small community and one of the only places to shop for value items and

Dollar Tree location on Sacramento Drive in Alexandria Virginia is a disgrace to your company. They don’t keep consistent hours They close for a day or two for inventory You would think while doing inventory they would clean and organize the store The store is always and I do mean always filthy and trashed.

I went into the Dollar Tree on US one in St Augustine FL. Now. I USED to go there before Covid. The store then, wax clean, picked up , neat and tidy. Today, I walked into a total trash heap!

It looked like the store had been ransacked! Products on the floor , everywhere! Nothing in its place. I saw food on the floor that looked old. I mean , it was horrible. I asked the checkout people what happened. They said nothing.

I said it never used to look like this. The people behind me says it has been worse. The stuff on the floor was things people could fall on. You are asking for a lawsuit if someone does. I am sorry I did not take pictures.

I’m not one to complain but I’m sorry to say your Hugo, OK is one of the trashiest stores I’ve been. Things laying on the floor, boxes everywhere, can’t even get down some of the aisle because of the mess. It’s really bad and I thought y’all might want to know before you lose anymore business.

Went to Dollar Tree Bloomington, IL . Had a basket with quite a few items. Set it on the belt to be checked out. Our checker's name was Tami and this was on 8/14/22. She dumped all the contents of our basket on the belt sending everything flying.

I checked over breakables and nothing was broken, but cards I bought were scattered everywhere so I made sure all the envelopes were there. I looked at her like what the heck. She glared at me and I glared back.

She then proceeded to check me out and I paid and she never said thank you. She was very rude and unkind. I usually go to the stores in Champaign. They welcome you in the store and are very pleasant.

, Your Homestead Florida store @ 120 NE 8th st Homestead 33030, repeatedly will have a line of shoppers lined up from the register all way down the aisles. Repeatedly! I asked one employee today if they could open another register to which she replied " go ask the person on the register now". ".

Why are all of the dollar stores in Douglasville Georgia and surrounding areas floors so filthy. That is very unsanitary. Especially because food is sold out of there. I will be reporting all of these stores to public health department.

I arrived at the dollar tree store at 17931 E. Warren location at 9:58 in the morning. The store did not open until 10:12 in the morning. While shopping, I approached an aisle way where one of the employees were stocking.

Due to the store closing on Nickerson Blvd, I went to the one on the corner of Mercury and Pembroke Ave. Upon arriving, the outside of the store was littered in trash. Looks to me the trash had been there for more than a week, as it was mushed into the ground..looked like someone dumped a bag of trash in the parking lot. The store was ill stocked. If it were seasonal items it was stocked, but everyday items were not. I only saw two people who were working. A young manager (whom I spoke to and he disregarded me) and a cashier.

I was very disappointed. The store on Nickerson was never understocked and was always clean.

Hello I'm from Shreveport la and every time I come to dollar tree on youree drive it's always one checker a when u ask is all the workers on break they either un loaded a truck are some. This day 8/13 I asked the manager can she come and help check she said she almost done un loaded truck and she will be on.

I been standing in line for about 25 minutes now and manager still un loading truck. This doesn't make sense at all. A d the cashier has rung bell and the manager still haven't came.

I live in both NC and NY. I would love to know why the store in Lynbrook, NY on Long Island is always absolutely disgusting. There are boxes all over, merchandise all over the floors, nothing is organized or put where you would think it belongs.

I love DT’s all over and I do lots of crafts so I spend lots of time and money in your stores but the Long Island stores have never come close to stores in other areas. Please have someone from corporate make a surprise visit to a few stores and see what a disaster looks like especially Lynbrook.

I was in line with a customer in front of me that the cashier obviously knew because she was having a conversation with her while ringing my items up. After she was done, she gave me my total while speaking the the next customer behind but never said anything to me.

I was instantly offended and asked how come you spoke to everyone but me. Her response was she was sorry she has a lot going on. My response was I’m sure. I have been in customer service for 25 years and I always make it my business to speak to any customers as needed and training is necessary.

Today I went to Store #3853 916 Story Rd In San Jose CA, 95122-2629 US 669-212-4077 …. I accidentally dropped and broke a glass vase. I sent my son to inform the cashier about the broken glass on the floor.

“ The manager” CORREE witch was at the register at the time ignored him so I went to make sure the knew of the situation. She said she couldn’t do it all at once very annoyed. She then stopped what she was doing and went to clean it.

I visited the Dollar Tree on Shipyard in Wilmington, NC and it was SO hot that I could not shop and the cashiers were so hot they did not want to check anyone out. The thermometers in the store showed 78 degrees which is TOO hot for anybody to be working.

If you don't respect your cashiers you should respect your customers and turn up the AC. This is also the case at the College Road Wilmington NC place - its TOO hot to shop and I won't be back until I know its cool enough to shop. Carol Smith
