Dollar Tree

The dollar tree that I live right by at 555 Riverstone Parkway in Canton Ga. Closed early. The posted closing time is 10 pm I arrived at 9:50 and the doors were locked. The employees that were still inside gave me the throat slash motion indicating they were closed.

I live right next to this Dollar Tree and frequent this location often. I needed to pick up a couple of quick things here for my sons school project that was sprung on me at the last second. I do not appreciate having to drive 10 miles out of my way to Walmart to purchase these items, when I knew exactly what time this location closed and would have been in and out.

I will not be coming here any longer because of the employees laxidasical attitude towards a customer. And closing early which in turn lost you business. I know…

Y'all need to figure out what time you're going to close and what time you're going to open.

The first time I went into the store (Richmond Texas) I had an extremely bad experience with a horrible employee who yelled at my daughter. I went back today, giving the store another chance. Same employee yelled at my daughter again from three rows over for bouncing a soft rubber ball on the floor twice.

I then called the store later to talk to the manager only to find out she is the manager. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. She needs to be fired I called a different dollar tree in my area, (Katy)and the male manager was just as nice and friendly as can be.

So it’s not all dollar tree employees/managers that act this way.

Also you can just check that stores Google reviews and see many people complain about her as well. She is driving away your business.

I put what I was buying in a bag as I was shopping for some cat food and some miscellaneous items. An employee approached me and accused me of stealing. Mind you that I was shopping at that time. I showed them I had money and was purchasing these items but she continued to berate me.

So I went to cash out and then she accused me of stealing the soda I was carrying. When I pointed out that they didn't sell that size she said she was going in the back to check the camera.

After 20 minutes she came back and said nothing but the other person working said I could go. Not an apology nothing. After accusing me and embarrassing me in front of the whole store she couldn't do a simple apology and told me to leave before she calls the police.

I was at the Dollar Tree in Moses Lake, WA on Sunday, August 7, 2022. I bought balloons for my daughter's birthday. The associate refused to blow up the balloons because there were people in line. I told her no problem, that I would wait until the line was gone. I waited 25 minutes.

During which, she blew up balloons for another customer and told me I would have to wait. I continued to wait, then the associate, Austin, said she had to go on break and couldn't help me. Went to Dollar Tree in Dillingham Square in Woodbridge VA at 1030AM today. Doors locked and one employee standing outside waiting for someone to show up to open store. this is not the first time this has happened at that store.

I live in Madison, MS and visit your store on Grandview Blvd-the air conditioning is out in the store and has been out since March!!!!! I find this absolutely neglectful of your employees and customers!!!!!!! You have elderly customers that shop there and are sweating-it’s not only dangerous for the customers but it’s harsh working conditions for your employees!!!!!!!

I just stopped at your Norwich, NY store on Broad Street, at 7:50pm, along with another couple, to find it was not even 8:00pm, as your store claims closes at 8:00pm. The store was already at 7:50 pm, locked up and closed, with an employee in a lime green colored car already pulling out.

I went to the Family Dollar on Market Street in Wilmington, De on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 8:38. PM. Upon arrival another customer and I was told they were closing and didn't allow us entrance.

I ordered the Azul Coconut canned milk for the second time from Dollar Tree. The 1st time went flawlessly. This time when I placed an order for the same Azul Coconut milk, it was back ordered. A couple of friends of mine asked me to order some for them, which I did.

So, I ended up waiting for 3 orders that were backordered for the Azul canned coconut milk. Order #: EC469579144; Order #: EC470842808; Order #: EC472996769. We patiently waited for the backorder to clear and received notification that it was available for pickup from the Riverton WY Dollar Tree store.

Our Dollar Tree in Kennett, Mo. still has no air conditioning, so they close at 1:00pm. We stood in line with 10 people ahead of us, because there was only one checker working. Down the food isle 3 employees were standing and talking even after checker called for help.

You don't give your stores enough hours to have enough employees, to hold YOUR fucked over stores open and run them. Allow more hours to be given to employees that want to keep working for your company and keep your stores open FOR YOU, and maybe you're company won't go straight into the toilet. And you might be able to pay off everyone who wins they're lawsuits against you.

I was in the dollar tree in belleville michigan and went in for band aids because my husband hurt his hand. They had the band aid isle blocked off so i politely asked the employee if she could hand me a box of band aids.
