The Dollar Tree on Clements Ferry Rd in Charleston, SC all day today and several other times has been closed during business hours with the doors locked. There is no sign or anything the doors are just locked.

It's so sad when the Manger is walking around on her personal cell phone talking about customer and cursing around small children in the store on FaceTime. And talking on her phone on speaker with a man while checking customers out.

This is my main complaint she is always yelling at people when they are trying to come up with their funds to pay. One time she was yelling at a elderly lady who had to be about 80 years old.

And last night there was a single mom trying to get her money together. She yelled at the lady 'are you ready ma'am to check out. This is so sad when this behavior comes from a manager!

Store hours are constantly changing. Manager is very rude to the customers. According to the corporate office nothing should be over $1.25 but they are charging items for 3 to 5 dollars.

I’ve never been bullied at a retail store before! I let the first time go as everyone has a bad day. The berriville location has good t to be the worst. An older lady like myself (which is why I was willing to let it go) is not a good representation of any store that I will ever go to. Ugh

I went to the one in Copperas Cove,Tx. I don’t live in Cove I stay in Killeen which is like a 15 min drive. My daughter works at Taco Bell there so I dropped her off and decided to go to the Dollar tree in cove.

I got to register she did not greet me just rung me up put my light bulbs in the bag slung my bag to on the moving belt. I didn’t say anything I paid and waited for my receipt and she handed it to me with no thank you have a great day.

Just rude all the way around. I am a manger and will never treat people like that.

The Dollar tree on McPherson Ave in Fort Worth , Texas had only 5 shopping carts for the customers when I visited on July 12,2022. I just had pacemaker placement procedure and am not suppose to lifting things like the baskets.

I needed a cart and was told by the employee I had to wait on one. This is crazy and he he was very rude. I had to get a basket from the parking lot and it belong to the Tuesday Morning store.

What is the deal this store has been out of carts for well over a month.

Visited a Dollar tree store #12459 on Fenkell in Detroit Mi. A horrible dirty no stock on shelves filthy and no leadership present at this location, I'm very angry that this store needs to close, our community deserves better it is a store your company really doesn't care about, I'll never go there again

The Dollar Tree in New Tazewell,TN is absolutely in needing of better organization, there is items all over the floor and it just not a good shopping environment I've been in all different Dollar Tree stores and this one needs some serious TLC

My name is Bruce Pham and I am an employee at the 2425 S Winchester Bvld, Campbell, CA store. It is really hot to work at the store since our air conditioner is not working. There have been several instances when the customers would complain about how hot it is inside the store. Please fix the air conditioner as soon as possible. It is unbearable working in the heat. My manager's name is Robert Peterson. We don't want any customer to file a formal complaint and/or sue The Dollar Tree.

Not responding to my complaint.

She has been very disrespectful on several occasions. The latest being, not accepting a couple 1$ gold coins issued by the US government. I was very hungry and dug into coins I had saving, I left without food and did not eat that nite..

She mumbled derogatory remarks as she walked off and would not repeat them when asked to. She's been disrespectful on several occasions. A brittle sharpen stone with a chipped corner.. And had smart remarks that time as well... Thank you very much. Rusty Lee Valentine

I don't have a complaint. I want to compliment an employee in the store who is always pleasant ,friendly, and helpful. For years I want to do the survey online. The website is expired. So I call the corporate office.

Store #1652 the staff are harding working people. Very nice also. I wish it was easier to commend the store. I had to go through a complaint link on line. I will also try Google ratings. They opened a new store closer to my home.

The manager st Dollar Tree in Arnold,Missouri near Dierbergs is very very rude and unprofessional. I don't know his name but he is a short Mexican looking man probably in his late 50's. I go to this Dollar Tree a lot and every time I am their he is rude to the customers and talks about customers in front of customers that are in line, it's unbelievable.

I have witnessed this at least 10 times!! I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I mean he talks trash about them. Lol I'm like what is going on here!!! I would never recommend firing someone but this manager needs a talking too or let go. He's obviously not happy.

It really makes me feel uncomfortable when I go in his line to checkout.

Please reinstate the $1 price!!! Most of your items are NOT worth $1.25 and you know it. At least your greeting cards are still 2/$1. Quit caring so much about your profit margin, and start caring more about your customers, that is, if you even have a heart! I will be buying MUCH less to offset your price increase. I see greed here...you need to care more about the folks you serve and less about lining your own pockets and those of your share holders. Dollar tree is now contributing to the downfall of our way of life, our country. You should be ashamed. I’m spreading my opinion. Disgusted with you!! The Dollar Tree in Gloucester City NJ is dirty. The floor has a large black stain on it in most isles. About a third of the shelves are not stocked and are very messy.

Your store on Pulaski Hwy in Middle River has a very rude manager. I was there near Father's Day with long lines. Mgr and her buddies stood talking instead of opening a line or putting away 1 of the many carts blocking aisles.

This isn't the first time. The ladies seem more interested in talking and visiting then working

My closest dollar tree is in new Tazewell Tn and has went from my favorite to I may not go back. For the last month or so customers basically have to shop out of boxes due to product not being stocked and the store looks like a complete mess .

The woman behind the register who refused to give her name was very rude and lacked etiquette. She was holding up the line refusing to take care of her customers because she said “she can do what she wants “.

Then when I expressed my concerns that she was holding all of us up. She began using vulgar language and repeated that she can do what she wants cz it’s her cashier line. People who only had one to two items now had to be redirected to the managers line and wait even longer to be taken care of.

The cashier was in line 3 and extremely rude and vulgar. If this is a reflection of ur employment process I would say I am concerned to say the least.

The air conditioner is broken,has been broken for over a month,that is ridiculous, please fix this problem for the customers and the employees please thank you!

Well I've been with the company 17/18 months so of course ik my job this new manager from racine store ask me to go his medicine on the clock & also sent me home today & ask me to go get him cigarettes while on dt clock i just wanted you guys to know the type pf manager's they have staffing the 18th st store in kenosha I make bank deposits change orders no one has nevered offered me gas or anything for the duties i do out the kindness of my heart

Dollar Tree at 525 E Midlothian Blvd, Youngstown, OH 44502. This store has been opened less than a year, I was appalled at the trash in the parking lot. Someone needs to teach the employees and management how to use a broom and trash bags.

I'm not talking about a few discarded candy wrappers, there is enough garbage to fill a dumpster. It's disgusting and a health hazard.

, I went inside the Pell City Dollar tree only to see two women laughing and overheard one tell the other that they will just lie and have her written up until they can hire a friend to replace her. I do not know who her is but if this is referring to an employee, it is unprofessional and childish to be in a place of business talking about another adult.

I left my buggy of items and walked out. I hope this is addressed immediately and if I shall hear this again. I will record it and make it my business to find out who they are referring to and take this to an attorney and better business bureau.

I was at the Dollart tree location #1708 on 18065 Garland Groh Blvd. Hagerstown, MD 21740, on Wednesday June 29th, 2022 approximately at 5:35pm. I entered the store to purchase balloons for an event at my workplace so I was looking at the variety of balloons they had available posted on the wall around the register.

Upon doing so, I looked around to see if there was clerk around for help. There was one cashier and she was ringing customers in for she had a couple people in her line. At that time an older lady had walked by me attempting to go into the office so I kindly asked her if I could ask her a question.

This occurred when I went to store #2445. My check out time 12:44. Moments after entering there's an individual. Speaking to himself. Putting YOUR products in his pockets. Tried to take my purse. Tried to grab a small child. I called Rancho sheriff's.

I shop at our local Dollar Tree at least 4 times per month. I am patient with long lines where there is no staff. I do not complain. And try to talk with other customers who are agitated.

Today the store opened late.... twice I’ve made two trips. Fine I understand our crisis with staffing. But today is not about staffing or anything other than lack of kindness.

June 19 2022 @5pm I visited the West Dundee Illinois Dollar Tree. I need to asked a question 2 employees (Managers both of them) were talking about personal issues. When I said excused me one of them rolled her eyes and said to me I’m in the middle of something with her.

I thought at first it was a customer but it was the other manager. She tried calling me to help after a walked away. They continue with the conversation. I asked to speak to a Manager and my surprised the person who came and talked to me was one of them.

She asked me to have sympathy because she was going to personal issue. I hope this matter can be resolved in a timely matter. Individuals with that type of behavior should not be involved in front of the house. I worked for Home Depot and that’s not acceptable.

The complaint is against the dollar tree on route four in Paramus. I spoke to the manager to find out if you had some thing that I wanted and she couldn’t even help me. The store look like a tornado went through it.

There was more stuff on the floor than it was on the shelves. There was garbage plastic bags on the floor it was a disgrace I never went into a dollar store that look like that. One of the store employees. Told another black lady in line with me. Who offered to give the penny I owed, instead of me running out to my truck. I quote: "Fuck that honky, let him go get it". The manager Seth at the Welsh rd in north wales pa store is absolutely rude. A older lady whom was in front of me ask if they could open another register while he was counting money with a line to check out no doubt.

He basically told her to deal with it every one has places to go. So I asked the cashier whom was also rude what his name was he came flying out of the office and told me that I put her in her place and if I didn't like it to get out.

There’s is a cashier at the Williamsport pa store that is rude makes inappropriate comments and also makes rude comments about things you are buying. He’s an older man looks to be in his 60s and he sweats like crazy.

I have had several issues with this man. I work close by and use a work check for products we buy from the store and he always complains that I have a check and once again says rude comments about things I’m buying . He’s very unprofessional.

Hello! I would to speak about my horrible experience at Dollar Tree located at 2661 Midway Rd Unit 201Carrollton, TX 75006 United States. The cashier Bella was not nice. She did not greet me and she left some of my items out of my bags.

My receipt was also left with those items. I did not realize until the next day my items were not in the bags that I had. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me since I did not have my receipt and it was the next day.

The worker actually said the items are put back on the shelf if they are not claimed same day. I asked if she could look up a previous transaction from my card and she said she could not. I don’t feel like I received good customer service.

I just would my local dollar tree to hire employees who can and are willing to make the store decent and organized .. I literally would work their part time in evening just to organize.. my store is awful...

This store here in Burlington Iowa on 9th Street opens and closes whenever they want. The store hours they have posted mean nothing because there's generally a sign on the door stating when or if they are actually opening for the day... It's really ridiculous

The Dollar tree at peachtree parkway and Sharon road is ridiculous. Only one lane open but multiple employees working and a customer had three buggies full of multiple amounts of same item and when I asked to be helped on another isle, I was told by the manager that as loading the 200 plus items that she didn’t have a register.
