I just left the filthiest nasty dollar tree in my side of town. Floors full of merchandise, nasty floors. You would think that a company as large as Dollar Tree would want to keep their merchandise on the shelves and not on the floors which were absolutely filfty. No pride.

Only 2 employees that I could see. So disappointed. Nobody was picking up the merchandise strewn on the floor. Bad business.

I was inside of the dollar tree located in Diston Plaza, which is in Saint Petersburg Florida, shopping for valentines goodies for my 8 year old daughters class. I had a small bag that I brought into the store. I had the bag completely closed AND separate from the items I was purchasing from the store in my cart.

An employee walked up to me (in the presence of many other customers) loudly scolded me for having a “bag” in her store. I was totally taken off guard and shocked. I invited her to look into my personal bag to ease her mind and informed her I was just shopping for valentines for my daughters class.

On Feb 5th we were trying to exchange some fake flowers.

First there was only one cashier and when a request went out for help it took awhile for help to arrive. When she got there she took her time getting going. She was very unpleasand. She had a terrible demeanor.

Then she picked the flowers apart and refused to take one back because it was missing 2 flowers. Which that was the way we bought it. Some flowers fell off when she took them out of the bag. She told us to sarcastically have a nice day .

The Richmond Texas Dollar Tree on Mason Road and Grand Parkway is disgusting. There are things all over the floor, boxes in the aisles, merchandise ransacked everywhere, a wet mop just leaning up against a shelf. It’s a hazzard to our health.

There was only one man working at the register. No one else in sight. We walked right back out after making one round dodging everything in our way. I will not go back until management cleans up!

The manager at your Okeechobee and Hartman store is such a very poor one. She yells at her employee in front of customers, degrades them and i over hear her talking so poorly about other workers. She complains no one does anything right but her, rude to the customers, then continues to say she’s working so many hours a week and she has to pay people under the table to get the store clean.

9453 Annapolis Rd, Lanham Md store manager provided poor customer service by not trying to assist me in picking up an online order. I had to wait 55 minutes for assistance because she had a line. A line that I stood in for assistance but still had to wait.

She failed to take my order information went to the back only to return without my package. Then she sent someone else to the back but still no package. I asked her to close her line to assist me and was told she had to help the other customers and she was the only person who could get my package.

I was in Dollar Tree in North Adams, MA on Sunday Jan 29,2023. A conflict arose between a customer and the cashier due to the register not working properly and the customer growing impatient. The cashier had a long line and no help at all.

I recently visited the dollar tree store # 959. I was met with blatant racism from a very large, unkempt male employee. He stood at the front of every aisle my family and I went down watching our every move.

The Benton Arkansas Store is freezing. The heat is not working and there is Freezing air blowing out of the vents. The employees are bundled up like it's snowing inside. It's 37° and we are expecting bad winter the next 3 days with the highs around 35° each day and lows in the 20° with wintery mix.

All of dollar tree stores recently in the northern Virginia area, have put these long poles on the shopping cart so they cannot leave the store. This causes a problem for somebody that’s disabled or handicapped like myself that cannot walk the product to our car without assistance. They should have a few carrts that can leave the store for those of us that need them to take to a car!

I live in Denver Co. We have a Dollar Tree Store down the street. We have been going there for years. I know times are different but something needs to be done with this store. I have called to make a complaint before.

The store is always dirty and the parking lot is usually full of trash. The isles are full of boxes so you can’t reach what’s behind them. The back room is full of boxes to stock. For the most part the shelves are bare.

I recently visited a Dollar Tree in Hammond Indiana at 1105 5th Avenue. On January 20th. The store was about to close and the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would have expected the Manager to correct her behavior but she chimed in as well with her opinions about customers who don't know how to go home.
