For the second time, including today 2/23/23, at 4:30 PM, I had to listen to Dollar Tree employees cursing ( shit, ass, loud, etc. ) when talking to other employees, etc. , Atlanta, GA 30331. Employees should be trained better.

17 worth of children's books at store number 01232 (Manager Monique) today. When the cashier finished and handed me the receipt, it was unreadable. I complained because I need to submit the receipt for reimbursement. Cashier told me that there was nothing she could do and she would call her manager.

Manager Monique came to speak with me and told me that she was aware of the problem and that the register needed a new ink cartridge. I asked her for a reprint and she said she was unable to do that.

I asked he to use a different register and re-ring up my purchase and she said she was unable to do that as well. I told her this was not right and customers need to be able to read their receipts.

She said again nothing she could do and I asked her why they were not using a different registers…

It is amazing how incredible messy this store is. The shelves are covered in stuff belonging in other parts of the store. This store often closes at random times and no explanation. My guess is low employee show ups and tons of merchandise to put out.

Perhaps the manager needs more training and dedicated times of the day to close for a few hours to straighten and stock. Yet, let customers know with a sign.

My husband and I were at the Dollar Tree at 2683 Gulf to Bay Blvd Suite 102 Clearwater FL on 2/19/23 @ 11:55. The store was packed with customers.. And 2 cashiers.. one of the cashier's left to have a cigarette while Rhonda never stopped smiling or waiting on customers..

The other gal returned 8 minutes later... She's to be commended as the other patrons down the aisle waiting were not as patient since the returning cashier waited on the first person who entered her line ahead of everyone else.

I have shopped at dollar trees regularly for many yrs. The temperature in those stores has always been very comfortable until the other day. that was in sarasota, FL at the university-honore store where it was so cold, it was like a meat freezer.

I visited your store in Whiting, In. Yesterday. I was looking for a specific item. I said “excuse me” to an associate. She never made eye contact with me. I asked for an item I needed to buy. She kept looking down at what she was doing and said” I don’t know, if we have any, they will be over there.

The Dollar Tree, Oak Park location is no longer my spot to purchase some of my favorite items; cleaning products, cards for special occasions, and more. Just about every isle that I went down I was stepping over products on the floor to keep from slipping and falling.

It was a complete mess.

Also, store hours are no longer consistent with their posted hours of operation. One never know if they’re open or closed during business hours. Lately, this seems to be the norm, so I’ll take my business to a more organized and trustworthy location.

Our store in Moscow ,Idaho is absolutely filthy you can't find anything with out digging through something. I have been to many Dollar Trees in Washington and Michigan and have never seen a store so disgustingly dirty on a regular basis.

I just left the Dollar Tree on 612 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx, because I walked up to check out and didn't see anyone on the registers. I went to register one and put all my stuff on the counter and workers just walked by and ignored me, so I asked if anyone was there to check people out. No one answered.

I saw a girl way down on register 4 and asked if she was open, but I had too much stuff at register one to put it back in the wagon and come over there. After they just smirked in my general direction for a while and let me stand there for 5 more minutes, I realized it wasn't that serious.

I visited the loudon Tennessee location 2/6/23. There was a lady walking around stocking with her phone and listening to music loudly. I was in one aisle and the lady came in and I had to leave, the music was too loud.

Tried to buy a ton of supplies for a big company craft project. I am sure we would purchase again and again as we had in the past. The owner told us NO tax exempt cards. Read the sign. He didn't try to help. Was rude.
