We ordered. 2 pizzas and a order of cinnamon twist. When we got the food we ate our pizza and then went to eat. The cinnamon twist and they were not cinnamon twist. They were garlic knots with icing dipping sauce.

They forgot to do the cinnamon twist. And instead they've done the garlic. We called to let them kno. And all you could hear in the background was hollering and screaming and foul language about how to do then. They said that they would send us the cinnamon twist and they never did show up. Totally unaccedouble.

How do I get free pizza from the bay st store i bought 5 pies wait like 3 and was told every 2 orders u get a free pizza and never received 1.The coupon doesn't work I called the store they told me try it again press coupon amd never worked amd was never given my free pizzas!!! 99 special on the Domino's app. to pick up at 6490 Memphis Arlington Rd, Bartlett, TN 38135 at 7:00pm. My order number was #2050. The app. told me Annie started my order at 7:05pm. I arrived at the store and it was very busy due to the football game and the last day of the special.

The tracker on the wall in the store said 45-50 minutes til my order was ready, which was not a problem due to how busy the store was. At 8:15pm after the tracker had been on 1-5 minutes for over 10 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about my pizza.

The staff looked and found that my pizza had never been put in or made to cook. I told the staff if they couldn't put my pizza in right then, then to cancel my order and refund my money. The pizza came out in about 15 minutes.

We tried to order the ,$7.99 pizza special that is advertised on tv but I was told that special is not honored at the Ramona Blvd, Jax Fla. I am not aware of only select stores having advertised specials.

Should report this as a false advertisement to the Better Business Bureau. Earned a free emergency pizza and could not get it because it did not meet the minimum order requirement. Your ad shows pizza delivered, false it didn't happen.

I ordered at the location on 67th Ave & Glendale Ave in Glendale AZ today. The pizza was dry with hardly any sauce or garlic on the crust, as was my garlic knots. My biggest complaint however is that there were employees not wearing gloves, they never do.

This seems to be an issue at most of the Glendale AZ locations, as I've ordered from multiple in the past 2 years. Someone needs to do something about that, it is a health code violation and really disgusts me, being someone who's worked in Food Service the past 5 years.

I have not had a Domino’s pizza for many years. Last night we talked about pizza for grandsons and daughter. So we did order the 2 mediums as advertised.

First off the pizzas were not hot at all Both pizzas were very close to be burnt. Both pizzas had very very little sauce. Very little cheese. The cheese pizza came with very browned cheese and very flat. We did order both pizzas with thin crust.

I ordered 2 pizzas, 3 toppings each on both pizzas. However, they barely had any toppings. One was two pperoni and one pineapple toppings. Peperonie was supposed to be 2 toppings, it looked like an average peperoni pizza. The pineapple was on average 2 peices of pineapple per piece. Some had only 1!

The second pizza was sausage olive and jalapeño. Again, 2 to 4 of each topping per slice. Basically a single toppings pizza worth of ingredients spread over the 3 toppings each was supposed to have.

Usually in Domino’s is an excellent pizza for me and my family tonight not so much for stuff here supposed to get here at 10:03 PM and the driver arrived at 10:47 PM so the pizza was cold but that wasn’t the worst of it it had peppers on it which I’m allergic to peppers and it was also missing items.

My complaint is pizza thickness. It makes me cranky because I can't get what I want because of it. Thin & crispy should be for all pizza sizes. I find it a scam on your behalf making customers spend double the money to what they want we can't because of this.

The store in Pittsburgh pa Sheridan Ave gave my pizza to someone else and they give it to me after it left the store. My order was not completed for about 10 minutes because they did not make my other pizza so it took longer.
