I have had deliveries here in the last month and Tom the manager in Ashland,Ky told me I was lying. So on Monday I will call my bank and dispute the charges cause u were not here. 1 miles from the store he said we do not go past Park avenue which is a Hal of mile.

We generally vspend $30-$50 a visit. When I fed my 50 employees it was $309 most the time. We will no longer use you or your service due to Tom and being called a liar. And since you were not here last week or 9 days ago I will tell my bank those charges are fictious.

Thank you for your time. Training Tom and his team would be on my agenda. So one places want sales others due all they can to have to do work. 3 average v

Not happy at all. I placed my order online. 2 pizza 2 orders of chicken parmesan bites and a garden salad. Got an email that order was ready. Got there and they told me they forgot to make it. Which was a lie.

They gave my order to someone else. To top it off instead of making my order right a way they put it in a line of other orders. while I was waiting a lady came in with my order. She said she got the wrong order.

So I had to wait another 1/2 hour for my order. I always go to dominos but not sure I will go back. I don't like liers.

Hello, I called your location at 31240 Palos Verdes Dr W, Rancho Palos Verdes CA, 90275. I was having trouble finding a coupon on your website and the employee Claudia told me she doesn't know anything and wasn't able to help.

I asked her if I made the order if I could get the coupon and mid sentence she put me on hold. When she came back I asked her why she did that when I was asking a question. She then put me on hold again.

After coming back the third time I asked about my original question regarding the coupon. She then hung up on me. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I will not be ordering food from this location any time soon.

I had a simple question about a coupon and got put on hold twice then hung up on.

I’ve been living in the same residence for 20 years I’ve always use Domino’s Pizza now when I tried to order on Zelda Road which is 2 1/2 miles from my house it is inside Montgomery city limits all of a sudden now they don’t deliver to my area I can’t get anybody to deliver pizza to my area with all the dominoes locations in Montgomery

99 medium size pizzas, as well as being lied to about having to order online to get this price. TV ads do NOT state this. Anyway, I just wanted to post the following info regarding this horrible experience. My order number was 1087505 and the server (who claimed to be the store manager but clearly was not) was server # 1354.

By the way, if you check this order #, you will see the customer listed as DAVID DELAPAVA. That is not me, that is the other customer in the store at the time who kindly used his cellphone to order for me, as I do not own a cellphone, nor do I want to. , Queens, NYC. What a fraud-ridden organization.

I ordered my pizza, hot wings, and cookie on 9/20/2019. It took as most a hour for to the order to get finished and one of the employees had to take my pizza out the oven before it was actually finish and my wings was dry and hard so $27.00 of mines went straight to the trash and thats unacceptable

I placed an online order at 9:40pm, store called at 10:25pm saying delivery stopped at 10pm which that’s not what the website said when I ordered. They said my order was done and can I pick it up. I didn’t have my car that’s why I chose delivery and my card was charged.

I asked to speak with a manager but manager never got on the phone. Twanisha made my order and everyone else there was rude. Never ordering from there again . I ended up just telling them I want my money back.

To whom it may concern, ordered food from your Domino’s location in Cocoa Florida at 1620 clear Lake Road as it is down the street from my home we order from this Domino’s quite frequently and ordered two of your mix and match items and a salad to be delivered.

We waited for a little over an hour for the food to show up. Before the hour was up my husband had called to ask if he could just come and pick it up and the person on the phone told him it had just left.

By the time the driver got to us the food was cold and the driver admitted that he had 4 deliveries with ours and ours was the last one. We thanked him for his honesty and refused the food. Very disappointing to have this happen as we order from this location frequently.

We know it’s a Friday night but to wait for over an hour…

I went to the newly opened Domino's Pizza located on Cold Spring Road in Syosset,NY. I ordered a chicken sandwich and brownies for dessert. When I went home and opened the box that contained my chicken sandwich,the top loaf of bread was smushed and it was almost off the rest of the sandwich.

There were two or three pieces of chicken in the box that had fallen out of the sandwich. Approximately three or four of the golden brownies were poorly sliced and put into a separate box. I found the way these food items were put into/ cut / presented in the two boxes to be sloppy,careless,and unprofessional!!!

Ordered a boneless middle sized wing order with barbecue sauce and a small eight piece garlic knot order.

First, was told the cost of my order was in excess of five dollars more than it should have been. Counter person said oh “I forgot to finish selling out prior order“. When finally corrected and getting my order, got home to find out the boneless wings were in fact born in.

I had a bad experience with domino's pizza employees and with General manager too located at: 6138 Arlington Blvd # C Falls Church ,Va 22044.

Actually is not the first time, but this is time is my worst experience ever. it was Tuesday 17, 2019, I ordered my pizza online, and I got the offer that said: 2 or more Medium pizza for $7.99. so when I ordered 3 Medium with 2 topping on it, and I add extra cheese, my charge was $28.79 include delivery charge and tax. but when I received a confirmation number by Email, I saw the amount get increased to $34.45. Been coming to this location for many of years. I say within the past year or so the quality of the pizza has went down. Came in one night to order a pizza and woman who took my cash and handled the register, decided to make my pizzas and not once washed her hands or put on gloves.

I said something about it and manager decided to catch a attitude. They ended up remaking my pizza. Went in this evening and ordered pizza (9-16-2019) and the young gentleman who helped me did the exact same thing. Handled money, the register, pizza boxes and then went straight to making pizza.

This location needs to learn to wash their hands and put on gloves. I'm done doing business at this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. Order # 332993 from your Berwyn Heights, MD store. I ordered and received an email at 8:41 that it was placed. It said 59-69 minutes which is incredible since it's not a deep dish high quality pizza.

I called the store number at 10:18 and the female employee asked the driver if they were going to my hotel. When I told her it is going on 2 hours all she said is "we've been backed up". Not an apology or sorry or anything.

If I hadn't paid by card I would not answer the door. I think this is absolutely horrible customer service. It is now exactly 2 hours after I ordered and nothing yet. I would like my money refunded to my card that I know you will have charged.

I look forward to a response.

I ordered pizza online. Called the store ~50 minutes later to check where my food was. On the online portal, food showed as "Delivered" already and I hadn't yet received my food. I called the Jersey City, NJ 07302 store and checked what was going on; I was informed at this time, the driver had left 15-20 minutes ago and that I should be "getting my food any minute".

I didn't get my food. Called the store back 20 minutes later and asked where my food was. The domino's person told me "the driver just left". Upon explaining that I was lied to earlier, and pointing out that I Have a pregnant wife who is eating for 2, the store attendant was rude and said "what do you want to do? do you want to pizza or not".

There are at least 7 other pizza places around here where I can order pizza from -…

I placed an order with Dominos Pizza (7711-Sandy-Spring-Rd/Laurel-MD) on 9/2 using the online order system. Not only did the pizza show up more than an hour late, the driver brought a 2-liter Sprite when we ordered a 20 oz. Diet Coke to go with the medium pizza and cinnastix. m.

We were only maybe 5 minutes away from that particular store. m. and was told the driver would be here any moment. I called again at 5:36 and still no pizza. I called once again at 5:59 (still no pizza) and the store was rude again once more.

This time I canceled the order. Less than five minutes later the driver finally showed. I refused the order. I told him we had just spoken to the store and cancelled the order. The manager just made excuses.

To Whom It may concern, I don't understand How you are running this Pizza Place. It was very unpleasant. I ordered a Large Pizza with onions and green peppers, 2 orders of hot wings and order of cinnamon rolls. No one was taking the order to heart but the black woman that took my order.

If seemed like no one was working but the black lady. No was working with her. For a business to run properly, people were missing and I saw pizza coming out. I waited a one hour, no communication with each other.

No one was cooking my order. Everyone assumed that their coworker was cooking the order until 5:40pm. While I'm waiting on my order, I see pizzas coming out of the ovens with no one there to watch them. I got there at 5:00 PM WITH my daughter.

Can you please have all you employees RETRAINED!!!…

Have you changed your recipe? The last two pizzas that I purchased at your University Drive Store in Huntsville AL had so much garlic salt that it was not edible. We threw them out. What is going on? I have been a Dominos customer for years all over the US.

On September 12, 2019, I called my local dominos pizza located on McPherson and Hiiside in Laredo, Texas and placed an order at 7:24 pm. I told the person that answered I wanted a large hand tossed pizza with beef, pepperoni, and ham.

He repeated my order, told me my amount and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 22 minutes, went through the drive through, I paid and then was told it was going to be another 5 minutes.

After about 2 minutes I was told if I could go around the drive through again so that they could take care of the person behind me. I did and when I got to the window again I was told it was going to be another 5 minutes.

Why is it so hard for anyone on planet earth to remember crushed red pepper? Is it located in the closet, so the drivers forget to add it to the order? Is there a shortage of ingredients needed to add crushed red peppers to a pizza order? Is it being imported from such a distance that supplies are limited only to customers that personally drive to the location and demand it, or better yet, which I guess is what I need to start doing, is buying it in bulk and carry it on planes, and rental cars and maybe ship it to the hotel before my travels begin.

I live on the road a lot, and the hours I put in almost always put me at the hotel after 8PM. How hard is this? I am just baffled! And it's not just Dominoes, its every single pizza delivery outfit I have ever encountered. Should I buy stock in…

I placed an online order for delivery and paid online because I did not have any cash on me. The estimated wait time for my delivery was 42-52 minutes, so I expected to wait for some time.

However, 30 minutes after that time, I still had no pizza. I went to my local Domino's to pick it up. I did not want to pay the tip and delivery fee because the pizza wasn't delivered to my home, but because I had already paid they said there was nothing they could do.

I don't believe that there isn't a way to credit a customer their money back from the store, even if they paid did online.

Customer service was horrible! My husband was there while on FaceTime with our two kids, a toddler and an infant and the employee was being extremely rude when he asked her if they can please add pineapple to the pizza pie.

With a horrible attitude she replies it’s already made! My husband replied I placed the order one minute ago. She argues back saying no it’s been two minutes... my husband pleaded her to please add it because there’s no way the pizza is done.

On 9/1/19 we placed a order for delivery online at the Westfield indiana store the app showed pizza was delivered when in fact it was another 30 minutes before we would get our pizza . This was after we called the store to complain.

On Friday September 6th, I ordered a pizza from the Dominos in Kennesaw, GA on 3643 Cherokee St NW. I ordered a large cheese pizza at 11:00PM. The pizza came around 11:30PM, and when I opened the box it was a pepperoni pizza instead of a cheese like I had ordered.

I don't eat pork, so I called at 11:35, and requested my original order. Dominos agreed to send it over for free. Because I couldn't track the pizza, I called again at 12:09AM to check the status, and I was told that it was out for delivery.

After more time had passed, I called again at 12:41AM, and was told that it was sent out for delivery 10 minutes prior. At 1:00AM when it still hadn't arrived I called again and was told that it was sent out for delivery 5 minutes prior (the two times I was given didn't add up).

After reading the reviews and my second time having problems with this location I have decided it's not good for me (pizza) and to give my business to a place that serves health foods. My order was wrong , I called the store and asked for the manager who refused to tell me his name.

He also gave me the wrong number to Corporate. I was also told the person who placed the order should pick it up . Wow- but never offered me an apology.

There Domino's Berea location delivered to location for over 7 years and then said they stopped. Then the general manager ( Kristy )who she said it's the highest person in the restaurant can not provide me with the corporate phone number. How stupid are you.

Well guess you just lost another customer . Keep up the great service. It's a good thing you you have so many. Lower your prices so you can stay in business for a while longer
