On 10/11/2019 at approx. 2:30 PM I drove past Domino's Pizza at 576 New Brunswick Ave. Perth Amboy NJ. 99 special. The man behind the counter said I had to order the pizza online. ) He turned his back to me and walked away from the counter.

I asked his name, but he ignored me. There were no customers in the store. I am a senior citizen and only have a flip phone. I left with no pizza.

I placed an order online for 2 pizzas, one pepperoni and one pepperoni and bacon with specific instructions of no garlic sauce on the pizza with bacon. When I arrived at the store they were just coming out of the oven.

I was told that the one with no garlic sauce had to be remade because there was garlic sauce put on the crust. I was told it was going to take another 15 minutes. I said that's fine. M. and didn't leave until almost 11.

The pizza was remade and sat on the rack for about 25 to 30 minutes until a third employee finally came out and ask me what the name on the order was and i said the name on the order. he handed me the pizzas and ask if it looks ok and i said one is pepperoni and bacon.

99 when my wife called the young lady told her she could get Med for that price so mu wife ordered them. I told my wife I had seen the ad all week for a large at that price and she said the young lady said I was mistaken so while we were eating the pizza the commercial came on and I told my wife I was right.

50 profit on those pizzas means more to him than a happy coustomer.

I am a 72 year old lady that is almost computer illiterate. I wanted to order a large 2-topping pizza from our Mount Oak Road, Bowie, Md. Domino's Pizza. I called to order and was told that you can only order a pizza over the computer.

I tried and it didn't go through. I called and asked if they could please order it over the phone and was told NO!!! I will never eat Domino's Pizza again. You sure lost this customer!!!

we ordered online at about 5:50 said 20 mins we get there ohh say 20mins later the kid working says i'm super busy it's only me i havent even made any pizzas because my screen is full. Ordered $17 of wings and bread from Hastings NE domino's online for a 12:30 pm delivery for my lunch at work. 12:40 I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes. After that I was told it was out for delivery.

The person out for delivery came to our parking lot, a plant of 120-130 on 9 achers and tried calling my primary phone number apparently. Primary is my home phone.... duh. Like you're going to find me? Go to the front desk.

Didn't come in to the front receptionist desk, where I was, to try to deliver. So I waited there until my lunch was over at 1. I found time at 1:15 to call the store again, so they dispatched the driver again and delivered the food to the front desk. wings and cold bread.....

nice maybe I can eat them 5 hrs from now when I get off work.

Store 8137. This is as much as a complaint as it is constructive criticism. Place an order on October 5th at 1pm. After an hour and a half of tracking my order online which was still at firing up I called the store.

When I got on the phone with the person in charge I was told that the order was put on hold because there was 3 orders ahead of me and only one driver for delivery. Totally understand because why get my pizza ready to just let it sit until the one driver could deliver it.

I would suggest, a phone call to the customer explaining what was going on so we could decide to eat elsewhere. Don’t just do your job and make pizza, put yourself in the customers shoes and how unreasonable it is to let someone wait over an hour to tell them that it’s not even fired up.

My favorite pizza is mushroom, so that is what I order. I continually get flack from the Yuba City, CA store about this. 99. When I order this they tell me they can't do triple mushroom. I tell them to punch in double mushroom and then mushroom..

They cannot do this either. So I explain that I want my pizza COVERED in mushrooms. I am willing to give up meats on my pizza because I love mushrooms. When I picked up my pizza to night, there was exactly 5 mushroom slices on each slice and on 2 there was only 2 mushroom slices.

Now come on, this is not a 3 topping pizza. More like a 1 topping. How the heck do I get a mushroom pizza loaded??? This pizza place is on the street where I live so it is convenient, but I will go elsewhere and pay more for what I want!!

I am a frequent customer of 17569 Fishtrap Rd Prosper, TX. So frequent that I’m consistently receiving free pizza. Unfortunately, Dominos’ online system has not been updated to allow my neighbors and I to place an online order for delivery successfully. Because of this we have to call in. Why should anyone pay for insurance on a food product? You are selling a product and then not standing behind it if something is wrong? You are charging a fee for a product that needs to be correctly made otherwise you should not be selling it or charging for that product.

A delivery woman named Maria Rosa from 4000 Washington street never arrived at my house and called once. I missed the call as I am taking care of a child but called back within the minute. Maria claimed to be back at the store already and told us we were not getting our food.

We called to file a complaint with the manger who was in turn super disrespectful to us. He refused to deliver our order and banned us from ordering at that store.

I ordered a pizza and brownies from Dominos Store # 5758 on October 4 at 5:47 pm. Order number 391689. The order arrived at 7:34 pm. When I opened the boxes, I discovered that the order was not at all what I had ordered.

I examined the boxes and found that the order was meant for another address. I immediately called the store to inform them. After being put on hold for about 20 min, I was told that a replacement order would be sent within 45 minutes. The replacement never arrived.

I called the store dozens of time that evening, but no one responded. I sent a review with the same information, and even went to the store the next day to request a refund. Thus far, no one a contacted me or processed a refund.

We were greeted when we entered, paid $8.63 for our pizza, and were told our pizza was almost ready. We waited about 10 minutes and asked again. No one could find our order. There was a lot of confusion.

I placed an online order to be delivered to my home on Wednesday 10/2. When the delivery person arrived in front of my building he called me telling me to come down and get my delivery. I advised the delivery person that I could not go downstairs since I had a baby sleeping and he stated to me if I do not go down and get my delivery he is going to take the pizza back to the store.

Order a large brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni, and was the worst pizza I ever ate. it was cold. the bottom was burnt, and the crust was so hard you couldnt eat it. My wife and I was in the store and order the same type a week or two ago and it was very good, thats why we decided to order one today.

If i could give it a neg. star I would of. My wife call the store to let them know how bad the pizza was and the man who answer the phone said he was the asst manager was very rude to her on the phone.

My granddaughter ordered 2 large pizzas and 3 sides on my birthday 7 17 19 and my wife gave her her debit card they ordered and paid on line. We picked up. No problem with the food or order. At the time the ads on TV was all on line orders one half off.

The next day I was taking the boxes to the trash and noticed we paid over $51. When I contacted the store they said you had to ask for the sale price and she didn't. I called corporate they said it is a franchise store and couldn't help.

Decided to try Dominos today based on all of the advertising. We normally use Papa John’s. Placed the order online and were told, by the system, 20-30 minutes for delivery. Used the online tracker to monitor. After roughly 25 minutes I received a call from the store saying our delivery was second in line and the driver had to make another delivery first.

Since we are 5-7 minutes from the store, I figured that the second delivery was closer to the store and that there really would not be a long delay. Boy was I wrong. I called the store after 30 minutes from the time the tracker said our order left the store to find out what was up.

I was told that there was only on driver and they were still 10-15 minutes away. I informed the person I was talking to that this was way too long for our order…

We ordered these items and was so disappointed we never ordered from Dominos again.The pizzas appeared to have been dropped BEFORE THEY WERE PLACED IN THE OVEN! The toppings were baked into the crust in a way that looked as if they had been in disarray prior to being baked. We were very disappointed.

worst over priced pizza I ever had The toppings were spars the thin crust was burnt and so was the sauce. The pizza tasted like card board. I ordered pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and sausage. You could count the toppings that were put on the pizza on one hand.

This will be the last time Domino's gets my hard earned money. The only reason you got one star is because I couldn't give you zero stars

For the last three times I ordered dominoes they have messed up a 40 dollar ordered first time I asked them to put the red sauce on cut them in squares they put the barbque sauce on no squares. 2nd time I told them to give me the three toppings they messed the sauce up the cheese and no squares.

The third thing happened called them to complain asked why there online coupons are not in the store if I ordered online my price should be the same then when I called and asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. i have eaten domino's pizza for as long as I can remember. today my husband went to the 13th st. store in augusta ga. and came home with the most horrible thing we have ever tasted. this was not pizza, it was a stail piece of cardboard with some meat on it and you couldn't even cut it with a knife!

I think that it was something someone else orderd hours before and they changed their mins. so they changed the tag with the time and I couldn't even find the name of the pizza because the tag was torn where it normally gives all of the information.

look, I don't usually get upset about things like this but I am sure you are aware of the prices of pizza, and some people don't have the money to just throw away thank you for reading, and I hope to hear back from you Kathy everett

My husband and I order domino's at least once a week. Last night we spent over 30 dollars on 4 chicken alfredo dishes and 2 molten brownies. The chicken alfredo had no sauce on it. It was plain pasta with chicken on top.

We live about 15 miles from your store. When i called your store i was placed on hold. When the girl came back on I asked for the corporate number as the food has been getting worse and worse. " I will be telling many people of our experience and you have lost our business.

Sorry that spending at times, 90 dollars a week isn't good enough for your company.

I ordered food on Sept 23 at 6:43pm I made 5 calls I didnt receive my order until 8pm after multiple calls on the last call I told them to cancel my order but he said he would make another order and send it with different driver. The delivery driver could not find my address I was extremely upset as my grandson was waiting for it he loves Domino Pizza n I am obsessed with lava cakes.

On Saturday the 21st I order 2 pizza 2 orders of chicken parm bites a a garden salad. Got a text my order was ready but when I got there they said they forgot to make. Which was a lie.

Because while I was waiting for them to make it a lady came in a said she got the wrong order which was exactly what I order. But instead of making my order right away they put it in a line of other orders.

So I had to wait another half hour for my order which I already waited a half hour. Don’t like liers . Not sure I will order from them again. I always order from them. Not a happy customer.

I ordered the pizza at 5:04 today, 9/23/19 for delivery and got here at 5:34. I called to follow up and the pizza got here while speaking to the assistant manager of store #6782. My husband had a bite of the pizza and it was already cold.

I mentioned it to the assistant manager (Daniel) and he had the guts to tell me that “it is not possible”! Obviously, the assistant manager of that store is not smart enough for his job to give me those kind of remarks!

He also mentioned some kind of delay in delivering the pizza! So why was he surprised that our pizza got here cold? Instead of being apologetic for us having to eat cold pizza, he got more snotty that is it impossible for the pizza to get here cold!

I hope he gets to eat all the pizza that was delivered cold!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. On Sat. 9/21 i ordered Dominoes. A medium pizza. Boneless chicken and hot wings. The hot wings was the only thing that was good. The pizza crust was like cardboard. There was basically no meat or cheese. Worst i ever had.

The boneless chicken was cold. Was it even heated up? Who knows. 65. It was my last Dominoes order. Never again. Ive had enough with Dominoes. Tired of wasting money. Wish i could get a refund. Most of it went to the trash. Except for the wings.

on friday sept 20 2019 we order a pizza and other items from the website to store in standish,me. ossipee trail. as it was already almost 8pm and i had a 45 min drive ahead of us we told them that was unacceptable and we went next door where they gladly served us.

I recently filed a complaint with Domino’s corporate office on the poor customer service I received from Dominos on July 7th 2019, and no one has reached out to me concerning this matter. Now I’m beginning to see where the employees are getting the rude training from.

If the corporate office who took my complaint on top of me writing a four page letter in the customer service feedback surveys has yet to respond then it only tells me they welcome this type of unprofessional behavior. We pre-ordered and pre-paid with delivery at 11:45am. The driver responded that he had arrived and we walked out to pick up the order. To our dismay, the delivery driver was not outside. We had his phone number and called him and he replied that he could not find it. We called the Domino's office to let them know and the phone clicked over to On Hold.
