I ordered pizza from zomato to domino's. It got delivered 30 min late than the usual delivery time...the quality of pizza also not good and it's very hard..when I called to the domino's to know the delivery status the people spoke very rude & they won't concern customers ...very bad experience with domino's.

I order my pizza for one thing to be deliver and the manager inform me its going to be an hour didn't have enough driver send someone far cooperate to help them. because my pizza was deliver to me COLD i mean cold. terrible.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the service was good but the pizza wasn’t cut properly and had a hard time getting a slice in tacked. And the chicken from the sandwich was very chewy it almost felt like I was chewing on plastic. I’ve never had this issue with dominos.

I placed an online order for a LG pizza, it literally took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver it seriously... My house is less than a mile away, so needless to say I got a cold pizza and when I said to the delivery driver "hey I thought if you didn't deliver your pizza in a certain amount of time you get some kind of discount"??

Called dominos to place an order while at work and held on phone for 25 minutes , they wont answer phone . I hung up and called back held on this time for 20 minutes no one would answer. Hung the 2nd time called back 3rd time and held on for 15 minutes no one still answered.

this is so ridiculous, they have only been open for maybe a month now. This is not the first time I've had a problem with them .

This is the second time that I went in your store two different locations that I could not get my food that my family wanted because I had a 100 dollar bill

You need to do something with your McKenzie tenn store. I don't think it was right that your delivery guy threw my mother's pizza at her when he arrived at her house.

Also took them a hour in a half to get her pizza. They treat there customers like shit and i also have had bad service with that store. Someone needs to contact me asap. This is not going to stop until someone contacts me.

When calling Dominos to place an order the first voice you hear on the recording is a foreign language. After a lengthy message you finally hear an English language voice which instructs you to press 4 if you prefer English.

This is PC gone too far for me and I will find somewhere else to buy my pizza. My suggestion is answer your phones in English then give other options.

Hi, I ordered cheesy bread and soda at 11:57 Saturday night from the Salem location. At 12:07 “John” left the store and called me At 12:29 to tell me he was outside. I went out and he was fumbling around in his car “I can’t find your order! What the heck?

On October 19, 2019, at approximately 8:30pm, my daughter and I walked in to the Dominoes Pizza in West Haverstraw, NY, to order pizza using a coupon that we had taken out of the KID STUFF coupon book, which was buy a large pizza and get one of equal or lesser value.

The man that asked how he could help us was very nice and said "hold on let me ask the boss". The "boss" did not let him finish his statement before he was very obnoxiously stating "we don't take coupons unless they come from here".

I called Dominos on 115th and Halsted in Chicago to order a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. This was at approximately 4 pm after my work day. I placed my order with the young girl. She tells me my pizza will be delivered in 2 hours at the earliest.

About an hour later I get a vm from an angry mother threatening to find where I live, fuck me up, and calling me a white trash bitch cuz I supposedly called just daughter the N word. I make an order and get a text that my food was ready, after I get there they said that only some of my order was ready. They told me to wait, and I waited for 30 minutes and the food never came out and I ask them were was my food and they said that they didn't know where was my food and that they didn't care.

I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. I ask for somebody that can help me and he said to call the corporate, go to another pizza place or do whatever I want that he don't care about the job anymore.

I honestly have never been treaded like trash just for making a pizza order. I didn't deserve this, or nobody deserves this. I need somebody to call me and fire this kid or me and my organization will never order again from this place.

This is my second time ordering pizza from domino’s. One order I had delivered which was two two toppings pizzas. The two topping was bacon and pepperoni. 00. 99 for two toppings and they replied that was only on ordered that was made on line.

The commercial on tv did not say that. Today I ordered two two toppings pizzas with cheesy bread and I Picked it up in store and they did not give me any dipping sauce. My store where I order from is the one in Middletown New York 10940.

I paid for a medium Extravaganzza pizza from the Homosassa, Fl. Domino's, but ended up with just a cheese pizza. As you can clearly see from the pictures that I have attached. I just want what I ordered.

Were do I start It was awful the pizza dough was raw we ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and all they gave us was raw dough and pizza sauce

Tonight we ordered a lge walk in special with pepperoni, tomato and extra cheese. When we got it home the pizza was very sparsely topped- definitely did not have extra cheese and the outer rim was 1” of dough with nothing on it.

The last time we ordered the pizza wasn’t great either but we chalked it up to the fact that the cheese was lacking so we ordered xtra cheese as one of the toppings expecting it to be better. We are regular customers and this is by far the worst experience from Dominos.

I have went on line ordering Food to be delivered. why you have it where you order from your menu on line. my orders are always 35 an more orders plus tips I give . Dominos.

I ordered at 6:46pm and according to the tracker my order would be ready in 22 minutes. I get to Dominoes and the guy at the front tells me that they got behind and my order was up next. I had already waited 20 minutes.

When they bought my order out I got home and it was the wrong pizza (sausage and bell pepper). I then called Dominoes and they put me on hold for about 7 minutes and I heard the customer come back with my order.

I placed my order at 7:29 pm est. An hour later I called the store to ask where my order was being the tracker said it was here and it wasn't. An associate asked the manager who would not get on the phone just kept saying my order was on the way.

When I asked when should it get here they had no answer just it was on it's way. I asked if there was anyway to call the driver to see where they were I got no response I said maybe being it's an hour later we should call the police they may have been in an accident.

I live at 810 S University Park Loop Reno Nevada 89512, When I call for a pizza at local place for delivery they put me on hold and they tell me to call another place so I do and the same thing happens when I call that place. This is for over a year already no one wants to deliver. PLEASE FIX THIS MATTER!

When I ordered my pizza I noticed one of the staff in Morwell Dominos was wearing gloves making pizza and then wipe his nose and continued making the pizza with the same gloves so I am not impressed

On 10/13/2019 I called in for 2 large 2 topping cheese pizzas, one 6 cheese, and the second cheese pizza with, garlic and black olives. Both Brooklyn style. They forgot the red sauce on the one with garlic and olives.

I sent it back they made anorher the exact same way but drowned it with olives. My husband said were done with Dimino's. I called them on 10/15/2019 to just let the manager now what happened on Sunday she did not want to hear anything I said because she was right. And I was wrong.

99 special one pie thin crust half salami and the other half pineapple and jalapeño delivery. Half hour later when I checked the pizza there was no salami, I called the store to complain and was asked what I wanna do and I responded I want what I ordered.

The person answering the phone told me take a picture of the pie and send to him because they put salami on the pie and the cheese is covering it, so I should lift the cheese and look for the salami. I told him am not taking any picture and there is no salami.

At that point he went off on me telling me not to talk to him like that he has been nice to me all along and started raising his voice. I told him he can come and pick up the pie and bring me what I Ordered but with his rude attitude I knew that was not happening.

I ordered spinach /feta pizza there was no Alfredo sauce I called the store back the guy said he put it on it. He stated it’s only suppose to be drizzled on top. I stated it’s the only pizza I can eat I’ve had over 20 it’s never been done like this or I wouldn’t come back.

We ordered four pizzas during the astros game last night and everything was good except one pizza. It was pepperoni and black olives. I guess they forgot to add the black olives so they threw them on top of the pepperoni pizza uncooked.

On 10/15/2019 I called domino's pizza located at Penn Mar shopping center in district heights MD at 6:23 pm. I ordered 2 med. pizzas, 2 order of wings, chocolate lava cakes and an orange soda. I called back at 7:38 to check on the status of my order and the manager answered the phone.

He stated that there was no order in the system for me and that there was not he could do other than to put in a rush order. An hours has already passed at this point and he didn't take the time to ask what happened.

I used to work at dominos in Newark NY 14513 and i used to love this place as much as i remind everyone to buy from dominos if they are looking for takeaway food. last night i had the worst experience ever had with any fast food.

last night y order was placed 10:13 it was a habanero sandwich and chicken alfredo pizza. despite the cuts for the sandwich and the pizza was horrible. its falling a part loaded jalibinio pepper i mean packed. i had to take it off and threw it away.

Placed an order for delivery. Called the store twice to find out why it was taking so long. On my second attempt was promised that pizzas will be made again.

Finally after waiting the original dried out cold pizzas arrived. Not at all pleased as my order was prepaid including tip.

I’m from Raleigh NC and I placed an online order to be delivered to my home by Domino’s. After I submitted and paid for my order. I got a call back stating that they didn’t have any drivers to deliver my order.

I’m bothered by this because I paid my money already and won’t get it back for a couple of days. Now, had I known that they didn’t have any drivers I would have never placed an order with Domino’s. never again.

We ordered a pizza from Dawsonville, GA Dominos. We have ordered many pizzas from there however this time we got a pizza which was very dry. There was barely any tomato sauce on it. I ordered tonight the 13th of October and first when I called they told me "they were too busy to take my order over the phone to either call back later or just do it online." Then they took over an hour delivering my food. And to too it off when it got to me it was cold.

My order was on the way and we live exactly 5 mins away and I didn’t get it for 30 mins. My sauce always wasn’t with my cheesy bread.

Yesterday I ordered a 2 topping large pizza. I am disappointed. The toppings were skimpy which affected my ability to enjoy it. I will never buy from dominoes again. There are many other sources who are generous with toppings. :(

multiple declines to delivery free pizza from there website, website turns you down you call in they say they cant help you, rather lose business over a pizza, not going to bother ordering again was essentially bullied into making this purchase even though im sure the order will be intentionally messed with would not under any circumstances recommend.

Placed an order on tracker it said was out of the oven and bring checked for perfection at 6:04 pm and an hour later no pizza called them was hung up on 4 times asked for manager was told busy so Cancelled the order
