This complaint is related to the Dominos at 2446 Old Springville Rd, Birmingham, AL 35215-4054. Yesterday (12/5/19) I made an online order for a carryout XL Deluxe pizza under the 50% off special. I waited to give the time for the initial "making" of the pizza and then went to the store.

At the store I waited but then noticed my name wasn't on the display queue list. I was finally able to inquire and was told my name wasn't in the system via address, phone or previous history. A nice young man ,also waiting, somehow was able to find on his phone that my order didn't process.

I then made another inquiry and was told I would have to make another order but it would be at full price because it was "in store". 99and was put in the queue with 31 minutes wait…

00 and some odd change at approx 540 pm I called dominios and was told my address was a empty lot that's what the delivery driver said and they would not come back out because it was after dark I have been living in these apartments for over 4 years I was surprised to learn it was a empty lot because what I live in it's not a empty lot I spoke with a Justin when I asked for the CEO of that location he got very rude so

I got very rude Justin hung up the phone in my face and I waited over 2 hours for my pizza and wings that was not delivered and was treated unfairly this happened at the dominos pizza in West end in Nashville TN please contact me back on this matter the employees customer service skills are lacking in a major way and I would like an apology from Justin and the delivery…

I love the fact that your pizza comes with the garlic crust. I specifically ask that it be added to my pizza. It seems like every time I order it’s never on there. I’m pissed! I also ordered garlic sauce and didn’t receive that either.

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes to the point I just hung up. Not impressed!!

Today, Dec 3 I ordered 2 med pizza's & a 2 liter Sprite from my store at 531 W 38th St, Indianapolis IN. We order fairly regularly. I Ordered at 1:30 pm online, paid with a visa card. The Domino's app told me 30 - 40 minutes wait.

I checked online for tracking several times but it showed working or out for delivery and then showed delivered. At 3:45 I called the store. The manager answered and said they were not taking any new orders, but I told here I had already ordered.

She said they were having technical problems and she was very busy. I told her I wanted to know where my pizza was and she told me she was TOO BUSY TO TALK AND HUNG UP. My phone # is 317 373-6000.

My order is online and shows Visa payment. Besides not ever receiving the pizza (now 5 pm) your employee was very nasty!

Hi, I placed an order online. Right after, I wanted to add to the order, I called 305-232-1011 2 separate times in hopes to get through and was on hold for more that 20 minutes!!!!!! No one ever answer and then I received an automated call that my order was on its way. So too LATE.

I cant see being on hold for more than 20 minutes is acceptable more over no one even answering the call to say please hold. The order came, my pan pizza was squashed and the top of the box has cheese on it.

The regular peperoni pizza I ordered was so dry. The delivery driver was nice and when I told her I was trying to get through she stated she was very sorry and was going to talk to them. She mentioned that lady that was answering the calls does not speak English and there was one cook making the pizzas.…

m. I ordered a pizza wings and a sandwich via online. I waited 30 minutes at my house until I went to go pick up my order from the Bromley Lane store in Brighton Colorado. Upon my arrival I spoke to Kyle and asked about my order, Kyle said he had no order for me.

Kyle went to his computer did something, all of a sudden my order popped up on a screen. I didn't ask Kyle how long it would be for me to receive my items, Kyle's response was he had no idea.

I then again asked Kyle how long it would be for me to receive my items again with the response I have no idea I have 10 other orders in front of yours your order is not a priority. I have ordered from Papa Johns pizza about 2 or 3 times in the same location that I'm in now and you are in same location Billy Williamson drive, now all of a sudden you don't deliver to my location because it is out of range. I'm about 4 miles from your location.

I guess that's why I stopped ordering from you all and I want try anymore. I know some people get my side of Bloomfield mixed up with the other side of Bloomfield but I don' have any problems with any other pizza place.

I live on Bloomfield Drive the rough side is Bloomfield Road. I'm a retired Banker and I wanted to order for some of my co workers that were visiting. Like I said I'm done with Papa Johns

Today is Saturday Nov. 23, 2019. Between six & 6:45. Dominoes at hwy. 150. I had an order which first they had the wrong name Sarah instead of Carla which I heard my daughter clearly out the order in. Then left and almost home realized they didn't give me my soda's which were a part of the order when he looked again.

Not angry but mentioned the commercial and was told it didn't apply and found out I had to actually submit a complaint. So thank you.

Today i went to take pizza at Darga stores, paid amount but not got the bill after asking twice they given bill. When i try to contact Mr. Yash store manger but no luck he is busy with chatting with his team at oven area and and its took more than 30min. Hope this store guys don't want to have customers. This is happening regularly and this is my feedback 4th time but no action or improvements.

Anyhow thank for the bad experience and will have to look other product stores.

I ordered a pizza at 9:35 pm on November 22 2019 they the Millertown pike Knoxville Tn location called me 2 minutes after my order was placed and said it would be an hour before delivery and hour and 15 minutes later I locate my pizza it’s just being started they told me it wouldn’t be delivered up 11:55 pm I asked for them to make it right as that was terrible customer service the manager Josiah told me no this was a poor experience if not made right I will never eat dominos again I am a constant customer this is unexpectable

I placed an order on Sunday 11/17/2019 at 11:58pm. I was tracking my order all the way up to 2:35am and I still did not receive my order. I called no answer, I sit looking out for the driver until 2:35am never received my order.

The next day I called the store a represenative female answered the phone saying hello I said is this Dominos pizza she said Did you want to place an order I said no I need to speak with the manager when the manager answered she said hello I begin to tell her about last night she said I know who you are this is Carrie Batton I said yes she said the manager was suppose to deliver your order .

I got the wrong 2 medium pizzas delivered. They made a simple delivery into a major production and I got beat in the end . Saturday night 730. After opening and seeing they were not my pizzas I called the manager He said keep them and we will deliver 2 that you ordered fresh.

I was so hungry I had a slice of the pizza I didn’t order. Then the driver called said he was downstairs here to pick up the pizzas. I gave him the one I didn’t touch back. He came back a half hour later with two small pizzas.

I did not order small pizza. I do not like Dominos small pizza. I will never eat there again. I have never had a problem. Dominos Brockton Mass South main never again. Ridiculous

I ordered pizza’s for 7 people on 11/18/19. 10 minutes after I used the online ordering system I got a call from the store #9121 in Kittanning, PA. They told me that they couldn’t deliver the pizza until 7:30 and that they were too busy to deliver it. That was confusing since why offer delivery if you can’t deliver. Then they proceeded to tell me that they should cancel the order because they’re just too busy and haven’t been this busy before. I asked it they didn’t want my business and he said that they were just too busy for another order. If they’re too busy then they either need additional staff to cover the busy evenings and deliveries or they should shut off delivery until they can get this location under control.

While I will never order from Dominos again, I thought that corporate…

I told the mgr that I had food poisoning 3 hrs after I ate the pizza. He was not doing anything to rectify the situation. I thought your ads said that you would replace a pizza at no charge. He didn’t offer that or anything!

I live 5 miles from the Fishkill, NY store. It 1-1/2 hours for my order to get to my house. Then when it arrived the extra sauce I ordered was missing. When I called back to complain, I was on hold for 10 minutes.

When someone finally answered I was told that the Manager tell his employees to handle the walk in customer first. I will never spend another penny at Dominos.

I ordered a Large 1/2 pepperoni, ham and banana pepper and 1/2 pepperoni, sausage and banana pepper at 6:04 and it arrived at 7:45 was cold and dried over. I then called the store and the guy om the phone made us another one and sent it over by this time it was about 8:30. The point is the manager should have refunded my money at the very least.

I called an ordered a large make your own pizza and was told it would be an hour. One hour and 45 minutes later I called and was told the delivery was just leaving. Obviously our pizza had been sitting there all that time as it arrived cold.

This was at the Dominoes at Hickory tree in Winston Salem NC.

Alright, I ordered a gluten-free pizza. A decent amount of the cheese wasn't cooked at all. Coupled with blackened/burnt crust (I didn't know "well-done" meant you couldn't eat half the crust). I got generated some points for a free pizza through your phone application because of course I did.

I was confident this would solve my problem seeing as how there was no other information on the immediate screen informing me of any restrictions.

However, when the points have come in finally and I've long taken the garbage out I try to redeem the coupon for breakfast. ) That's all the context and now we've reached: THE COMPLAINT I've only ordered gluten-free pizza from you guys.

The small amount of flour that is in the air at your kitchens doesn't trigger any episodes soo I feel relatively safe…

00 dollars worth of product to use the coupon for delivery so I tried to use the coupon as carry out and it would not let me stating I all ready used the coupon. I was thrilled to get this coupon in the mail I work as a CNA at the care center in Havre Montana and we ordered from dominos frequently, I don't have a lot of extra money so

I ordered only once every pay period so at least I'm contributing, with the coupon I was excited to get to order twice in the pay period, but that wasn't the case. My last order was wrong and I was told that I made the mistake.

I'm really upset because here I told the girls I was ordering and we didn't get the pizza, I feel like a full because I don't have the money to pay for the pizza, Thank you

Ordered a delivery from the Dominos on Baldwin street in Bristol, and it took 90 minutes with no update. Eventually went to the location (negating ordering delivery) and asked why the pizza had not been ready. Was met with the comment of, “yes we’re sorry we know it’s unacceptable”.

They stated they did not have sufficient drivers for delivery. My question is this: if there are insufficient drivers for delivery, why is this not indicated at the time of order? It leaves people wondering where their pizza is with no update or reason as to the delay.

Waiting 90 minutes for a pizza would be unacceptable in any form of restaurant, let alone one that is intended to be of faster completion Thoroughly disappointed and will not be using this location again. No communication from the staff…

I ordered an Italian Sausage Pasta dish on Friday November 1st, as well as an order of 8 piece Cheesy Stuffed Breadsticks. I ordered this all for pickup and was very pleased with the time frame for the pickup. When I picked my order up and went home for dinner I was pleased with the breadsticks they were cheesy, crispy on the outside and soft and creamy inside.

I was, however, very disappointed with my pasta. The entire dish was dry, burnt and tasteless. The pasta was so crunchy and burnt to the side of the pan that only about 1/2 of it could be scraped out of the pan.

There was no sauce on over 1/2 of the pasta very little cheese over the meal and I found no hint of sausage or even a taste of sausage in the meal. It was unfit to eat and I threw it away.

Needless to say I will not be…

I have placed an order for Pizza through App, my order wasn't confirmed but money got deducted from account. My wasn't reversed to my account as promised by outlet official. Due to this, again I had to place order for same amount of Rs.

I work at the Bertram here in Aurora Ohio I order some cheesy bread from the dominos here in aurora it wasn't done so I called back first I wanted something else but after letting that uncooked dough sit on my stomach I changed my mind. I ordered the pasta primavera and a order of hot wings. For my pasta primavera cane the spinach was all raw so I was eating cooked pasta and cold raw spinach when I called back about my order the manager Abby was absolutely rude and disrespectful! then she said my spinach was still raw because it was added first like that makes any sense.

I placed order online on 10/19/19 at store location 5743 1230 Powers Ferry Rd Se Marietta, Georgia 30067. I left my son (18yr) to receive the order. I see delivery driver pull up as I’m leaving. I phone my son of the pizza arrival.

He calls me moments later to inform me that delivery driver is asking for my identification and credit card. I ask him to look in my wallet for my drivers license in hopes that would be significant. The driver proceeds to say that she needs to see the credit card.

I tell her that I have it with me and the pizzas are paid for. Then she returns with order to her car to call her manager. In the meantime I call the pizza location and get the manager on the phone.

Ordered dinner from our local dominos pizza. We order a pizza, cookie brownie, and two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches... one was absolutely not edible and the other wasn’t much better. I gave my type one diabetic son the one that he could eat as we had already pre dosed his insulin 15 min prior to the delivery.

I will unfortunately have to wait another 45 min for mine. We spend a lot of money ordering form our local dominos and the last several times we have had issues. Would you eat the below attachéd sandwich?
