I called domino's pizza in Amelia ohio, waited for 15 minutes to 20 minutes to place an order. No one EVER answered the phone . I tried to do it on line and was unsuccessful. I tried to place a special order for a sandwich the website didn't give options for that custom sandwich.

Out of frustration we gave up and gave another company our business. We WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. The owner of this store needs to do something about the customer service. Very displeased with this restaurant.!!

I ordered pizza from our one and only dominoes and the order obviously did not transmit correctly through their system and I called immediately to tell them. The manager was rude and yelled and hung up on me her name was destiny.

Told me I would have to call corporate that it was not her problem. I paid them over $40 for pizza I could not eat !!!!!! I tried calling corporate and they were closed and said if I had a problem then I needed to call my local dominoes pizza.

Have ordered from the one in Salem we for years I live only 5 mins from them all his last night ear they have went to crap customer service hangs up on you when you call to inquire about your order they leave ur food along the main road not your home and then not even call to say it’s been delivered their drivers refuse to get out of their cars because they don’t wanna get their white shoes dirty that was the last excuse we got of why our food was left along the road absolutely horrible we will drive to the next town to prefer pizza for now on we will get it faster with better service going 20 mins into town to get it from another server

This is the most unprofessional service and food quality I have EVER received in my life. My 4 children and I were extremely disappointed and disgusted by the quality of our 4 pizza's. It was also 1 hr and 40 minutes late even though the pizza tracker said my order would be 10-20 minutes.

I ordered pizza, boneless chicken, and Parmesan bites. I got home the chicken was so overcooked , we couldn’t eat it. It was also the size of a quarter. The bread bites weren’t cooked all the way, and they were flat like a pancake.

I talked to the asst Mgr the same day, July 12. He was going to give me a credit. He told me to call the next day to make sure the credit was there. I called the next day and something was wrong with their phone.

I ordered a large to go hand toss and 3 topping so when my husband came home it was so over cooked it was like a card board. The topping was only a few sausage like 6 and not even extra cheese .

I was in the business next door to domino's. Penn Station. In Fort Mitchell Kentucky. I came out to get into my car and couldn't because a red car had straddled the white line making it impossible to get into my car.

I went in the doorway and asked if anyone knew who's red car that was and the woman making the pizza said "yeah" but then the girl putting her pizzas into the delivery bags said she did that because i had parked too close and she couldn't park normally and she would move it when she was done.

I said i wasn't the one that parked too close i was within the white lines. She and the woman behind the counter started yelling at me and one of them called me a bitch. I told them I was going to call corporate.

the shift manager Stephanie was extremely rude and hung up on me after I called to find out why my pizza hadn't been delivered after 45 minutes. Tracking showed it had left the store 35 minutes prior to me calling and inquiring, I only live 10 minutes away from the store, extremely rude and I never got my order so a free coupon was wasted and my family had to go without dinner for the night.

This is the 3rd time in a row we have had a problem getting our order and we order very regularly. I'm afraid, not anymore. Rating gets a 1 only because I can't go lower than that.

Hello, I ordered a pizza last night at around 7 pm. It didn't come until 10:30 AND IT WAS COLD MISSING PART OF MY INGREDIENTS. LOCATION was Joseph Lowery in Atlanta, Ga. , The Store manager did not help she screamed at me and told me she was human and I need to be thankful I got it when I did.

We ordered pizza on April 11, 2020 at 8:47 pm, paid for via Visa credit card. We called back at 9:47 pm to find out what the ETA was , the manager said he was refusing service to us ( because we had an issue with our pizza on our last order) and hung up the phone!

I called back and ask why they didn't tell us that an hour ago when we ordered and was he going to credit my credit card back? He was such a smart***, he told me he had already credited our credit card, when I told him I was going to report him, he said " do whatever the hell you want" and slammed the phone down!

Ordered a pizza online. Went to pick it up and when i pulled in a man came and locked the front door. When i walked up to the door possibly the nastiest rudest lady "Sue" starts screaming at me twice to read the sign on the door about covid 19.

The man comes to the door a minute later and tells me to stand back six feet before he would open the door. He then proceeds to tell me to go back to my car and he would bring the food out.

he then brings the food out and walk directly within two feet of me to give me my food and take the money. After this incident i am done with Dominos Pizza. I will never buy food from them again, nor will my my family, friends and I will tell everyone i know.

Dominoes store #7435, address 6255 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas Nevada Pizza was ordered for pickup, after 15 minutes after the order was ready, someone finally found our pizzas, sitting on the rack where orders are placed when ready. No one knew how long they had been sitting there.

The employees were prepping the food with no gloves on, with their bare hands. THATS DISGUSTING I got a refund, left, the manager never came over to apologize, or try to fix the problem

In the last 7 days I have ordered pizza from the local Domino's Pizza Store here in Houma, Louisiana from the Grand Calliou location. The firs pizza took over 45 minutes to arrive at my home and when I open the box it looked like it had been turned upside down and slid from one side of a car to the other a few times.

I had a credit for messed up pizzas. I ordered two tonight and we picked them up. We left and checked them. They were both wrong again! We had to go all the way back and wait again for them to remake them.

I am so upset I placed an order online on March the 9th for my kids around 4pm. It was 6pm and my kids keep on texting me. I called the store and the manager told me the driver had just left.

It was 7 30pm i called again she she told me they had apt 3 instead of 103 its not true when i seen my order it had everything correct is not the first time i order pizza for my kids. I did not even receive a call from them or anything if that was the case.

Manager at Dominos in Wood Dale was on cellphone when I walked in. I stood and waited 3 minutes before being greeted. When I arrived home I looked at the pizza which was cut completely lopsided and not even cut all the way through.

Tonight I ordered two medium 3 topping pizzas from your local store. I have to say, these were the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was dry, puffed with air, sauce almost non existent. Toppings sparse! The box would have had more taste! Total waste of my money!

I made a phone order for a carry out at 5:57 pm on Feb 08, 2020. A female answered and got my order. I gave her my address and phone number twice along with my order. It wasn’t until 7:10 pm when I called to see why my order hasn’t arrived.

I spoke with a two male including the supervisor which was rude that my order was never processed. I’m surprised the girl got everything wrong except my card number for the payment. I never received my pizza I had to spent money go and handle the issue.

I basically was called a liar by the supervisor when I showed him my bank statement along with my call. It’s really disrespectful for be charged and be disrespected. Never again will I purchase from this story or any. Your employees should be spoken to, as well as the manager or supervisor.

The person on the phone was completely inept. He could not seem to grasp what I wanted no matter how clearly I spelled it out to him. I asked for one medium pepperoni pizza, pan crust and one medium chicken bacon ranch hand tossed pizza.

It took ten minutes for him to punch all the buttons, ask his manager etc. for two medium pizzas!!! which I did and will be doing from now on. but no thanks. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this McGee Dominos.

Domino's already has my complaint word for word till it wouldn't let me finish the part about the manager telling me that their online service wasn't accurate. If it's not accurate why all these ads about ordering online being so great and more incentives when ordering online? Also redeemed points at one time and had to cancel the order the manager assured me then that my points would still be valid but we're never put back on my profile.

Last night I visited Domino's in Boiling Spring South Carolina and in doing so a associate dropped my credit card between the counter and the wall they could not get it out said they would call and I haven't heard anything from them not only that some of the associates act like children.

I rate this pizza a 1. We order from D 2 to 3, times a month. And we always order our pizza the same way, and its usally great. But this pizza had way to much sauce and on 3 slices there was hardly any sauce or toppings.

Due to the fact, there wee large bubbles in each of those slices.

Also the crust was under cooked. This was carry out. I am disappointed.

Our Snyder Dominos is out of control! I recently ordered our standard order and was told I’d have to wait 1- 1/2hrs for delivery and I’d have to meet them at stripes convenient store 2 miles from my home. We have a ranch just beyond city limits and have ALWAYS had delivery to our front door within 30 minutes.

I also told him since our order was $60 to bring only $30 change for a $100 bill. He said they couldn’t do that. I said I’m covering the top so I just need $30 back- he said nope. And we don’t have drivers so if you want this order you’ll have to meet them at stripes.

A while ago I had a complaint about an order. In turn they gave me a $20 credit. I'm getting ready to have surgery on my foot. I've prepared and frozen many dishes. I decided to use the credit to get different meals.

I ordered a couple of different pasta dishes and breads to go with them. The bread was very good. I've had the pasta dishes in the past and they were really good. I opened the containers to find what looked like something a 5 year old had thrown together.

There was the pasta with a dab of sauce on it, and with even fewer toppings! I created my own. There were 2 orders. 1 with marinara sauce, sausage, bacon and mushrooms. The other with marinara sauce, chicken, mushrooms, and black olives.

I was in the Livingston Rd store today around 2:00, I ordered Large 3 topping pizza.. There was one worker on the phone, and the phone rang, the guy making the pizzas came over , and answered the phone took the order, then he went back with germs on his hand and continued to make pizzas.

He never washed his hands, and kept on working, I was appalled, and took my pizza home and trashed it. My suggestion is that you provide the workers with gloves, I will not be going back to this location, this is the second time I witnessed this kind of behavior.

I would hope that this kind of behavior needs to be addressed, it is not sanitary ,and not okay in my eyes. Please address this and practice sanitary work habits, "WASHING YOUR HANDS IS A MUST"! I will not be going back to this store.
