I am in the Doubletree Raleigh, NC, Crabtree Valley. The gentleman that checked us in gave great customer service, but it was all downhill from there. My husband and I are still here, and if we weren't checking out tomorrow I would consider leaving.

First, and the least, we received cold hard cookies. Doubletree touts its cookies, and that was disappointing. But the biggest issue is we came to breakfast at 10a. We checked on line AND with the front desk and they told us it was in place until 10:30a.

When we got there, we were turned away and told they closed at 10a. To add insult to it, Victoria at the front desk looked at my husband and said "What? " In a not friendly tone. " Loud enough for him to hear. No apology.

This complaint is in regards to the Doubletree in Missoula MT. I travel for business and had a short 14 hr stay at this location. After checking in, going to my room, I noticed the room was very warm. I adjusted the air to as low as it would go But after settling in, I noticed the room just got hotter.

I called the front desk and was told that air conditioning was seasonal and is not longer available. And that I would need to open my balcony door for cool air. Really? Ok, I did that and the room cooked down a bit.

Problem is, trains woke me all night long. I barely received 5 hrs sleep. And that was broken sleep. The following day, after a few tasks , I thought I would try to nap before my pickup and a long 12 hr work day/night ahead of me. housekeeping continuously slammed doors.…

My husband called tonight Sept 9. Tye employee that answered the phone today him there was no available rooms and online it said there was availability. She was very rude. Her name was Christy but wouldn't give us any more information.

We have the conversation recorded. After he hung up the phone your employee called my husband's cell phone from her own personal phone. Since then we have been dealing with harassment from her ever since. It's now 133 am Sunday and she's still calling and texting. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I stayed at the DoubleTree in Sacramento on 07/18/2023. I frequently will book a hotel on a night out. I checked in around 9:30pm and it was very dark , the place was under renovation l, no biggie. I get to my room and the bathroom was a mess, long straight hair all over the shower and hair clips lying around in there.

The bathroom door stuck and I got stuck in the bathroom and had to yank it really hard to get out. The air conditioner wasn't working it was hotter in the room than outside. I couldn't sleep because of the heat and checked out around 8am.

The steps to my building were wobbly and I have a bad knee so that didn't help and no cookies too boot. All that loveliness for $300+ . I would expect this from a motel 6 but for those prices I had much higher expectations.

I arrived at the Double Tree, Sanderlin Ave, Memphis, TN on Wednesday, July 12 and we departed Momday, July 17, 2023. We were part of the Harper Reunion. The food service for the Reunion was outstanding, the people went out of their way to delight us.

There were exceptional examples of delighting customers with: Kelsey (front desk); Valerie and LaKeisha (Front Desk). Donna in the Restaurant was exceptional. Sean is an exceptional leader of the Bar & serving area. Our complaints surround the room we stayed in. 331.

We qualified for a mid stay cleaning and we called Friday, July 14 at 10 AM and again at 2 PM, we never received any service. My wife noticed mold in the shower area, wall paper torn in bath and the windows were so dirty, you could not see out of them.

When checking into your Nashville downtown location at 5 pm our room was not ready and we had the agent had to search for a room. She was not friendly or helpful. She did not even tell me where are room was, just gave me the keys.

Asked about parking and she could not give me any info. Cookies were not given. Our room’s door was hard to lock and looked like someone may have kicked it in. Door handle in the bathroom kept coming off.

When I arrived to check in I asked the agent if I can have a late check in and he was very nice and proceeded to say YES. The next day, when I approached Jose to let him know that I had spoke to someone the night before and he informed that I CANNOT check out at 12:00.

Jose proceeded to tell me that I would have to know the name of the person who work told me that. told him I don’t work in the front so I wouldn’t know the person name, but had no reason to lie.

Hi, I just returned home from a 2 night stay at Doubletree Orlando. Universal front gate.

First I want to say that all the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. The lobby and courtyard areas were also very nice. The issue with this hotel are the rooms and the musty, mildew smells in them.

I don't have any allergy problems, so when I read google reviews that talked about the musty smell, I didn't worry much about it because I am not normally sensitive to that and I was only staying for 2 nights. When I entered the room, I was definitely hit with the musty/mildew type oder.

I rented a room for two nights in Philly. When I booked the room I was told $689. I got to the hotel Friday afternoon and the price changed to $789. When asked why I was informed about a fee $50/night ($100) incase I charged anything to the room.

I never charged anything to the room! I get to the room and there was hair in the tub. I let them know. Upon checking out, I was told that I’d get the $100 back in 5-7 days. Then when i called it changed to 3-5 days.

I waited six days to call and let them know I haven’t received the money. The lady told me that I got the $100 back already but I let her know it wasn’t reflecting in my account. She then lets me know that I wouldn’t see it and that $70 of it was taken out for parking. $35/night for two nights.

Upon booking my stay at DoubleTree I was guaranteed pool availability until 11pm. When I arrived I was told that pool is closed for construction/maintenance. I booked the stay based on hot tub due to my medical condition. In addition, my room heat was broken.

I had to then pack back up my belongings get dress and move to another room and go downstairs to handle a new check in. This was such a bad experience. I went to speak to management and she said it’s nothing she can do or comp me with because it’s not their fault it’s corporates.

She said next time I book call directly.

My wedding party and family stayed here for my wedding in October 2022. ). The reason for getting the one star review is all the events leading up to the stay. They were HORRIBLE to deal with for weddings. I got my room block pretty early.

When I asked if we could open up more rooms in the room block as we got closer (I had a large wedding), they informed me that they sold out of their rooms because they booked a tournament that weekend. Okay fine, but they knew up front how many guests I was going to have at my wedding upfront and never said anything to me.

Prepaid fir a room. Unfortunately, found out my friend had cancer and had surgery yesterday. Before surgery, contacted the hotel involved to let them know the situation. Didn't seem to be concerned at all about my friend's cancer. Only told him he wouldn't get his money back.

We will NEVER stay at a Doubletree by Hilton. They only care about money and not about someone's life. This is not over by a long shot.

My flight was cancelled twice due to overbooking and weather problems the second time. I was charged the full fee including the resort fee without even stepping foot in the hotel. I contacted the customer service service multiple times and tried to reach out to the building manager for over a week unsuccessfully.

Every time I check my bank statement I find a new charge from BAHIA MAR FORT LAUDERDALE, DOUBLE TREE. Staying at this hotel has been a nightmare. They overcharged me and had no consideration that I am a student and could not fly out to FL for reasons out of my control.

Despite of the customer service promising to refund the days I wasn't at the hotel, nothing has been done. Manager Shirley was awful. Please stay away from this hotel and avoid Double Tree at all costs.

I booked reservation for March 29th - March30th. My flight arrived 8:43 I was at the resort after 9oclock the staff was kind enough to see if a room was available, which it was. My problem was the next day while getting dress a male house keeper walked in my room while I was undressed with out knocking..

He apologize and walked out, he than knock on my door again, as I opened the door he be gain telling me my checkout time was 7 o'clock, at the point I told him to wait at the door while I call the front desk. The front desk confirmed checkout time was at 11 o'clock.

Your property located in Phoenix stole our money and told us to leave because we had filled a complaint with corporate office and even refused to refund us.. this was all because they were violating their own policy which states that due to Covid is up to guest discretion if they want a stranger who might be a carrier of the covid to come in and clean their room.

I had the worst customer service experience this weekend at Doubletree Hotel at 3400 Norman Berry Drive. I knew my experience would be horrible from the time I walked through the door. A woman was pressing her way to the front desk because they checked her into a room that was occupied by other guest. She was upset because no one seem to care that it happened.

I checked in on Thursday and assumed that rooms would be cleaned daily. Friday morning, I opened my door to housekeeping cleaning other rooms and I asked when she could clean mine. She said I would have to request it to be cleaned Saturday morning even though she was next door cleaning. I went to the front desk and they stated that they scheduled for it for Saturday. I recently stayed at a DoubleTree Hilton hotel for a work trip in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I travel with my personal vehicle for work a lot so I like to bring my hobbies with me. On this occasion, I had my my mountain bike and my road bike with me.

The morning after my first night at the hotel I woke up to see that both of my bikes had been stolen from my vehicle. I took many precautions to ensure this wouldn't happen - I had multiple locks securing the bikes to the vehicle, I parked in the hotel parking lot near the building, and

False advertisement! I called to inquire about the pool being open and was told that it was. When I arrived I was told again the pool was open when in fact the pool area was not open and surrounded by caution tape.

I only reserved the hotel for the pool. I was later advised the pool has been shut down for some time. If I would’ve been told this initially I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. Then I was told it would be $172 to cancel although I was misinformed my multiple staff members!

Me and my family checked in on March the 11, 2023. 00. 00. I was told it was an accidental fee. When we got to the room on the 5th floor the room was nothing like what was on the web.

The balcony was nothing we imagined. The bed was lumpy. The stopper in the bub was broken and I couldn't put my 2year old son in the tub.... It was old food on the lamp beside the bed. There was no smoking in the room and we didn't mess anything up. 00 back.

For the price of y'all room there shouldn't be any issues. I can honestly say we will not return to the doubletree again....

Infested with cockroaches - housekeeping left piss in the tub - black mold on the fixtures - tried to charge us full days rate for later checkout when the welcome email clearly states the policy is a $75 charge. Very poor build quality of the building itself - balcony shaking, very unsafe.

Not only unhygienic but unsafe and criminally overpriced at more than $400 per night, on a weekday. Absolutely a terrible toxic property. Would take them to court criminally if we could.

The driver named Luis in Double Tree Airport, New Orleans, LA branch was very rude. We called multiple times before he arrived. Despite the fact that it took us almost an hour before he was able too pick us up coming from a long flight we had 3 connecting flights BTW.

Itoldhim maybe he was invisible. And said he doesn't care about my life after telling him we were very tired traveling for 24 hrs and waited long time. He shouldn't be working in this type of business. He is very rude.

I am also working in the hospitality business I would say he is the worse hotel shuttle driver I encountered his service is the worse.

I had to go to Raleigh for business on 21 thru 23 Feb. the Company owner told me he had a rate with this hotel on highwoods blvd and I should chalk them and use him s Comapny name. I called 2 days prior and spoke with James Maurer Who was very polite and helping and told me that he did see a rate at 85 dollars a night.

I am attending a Cruise Planners conference and my daughter came with me. While I was at the conference today, she was in the room and said that at approximately 11am a maintenance man opened the door using his key. He did not knock. She was working at the desk and was surprised to see someone come in. The man then left. At approximately 2:30pm today she said that it happened again. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Poor management, lack of communication between staff and crew. No efficiency, no solutions to address your experience and concerns. I spent 2 nights there, returned to my room on the first day to find all of my stuff gone, bed made and room cleaned (even though I left a do not disturb sign on my door).

You would have thought that they would have least put all of my belongings in a bag and put it to the side (if they believed that I left) but they didn't. I have a reservation which I thought I had made directly at the Downtown Memphis DoubleTree for the night of April 21,2023. It was to join a Viking Mississippi cruise leaving on the 22nd. Viking changed the departure location so I called to cancel the reservation. I was told that I could not cancel or change the reservation. There was no recourse!

We stayed at your hotel in Orlando for the springsteen concert on 2/5/23 first off all the computers went down and the lobby was filled with angry people. Lines going out the door. A complete cluster. We finally get a room which we upgraded and weee told they have no blankets.

We weee freezing and uncomfortable for the entire night. We called again when we Returnes from concert for a simple blanket and again told NO. Not a blanket to be had. What kind of hotel does not have a blanket.

It was not a good experience. Very very very unhappy.

I reserved a room using my points. All was going well until a day before my arrival. 1. I called to confirm a handicap room and was told yes a handicap with 2 queen beds. 2. I called to confirm the person staying was my wife and front desk confirm making notes of this. 3.

On January 2, 2023, my cousin, Dolores Carmadella-Baum and myself stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown. Dolores paid. Checked out on the third and realized I had left my MagSafe charger in room. Called January 3rd evening and was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes.

We arrived at bedtime and had to depart at 4 am. The two things I needed were a shower and good sleep. the room was very warm when we arrived, so we lowered the thermostat. The room stayed on 73 for our entire stay although we had it set for mid 60’s (so not a good night’s slee).

I had experienced a cancellation of a flight at the Norfok International Airport and would need to stay overnight in Norfolk for November 9, 2022. I was set up to stay in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel locally which had a shuttle service to the airport.

I have never stayed at a Hilton Hotel but was happy to hear that it was going to be a Hilton. The shuttle brought me to the hotel and the check in clerk was very nice and gave me a bottle of water and a warm cookie.

It was a nice treat. The building itself could use a make-over but it wasn't too much of a concern for my needs. I requested a room close to the elevators and was accommodated with this request with Room 363 which worked out well as I need to walk with a cane due to knee surgery.

3003 Corporate Drive W, Lisle, IL 60532. Nov 4-5, 2022, HH# 542318265 DIAMOND Absolutely horrible night. Hockey players we running through the halls, wrestling, rough housing, making all kinds of noise, slamming doors, music loud. All after 10 pm. We called the desk twice.

Twice we were told someone would come to the fourth floor and check things out. No help. The next day, at 1045 am, vulgar, loud music and voices, rough housing. Went on for nearly an hour. I called the desk -- no answer.

I gave up, checked out despite having late check out. I do not remember a worse experience. We think a Be Our Guest certificate is in order.

Just stayed in double tree Columbus and it was the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in my life. There was blood and who knows what everywhere. We couldn’t use the pull out sofa because it was covered in the last persons popcorn and food crumbs.

When we arrived there was a half roll of toilet paper in the suite for 4 people. We received 3 towels 3 hand towels and one rag for 4 adults. I called for more rags but never received them. I did ask for some one to clean the sofa mattress but instead they offered to move our room which after driving all day and already being unpacked and exhausted I declined.

There was also no trash can in the restroom.

I recently stayed at one of your resorts and I was highly disappointed on how your Manager Anthony at 4000 Ocean Drive Miami was acting towards me and my man. We stayed from aug 20 to 22. I will never stay here and I will let all my coworkers, family and friends that this establishment condones prostitution.

We checked into the Doubletree by Hilton in Davenport, Iowa on Thursday, August 25th, 2022 around 1 pm. m. Upon turning on the TV, the message said there was no signal. I called the front desk to inquire as I thought maybe I was doing something wrong to be told the cable was out.

A very minimal explanation from the person and certainly no apology or thoughts as to when we could expect it to be on. Upon waking the next morning I found that I was still without a signal. Most travelers expectation is toa be able to lay in their bed and enjoy the TV after a long day which we had.

I would very much like to be compensated for this inconvenience that we experienced.

I was a guest of Doubletree Suites in Huntsville from 8/22-8/24 2022. My recent experience has been one that is very concerning.

Upon checking in my room I noticed the tub continuously dripping water. I went to the front desk and they changed my room. I then went to dinner with my bosses and came back to my room only to hear someone in the room. I then checked my key to make sure I was at the right room and after confirming I knocked on the door only. To my surprise another guest (a man) answered and told me he just checked into the room. He said he noticed my suitcase and took it downstairs. As we walked downstairs to figure out what was going on I explained that my work laptop and work phone were also in the room.
