The room I paid for and reserved was not cleaned and ready at check in time which was 3, we got there after 3 it wasn't ready! So we had to take another room wasn't happy! It has no fridge no microwave no Bible no menus,phonebook nothing for ordering food or menus!

Also the indoor pool areas was nasty so dirty and there is green mold all around the top inside and the hot tub was yellow like urine and had horrible odor we did not swim or use hot tub, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would like my money returned please Thank You

On August 2nd I arrived at the doubletree Monroeville and went to my room to find that it was not clean it still had a party balloon on the ceiling, tub did not drain,sink did not drain, ledge by the window had dirt and sticky stuff I guess from part, table was not wiped down, bathroom sink was not wiped down, sweeper needed to be ran there was an ear bud, piece of hard plastic at the foot of the been the lamp and

shade were dirty with dust, bathroom door dirty and I can go on and on. For the amount of money I thought I would at lease have a clean room if nothing else very disappointed.

I had a recent stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in CT my experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! When my family and I checked into our room there were BLOODY TOWELS in the bathroom NOT STAINS OF BLOOD IT WAS FRESH NEVER WAHED BLOODY TOWELS !!

Blood spots on the bedspread, as well as blood on the arm of the sofa. Went to front desk was told no rooms available to move me to another room, no extra blankets to give me, was told by the MANAGER I was getting the room at a discounted rate for the baseball tournament and

should be happy with that, said he spoke to the individual that cleaned the room prior to check in and confirmed that the room was cleaned and no dirty towels were left and he felt there was nothing he needed to do for me and walked away from me.

My husband and I stayed at the Doubletree 7/7/22 thru 7/11/22. Our stay was horrible, couldn't get clean towels, no microwave or refrigerator in room, the plumbing was horrible, water not draining from tub. none of the cleaning staff spoke English, the front desk staff was very rude.

No towels by the pool.

Overall we were very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will never stay at another Doubletree.

Doubletree Miami The housekeeping cleaned my room and didn't leave any towels, went to front desk, I was informed that it would be an hour b4 I could get towels, I went to my event came back, 6 hours later still no towels. Also plumbing horrible.

Good evening. I had 2 reservations. Confirmation #88002307 and confirmation # 83715688 Both were made in November of 2021. After the reservations were made online, I called the hotel and requested the rooms to be adjoining and to make any adjustments that needed to be made to make it happen.

One room was for my 85 year old mother who absolutely needed to be adjoining my room. I was told that it would be put in the notes and to call back before the wedding. I did just that and called a few days before the wedding and spoke to Veronica.

She put me on hold and came back and told me everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, and check in, one room was 218 and the other room was 314. They were not connecting. Not even close. Different floors.

Needless to say, I had to sleep in the same room…

The staff was very impersonal. Very unknowable about area restaurants and directions around the area. The ac did not work nor did the bath room vent. The staff was insensitive to rectifying the problem. I have stayed in Doubletree hotels in Chicago and Washington D. C.

and was very happy but this Doubletree Winter green was a genuine bad experience……….

I am at Doubletree Hilton Olbia with a large group of people staying for work for 7 weeks and you would think with a solid booking for that long the staff would be nice, but not at all. The front desk is not helpful at all they are rude when you ask them for something they look at you and talk in Italian to the other staff as if requesting a tablecloth to cover a table is absurd.

I was told to go try the restaurant but they’re closed. We cant help you is what I was told. And that’s not the only instance, they are just overall rude and unaccomidating as if you are putting them put of the way bu asking anything at all.

Recently I stayed at Doubletree PHX airport hotel. My company reserved and payed for the room and I gave my personal CC for incidentals. After 13 hours at the airport trying to get a flight out, I went to get something to eat.

My car came back declined and when I checked, the hotel had billed my card the full $1300 dollars. They had also billed my company the same amount. I was told by the GM that I had to wait 24 hrs. for the refund.

24 hours later, no refund and the same GM now said 3 to 4 bossiness days. I went this morning and I was told that it was just a hold that they put on my card. I have gone to the hotel three times and gotten three different answers.

When I entered my room I could see the dust on the furniture and the bathroom was dirty with holey towels. That night when I pulled down the sheets there were feces smeared in the bed with holes in the sheets. 0.

We are here right now at your location in Schaumburg IL in room 524. We cannot take showers. There is no hot water. We called the front desk. Kenny answered the phone. He said there is nothing he could do.

He was no at all offering solution or even apology. He said sarcastically that he was not proficient in plumbing and there is not manager or engineer on staff to help us. I asked if I could give my number for a manager to call when they get in but based on the poor attitude of Kenney I am sure I will not get a call back.

By the way there were goldfish on the carpet when we walked in and two pillows with NO pillow slips. Not enough to complain about but all together Doubletree Schaumburg gets a one star for poor staff and management. This is unacceptable to not be able to take a shower.…

It is the dead of winter and there is no heat??? Why would you allow guest to stay when you know the heat is not working! Not only is it FREEZING in our room the dining area has no heat and the front desk area has no heat!

We have asked for help, they sent an electrician hours ago and the heat NEVER came on. The ONLY saving grace is because we are relocating that we had our own heater. To Whom It May Concern: My husband and I stayed at the airport Doubletree Inn in Philadelphia on December 21st. The omicron virus had started to rampage on the east coast that week. On the door of your hotel there was a big sign that said "Masks Required".

At the front desk, one male desk clerk had his mask intermittently under his nose and under his chin--the woman clerk did have her mask on. People milling around the lobby had no masks on. After going to our room, my husband went down (masked--for our own safety and concern for others) to the restaurant to pick up some dinner for us to eat in our room.

In the restaurant, ALL, of the employees had their masks UNDER their chins, which gave a feeling of contempt for any rules, or concern for your patrons--we found this disturbing. I know…

Hi Am waiting for a friend, my friend there spouse has a job working at one of your DoubleTree hotels in Denver they are there in their spouse staying in a room for free and they said their spouse can stay with there spouse with them but they wont let there service dog to stay with them for me that's not okay because my friend has severe depression and

My name is Robert Gonzalez this is my first time making a complaint of any kind but I felt that something had to be said in regards to my family's stay in one of your hotels. We recently stayed in your Tempe Arizona hotel from Dec 2 - 5 and I have to say it was a nightmare, I'm not a person to complain but this was ridiculous. So first after the first night the following morning I called around 6 A.M. to request housekeeping, we were there for my daughters swimming tournament that took place at Arizona State University. I had no hot water when I stayed at double tree on nov 23 to 24 th at Newark airport . I waited hours was late for a dinner meeting , by being told water will be fixed soon. The morning of the 24 th i was woken up at 7 am (after getting in at 2 am ) to a fire alarm that scared me to death!

Called the front was told not to worry smoke in the kitchen set it off. Needless to say I could not get back to sleep was tired all day . I complained to the only manger I could ( transportation ) he bullshitted me it was a guest that was smoking .

We were very disappointed with our two-night stay. When we booked a stay at a Hilton/ Doubletree, we expected quality and comfort. 1. We entered our room and my husband sat on the chair at the desk. Apparently, the back of the chair was broken, and he caught himself just before he ended up on the floor. 2.

My issue: An unrefunded night This seems unfair to me as I called the hotel in the city I was staying using their direct phone number and was automatically forwarded to the third party to book my stay. I always call hotels directly and do not use third parties for this very reason. Shame on me for assuming that my booking was being handled by DoubleTree. Shame on DoubleTree (Hilton) for their deceptive practices. Needless to say, I won't be booking at any Hilton properties again.

This is our 4th year in a row staying at the Double Tree in Oak Brook, IL. It has been less than par all of the years we have stayed here, but this has been the absolute worst. Out of the 5 or so times we have stayed here, we have never been able to use the pool.

It is closed every single time. For some reason or another. The elevators were a huge issue. Out of 3 of them, only one was working. With over 500 dancers and their families this was not ok. At one point to bring our luggage down, we waited 45 minutes for a ride to the lobby.

There was no restaurant, no bar, no pool. All of the amenities described on the website were not available. Not to mention you couldn’t get towels or toiletries if you ran out. The air conditioning was out in most of the ballrooms where the dancers were.…

Didn't have my rooms ready until the third day. They overbooked the rooms had people walking in on me and my family while we were sleeping. Charge my credit card and didn't have me a room until 5 or 6 hours later and it wasn't the room I reserved.

The room had leftover food and refrigerator from the last guess. For customer service they would let me speak with a manager on site. They kept taking my phone number saying that they going to call me when the room was available.

I’m very very upset have been employed at Hilton double tree and I was in fear of loosing my job because a sexual harassment issue that went on for many months. They did Fire the employee. They did not report it to Corporate. Today I was fired.

I was fired because all the new TVs and fridges there have been stolen by the mangers boyfriend that has a addiction. The Gm and the HR covered all of it up. They went into the computer system and kept money like they didn’t rent the room.

We stayed at the Double Tree Hotel located at Atlantic Beach, NC from July 15 to July 17, 2021. The same was horrible. Our room was on the 8th floor, and every single day one of the elevators were broken.

Also the air conditioner constantly leaked. It leaked on our clothes. I have some photos of the leaking if they are needed. When I asked about the elevators, we were told every day that the elevators were being worked on.

I paid almost $400 per night for the room, and for that rate this problems are not acceptable.

My family and I stayed at the Doubltree by Hilton Downtown Memphis this weekend (July 16-18, 2021) for my daughter's pageant with America's Best Pageant. When we got in the room there was used coffee grounds still in the coffee maker and one of the comforters had dry blood and food stains on it (my mom gave took the comforter off and gave it to the housekeeper the following day).

Upon leaving, I asked one of the valet employees (heavy set African American male) if I could load my car and have it parked again until we were ready to leave or if I needed to wait until we checked out and his response was "I don't give a damn what you do".

Dirty room Dusty Wet towels Musty mildew odor in room. No trash pick up from previous guest. Called for towels several times no one came. After waiting hours had to get towels from front desk. No room service during my 2 day stay 7/5 thru 7/7/2021 although requested it. My stay was Horrible.

Stayed 7/5 thru 7/7/21. There was trash left from previous guest. Towels were damp and room smelled Musty and Damp. Called for towels and had to go to front desk hours later to get them. The Doubletree Hotel in Columbus Georgia charged my account an extra $200 because they said someone had smoked in the room. Through the few days my wife and I stayed at this hotel we continually smelled a strong odor of pot in the hall. We don’t smoke.

They would not remove the charge. We will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again. The Doubletree phone number for customer complaint is a constant busy signal. Guess they don’t care!

I understand the elimination of cleaning services due to COVID even though it is part of the service. What I am livid about is how many times does one room need to ask for towels, soap, a vacuum, and garbage bag to do my own cleaning for my room with four people, two being children?

We even went to front desk and nothing!! 00 for 5 days!! Basically bring my own cleaning supplies to stay at your establishment. I am more than not happy about thus stay!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only way up to an elevator from parking is a broken escalator. That we have to walk up to. For two days I have called the front desk for two more towels.

Phone rings for no less than 25 times. Called 800 number for main customer service, I was disconnected. I just want some towels. Im leaving and going over to Marriott

If I could give no stars, I honestly would. This, by far, has been the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had.

First, we booked our stay on May 28th for June 11th, an ample amount of time. We called to try and get an early check-in (7 am) but was advised it was impossible. Check-in is anything after 3 pm so my wife arrived around 3:30-3:45 and was told there are no rooms available and cannot give her a time frame on when space would be available.

So my wife decided to wait in their study area and do some work. I got off work at 3 pm and made it to the hotel between 7 pm & 8 pm. Can you believe the room was still not available!

I had a reservation for June 18th and June 19th, 2021 this was a fathers day trip to Sea World. I looked at at least 8 different properties this includes reading all reviews. I choose DoubleTree. The hotel is in a great location it's close to a lot of places to eat and shop also its 11miles or so to Sea World.

I wish I had made reservations somewhere else!! The elevators were not working properly at one point only one was working. My husband actually was stuck in one along with a maintenance employee. The ice machine on my floor (7th) did not work.

I go to the lobby gift shop to get a 20 oz. 26 which is ridiculous!! The showerhead leaks water pressure was awful! I ordered a meal from the restaurant name the Landing, club sandwich and fries to be exact the fries were cold and the lettuce…

This Hotel has to be one of the worsted I have stay in. In my life first they gave us a room 1101 air work for 5hrs then stoped. Go to front desk they tell me it’s because it hot outside.

00 dollars a night to stay just because of the college World Series that a 100 more then there usual rate. They move us again to room 435 said the air nice and cool there. I said thank you. Got that room 9hrs later air stops working call they said we can bring you a fan.

I said I’m paying 244 a night for a dam fan. Next they get there maintenance man to come and look at it. He was a very nice great guy upstanding to deal with he apologized and did what he could.

My daughter and Her son room 1001 at thé doubletree in fort lee N J from 6/3/2021 To 6/10/2021 was without A/C thé whole entire time of their stay. Wé have lodge à complaint To thé front desk numerous times To fix it To no avail.

Both of them developed heat rash and my grandson had à nose bleed. William front desk manager and Alex sales person stated they Will accomodate them. Wé are still waiting for them To get back To us.

On the 10th day of June I stayed at the doubletree Hilton hotel at sea world in Orlando. The experience was the worst I ever had. My wife and I checked in we went to our room, the one we were downgraded too.

The room has a very bad smell of cigarette or black & mile smell. My wife has asthma. We literally had to go out and buy air fresher to try to clear out the smell. The property itself was disgusting, trash all over the parking lot, the tower doors leading into the building were broken so anybody could enter.

No security at all on the property. Parking lot gates were broken too. My wife and I were so disgusted that we were scared to take a shower in that room. We did not even eat the complimentary breakfast, we just wanted out of there.

Been a customer at the Double Tree in Grand Junction Colorado for years. And plan on visiting for years and years, because my son and his wife and grandkids live there. For all those years I never paid a parking fee ($12.00 a night). On departing on 5/30/2021 I was blown away be charged $24.00 for two nights stay! The fee was never mentioned by the clerk on arrival or when the reservations were made! Please note, this $12.00 parking fee per night was not for a parking assistant!

As you may or may not know, the hotel is right off the highway and I’d bet that 95% of the customers drive in off the interstate. You would think that Hilton would have a big red sign on the front door (comparable to a mask REQUIRED SIGN) so all customers could see….but nothing was noticeable or front and center!…

I still did not get the bill. Upon calling on today, I finally asked to just have the bill mailed to me. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot get something as simple as "bill/receipt" from such a well-known establishment.

I do not think I will ever be staying at Doubletree again.

I would like to file a complaint against Scott the Banquet manager at Doubletree in Overland Park Kansas. I scheduled a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend on May 15th 2021 and I have been working with banquet manager Jared the whole time.

The day of our event I did not know that I will be working with Scott but he did not go by the layout of the room nor the request in things that myself and Jared had discussed. Long story short myself and my friend had to set up the room the way that we wanted it except for the dance floor because it was too heavy for us to lift.

By us doing so it made us very late and have a late start for the party which seem to make Scott very upset he was livid mad slamming things down asking my guess what time we will be starting we need to get started…

The front disc is rude , unavailable all times, they hang up the phone when customer ask for something , no cleaning rooms , no living supplies in the room . This service is not only low standard but categorised as fraud and abuse and should be addressed legally .

Very bad service, Bathtub not working, 5 hours not fixed. Billow missed.called front desk 3 hours, I didn't get it yet. Very bad customper service.

My daughter is staying at the Doubletree in Deerfield Beach. Her and her boyfriend went to get dinner (had the do not disturb sing ON THE DOOR) came back and found her cat had been stolen along with about $20.

There was also a crumbled receipt from the hotel (not for them) with an employee name on it (Steve Samitt) that was on the floor that was not there when they left to get dinner. They have asked to have the security review the footage to see who was in there room while they were gone and also asked of maybe someone on staff can help the.

They were told no, sorry we cannot help you, we don't have cameras in the hallways. They will not allow her to post any fliers or pictures of the cat. Someone needs to get involved and review security and key card access before the police get…

We booked the hotel in Binghamton to have a staycation and use the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was closed and this information was left out of the booking online. When we booked we were told we would have a pool and hot tub.

We won’t be having our next staycation here.
