We arrived for our stay at The DoubleTree 50 Yvette J Haggins Dr. Savannah; we booked at this Hotel because of its location, and for the fact, it was supposed to beautiful clean rooms, a beautiful pool, and a lounge area.

Well, it has none of these things. They gave us it was filthy, so they had to change our room, which was ok. But the pool isn't open, and the staff had no idea when it would be available again.

There was supposed to be a benefit breakfast also not. The team was the unhelpful and overall worst stay ever and will never stay at any double tree again.

5 nts at Pomona CA property, checked out this morning. First room had odd smell that got worse, found dog poop, urine stains, chew toys and someone’s clothing in corner where sofa is - if room had been vacuumed dog poop would have been found. Reported it to front desk, had to request room change. When housekeeping showed up I mentioned I had smelled something but had checked in and left (fam mbr in hospital) - housekeeping asked if I had thought smell was me. I was offered one night free parking ($7), wow. No apologies. Second room moved into, back late and found a brown smear on underside edge of comforter- informed front desk upon check out.

Room 1721 had mold in the entire bathroom, feces was found on the curtains, bed skirt was dirty and torn, air condition had a rusted metal piece hanging from bottom, dirty towels, door stain, lots of bugs and roaches. Images are to large but I have plenty.

I stayed there and left a jbl speaker. I called the next day and claimed my speaker and was told I would have to pick it up and present my ID. When I returned for my speaker a little under 2 weeks later I was informed another guest called and descibed my speaker and came to claim it.

I was then told that they dont have any responsibility for my speaker and that she doesnt have to compensate me because they didnt do anything wrong. After talking she then said she could compensate me on my gold account, which I do not have, with a free nights stay that I dont want.

She did poorly at managing this location and her staff.

I will never again book with another double tree again. 00 for smoking in the room. I don’t even smoke and my room was filled with children both mine and my sister”s. Mind you this was after I checked out at the front desk and showed them pictures of the room condition when we walked in and the smell.

I even told them that it’s fine no discount needed but just wanted them to be aware. 00 charger on my card. After several of days in dispute and $500 later my funds where returned, and all I received was an apology.

Now we have moved the the area that I hue happened and currently moving back out of the area. I booked a room to sleep after driving back and didn’t make it so I changed the stay on the website.

I've never been charged a deposit and yet the Doubletree hotel in Independence, Ohio charged one. The entire floor stunk of marijuana. I tried to brush it off as disinfectant, but it never went away. Changed rooms and the fire alarm goes off at 3 am for 20 minutes. No staff came to the floor. There was no all call to guests to stay or evacuate... nothing. However, just opening the door to the hallway for this second room of the night and anyone would know why the alarm went off. You were nearly knocked on your feet with the smell and smoke of marijuana. Just ridiculous.

Finally, when checking out, I requested a printed receipt. The staff and manager refused stating since I didn't book with them they couldn't. They had my information on their screen and refused to give any receipt.

I booked the "honeymoon" suite back in May as a surprise for by granddaughter and soon to be husband. The suite included chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, room service for breakfast and rose petals sprinkled on the bed. , during the wedding reception (3/20/21) I received a call for payment of the room and was told I needed to come to the hotel to pay with a credit card.

I explained to Veronica Martinez (Fresno Convention) what was going on and asked if she could take the card over the phone. Anyway, after being on the phone with her and on hold several times (and 20 minutes later) I have found out that there will be no chocolate covered strawberries (due to covid-19) and I needed to sign a release allowing them to run my credit card manually.

I am the president of a local Civil War Roundtable. We had a speaker staying at the Double Tree on Carnegie in Cleveland for our December 11, 2019 meeting. During the course of the evening - which started about 6:00 - our speaker became ill, passed out and was taken by EMS to the hospital. He had checked into the Double Tree a few hours later. To say the least, everyone in the group was concerned. Since he was not from our city and we knew him only as a speaker, we were at a loss.

I called the Double Tree and identified myself and told the operator that our speaker, Peter D'Onofrio was hospitalized and I did not know his condition. Last June,

I stayed at the Hilton Hotel (Double Tree) at the London Tower location. I had tentatively booked riverside Double Tree at Riverside, but that hotel was cancelled, but they still charged me 250 euro.

I have written to the hotel on numerous occasions, but there has been a very poor response. They said, I should go back to Booking.com and my bank. I contacted both. Booking.com said it wasn't there problem, and my bank said, the hotel should refund the money.

Since, I am very disappointed with the reply. I want to get my refund.

Hi, my complaint is getting stuck in the lift on the way to check out. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel until this happened, it was scary and unsettling when the lift dropped half a floor from 1st to half way towards P with me inside it.

I then had to spend the next 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and let me out. My friend asked the reception to help and they told him that they already knew I was stuck. I was helped out by 3 of the staff who manually opened the door, and I then had to carry my 3 bags up the stairs, with no help off the staff.

I prepaid for a room, 1 week prior, was advised by front staff should I need another room, that would be no problem, I walked in today, and brought my previous reservation, and Patrick stating he was the supervisor, asked him to honor the same price for the other room. I asked for the Manager, he didn’t offer his superior in charge of guest accommodations. He could have cared less and didn’t even want to make a guest happy. With tax my 1st room is $179.82 and my 2nd room is $223.36, when you ck out your website it states rooms are $179.00, asked the room rate should have been honored, that is what the girl said to be when I paid for the first room.

Ive been to Mistys lounge 4 times to check out the bands. Theyre ok, but everytime we need service we have to get it ourselves. i have called 2 different numbers at least 50 times. Heres the best part, I messgd on FB on Feb 1, 2019, Im still waiting.

Good afternoon, For many decades "Latin Dance Night", was held on Thursday night, at the Double Tree Hotel, Bakersfield, California. This became a historical event where many residents all over Kern County would come and dance the night away, as well as buy drinks throughout the night.

The bar, located inside it's Club called the "Odyssey", hosted this event, without fail, every Thursday evening. For many years this became a win, win situation, because the Bar, which was open regardless of any night, profited greatly. The dancers in turn, enjoyed the classy aura that this club, inside the Double Tree provided, including an excellent dance floor, lighting, sound projection and good ventilation.

This is NOT a complaint (I could not find a site for submitting positive comments)… so... We flew from Charlotte to Boston on 6/25/19 and stayed at the Doubletree Boston-Bayside until 6/29/19. We had a most positive experience with your staff and facility there.

The person who made the most positive difference was Shawn Phillips. She (Shawn) handles customers in such a professional manner and makes them feel welcomed.

For example, The hotel shuttle was to pick us up at Logan Airport, but traffic jams and logistics kept us waiting at the airport for over an hour and a half. I placed a reservation for 2 rooms a few months ago. Reservation is in July. Unfortunately I have had something serious happen & need to cancel. I have talked to several people & keep getting told nobody can do anything.

I have been hung up on, transferred to wrong departments & left a message for the hotel manager to call & haven't heard back. I will NEVER use any kind of Hilton hotel again. Anytime I go anywhere that's where I always stay but I wont again.

On April 18 2019, my girlfriend and I travelled to Miami where we stayed at DoubleTree Resort & Spa by Hilton Hotel Ocean Point - North Miami Beach from the 18th to the 21st. We booked your hotel because we wanted a relaxing place to stay by the beach with the Spa as it was offered by Expedia. We got the package and upon arrival we were beyond upset the fact that the Spas Hotel was closed. It pretty much ruined a part of our plans. Checked in on Friday May 24, 2019 came for my grand daughter graduation staying until Tuesday. I always stay here when I visit but this by far was the worst stay after running all day come back to room no room service.

I been here all this time and only had one day of room service. Attended my nephew graduation today May 27, 2019 left hotel at 8 am just got back at 4:24 no service to my room. She was just getting to my room.

We stayed at this hotel on 11th ,may for a night in room # 304. When I checked in to see whether there were any other rooms on higher floors. But we were told -NO other rooms We rushed to the function we had to attend after checking in.

Arrived back late and did'nt have time to check the room. The room is located next to the roof on which all the pool pump and all other service equipment are kept. All through the night we had to bear the continuous sound of the machines disturbing our sleep.

This place is used as a common meeting place since the group is use to meeting at this location ! I was informed by my supervisor that we would be meeting at this location and had spoke with hotel and it was ok for us to park for this one night! This was on Fox news today. Bar placed a sign to refuse service to Vets at the Colorado DoubleTree. Disgraceful!!! “So last night we took over 600 people to the DoubleTree Colorado Springs and paid over $50 a person,” Osbourne wrote on the Facebook post, which has since been deleted, FOX 28 reported.

“Treated us like crap, refused to leave food for guests in the bathroom or chatting. They said when they are seated they will be served. They charged us over $12 a drink which we all paid. And then left this sign on the bar!

This event was a post deployment ceremony! These men and women were being honored for serving our country, but I guess serving them at the double tree is too much! "

I just read an article about Double Tree Hotel in Colorado Springs disrespecting military personnel. We went through this in the late 1960's in the airports, train stations and streets military personal are fighting over there so you don't have a war in your lobby like many countries have.

Double Tree lost this customer there are a lot of places to stay that appreciate our business. You need to screen and train your workers and managers much better.

Making a black man who was a guest in your hotel leave for what appears to be only because he was black is wrong. Your employees should be fired. The police officer who responded to the call should also be fired.

I am a retired white police officer and found the behavior of your employees and the police officer nothing less than a racially motivated act. I will never stay in another Hilton property. This behavior should have been done in the 1960s.

I hope the man sues for millions. I would tell you this, if I were on the jury I would award him the maximum the law allows.

I booked a room online and was guaranteed late arrival, I arrived at 11pm and was told that they sold my room since I was late. I am now stuck on the side of the roads because I do not have a room.

I have been driving for over 3 hours trying to find a room tonight and all are booked. I drove over 8 hours to get here.

While the front desk was Outstanding except for one exception. The housekeeping service left a lot to be desire. First day was fine. The second day I found crums in the bed ( they were my , I had had a cookie the night before) but nobody made the bed the way it was supposed to be made.

The trash was left from the day before. No complimentary coffee or tee or cups The reason I am Writing to you is so I don't have to give this hotel a bad review on line. Since every one else was Very, very nice

My husband and I were in Savannah during the Memorial Day weekend. We were not guests in your hotel but decided to dine in your restaurant since I had had such a wonderful experience a few years ago. Several things were wrong: 1.

I was surprised at the menu - it looked like something that you would get from a street vendor or fast food place and the restaurant was not busy at all but the service was poor. 2. Our waitress serviced both the restaurant and the room service as well. 3. Her appearance was sad.

She was pregnant and the shirt she was wearing looked like it had just come out of the shipping bag. 4. When the food finally arrived, what a disappointment. 5 hours to prepare a salmon cobb salad and chicken and waffles.

I went to make an online reservation. Once online I thought I was on Hiltons website. The logo was all over the place. 00. 00 so I hit the button put my info in and got an email confirmation from GETAROOM. I immediately called GETAROOM.

They called the HIlton Double Tree in Pruneyard to see if they would not charge me a canselation fee. Hikton said no they would not charge me. SO I rebooked with HIlton at this time. I was charge by Hilton and by GETAROOM.

00 due to paying for the room twice. I was not expecting to pay twice so I have incurred over draft fees. I called Double Tree and GAETAROOM neither were any help. My confirmation for GETAROOM is R1102217721 and my Hilton 54775908 I want to be reimbursed and compensated for all this mess

On Nov. 15, 2017, I made a reservation for a seven night stay at a special convention rate at the Doubletree hotel in Virginia Beach, and guaranteed it with my credit card. Last week I decided to add another night, and unbeknownst to me, the agent converted the whole reservation over to a non-fundable, immediate payment rate.

My credit card was maxed out because of the large unauthorized charge, which has placed my whole trip in jeopardy, as I had budgeted everything so that I would be able to pay the hotel bill at the END of the visit like normal (my travel buddy was to be responsible for half the cost). Hilton/Doubletree REFUSES to refund the money and told me that if I cancel it, I lose the reservation and cannot get the special convention rate I had originally booked.

We stayed on 9/23/17 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh- Green Tree ... 500 Mansfield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. We had a awful experience! We went to our room walked in and it smelled like skunk so bad it made us sick.

Went to the service desk and they put us in another room. That room smelled better, but due to construction going on we had to walk a long way to get there. My son found pills on the floor in that room we turned into the service desk.

Went to give my son a great weekend and turned out a nightmare! When we checked out they said we would get a free night for our issues we had. Never heard anything so I called and they said a manager would call me back and never did!

I would love to give Hilton a second chance, but would prefer it not to be this hotel!

My family and I checked into the Double Tree in Richardson, Texas on August 4, 2017 ~ August 6, 2017. When we booked the room we asked for the Executive Level, as we always do to include breakfast. My reservation was made for me as a guest of the Grand Lodge of Illinois Ancient Free and Accepted Masons. I received a reservation for Thursday, October 6 through Saturday October 8. I received an email from the hotel, and a link to a website to pick out my room. Every time I tried to use it, it gave me an error message that the system was not working properly and to come back later. I did that four time, with the same results. I was hung up on by the Doubletree front desk attendant Taylor / Tyler after he badgered me about a repair that needed to be done on my door. Please allow me to explain: I checked in Friday August 12, 2016. My room was never cleaned, just the trash emptied on occasion. The toilet had /soda in the bowl, (Dr. Pepper) and on the seat. Which is a clear indication the toilet was never cleaned. I had to call to the front desk for toilet paper. I assumed this was part of the amenities that came with the room. I guess not! A bra I never wore was thrown in the shower.. The lock on my door was not working properly so my door was accessible to the public for 4 of the 5 days I was there as evidenced by a friend just walked in my room and woke me up for a meeting.

Called housekeeping 3 times about something left in the room. No response called front desk 4th had a rude clerk who said it was lost.
