LAST WEEK I WENT TO DUNKIN DONUTS IN POCOMOKE CITY, MD AS I DO THREE TO FOUR TIMES A WEEK. I ORDERED MY USUAL AN XL COFFEE AND AN OLD FASHION. I WAS ADVISED WE NO LONGER HAVE OLD FASHION DONUTS IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A BUTTERMILK OLD FASHION.

I GOT ON AND MY COFFEE AND WHEN I GOT TO MY CAR I NOTICED THAT THE DONUT WAS COVERED IN SUGAR ICING. I HAVE TO WATCH MY SUGAR INTAKE AND CAN NOT EAT THIS. I WENT BACK INSIDE AND ADVISED THE CLERK THAT THE DONUT WAS COVERED IN ICING HE ADVISED OR YEAH THEY ALL ARE.

I visited the Carlisle store on High St. Bought a box of 25 munchkins. I requested assorted but no chocolate ones. The person at drive thru even repeated it. When I got home & opened the box there were quite a few chocolate ones.

I tried calling the store. Only got a recording but couldn’t leave a message. Today I stopped for a muffin & a coffee & tried telling a worker what happened. He acted like he didn’t care. Not very good customer service.

Munchkins are expensive enough but to get ones you don’t eat make it worse especially when it was requested. Losing a customer if things like this keeps happening!

This franchise open in Rockhill ny the owner is an immigrant and all her workers from India are immigrants pays them cash. They eat whatever they want on the floor and also grab donuts on the floor with bare fingers and eat them.

This place is ran by a lady name Shakira and her workers all have fake names. They all get 50 60 hours to work a week and the few americans she hired get 13 hours a week they as well eat ehat they want break when want and smoke and never wash there hands.

They don't check the temps they dont put stickers on everything with date and time. They fony fix the ice machine they just buy local ice when they run out .

Also drains been clogged for two weeks no one has fixed it . They don't clean as they suppose to its a mess In there . The walls are broken rats coming…

The store located at 19th Ave & Northern in Phx AZ keeps charing my debit car, I have filed a claim, have gone into the store, called etc. All I am being advised is they are having an issue with the system & the DM will reach out.

This is day 3 no return call from a DM. My card has been charged 4 times. I do not want to have to cancel my card as I have alot of things associated & linked to this card. This is frustrating.

Once resplved I will no longer do business with you guys period. There is a starbucks across the street from this location. I understand things happen with systems etc but the lack of a phone call or being advised this is being taken care of & i am getting a refund is not acceptable.

I myself am a Business owner, this is not how you treat customers.

I used a Dunkin I normally don’t go to at 810 W Broadway in Fulton NY. My husband went in and placed the order. I ordered a large frozen mocha coffee and 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. When my husband brought my drink out they did not add the whipped cream or chocolate drizzle.

So I took it back in and asked them to please add it and the lady that I spoke to gave me an attitude First off they made my drink wrong and secondly dont treat a customer that way. That lady then proceeded to yell at the young girl who made my drink, If you want to yell at someone do it away from customers so they dont see how you treat your employees.

Your company need to come and audit the Dunkin at Skyway Plaza Plattsburgh NY. They are having people redeem their dunking points for a drink then telling the customer what they just redeemed doesn’t actually work for the drink they just ordered. Extremely incompetent staff!!

Then they charge you for the drink cost and you can’t unredeem your points cause you already redeemed them forcing you to get a drink you don’t actually want cause that’s what you have the coupon for. Between that Dunkin and the one on Bear Swamp Road Peru NY, where the manager tells staff to not put whipped cream and drizzle on drinks even if they order it, unless the customer catches it and asks again at the window. I pulled up to the window and I had a mobile order. They handed me my drinks. I had an Apple Fritter and a couple small donuts. I also had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. When I started driving away, I was reaching into one of the bags to make sure what I got was correct.

I ordered a hot pumpkin spice coffee by mistake, but wanted an iced pumpkin spice coffee. When i told the manager at the window i was actually meaningbto order iced, she showed me my receipt that i had oreded hot.

The store in Bellingham Ma. is always dirty and service inside is slow. One counter girl used the “f” word twice while I was waiting to order. I’ve been there 4 times and the eating counter is always dirty. I spilled coffee and the napkin holder was empty.

I go every morning for a hot coffee and toasted croissant with LIGHT butter . On rare occasions it's beed made correctly. But 75% of the time I am disappointed. Me and my husband love Dunkin don't get me wrong but when I say light I would hope it's half of what they usually add but I always get a big blob of butter that makes my toasted croissant soggy .

Your store at 550 South Federal Highway in Dania Beach Florida has been getting away with this stuff for many many years and this will if already will or has effected your business. The sign on the door says opens at 6:00 am for the walk in restaurant not 6:50 am.

The manager is there and will still not open the store. On many past occasions the manager did not show up until around 6:45 am. I realize that this being a private owned franchise that this will be hard to get the owner to adhere to The Rules but I am stating a complaint and this is the only procedure to get out the complaint.

I have seen this irresponsible business ran this way since 2009 and are greatly shocked it is still open??? They are carrying your trade mark name. And many children type people work there.

Store 1812 Pgh airport 6:59 am. Evidently it is "fuckin' ignorant" to put your money on the counter instead of handing it directly to the cashier. I visit the 87th and Kedzie location today. It was very uncomfortable visit. They were two older ladies I believe Arab yelling, and arguing very loud in the store, while there was customers in the store, very very unprofessional. every time I come to this location these older ladies are either arguing with each other or yelling at the other crewmembers.

On 7/9/2023 after traveling and being on the road for 3 days, we made a needed break at D&D in McClenny, FL off the interstate. We had to order from the kiosk as they were taking orders at the register.

After waiting about 10 minutes, it was time to make our order and we were told they were out of cream, (that has never happened in my 30+ years of going to D&D). We said we wanted a refund. We were spoken down to like a naughty child that they had a list of stuff they were out of on the kiosk.

Well I ordered a coffee a donut and a turkey egg on muffin. As I wait for my sandwich I see the girl play wit her nose. And then start touching food. So I say something I cancel my order asap.

Yes this has happened twice in a week and a half when I go to the Dunkin donuts on 1 north Charles st Baltimore MD they have had the door locked and did not come back for over 20 min and so last time I had to go but when I got to my destination I called up to the store and the girl answered and

This is for the Dunkin' at 350 Prospect St. East Stroudsburg, PA: A few days ago, I wanted to buy all their cinnamon powdered donuts - there were 4 there. The black girl with the fake eyelashes and attitude would not sell to me all 4. She said she was saving 2 for her friend... This should not have been ALLOWED to happen anywhere. Customer service was terrible. My food was thrown into a bag and pushed at me. The hash-browns were all crumbled, and the wrap was all squashed. We waited a very long time to get the order inside the store. Nada 599956 at the Chandler Arizona store waited on us.

At the location on 315 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, I just had an encounter with the rudest cashier ever.

First, she complained and told me she couldn’t hear me (in a rude voice). It was raining and the speaker was having feedback issues. She asked me to repeat my order 3 times (still got it wrong), gave me my coffee and shut the window without another word (I had also ordered a donut).
