I stopped by Thursday about 8:30am a young lady by the name Melody took care of me. In the process of me ordering an other lady that was working drive thru started yelling at her saying she needed a drink now melody then said ok let me finish with my customer first the older lady then

gets upset and huddled up with 2 other ladies talking they laughing talking loud and about her melody kept her cool and continued on taking my order while others was just standing around looking at her .

Also I noticed everyone kept making drinks for drive-thru but no one really helped her in the front. I told melody that she was very patient young women and that she was doing a great job I think changed needs to be made because what I witness was was racialness and it don’t look good for business

Your employee ran out and told the police that he saw me put something in my bag so I didn't know I got in my bag to get wipes so I could wipe the disgusting table down so I could sit and drink my latte and eat my donuts so when I left the store I video taped my police interactions and I'm pissed off I had to explain anything to the police it's nobody's business what I'm doing period

I was with 3 adult females in the car and I stopped for coffee and sandwiches, a total of $24.29. The lady who took my order was not very polite, didn’t repeat my order and they often got my drinks wrong or the amount of food that I wanted. That’s why they should repeat the order, to ensure there is no misunderstanding. They seem to be bothered that we are coming there , or snappy , ignorant demeanor as if we get the food for free.

She didn’t even asked me to pull up, or if she comprehended, repeated and I didn’t know if she computed taken my order.

A female with the name tag of Anna was at the front window and I asked her if she took my order. She said she didn’t . Then I asked her if she can tell the girl who took my order if she can please repeat my order and tell me when she finished…

The Dunkin’s in mendon Massachusetts refuses to put vanilla bean Coolatta mix into my ice coffee. I’ve been told it’s an allergy. They also refuse to add a splash of lemonade to my iced green tea. I’ve been told It’s corporate policy.

They’ve repeatedly refused my business because of this. This doesn’t seem truthful or reasonable to me. Dunkin’s would rather not have my money than give me exactly what I order?!

I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts on Church Street in Kingston, NH, this morning, June 8, 2023. The whole staff was swearing, using foul language, yelling at each other. After a 15 minute wait inside the store, the whole staff was just waiting on the drive-thru and not waiting on anyone in the store.

The swearing ( using the F word) and yelling at each other. About 6 people walked out of the store just shaking their heads. The woman waiting in front of me said that last week she was with her 12 year old daughter and two of the female workers were talking very loud and talking about how they had sex the night before.

Said it was totally disgusting. If I were the Manager, I would fire the whole staff. Even waiting in the drive through, the language is totally inappropriate and crude. I…

I placed an order through the app for two strawberry frosted donuts at the 41-28 Queens Boulevard location. I did not see my order so I showed both a male and female employee my phone with payment confirmation. The male employee saw order the order number and informed me that the order did not print.

The female employee was extremely rude and accused me of not completing the order even though I showed the order number to her. The female employee placed a donut in a bag and tossed it onto the counter. I had then informed them I order two donuts to which she complained added the second donut and tossed the bag down a second time and the male employee added that I did not complete the order even though I showed them both the order number several times.

I frequent store # 359689 at 3635 Walton drive. The drive through clerk, Alexandria, was extremely rude when I asked them to correct my order. I am diabetic and asked for no sugar and it had sugar. She argued with me about not being able to order a frozen coffee without sugar until other employees had to come correct her.

My daughter stopped by DD's to purchase a egg croissant and a medium coffee for me. I was appalled, once I opened my sandwich, it was burnt to the point I didn't know what I was receiving. I don't know how your food is processed, but that should have not been served to anyone. If I can't recognize it, I don't eat it.

If it is cooked on the spot, need I say more. I shouldn't have to check my food once I paid for it.

My daughter has been working at Dunkin’ Donuts for several months now she is 16 years old. Her name is Lexie Meador. She goes to work every day does not call in does not leave early and does her job very well.

She is having serious problems with us 30 some year, old woman calling her horrible names, threatening her embarrassing her in front of customers, she has been bullying her for several weeks now I have tried to contact her hiring manager. The shift managers has reported this he actually had to come in one day over her, threatening my daughter and another little girl trying to get them to go outside and fight calling them embarrassing names in front of customers.

I have been told that they have had a lot of issues out of this lady, but will not fire her due to have to pay her…

The Dunkin donuts store in my neighborhood do not want customers to sit inside and enjoy their perched coffee, donuts,etc. We have to constantly ask them for a chair which many times, we are met with hostility from employees. If it's ok for them to take my money for any purchases, then why is it not ok for us to sit down and enjoy our food?

About a month ago, I loaded their app into my phone. I work for a large airline at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and stop at Dunkin daily to buy food, donuts and coffee. Each time I attempted to scan my purchase through my app, at 2091 Griffin Road, Dania, Fl.

the Wifi was not working. The Manager at Dunkin stated it doesn't work. I have reached the point where, I uninstalled the app and no longer stop at Dunkin. When I loaded in the app I bragged to my co-workers about it and now regret it.

Dunkin is ripping off the public into thinking they have a good promotion going on when they can't even provide the basics of app services. Matters are made worse when Dunkin managers lack confidence in the service. Goodbye Dunkin.

HeLLo, I'm writing in to hear WHY Dunkin' Donuts and Or Fuel Rewards can Continue to practice False Advertising??

#1-FALSE, MISLEADING, ADVERTISING!!!! They run Advertised specials thru app, television n such for certain items with a Purchase Of coffee or whatnot.. GREAT KewL. I get excited, I put in my order, show up to pickup my order and .. 7 out of 10 times, that Free item is NOT AVAILABLE!!! SO not only do I Not get that item, Nothing is offered in Exchange n I as. Loyal Customer lose out! No points, no other items offered in Exchange, Nothing!! I'm forced to PURCHASE something else or just lose out AGAIN ! Leaves me feeling as if I'm a pawn in a Bait n Switch game!

#2 Or How about their promotion for every 5 coffee purchased earn $.10 cents off a Gallon of gas... WRONG AGAIN!!!…

I go to Dunkin often. I’m confused by why each location makes the same drink different.

However, I am mostly disgusted the the service at the Coney Island Avenue location. The lady is rude, tells us she didn’t have items we clearly saw in display. She took our order while doing something else. She told us she couldn’t make our order because she didn’t have a knife.

She was rude and mean. We go in there often, and this is always an issue.

I purchased 2 maple bacon egg cheese croissant sandwiches,with double the meat. What I got , when I got home to open my sandwiches was undercooked - close to raw bacon. We have 2 Dunkin' donuts in the Bowling Green area.

I called what I thought was the correct one and was told to come in as soon as possible and they would give me 2 sandwiches with fully cooked bacon. I went to the store where I purchased the sandwiches with the receipt and was told I should have brought in the sandwiches back with me they refused to give me two new sandwiches.

I would like the option to earn hot or iced coffee through perks I earned without having to make a purchase I am on a diet constantly and I used to buy coffees and earn points to get free coffees,I can't eat anything on the menu for calorie reasons. Why not just put coffee separately as an offer. I don't like the new rewards program so I guesd I might have to drink mcdonalds coffee which I do t like quite as much

Went into Dunkin Donuts on Nash St. in Wilson NC at 6 pm and the crew working did not want to wait on us. Three of them working. When my husband and I went in, a hispanic couple and their small child was there, and they told us to go ahead.

I saw they had walked in about a minute before us. I asked had they been waited on and they said it's ok, go ahead. (now I know they hadn't been waited on) I proceed to the counter and they completely ignored me.

They stood in front of the counter and just kept laughing and cutting up with eachother, totally ignoring me. After a couple of mins of this I saw it was on purpose. They would make no eye contact though they were directly in front of me on the other side of the counter.

I'm a regular customer at this Dunkin donuts for years now I go there everyday and order a large frozen chocolate. 82 most of the time lately I've been being charged more . everytime i buy donuts from them all my donuts seem to always be facing each other with the frosting causing them to get stuck to one another and its not cheap for this donut anymore. the employees need to learn that that tissue box thats hanging on the wall all around the work area is to be used to seperate the donuts.

i tired of waisting my money on something i have love since a child and these teens are ruining it for me and the dunkin donut franchise. dunkin should really reconsider how they run this buisnees now before they end up like burger king.

I wish I would have kept my receipt, however; I was so mad... I crumbled it up and threw it out. This is my usual Dunkin' and I love our normal girl to pieces. She's always so sweet, inviting, and goes above and beyond EVERYTIME.

" I get to the window and all I hear is her cussing and saying how she gave the car in front of me the wrong coffee and that she was already gone. When she comes to the window she doesn't greet me and you can tell she doesn't want to be there.

She's still cussing at this point with the window open as she went to grab my second coffee. I realized mine was missing the Cold Foam - mind you that is extra and I paid for it, therefore; I wanted it.

When I went into Dunkin Donuts on May 6, 2023 at 4:18 pm. The ck # is 8171. I was supposed to have been served by Aruna, # 73519.

Here is what happened:

I went in there and there was only 1 customer in the store eating. I walked to the counter and said Hi. No response, So I asked for half a dozen Boston Cream donuts. Yes, he got them but it seemed like I was bothering him. He got them. Put them on the counter, notice that I did not say placed. Didn't say one single word to me the whole time I was in there. Didn't even tell me how much it was. I paid for it and expected him to at least say thank you. Of course he didn't even hand me the receipt instead turned around and blew his nose into I think his hands. I had to get it myself! I believe that everybody that works at every Dunkin…

dunkin is very inconsistent with their service. numerous times i order something with butter on it and half the time it is barley they’re and other times it is so laden in butter i cannot see the bagel itself. this has become such an issue that since there is a ridiculous amount of butter, it has leaked through the thin bag onto my car seats or my pants.

i propose dunkin employees have a certain measurement they are to follow to avoid laziness like this.

I am a paying customer here in Georgetown Massachusetts and I stop by here almost every day. There is a new worker here now and she acts like she owns the place. I have witnessed her, call customers derogatory and inappropriate names, she would shame especially kids for going into their phones while eating, she would threaten to be banned from the shop if you hadn’t picked up your trash for one day.

And I personally just recently experienced this woman try to blame me for leaving my order all over the place when that morning I had only came in to see my friends and hadn’t ordered anything claiming there was “shit all over the place”. And just as I’m writing this I saw two young kids ages 9-10 accidentally drop their drink and this specific worker shouted at them and made a scene.

I I go to the 715 Washington street location often. It's my favorite spot. The problem that I have is one of the associates that's been there for awhile that is Hispanic has this thing that if your waiting for your order and another Hispanic would come in and

order behind you, she would take care of them first and then get back to whoever was next. In other words, she let's them skip the waiting line just because they're Hispanic. It not fair! She's been doing it for years and I think it's time for the nonsense to stop.

I recently visited your store at

2606 Dempster St Park Ridge, IL 60068

First....the store was filthy. Litter all over the floor, looked like it hadn't been swept for days. Chairs had torn vinyl, and table tops were sticky,. Staff were inattentive to basic safety, they failed to put my coffee lid on properly and I dribbled scalding hot coffee all over myslef.

Someone needs to inspect this place - NOW.

I have a lot of points on my app and used them to order 2 hashbrowns and 2 coffees and a bacon tomato avocado toast.

However, they did not work on the app and took my points anyways so I went inside. One employee gladly made me my coffees, But the heavy set, Hispanic woman that was working food prep was extremely rude to me.

She asked the employee why I’m getting free food even though I paid for it with my Dunkin points. Then she made my toast without the toppings and didn’t toast the bread, and threw the bag of hash browns at me over the counter.

I didn’t make a scene I just left. I don’t think I’ll be returning to that dunking donuts on 127 North elm in Westfield, Ma!

This is the fourth time I’ve gone to the store in Branson and tried to get a jelly or raspberry jelly donut. I went to the drive thru because there weren’t any cars in line or in the lot. Outside of having to wait about 5 minutes at the speaker although the lady was polite when it came time to order it was the same old answer “I’m sorry we are out of those”. THEY are always out.

I really don’t like to complain but if you search your records you should find the same complaint from me over and over.. I just wonder does this store really sell donuts if so what time? I’ve tried different times for certain, this one was at 11:15 am on 03/20/2022.

I went to the Dunkin in the forum in Fort Myers earlier this morning 7:55am-8:05am and the lady at the front counter was dosing off in front of the people that was before me nd the black lady on the other side(not to be racist) had to fix his drinks over and tell the people in the kitchen what food he got the right way.

Than she puts my order in and she just nods off while taking my order. I wish i had my phone to record her sleeping standing there. She said stuff under her breathe to the lady close to the window instead of saying sorry.

This is by far the worst experience i had for the 1st time with the new faces thats there. But the black female in drive thru was apologizing for the mistakes being made upfront and she was fixing everything for everyone with no hesitation and thank god…

I am a little angry with the customer service at the DD branch at Braselton GA on Hwy 211. I made an online order this afternoon and 10 min later, I got to the window and there was a customer ahead of me.

I waited several minutes, probably 5. I then realized it wouldve been faster to go inside, so I went around to the front door. When I came in, at first I was ignored. There were only 2 other customers inside.

Then the young woman in theatrical makeup behind the counter asked if she could help. I told her I had an online order and that I'd been waiting but decided to come inside. I asked why they didn't have the lady pull around to the front since her order was taking such a long time.

Dunkin Donuts opens at 5:00AM. 1510 W Ehringhaus St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 is the address of the Dunkin Donuts I was at and I was standing outside for almost 30 minutes waiting for one of these two female employees to open the door.

I decided to not start recording what they were doing until after 5:20AM since I thought they were going to come open the door before then. This one woman who looks hispanic immediately stepped out the way once she seen me recording her with my phone and then the other woman coming to the door decided to open it since she knew she was being recorded as well and tried to act like she was innocent.

I would like to inform you that I purchased a dozen of doughnuts on Easter Sunday Morning - 04/09/2023 at the Main Street Woburn MA facility. 99. I purchased them for my family on the Holiday. The doughnuts were terrible.

They were old and stale. Hard to say the least! The filled ones were just awful! that would be amazing! This included the Lemon, Jelly, Boston Cream and Vanilla Cream! I am shocked that Dunkin would serve old stale products to the public especially early in the morning on a Holiday!

You all should be ashamed!!!
