Store 338097 has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to every time I go there. It takes 1015 minutes to just get a coffee. The servers are rude. They never make your coffee right I worked on the street so I am forced to go there, but you need to do something with that location. It is horrible.

Service in Manteo Dunkin doesn’t appreciate it when you’re dissatisfied with their coffee mix. They don’t listen to your order and make it the way they think - regardless of your paying for a particular coffee. The music is so loud in the facility that they can’t hear with clarity and I don’t think they really care if you’re satisfied or not.

I had a bad experience on April 6 at 1:30 - the service was horribly rude when I went in to complain that the coffee wasn’t what I had ordered from the window. I had a meeting at 2:00. No one available- so I said hello- a few seconds and said hello - and a few seconds and said hel—-lo I didn’t get no response and then the young girl comes from the back corner - screaming you don’t yell at me.

I ordered chocolate iced donut with sprinkles and vanilla iced donut with no sprinkles. They were reversed and I had a crying grand child. I also ordered snacking bacon and it was iced cold. To top it off, I go to order a Coke and it is now shitty Pepsi.

Duncan Donuts lost my business today and believe me when I say I spend quite a sum of money there. Duncan has been steadily going down hill since they stopped making their Donuts on site. Lucky for me, there is a local business that started selling donuts.

This is the second time I visited the Snow Rd. Dunkin Donuts in brookpark prior to the closing time and nobody will answer the drive through , the doors where locked and the girl working was hiding inside and would not even look at me. I realize we all want to go home but if you advertise your hours as being open until 9:00pm please don't close at 8:35, that is a waste of my time and also very disappointing as I do love the Dunkin Donuts products.

The worst customer service ever. Too much horse playing and cursing going on been employees to even care or wait on customers. I have waited many times without being acknowledged sometimes for 10 minutes. I will no longer go to this franchise again.

Store 362586 Lady name Mani at the drive thru was very rude while I was ordering food and I responded back saying you don’t have to get smart then a guy that be cooking in the back peeps out the back door as if he was going to say something and my food was not done also this was a good Dunkin but now that they move people around it’s the worst they need more training on making coffees and making the food .

I walked into a dunkin donut place. The cashier was counting out money and the other mum le (am hard of hearing). A another customer walks in and is being taken care of. I said excuse me am waiting and with a nasty rude attitude responded that she had asked what I wanted.

This is my second encounter at this place.

Is 1 star the worst? Ive been going to Dunkin in Enfield on Enfield St. in CT for more than one year straight since we moved into town a year ago. I used to get my large coffee at Cumberland farms for a buck and it was good coffee and i could make it just the way i like it. No troubles there !

This Dunkin location since day one was so crappy. Service is poor at this location and every time i got home my coffee was/is 2 inches from the top of the cup. The slippery, smooth sided cups are designed with a bottom that is raised literally 1 inch from the bottom and then the manager and most of the servers deliberately do not fill it up.

Hi. I was at a Dunkin Donuts on March 19th at 9:30 pm when the store closed at 11 pm. The staff was acting completely inappropriate, they were cursing, throwing items over the counter, closed the ovens and turned customers away, even chased each other out of the store leaving 4 customer sitting in the lobby while the store was left completely unattended.

It was completely unprofessional and irresponsible, i was with my teenage niece and felt uncomfortable and compelled to walk out. The store is at 2321 s. University Dr, Davie FL 33324.

I recently visited Dunkin Donuts in Accokeek, MD, 20607, Store# 340171 to pick up 2 dozen donuts for my elementary students for a reward. When I asked them the day before what treat they wanted, much to my surprise they replied Donuts!

This is in reference to the DD store located at E. Market and Hilbish in Akron, Ohio… A few times now I have witnessed an employee “Drake” , I am assuming a manager of some kind, be completely inappropriate with other employees.

Went to the Osprey Florida Dunkin inside Walmart this morning. It was early and very slow. One other person in there. Ordered my coffee and a bagel with bacon etc. Sat down for 10 minutes and no bagel. I approached the girl and she obviously forgot.

HI Today 3/10/23, I went to the Dunkin in East Northport, NY to purchase munchins and coffee- I wanted to use my app to get rewards points. The dunkin representative was so wonderful and helped me with the app I already had on my phone.

She put in my order, but the app said I was a guest user? If I had the app on my phone it should know who I am. Ok, So I signed in, had to re-set my password and after a series of picking out cars and getting a verification code, the app locked me out.

I was so frustrated, because this is the second time this happened to me. So - NO REWARDS. I think I should be compensated for this problem. - send me points or a gift card for a free coffee. I also ordered a medium french vanilla hot coffee-no sugar.

Regarding Dunkin Donuts located 3203 E. Busch Blvd, Tampa FL They have recently getting my UberEats order wrong on a regular basis. I dont have a car so i cannot go there in person. I depend on Dunkin for my breakfast.

Customer service is nonexistent at your Hwy 19 Tavares fl restaurant. Wait times in line have been exceeding 25 minutes. Half the time the order is wrong or incomplete. The dining room is closed with no notice so people are walking up to go in only to be turned away.

I am a long time customer who is very disappointed that service has declined so severely in what was previously a well ten operation.

The Tavernier, Florida store used to be a reasonably well managed outlet. Even through Covid when it was drive-thru only. This year it is horrible. I have been there about 4 times in the past two months. Today I actually gave up after trying to order in the drive-thru line.

I was asked to repeat my order twice, then told to hold a minute, then nothing for about two minutes. The car behind me was getting very impatient, so I just drove away. The visit before I was give the wrong coffee. Something is wrong there.

we walked in at the same time last week and both times the counter was closed so we got a gift card to use the online order in the place. This week, we asked for the gift card and they yelled at us that the counter was closed so we could not get the gift card even though we did last week.

I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese from the Dunkin Store ##342342. There was so little cream cheese on it that I didn't even eat the half with no cream cheese on it. There wasn't enough cream cheese for the one half of bagel that I ate.

I can send you a picture of the bagel if you would like, but I really should not have to spend my time because of the skimpy amount of cream cheese I got. 09 + tax is pretty pricey for a plain bagel.

I just started working as an team member employee. It’s only my first week and I’m not happy with the way I am being treated by my assistant manager. Everyone else treats me kindly and is patient with me as I am new and still getting the hang of things.

I use the SAME DD every day pretty much, and 8 times out of 10 the drink is improperly made, not made at all for prepaid pick up orders. I order the same thing every day, frozen coffee with whip which I have to pay for, only to get a drink with none.

I'm at Dunkin Doughnuts in Bay Plaza Bronx, NY. 6 22 pm. The place is unacceptable filthy. I asked to have a table cleaned off, the server just had me wait endlessly. Another client asked to share the table, we both waited over 10 minutes abs they never came, eventhough there was no otber customers in the store.

An employee threw a coffee in my face and car because she didn’t like my complaint about their service so when I returned tge coffee to the drive thru counter she otherwise it in my face and all over my car. I arrived at Ilion New York Dunkin Donuts to purchase a large frozen coffee. I was told " we are not allowed to do frozen because we close in 20 minutes and the machine is torn down". So, I am not aware that serving stops prior to the closing time of 7:00 PM. Is this standard procedure?

Your store in Bennington Vermont on north street needs to get their stuff together. ) an I’ll go to dunkin to grab a bagel or something a the drive threw line takes for ever I’ll waste my whole lunch trying to get something, an the employees act like it’s no big deal.

I just drove away today with nothing for lunch because I sat in line for 15 minutes with two cars ahead of me an about five more behind me.. an all the time you get to the window everyone is in there just standing around chatting instead of taking care of the customers.
