the coffee is my favorite anywhere and I've been stopping at my local DD on the way to work 3-4 days a week for the last ten years. Unfortunately, over the last few months, the service has gotten so bad and so slow that I have decided to stop going.

there were only five cars ahead of me and it took 25 minutes to get my order and it was wrong when I got it. This has become typical in recent months. I have noticed that there are many new faces working there so the problem might be a combination of inexperience, being short staffed, and a few employees possibly being inept.

I'm not a complainer and I want to stop there 3-4 times each week as I have for the last decade, but I don't have time to wait in the line there anymore. because every time I've gone lately I see many cars pull out of…

The girl Taylor who works at the Dunkin Donuts at 443 Lafayette Rd, Seabrook, NH is horrible! She's always swearing, rolling her eyes, making rude comments about customers appearances, and is down right disrespectful. Today I ordered a chocolate, caramel cold brew coffee with the cold foam and when she handed me my coffee there wasn't any cold foam so asked her some.

Hello, I have been going to Dunkin Donuts every morning for probably the last 10 years, in recent years it has been 385 Putnam Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917. 00 bill. The girl working the window mentioned she couldn't take it and had to check with her manager.

00 bill as it was against corporate policy to take large bills, and I had mentioned that I come through this drive through every single morning, and today I unfortunately had to pay with cash because my credit cards were all frozen due to fraudulent activity, so the bank had to issue me completely new ones, and this is what the atm gave me during my chaotic morning after being on the phone with them, and then rushing to an ATM to take out cash in order to get Dunkin Donuts, like I do every morning.

I was a former employee for Dunkin Baskin in Huntley Illinois. I was just fired today for sticking up for my coworker with autism. My manager, by the same of Sejal, discriminated against him and was not willing to give him a chance because of his disability.

He messed up an order and wanted him to clock out and go home, but never did that with anyone else. So I called it out and she fired me for it. And because I threatened to call HR, now they are letting him stay.

Both my managers are against ones with disabilities. Which is discriminating and so awful.

For San Antonio locations all Dunkin’ Donuts are always out of stock of something.

Whether it’s donuts or breakfast items.

I’ve been to 3 locations for breakfast or late night snack and I’m always told “we don’t have this” “we’re out of this” regardless of the hours Dunkin opens it seems all stores don’t keep up with inventory.

Dunkin, please do better and keep stock of items for better customer service

M. on 3/2/23 to get breakfast I was very unsatisfied first of all they got my order wrong. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon biscuit and a sweet tea I got an iced coffee instead of sweet tea. I’m not a coffee drinker so it was really disgusting to drink expecting sweet tea.

I went back through the drive thru to get my tea and set at the window for around 10 minutes waiting by the time I got it my food was cold. Very disappointing don’t know if I’ll go back

This has happen a handful of times. I understand the staff are teenage kids. my daughter loves Dunkin she request gift cards for every holiday she can possible think of. I am not sure if the employee's don't know how to make the drinks properly or if the flavor got mixed up .

We have order a vanilla bean coolatta . The flavor is pumpkin and it is iced latte. Which iced or coolatta isn't the issue she will drink either. The issue the flavor is never vanilla. My last visit 2/28/2023 we went through drive through ordered a vanilla bean coolatta we received a ices pumpkin latte.

I am very disappointed I have recently for the past few weeks when coming to the Dunkin' Donuts on Mount Hope Avenue in Rochester New York and so far the service has been fine but on today the Wednesday the March 1st I ordered my usual small coffee with three cream three sugar and then a coffee roll normally and I thought it was standard procedure they do not fill the coffee all the way to the brim of the cup due to pass people burning themselves spelling it Etc so

We decided to stop in and try your sandwiches for lunch today for the first time. Thought it would be a good change and possibly more healthy. I ordered the bacon, avocado, tomato sandwich. I was only able to eat two bites. The bacon was so fatty and undercooked it was disgusting and the bread so dry I could hardly swallow. My hubby got the sourdough bacon, egg and cheese. He had the same thin, fatty, undercooked bacon, making the sandwich greasy and only took two bites of his sandwich also.

This was very unexpected and disappointing. The floors were also filthy and the Dunkin staff were sloppy and had a don’t care attitude.

We will not be returning and will express our disappointment to anyone who asks. This is my first restaurant review, so you know it was unpleasant.

23 I made a purchase in the drive thru. As I pulled off and touched my food,it was not hot nor warm. I called the customer service number and was informed that the manager of that location would be calling me. Never happened!

I would give zero stars if I could. My order was completely wrong and I was given things I didn’t ask for when they didn’t have what I ordered, via the app. I was told I would have to go back to the store to get a refund.

Dear Sir or Madame on the morning of February 24 I arrived at Dunkin’ Donuts via drive-through 6:14 AM my server was Abigail I ask for my usual drink a large caramel swirl iced latte with two extra pumps of caramel and one donut. I was given my drink by Abigail and realized that there was no caramel pumps inside so I requested additional caramel at that time some of the caramel dripped on the cup I witnessed Abigail wipe the additional Caramel off of my cup with the sleeve of her shirt, This is totally unacceptable and

I am a drive thru customer at the Kittanning PA store. The last 3 times I have ordered white milk and told they did not have. I have always ordered white milk. Got to the window and asked and now they only carry chocolate, not happy.

Also last time ordered a Boston Cream and got a white powdered filled, not happy. Today when I opened the bag did not even have a napkin, not happy.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and muffin . Paid drive off, got a bag with 1 muffin and No sandwich and no receipt. Called the store manager Liz she staff member thst didn’t give me food or receipt told me to come back for refund, I came back 6 hours later (I was working) for refund.

The current manager Kristen Prescott refused to help me . He was disrespectful and yelled at me in front of other customers because I didn’t have a receipt. He basically told me to leave . In what world do I pay for food and I can’t get food or refund.

The manager seems to have a mental problem. When they handed it over me a food I was checking inside to see everything is inside. After 2 second manager started being rude. She says " SIR EVERYTHING IS INSIDE " . and I checked inside but sandwich was missing. I said sandwich is missing and I handed it over to her. Then she threw food at me and she says " I will make one for you ". This manager not even telling me her name. I told her " What is your Name " but then she is repeating " your food on the way ".

Re- Brookfield ct federal rd dunkin in gas station Several times I have been at the drive up and been the only car there and waited about 10 mins to be waited on. The lady told me the system was down- I guess that means u can’t greet anyone too?

There is a young boy that works there that is so slow and doesn’t even speak ir smile. They need customer service skills fast!!! The only adult women there looks miserable and is very snippy. This makes dunkin look awful!!!

I always use my mobile ordering. I order my coffee and breakfast sandwich and I always walk in, as the drive thru line is so darn long. Several times this month when I get to my Dunkin, I get out of my car and the doors to the store are locked.

My mobile order is sitting in the store but I can't get to it. I can't get into the long drive thru line because I will then be late for work. But my items are paid for because I order and pay thru the mobile app.

I feel this is unfair to me and other customers. I'm paying for items that I never receive and that are more than likely thrown out. My Dunkin is in Elkton MD off Pulaski Hwy in the Big Elk Mall.

This is the 3rd time I have been to the same Dunkin Donuts and ordered 2 large hot coffees. When I go to drink them I realize that the cup is only filled 3/4 of the way to the top.

The location on East Main Road in Portsmouth RI, continually short pours its coffees. If I wanted a small coffee I would order a small coffee. I am being shorted 3 or more ounces per cup.

Hi, I went to the DD at 9pm. On Thursday February 23, 2023. In New York, Manhattan. 104st Amsterdam ave, zip code 10025. I ordered a plain bagel with butter. The cashier and the one preparing the food knew the bagel was hard as a rock.

Why sell customers hard bagel? I didn't know it was hard until i left. They gave me a lot of free donuts and bread. At first I was happy . wow thanks. Then I realized it was to cover up the bagel.

I had to throw it away. It wasn't edible.

Asked for French vanilla creamer in my coffee.

Specifically said not the syrup. I asked if they had French vanilla creamer. I was told yes. Then I asked do you understand what I'm asking for. He said yes. When I ordered 15 munchkins was asked if I wanted them mixed up said yes when I got the munchkins home it was only chocolate and glazed munchkins in the box was not told that that was all there was there's a serious language barrier.

I had stopped going to Dunkin' donuts for a long time because I never received what I asked for.

I stopped at Dunkin Donuts at 755 State Rd. Plymouth Ma. Store#35585 and order though the drive though, 3 Bacon egg and cheese wraps 2 Hashbrowns and a medium Iced Coffee. When I got home to eat, I took out the Bacon Egg and Cheese wrap and saw that there was no egg.

How can they have no eggs, and this is not the frist time. They never told me there were no eggs for my sandwiches, if they had I would ordered something else.

I waited for almost 20 min for someone to come out of the back room or wherever he was. I even tried calling the phone number and no one answered.

Finally some woman who was sitting at the counter said something to some man who was sleeping at the counter and pointed to me. The man lifted his head and screamed the guys name who screamed back I am busy.

He then went back to his nap on the counter. I don't think he works there but he knows the man who does work there.

Finally the worker came out from the back and I said I have been waiting for about 20 min, He said no it was only 2 min. It wasn't .. He said yes it was honey. I left the store. Horrible store...

always messes up simple orders. This happened on Feb 21 at 2:50pm to 3:10pm.

Dunkin' coffee isn't good enough for them to be giving out products with faulty lids. Hot coffee all over the interior of my car, my hands, my clothes. They should be ashamed of the quality of their products - from the looks of all the complaints here, they SHOULD be out of business as a corporation. Spend your money elsewhere.

Support a local coffee shop or something instead.

I ordered with the mobile app and found that only 1 of the 7 things I ordered was waiting for me. The worker was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I brought this to her attention. The location I visited had hardly any thing in stock (no bagels, and a total of 5 donuts).

I needed two bagels and she began berating me and telling me that I had to order something else to replace it and when I asked about the hash browns I had also included in my order, she went on to yell at me and explain that they will be out with the rest of my order but first I needed to replace the bagels with something different. I went to my nearest Dunkin’ Donuts for some coffee, went through the drive thru but no one answered. Parked and tried to go through the front entrance but the doors was locked, went back through drive thru again only to get no answer but when I call an employee picks up the line.

When I tell her I was in the drive thru line she proceeds to tell me they are closed. I arrived at 5:10pm, they don’t close until 7pm and the sign says open. She didn’t state why they were closed just told me to try again tomorrow.

On this day February 14, 2023 at approximately 2:20 pm I Gary Morrison was verbally insulted by an associate who goes by the name Sylvia ( do not know her surname) in front of the other customers and the other associates of the Dunkin’ restaurant located on Congress Street in Rumford, Maine 04276.

The details of the unfortunate and unprovoked incident are as follows. I Gary Morrison went to use the only restroom available to the customers of said establishment. Sorry to say that at the time I had to evacuate fecal matter which of course takes a wee bit more time to go through that process of elimination.

In my personal opinion it is not asking too much consideration for an elderly man 71 years of age such as myself to be allowed not much longer than maybe 5 minutes to complete a bowel…

I came to the drive-through to get donuts and they were all out. They did not mention this at the speaker when I told him I had a mobile order and then the African-American dude at the window could tell that I wasn’t happy about them not having any donuts at noon and

I went through the drive through at the Fairmont location in Pasadena Texas. The girl winning the drive through naked Jolene was very rude and yelled at me when I asked for her name after she was so rude. My daughter ordered Valentine's donuts through the app and went through the drive through to pick them up.

Jolene said they were out. We understood that so we asked if the Alvacado toast and drink was ready we ordered 45 minutes ago. She said no. We asked if she could give us something else in place of the donuts and she was just so rude.

My wife and I went to the Dunkin’ on Gibson Rd in Henderson Nv this morning. We noticed a big change, we were told to enter our order on a touch pad. The touch pad was confusing and frustrating, all employees were serving drive up.

When we tried to enter our order it kept coming up wrong. Very frustrated, we finally just walked out. We have been Dunkin Donuts customers since the 60’s both in the Midwest and now in Nevada. We are sorry to say we will no longer be a customer, due to the negative experience we had with trying to place an order on your touch pad.

It was just not us, there was also a young couple to our left that were having a hard time placing their order for their family on their touch pad. com

I went to a Dunkin donuts store today located on Becker Rd in Port Saint Lucie Florida. I arrived about 7:15 in the morning. There were two tall black women working and a small Hispanic lady. The two black women started laughing at my accent and one of them stood in front of the donuts to keep me from seeing them.

The only one who was polite was the Hispanic woman who was very intimidated by the behavior of the other two. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin almost every day for coffee and a doughnut and while I go through the drive-through, I usually use my app. The Arabian lady that works there in the morning lies and says the app doesn’t work so basically so she can keep the money She did it to me three times already than made me wait 15 minutes for a half dozen of donuts
