On Sunday February 6th my family and I headed to Dunkin’ Donuts for our coffee and breakfast sandwich before church. There were four people in line my family and a nice lady behind us. We watched people cut in front of us to pay for an online purchase.
No one ever came over to take our order. The nice lady behind us had to leave. We waited a total of 18 mins before we had to leave so not to be late for church. I don’t feel that an online order, tho maybe convenient should be allowed to take the place of a customer standing in the store.
The company lost 5 orders to accommodate 1 order at that rate you won’t be in business long in my small town that store is at 3199 Jackson st Paducah Ky
I was told I needed to go online to get the half dozen Valentine donuts for $3 and that they couldn't be purchased thru the app after I waited half hour to get waited on. This is false information. I made a special trip to buy them for nothing!

I visited Dunkin Donuts Store # 851516, Lefferts Blvd, Richmond Hill, NY 11418 today Friday 2/3/23 for breakfast. I entered the Store which looks dirty, tables are dirty and floor have napkins and bags scattered and the garbage bin was full and there is no space to put garbage in.
The Manager was inside the corner and gossiping with their friends-the traffic police personnel. I waited at the counter to give my order for one minute. There are two ladies behind the counter busy in gossiping and not attending the customers.

I go to this one specifically because it's across the street and I have free coffee coupons for this location ONLY I have waited in line while they talk about drive thru ppl I have witnessed supervisor's yell at employees and slam coffee cups.

The Dunkin location is 54 Centre Sq Cir. Easton, Pa. It takes them about 15-20 waiting another 15 minutes for my order because there is always one person working. I will not be returning to this location. I feel sorry for that young girl who is constantly by herself.

Store 19316 Broadway in Rensselaer NY. Just went though drive through. Cashier1 at 11:24 am handed me my black coffee spilling it and drenching my hand, the sleeve of my coat etc with a scalding hot coffee. She never said a word just closed the window after I screamed.

Their behavior is soo bad . They misbehaved with customers . Even if they make the latte like warm and put lots of caramel they scream at people if customer’s don’t like it . They also take lots of time to prepare the food because they r always busy with arguing amongst themselves.

Rude staff at Dunkin Donuts Port Charlotte, Peachland Blvd location. They use the excuse that they are understaffed. Your customer service skills shouldn’t change whether you’re fully staffed or understaffed. You are there to serve customers that support your product! Without customers, no business.
Drink was slammed down & spilled in the donut bag. I asked for a refund & was refunded the wrong amount. Called about the refund & staff was rude again & hung up. She appeared to be the lead-shouldn’t be teaching other employees these negative attitudes.

I recently visited the drive thru of the newly renovation 24 hours location on Park Ave in Woonsocket. It was a little before 9pm. I ordered a hot coffee. When she served me it didn’t feel as warm as usual to the touch.
I chalked it up to maybe a better insulated cup. NOPE. I drove up the road maybe a 1/4 mile to Walmart for a pickup and it was lukewarm when I opened it. I wouldn’t normally complain but I have never had an issue and I’d love to not have this one again, especially for a popular location like this one, which I frequent often.

I have been a customer of the same Dunkin' Donuts for the last 50 years. The quality of service has definitely suffered as of late. My chief complaint is that the store that I frequent closes at 6pm. On numerous occasions (including just this evening) the store has closed as early as 5:15pm.
I can overlook the constant mistakes to my orders, but at least follow the posted hours. This is hardly a recipe for sustained economic growth. D. at 5:30 for an after dinner coffee. I ordered two XL hot coffees made the same way, half coffee half hot chocolate. They mad both wrong, putting whipped cream in one and the other one as well. I watched them mess up the coffees three times. I also ordered sassafras egg and cheese wake up wrap and they gave me the opposite one.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Fort Ann, Vermont constantly has an out of order sign on the restroom. It began during Covid of course, understandably, but myself and my family travel extensively between Vermont and Pennsylvania and it seems the sign has never been removed.
To me, it seems like a sign of utter laziness by the staff, so we have taken our business across the street to Cumberland where they are pleasant and accommodating.
Dunkin in orange City Florida had terrible service. We go in and wait 15-minutes. A gentleman and two women don’t even greet us. One girl is texting on her cell phone but no one ever greets us.
