Dunkin' Donuts

I typically do not review companies but the service and products have been so horrible at the Dunkin Donut in Florence, AL that I finally had to express my concerns.

I have frequented this location for 3-4 months at my daughters request after school. We always use the drive thru and the average wait is at minimum 10 minutes. There have been 3 times that we have waited in excess of 20 minutes.

The service that you get at the window is horrific at best. How these employees were actually hired amazed me. You’re selling donuts and coffee people. Come on now. My wife went by today and ordered me a large cappuccino and she got home and it wasn’t even half full. I tasted if it and ended up just pouring it out it was so nasty. I was at dunkin on Mt read today I experienced very disrespectful Manger there telling me to keep it down they told me to stop talking I thought this is what you do at a coffee shop so they lost My busssiness I will not be returning there I spend my money there but iam going else where

The Dunkin on Torresdale Ave and Levick st should find new owners and workers. They make up their own hours due to not wanting to have to do their jobs. They are only open for drive thru EVERY single Sunday.

They lock the doors whenever they feel like it, they let you place mobile orders and when you go to pick your order up the doors are closed and locked. The place is a joke. Employees are rude, they rather sit down there and talk to each other then run the place the way it's suppose to be ran.

As this is the only dunkin near me, im highly upset as this is an all the time occurrence.

I ordered omelette bites at the TFGreeen airport D&D near Gate 6. Not only did it take forever, 15 minutes after ordering (and there was NO line)——the woman could not open the package and did NOT use gloves when handling the food. Needless to say I threw away my overpriced breakfast.

We went to Dunkin’ Donuts on perkiomen ave in reading pa. They literally had no donuts for sale.

Today I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and paid by credit card. I specifically told the order taker I did not eat meat. The sandwich was made and it contained bacon. When I pointed out the receipt did not mention bacon and that I did not eat meat, the preparer insisted that bacon was not meat.

When I asked for a refund, the order taker had a new sandwich made. The shop is store #303463 in Winchester, MA.

Drive thru service they don’t give you time to tell them what you want . They cut you off before you get done ordering. Get to the window and they read my order back to me and I said could you add cold foam to my two large coffees, They said you should order that when order I said I tried .

Then I said ok forget about it the cold foam . But what about the sprinkles and the foam ask you put on my kids hot chocolate they said they don’t do that but I have asked them before they do that but

Rood Employee at Dunkin 425 Meadow St Chicopee Ma 10:31:09 AM on 11/30/2022 I was the 3rd customer in line behind 2 customers. At that moment a Female off duty employee came in and stood behind me. After paying for my order I moved down the line by request of the cashier.

While waiting for my order # 1518 of Hash browns and a lg iced coffee in which i received the coffee, It was then the off duty employee walked in front of me and the other customers and took a made order from an employee. At that moment not knowing the order was mine because the employee just handed it to her.

I’m complaining about Store# 345348 that by 3pm in the afternoon the MAJORITY of the time never have any donuts or muffins left!! How is this possible if closing time is 8pm? Isn’t their a statistic reports in your company that show profit=$$ ?

I was at Duncan Donuts in Oklahoma City on May 28th 2022. It is located at 9705 N May Suite 1. One of the employees asked if I was here to order and I yes that is why I'm here.

She goes to the counter and asked me what I wanted and I told her, but she was scratching her hair and then she puts 2 Boston Creams in a sack even though she used one of those paper things to crap my food. I told her that I didn't want it because she was scratching her scalp.

The DD store on Hwy 41 in Lutz FL closes at 8 pm but they REFUSE to make any hot coffee after 7:30 pm. I have had this experience several times at this store. The employees say “it is too late to drink coffee,“ or “our manager has told us not to make any fresh coffee after 7:30 PM“.

I routinely buy 2 large hot coffees in the evening, drink one & put the other in the frig to reheat the next morning. I am an extremely loyal customer to your brand but I will start making my own coffee at home if this is a new company-wide policy.

Leavy drive Dunkins in Bedford NH is disgusting. The employees look like they barlet shower, they smell and are dirty serving food. They use the same pair of gloves even after touching other items. Disgusting. The new management of that place is sick!

The boss who works at the Dunkin in okeechobee is really bad at her job. Let’s start with one of the workers, she is the mother of one of the workers and she likes to threaten him with his job if he calls out FIRED if he goes to work late due to traffic FIRED if he doesn’t help her one time with a task FIRED.

She is very unprofessional and I really think she shouldn’t work their. She fires way too many good workers just for missing one day for even emergencies. I actually came to this location twice a day after each other and the ladies that work there attitudes sucks they both work in the drive thru we got the same order both days and both was wrong both days because of the ladies attitude and they rushed us with nobody on the line with a empty store smh will never go back to any Dunkin in Gainesville my experience is always terrible only because employees attitude smh sucks so bad

I went thru the drive thru at Dunkin donuts in homestead,FL. It's in a Chevron. I ordered 4 large sweet iced teas and four breakfast burrito no meat. This is the second time this has happened. The iced tea tasted like straight coffee and there was meat in the breakfast burrito.

We don't eat meat esp bacon which was there. I would have tasted the tea before leaving but the store was out of straws.

Over the last 3 weeks I’ve gone to Dunkin’ Donuts in Ellisville Mo.

First week on Sunday at 11:30. 2nd week Saturday at 12:30.

Third week Saturday at 12:00. On each of these occasions you were completely out of every type of donut!! I find this ridiculous that a donut store is out of donuts.

Also waited 35 min at driveway then after having nothing I wanted was stuck in same line because of no way to get around cars in front of me. So disappointed in your store. Is this company policy?

We stopped at the Dunkin Donuts located on I65 at the Springfield/White House exit. The 2 sandwiches we ordered in the drive-thru were not what we expected. The bagel was very dried out and the sandwich with sourdough bread was not edible.

This experience has taught us we are no longer stopping at any of the Dunkin Donuts locations.

Dunkin on Berkeley in goldsboro said they had chocolate munchkins and when we got to the window they somehow ran out! In other words gave our to the customer ahead , then replaced them with two glazed doughnuts yet still charged us for munchkins.

Then we wanted hot coffee they gave us iced coffee . Im not one to complain or make bad reviews but even the customer service was EXTREMELY POOR!

I went to the Dutch Fork location in Irmo SC to buy 3 dozen doughnuts as a surprise for my office on 11/17/22. I walked in and there were a few employees standing around talking. There were no customers in the store.

I asked for 3 dozen doughnuts and they looked at me like I was crazy.

Finally one girl said we only take mobile orders and then continued to talk to the other employees. I couldn’t believe it. I walked out dumbfounded. I will not go back. These employees were rude and Dunkin’ doughnuts must not need the business.

I went to your Dunkin Donuts on Rockingham, Rd Londonderry, NH. I had to repeat myself 6 times at the drive thru, I could hear them talking about the order and then finally came on and said we need to start this order over, I was really frustrated and said I am allset, I go else where. The 3 drinks that I wanted was a sm Frozen Coffee, sm Pumpkin Spice Latte and a sm strawberry coolatta. I am normally a patient person but after having repeat my self 6 times to be told they had to start the order over. I work in Customer Service at a supermarket if I talked that way or treated the customer the way I was treated. I would of been written up. I WILL NOT be going to that Dunkin Donuts anymore.

I was a faithful customer at the dunks in Beverly mass inside the gulf station. On Essex St until this morning when a black man named Vinnie was working. I witnessed him coughing and sneezing all over the donuts racks.

Upon returning home I found what looked to be a cockroach in my bag of donuts and a dead fly in my iced coffee. I returned to the store to show him and he refused to talk to me about it.

This store is always filthy also. Yet since your coffee is my favorite I will now go to the one on dodge St. This place is infested with bugs dirt and not so nice employees. I haven't had any problems until this new manager took over this store. Such a shame

I have something floating in my iced tea I purchased this morning. I drank half of my tea before I saw it at the bottom of my cup. I am kind of freaked out now knowing what it is that I may have ingested the remnants of.

, for years, they recently changed managers and the place went to hell. I have been getting the same order for over 5 years and that in not an exaggeration. Every morning that I work, which is 5 days a week I get a double toasted plain bagel w/ bacon,egg and cheese with EXTRA bacon.

I am always changed for the extra bacon but this staff seem to think etra bacon is one piece split in half. If you pay extra, you should get extra. I have told them on numerous occasions and still every other day I get one piece.

Believe me, If I wasn't addicted to your coffee I would go elsewhere. Is there anyway to RETRAIN your staff at this location to give what is ordered, not sure what happen to the last manager but he would have never let that happen more than once.

I started working at Dunkin donuts in Montrose pa last month the 12th I didn't get my first check and because I made a mistake on my tax work form and didn't get it fixed right away I'm not seeing Thursday the 10th. I have a 7 month old who needs more diapers and clothes and instead of the situation being properly taken care of I was told oh well there's your tips and it's like $1 bills aren't going to cover a box of diapers and gas money either.

Today the 12th I'm going to give my 2 weeks and quit cause I'm not losing my food stamps over this joke of a job

The manager (Amy) at that store is so rude to her employees!! The one girl was crying when she came out to wait on a guest! The store manager was yelling at the employee in front of guests!! There is no call for that!! I would hate to work there. I have also heard from other people that go in there, this isn’t the first time she has extremely disrespected an employee!! I’ve been a loyal DD customer for 40 years. DD is the only coffee I have ever drunk. I am writing to you regarding customer service at your franchisees. When I go to either one of my local shops it’s always a 20-30 minute ordeal to get a cup of coffee.

The employees are lazy, slow, and indifferent. There is no reason why it takes this long for a coffee. I understand the lack of good help these days but the employees you do have need to be retrained in customer service.

Last week the manager waited on me took my order then walked away to have a cigarette. I started the timer. 20 minutes later someone else made the coffee then left it behind the counter. I waited 5 more minutes before asking for it then the worker gave me a dirty look and put the coffee on the counter so fast I had to stop…

I had order a vanilla coffee and a grilled cheese; however, the lady who took my order was rude to me because I took a long time ordering since it’s my first time. But that’s not the worse part, when I have went back because they gotten my order wrong, the big lady yelled at me saying that I wanted to get another coffee for free.

And I felt like I wasn’t appreciated nor did I feel like I was valued enough. I had just told her a refund was okay, but if it was possible for them to remake my drink. They have refused to do it which understandable, but she shouldn’t have yelled at me.

But she did make a refund for my order yet it took a long time for her to do so.

Why did they change the syrup they use in the strawberry coolate

This morning I Placed an order at Dunkin’ Donuts, 1435 - 1445 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury mass 02132 when I got my order they were items missing I contacted the store and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it and they hung up on me I ordered two hashbrowns, Bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and a doughnut which were missing.

The staff is poorly trained and unable to multitask and manage multiple orders( mobile, drive thru) in a timely fashion. Some staff appears under the influence and unable to take an order without asking customer to repeat self several times.

The food tastes disgusting and dirty as if the grill has not been cleaned. Often the coffee is burnt tasting.

I arrived at drive thru window at 5:30 I was the 7th car in line. I was not able to place my order because I have to be at work at 6am 3 mins down the street I sat in line until 5:52 ridiculous turn around time. This needs to be addressed.

I ordered a egg cheese with butter on a croissant today. I got home to find nothing in my croissant but butter. This has happened more then once, either it's barely warm or something is missing. We pay good money for the things we purchase there.

During my visit to the 4415 Falls of the Neuse Rd, in Raleigh, NC this morning. I attempted to order a small coffee and a pumpkin donut in the drive-thru. The representative stated that they ran out of small cups so I would have to get a medium or large.

I told her that she can just put the same amount as a small in the medium cup and charge me for the small coffee. She attempted to argue with me. I reminded her that it is not the customer’s fault she ran out of supplies. She agreed.

Dealing with a disrespectful employee! He was in an irate mood on the intercom when I started to place my order, he snapped at me that he wasn’t ready!!! At the pickup window I received my coffee without my “as is” bagel which I asked about.

I went in to Dunkin already frustrated because my pregnant wife sent me for cappuccino blast. After my 13hr shift, I arrived to the location where there was a wonderful vibrant young lady in the front to take my order.

So when I walked in the store all I heard was a little girl shouting into her phone. I feel that is very unprofessional on her part because I also realize the young lady that helped me was also on the phone but she took care of me and about 7 other while this other girl was in the back.

I go to Dunkin nearly everyday for the same drink oatmilk iced latte with french vanilla, blueberry, and sweet cold foam.

However my drink the past few days has been incorrect and didn’t taste right. 00 for the past 3 days. I didn’t say anything in the restaurant bc they are extremely short staffed and doing the best that they can.
