Dunkin' Donuts

I called Dunkin Donuts corporate office in Canton, MA and they were so rude and seem annoyed when I asking them to transfer me. Nobody was picking up and a guy ended up picking up my phone call and raised his voice at me.

I am a City of Pompano Beach resident, a very proactive Pet owner community on the Beach, Frequent customer at Dunkin Donuts located on A1A next to Publix, north of Commercial Blvd in Pompano Beach, FL 33062. This morning, went to buy Ice- Coffee with my 8 Pounds emotional Support Puppy in a Pet Stroller. Very quite and well mannered puppy.

The Manager started screaming at me and refuse to serve in front of other customers and walked away because I had puppy in stroller.

Another employee served me with a smiling face, which helped me in calming down.

This Manager is always rude and had very unpleasant attitude towards the customers, She has no Customers Service Personality . The Customers standing in line all made face of unhappiness towards this Manager rude attitude of her loud…

The manager and district manager of 1090 Roosevelt rd dunkin are unprofessional. The Manger Jaden is racist towards blacks and Mexicans. Has made racist remarks. The district Manager Dee fired almost the whole staff or forced us to quit by cutting our hours.

The manager yells and treats the employees horrible then fires them for saying anything back to him. The management team for this dunkin is ridiculous. They are an embarrassment to the dunkin franchise.

I’m sad that proper customer service is gone. The rude attendants in the store only send you to a kiosk and don’t want to speak to customers to provide quicker service. I’m avoiding one particular store because of this

Greeted at the door by two beggars for change and said I dont have, then I go in and one of them follow me in and ask again and again I said no. Then I leave the building only to be harassed again by both for money. The supervisor at that location should have these people removed, they are sending customers away and the patio out front was empty because nobody wants to have coffee and a donut while two people keep hounding you for money. Very unprofessional place, i will never be back.

I ordered my drink and it’s the same drink I get everyday. The last not once but three times they put too much milk. I’m about to stop going there.. why work there if you can’t take an order correctly

Over charged for donuts, we paid more for less. 00 plus change. When we ask why so much money for less donuts, thw giral said because you change your mine - you asked for a dozen donuts then only took 9 donuts.

I came 7/14/2022 around 1:30 pm it was only two females working the line was ridiculously long but I was in and out 12 Minutes I had a dozen and 8 wraps 4 hash browns by the time I left out the line was gone do not remember the names but one young lady has a purple bonnet them young ladies need top pay I believe the names they were saying auntie and Brittany or brandy not sure but give them ladies top pay they deserve it

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee very much but I have now gone thru two boxes of coffee pods and I am very upset every morning I go through four to five pods that absolutely explode all over my counter and wall I have now switched to Krispie cream coffee pods and have had no problem what so ever.

I prefer dunkin coffee but as you know coffee is way to expensive to waste with these pod explosions could you explain to me why they are exploding please it’s been a nightmare in the morning. And a huge waste of coffee not to mention money. Sincerely Pam kinder

m. I was at the Dunkin' Donuts located in Salem St, Dover, NJ 07801. The attendant / server was by herself taking walk-in orders and online orders – I’ve waited more than 20 minutes for her to take my order, but that didn’t happen, so I had to get out because I was going to be late for work.

The server was doing her best to cover all the order, coffees, cold drinks, sandwiches, bagels etc. but it was nearly impossible for her to help everyone in a timely manner. I can’t believe that in a franchise as popular and big as Dunkin' Donuts you can’t find enough people to work, and especially to cover the morning shift.

I can't believe this right now.. My Boyfriend called the Dunkin Donuts on Highland Ave, Salem MA 01970, and asked them if they make Frozen Coffee in Decaf. And the Worker said "Theres no caffeine in them anyways" .. I cannot HAVE Caffeine, I have Severe Panic Disorder and Caffeine triggers it.

So, low and behold, I started having a panic attack, and was confused as to why. So I google searched it, and Google says they all have Caffeine. This is not okay!

I went to the dunkin donuts on Allen st in springfield ma, and the person working the window would not take another order until the car in front of me was gone. She said "one moment", and 4 minutes later, I am still sitting there.

I got there at 6:45 pm on Monday evening. I know the person at the window was a female, but I was too mad to even stop or wait any longer. You really need to be aware that there are many, many complaints from this store.

Kids inside working, but not working, more like fooling around. Everytime I have gone there my order is always wrong. I dont know who manages that store, but seriously, you need to get in their butts. Thanks for letting me rant.

I call the store to try to get a refund, but was told that they saw the 2 order that they will only give me 1 order and for me to go to the app to cancel one of the order. The app doesn't even have a cancel order.

I try calling the corporate but was closed today. I did a virtual chat. Saying they'll give me the 200 points but I don't want the points. I want my refund. I was not happy that the store couldn't do anything and also the corporate was closed that I didn't get to talk to anyone.

I went to Canaan Irving/ Dunkin today and there was two women arguing on the floor at Dunkin, the blonde one was being rude to a new employee. I go there everyday and I don't feel that anyone should be spoken to that way at all.

I was at a Dunkin Donuts location near 1200 n Ashland at around 815am. When I arrived the location was kinda of crowded and my wait time was roughly about 15 minutes. I order a medium coffee, 2 glazed donuts and 2 small strawberry lemonade drinks for my babies.

As I put my children in their car seats and headed to their school I noticed a crack on the side of one of the lemonade drinks which spilled all over my babies clothes. I’m never the one to complain but I just think it’s so unfair for me to spend my money and get such poor customer service. Totally unfair

On May 4th at 3:28 pm, I placed an order for an Iced Medium Original Cocoa Mocha Signature Latte. After several minutes later, I was informed that the machine was not in order and that I needed to order another item.

My response was that I do not want anything else, but the latte. Then, I requested a refund. The young man stated that he could not give me refund to contact the user of the app. My reply was that I need to contact the app manager for a refund?

I feel customer services is extremely important and she should probably get another job. I used to manager all Applebees in Arizona and if i had a employee like that, she would no longer be employed.

Worst customer service EVER, the woman working the drive up window had a major attitude, didn't say hello, I said thank you she looked at me as if I had three heads, she clearly did not want to be there. Training in customer service as well as an attitude adjustment might do her good. I go there everyday (today was my last time because of her attitude) all the other girls that work there are great, always pleasant. Had the worst experience at Dunkin on Lake Murray Blvd Irmo Sc . And it’s the reason I won’t be back . The manager or who claims to be the manager did not know her bosses number supposedly. After I wanted a different bagel .

They ignored me at the door stood there looking at me in the rain . After I walked up to the drive through to ask them to come to the door . I was met by a young girl instead of the manager .

I asked for the number to the store owner she didn’t know . Send what was supposedly the manager . She Told me I can’t read and that she didn’t have time to deal with me or help me .

The Dunkin’ Donuts located at 5901 church avenue Brooklyn, NY 11203 is absolutely filthy! The shop is relatively new however, there are always stains on the floor, DIRT, napkins, bags, you name it and it’s on the floor! The staffs workspace is deplorable, there are empty cups on floors, on the work stations, crumbs, exposed food, dirty gloves, etc..

I honestly do not want to spend my hard earned money in there. The staff members never change their gloves after taking payment, they go to touch your food with the same gloves. When something is said about it, you receive a bunch of attitude.

The new cornbread muffins are absolutely disgusting and every time I go and get them they taste like seafood consistently it so gross!!!!!!

I ordered six donuts two of them were supposed to be Boston cream they gave me two glazed donuts instead can’t imagine how they mix them up? I ordered a caramel macchiato. I was over charged iced coffee, the person taking my order give me extra shots of Carmel swirl when I did not request that what I ask for was Carmel swirl and Irish cream. 85 I ask why it was so much the guy said because you have extra shots, it was until I looked at the label that I realized I was charged for something I didn't request.

Horrible customer service. Made food but was extremely cold/uncooked. Coffee tasted like water after asking to make again.

Drive thru is a joke... 330pm... 900pm... not hard to figure out.... One side of drive thru may sit there, while 2 or 3 vehicles in other side goes ahead of you. You guys did fantastic opening day, but slowly going down hill every day since.

Yesterday I ordered a Large Iced Coffee at the drive in window of Dunkin #045, at 107 Rte 35, Keyport NJ at 11:02 AM. The woman scanned my card and gave me a wrong drink. I told her the drink was wrong And she handed me the correct one.

She asked for my card and scanned it again. I asked her what I had been charged again for, and she said she was giving me a credi and recharging me. 57 for the coffee!!! 83 here. I went into the store and complained to a manager.

57 and was give a free iced coffee. This is not true! 57. I have had mistakes made on other orders at this store before, but never checked to see if I had been charged correctly. In the future I'll request the amount I'm to be charged BEFORE I let them scan it.

Dunkin’ Donuts in spring mills WV needs to hire more commitment employees. No matter what time of day you come here, you wait at least 30 minutes. ALWAYS. It’s 6 am and there were only two cars in front of me and I have been sitting here for 17 minutes and none of us have moved. It’s ridiculous.

BIG PROBLEM AT THE GROVE CITY PA LOCATION. I was there this morning on March 8th, 2022 to get my daughter breakfast before school. Dunkin’ Donuts is her favorite place, but not anymore. Since when do you allow infants to be held by workers in the kitchen of your restaurant while making customers orders (drinks, food and etc)?

Arrived at the store off Sandlake rd in Orlando Fl, at 7:49 when I seen 2 workers outside but 1 ran inside. So I walked pass the other worker and I asked if they were open and she said yes.

Hi, I am writing this complaint on the behalf of two individuals that I serve. I work at the Department of developmental services. Both residents has doctors appointment in the area of Norwich, and after there stressful doctor appointments they look forward to a Dunkin Donuts decaf coffee.

The Dunkin in Elverson, PA has been consistently closing very early (2 or 3pm) when the app specifies closing time later at night. This is very frustrating when placing mobile orders, because the order goes through and when going to pick them up, the location is closed and we are unable to get our money back.
