Well I'm not a customer of Duncan Donuts. I do work next door to Duncan Donuts. I and my co worker have on several occasions have walked out of our door to leave or to smoke a cigarette and we see 2 black females smoking marijuana at the back door of the building on the sidewalk.

I understand that you don't have enough employees now but who wants to see employees at another business smoking marijuana and smelling it is horrible. It's also is horrible for business. Broad St. Thanks Mary...

I’ve called two different times and was told to different stories. I asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me. Never did, I’m being shorted on points and being told since I got points on 10/15 I can’t get points for three receipts submitted on 10/21.

I was shorted 115 points which I’m don’t I won’t receive. Unbelievable. I’m a Customer for over 30 years. So wrong the way they treat customers.

I have been going to the Dunkin on Olden and Parkway for years and loved it. I don’t know what is going on but my coffee has been horrible I will not be returning, what a waste of money anymore

Me and my partner are a trans cupple! We went through to buy 2 coffees, when we received them they tasted like water so we kindly asked them to remake them. They took are cups back and started bashing us calling us names then returned us the same cup same coffee and tried to trick us we could tell it was the same it was still warter after more disrespect I asked for are money bk and

gave them the coffee back they took a few to give me my 8 bucks back. I then made a complaint and called my attorney because they discriminated over our genders and choices put my health and every other customer at risk by taking cups back in window and claiming they refilled them.

They lied then tom the manager triedto cover it up. We feel our coffee was spit in or something and have requested the footage…

I came to dunkin’ and first off they couldn’t serve anything hot so i was like ok i’ll just get my usual iced coffee and no breakfast today. 07. 07 but didn’t have any proof of it or didn’t give me a receipt.

I am beyond mad at the fact she didn’t tell me she couldn’t refunded me rather then lying to me and making me pay for 2 orders. i reason i know i got charged for both is because my account says so.

I barley go to dunkin’ but when i do something always doesn’t go right. I get everything is short staffed but my experience today has nothing to do with being short staffed.

Dunkin' donuts location route 31 on the corner of route 57 and 31 Washington New Jersey. m. I walked in male employee with glasses very rude by himself chatting with other people at the counter. It was myself and another customer waiting to be served for 5 minutes while he was busy talking away.

If anybody was working today he said yes just me while it was also another girl doing nothing. I said I guess I should leave he said maybe you should so I did and I went to another Dunkin' donuts down the road he has no care of that he was going to lose business or anything very rude everybody in the store was like oh my God can you believe this guy I think the other employee was like holy cow

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I put in an application for the Dunkin donuts in Waynesboro, Virginia and was hired and promised a full time job. 50 hour at walmart to work at this Dunkin for $13 an hour.

I only worked here maybe 7 hours total. The first day I was supposed to be trained on donuts. I had the worst training. The only people that work here are extremely young females mostly, still in high school. I was literally the oldest at 31 years old.

The next day I came in and was trained up front to make coffees. I thought I was doing an amazing job. I go back to start donut break out about 4:00 all by myself. Mind you I have only have only had 2 and a 1/2 hours of training on donuts.

The Owner or manager or whatever he was pointed out out that I didn't put the donuts on…

I have been trying to get SOMEBODY from Delmar Dunkin Donuts in Delmar NY to give a crap that the manager is continuing to wear BACK THE BLUE accessories . but refuses to even contact me about it now. I'm not sure where the mix up is, but I keep writing and gettting some generic note sometimes and then I get a case number and then NOTHING.

Went to DD 2628 Raeford road Fay. NC ordered 2 xl coffees and a doughnut. The coffee was not made correctly so my husband went back inside to get them made correctly and the worker that originally made them was upset and said they were made correctly.

We order DD daily and it was not like we order. She remade the coffee in the same cup as the first one and coffee was spilled all on the outside of the cup and this caused me not to return to this location again.

On October 4 at 11:30am. I visited store #343825 and bought a glazed dounut with Midnight Dunkin and shot of expesso. I am a essential worker at the nearby Hospital and this does the trick! Upon leaving my entire bag broke. I immediately went back.

However, I was told its was not a big deal and to add insult ti injury, I was asked to leave! Unacceptable! I was the only person of color in this store including the workers. Is this your policy? Please I will be awaiting your reply. Thank you.

I went there and I got and iced coffee like I always do but this time it was disgusting it did not taste fresh at all and I threw up from it. They can never get an order right anytime I go there.

When ordering on the app I ask for one sided in my coffee but the sticker that prints out in the store stop putting my selection and just says sugar on it. Which is to sweet for me. There must be a malfunction with app or the printer in the store

Omg they always have new workers that don’t know how to make a cappuccino they are a lot of money you would think they could fill it to the rim not everybody likes all that whip cream will never go there again worst place ever. A server named Ilyana at a Tampa dunkin donuts has been harassing and racially bullying my niece over her accent and slut shaming her with other colleagues. I want someone to find this manager named Awal, as my niece’s mental health is being affected. In times like these, there is no need for meanness and bullying in any situation.

I went their before work to get an egg and cheese on an English muffin. to then later realize when i got to work and opened it the English muffin was not cooked at all was never put threw the toaster so I had to throw it away as to their is no place at work for me to toast my breakfast like I should have received it.

RE: Slow, inaccurate service at Sunrise Highway, Baldwin NY location. Don't like to complain about a local business that I frequently visit, but the norm is now to wait an excessive amount of time for orders to be filled. Complain to Scotty the manager but he sloughs off as he's heard it a million times.

Employees are walking all over each other trying to fill orders as there is no operational procedure in place. Today I was in drive through and it was 17 minutes from the time the car in front of me placed an order until I reached the window.

Upon reaching the window I was told there were no Old Fashion donuts left when the order person said there was (I originally ordered glazed blueberry and was told there was none). After 17 minutes the dude in the window had to verify what my order…

OMG what has happened to this company, the donuts are horrible, under cooked, salty and old. I worked for this company when I was 18 years old back in 1977 when we used to make the donuts in the store, that's when it used to be great. This company has gone down.

They couldn’t even find my order to start making my drink despite me placing an order a long while before coming in abd they made everyone else’s order first making me late for work

Long wait time at the ordering board probably 10 minutes. Finally asked what I would like I could tell the lady behind the microphone was irritated and her attitude came through very clearly. Now I get to the window and another wait time of about ten minutes so while I was watching inside I saw the lady preparing food come over to wait on someone at the ordering board punching in their food order with her gloves on and then proceeds back to the food prep area with the same gloves and starts handling someone’s breakfast sandwich. With all the precautions we are taking now because of Covid I was very upset to see this. I have had a few problems with this DD before but always said maybe they are busy or having a bad day. I’m upset by the carelessness of the food prep.

I drove up to the drive thru window and a young girl came to the intercom speaking gibberish and laughing and made me repeat my order 3x and then someone else came and had me repeat it again and saying the girl was not English speaking which is an obvious lie. This is ridiculous!

i usually go there everyday just went and the lady working the drive through on market street potsdam ny had a major attitude and was being rude as hell so i left there before i ended up smacking the attitude out of her like all i said was hello and her response was sarcastic and rude please check ur workers before hiring.

Got a dozen of half chocolate glazed halfpumkin i was given a ice cold box of donuts and the icing was wet . And when i asked why my donuts were cold and looked like this i got major attitude.

I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts near my house which is on Marbach and Harrell and I’ve already experienced twice when I order snack and bacon I get nothing but crumbles. Looks like it’s the bottom of the barrel. And then one time I got snack and bacon is in my snack and bacon’s was super cold.

I just don’t understand why people would really honestly think I want crumbles for my snack and bacon. Otherwise my service there is great.

To whom it may concern, The Dunkin Donuts store in Newark New York it's about the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen in my life. Every day the line is always out to the road for the drive-thru the workers are rude and slow. Today we didn't want to wait in the Drive-Thru line because it was so long so we went inside we ordered two coffees there were about ten other guests inside after waiting 20 minutes to get up to the line. Then all of the customers in the store were told by one of the workers get out of the store they were no longer taking any orders. inside.

I then proceeded to call the store and find out what was going on asking for the manager's name and corporates number I was told there was no manager on duty and they didn't know what corporate number was they were rude obnoxious…

Pretty typical for me, except I normally get these on Friday and the weekends.

I found that out when I got to work…

I don’t like coffee so I threw it away and what a lousy way to start the day.

I emailed your customer service asking for a refund, and they offer me 1/2 a free drink back in points, and it takes a week for them to get back to me?

Me and my family travel from Florida to New York frequently and have stoped at the DD Maryland house in Maryland. The freshness of the donuts there are never fresh and the people there can’t seem to get your order straight the first time.

I stoped there on July 27th on our way back to Florida with my family. Ordered 2 dozen donuts only to find them hard and not eatable. We only noticed this once we were back on the road and did not want to waste time to go back to complain.

Also ordered 6 bacon egg bagles and all had cheese on them. Could not eat them due to dietary restrictions. Thru every thing out. This was not the first time the quality of the donuts were not fresh.

Also there is no scanner there for people who have the DD PAYMENT APP FOR THERE PURCHASE.. I was out almost $50 for…

I have worked in dunkin which is at rand road Arlington.....I did fill a form for my direct deposit into bank account also attached a voided check but they didn't get my pay check deposited into my bank account and when j talked to manager she didnt give me any reply .....she didn't even listen to me ......no one is being helpful...... On July 26, 2021, I visited Dunkin Donuts located at 533 Torrence Avenue in Calumet City, IL, store number 303416, where one of the workers by the name of Yolanda (receipt name is Adelia) called me a Ugly Bitch. I told her she needed to be careful of calling black women Ugly Bitches.

2 different locations of Dunkin were unable to make a small hot cappuccino.

First location 6050 Central ave Portage Indiana, used cold frothed milk with unbelievable bitter coffee, the second location, 16242 S. Halsted str, Harvey, Illinois, didn’t put enough coffee. So I’m almost $8 out and don’t have a regular cappuccino. It is unacceptable that coffee prices are going up and quality is drastically going down.

My check was taken by another employee and when I tried to resolve the issue with the management of the franchise they stopped answering my calls and is now withholding any information about my check! Your Dunkin' in The Rivercrest shopping center (Florida) likes to employs bigots and racists. There is one lady who works there by the name of Lori. She's always calling people nuggets and black bitches. Her other co workers have said something to her as well as the manager.

The food was excellent, but the service was so slow because the girls working there had no idea what they were doing. I think they were mainly new. I can’t fault them for that but what ensued after my husband and I ordered.

Walked into store at Centrepoint ,north Charleston sc. 5 young ladies talking and mixing drinks. Not one came to get my order. There was no one in the drive thru. I left without my two dozen donuts. They were giggling as I left. Disgusting service.

We live directly next to (across the street) from a Dunkin I live here with my two adult children who frequent the store daily sometimes more than once a day, it’s very convenient because my daughter does not drive. Both of them have a range of disabilities, learning, emotional, etc.

they are unable to work so living in this area is very convenient for them. We have a small dog for my daughter which her doctor has provided a letter for her as an “emotional support dog”. She is a 8lb Havanese which she ever so rarely will take with her in a pet backpack.

Fully contained like a school backpack only it has mesh front and sides so the animal can breathe. The dog, by the way, is hypoallergenic. fully contained, on her back! My daughter who is very shy, fragile and naive was very confused and…

Went to Dunkin in Blairsville, GA twice last week.

First time gave me the wrong order. Next time the girl told me I had an attitude because I had a free beverage earned and she tried to charge me. Reason for complaining is I used my dunkin prepaid card.

We she wS not nice I just left. Went to Dunkin in Mineral Bluff, GA and was Treated so different. Dunkin in Blairsville only has drive thru.

Yesterday at your location at 153 Wagner Road in Petersburg Va was a horrible. I ordered through the drive through 4 large Cold coffees. One was supposed to be a Carmel light and sweet with whipped creme. Three others cold coffees with whipped creme.

A dozen of donuts and two apple fritters. There is no inside dinning or ordering. 00. When I got home NONE OF THE COFFEES WERE CORRECT. All were light and sweet. They did not appear to have hardly any creme and they were hardly sweet tasted like no sugar.

Only one cup and the order which I will send. The dozen of donuts were stale as well. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this site. Once I had ordered a sausage croissant and it was so burnt I returned with it.

The location at hwys 41 and 70 Bradenton, FL, about 10am on July 4th, there was a lady and her son who experienced hostile interaction with two employees. The lady and her son were English as a second language attempting to explain the mix up in the order and the lack of patience experienced by these customers was disgraceful and unacceptable.

I expressed loudly Tina needed to show customer service, which upset her and she and I had an interaction. Evidentially the lady and her son had there order fulfilled. Several employees told me they were waiting on the expresso and I had to ask for the other half of my order, which may have been one of the issues by the lady and her son.

As I was leaving Tina said she pissed or spit on my ice. Needless to say, I was unable to drink my paid for item…

The store on Firetower Road in Greenville, NC is the worst DD store I have ever experienced. I stopped going there because the service was so bad, but today I made the mistake of stopping there again due to convenience. NEVER AGAIN!!

The people working there are completely clueless on how to talk with people and be understood, how to get orders ready, and generally being cordial and nice with customers. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru because their computer was "re-setting" and they couldn't take my payment.

The coffee was sitting there ready, but they just made me wait - and they continued to take orders behind me!! We should have all been given free coffee for the ridiculous inconvenience, but they were too stupid about what to do.

I just ordered a medium iced mocha latte from DD on Graham Road, in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. There was barely, if any mocha in it, so I went back and asked them to remake it or add the mocha. The cashier MOCKINGLY told staff to remake it bc "she wants more mocha" and they were all laughing.

I reiterated I didn't want extra, just the normal amount, as I'm a regular customer and I know how it's supposed to taste. She said the first drink had the standard amount of mocha for a medium, then gave me my drink back with a disgusting amount of mocha.

I accepted the second drink bc I held NO hope that it would be remade correctly at that point. I tasted it after I left, and it as I expected. Threw it away when I got to work. I love DD coffee and have always had a good experience at this location but…

I place on the go drive thru orders 3-4 weekday mornings and most times the order is fine, although there have been a few times where they had missed giving me cream cheese or something was not right correct but I did not say anything. This morning I checked my bag before pulling away and there was no cream cheese, I told her and she second guessed me and gave me an attitude and was hesitant to give me the cream cheese, she wanted to check the bag.

I get to work and go to take a sip of the large iced tea that I get every order and it was coffee with lemon in it. Horrible. I cant drive all the way back there I'm at work.

On Friday morning, I entered the Dunkin Donut franchise located at 511 Solomon Way, Freehold Township, NJ 07728. I waited in line behind 4 customers and watched as the cashier repeatedly took orders, handled money and filled food orders without changing her gloves or washing her hands. As I approached the front of the line, placed my order and handed her my payment in cash, I asked the cashier to please change her gloves before getting the donuts I ordered. She proceeded to tell me, not to tell her how to do her job. I explained I wasn't trying to tell her how to do her job, but rather asking her to please not to handle my food with the same gloves she had taken my money with.

As a former food service worker and now a healthcare worker, I am aware of the potential of cross contamination.…
