Dunkin Donuts in Plainfield Indiana on Stafford Rd has told 3 of us nurses that work next door at the hospital when we come on our break that we cannot get frozen coffee at 6:15 pm because they close at 7 and machine takes too long to clean. This is ridiculous. We work 12 hour shifts and to be told by a teenager it’s too time consuming to clean the machine is a slap in the face.
I am not sure this is going to matter. On Friday June 18, 2021 at 630 am I stopped by my local DD store at 3590 Cheney Hwy, Titusville fl. Do to the size of the truck I drive I have to go into the store.
As I enter the lobby, I am meet by a sign which seems to have been there awhile do to its condition. It stated do to being short staffed mobile and drive thru are the only way to order. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, and I would just go somewhere else, but I noticed a young lady leaning on the counter at the drive thru playing on her phone.
I asked who was the manager? She never looked up and with a very rude tone said, “WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER SIRRR”. I again asked who the manager was, and she said “SHE IS RIGHT THERE” with the say attitude.
I was then meet by another young lady…
I ordered ahead and went to my local Dunkin as I usually do on my way to work. I ordered the beyond sausage (because I’m vegetarian it’s really the only sandwich available for me) I get to the location and I wait for 5 minutes before they ask what I’m waiting for and proceed to tell me they no longer serve beyond sausage because the promotion ended.
Why does dunkin still have it on the menu? Why does Dunkin’ not post or make public when they’re getting rid of items ? Now that it’s “gone” I feel as though they don’t care about their vegetarian customers. It’s been 2 years since they had it and with no warning they took it away.
Customer serve office is closed and Dunkin NEVER responds on Instagram so I have no real answer !

her last day was the end of March We have been having trouble braiding her separation paper that is required by Tennessee state law . The store manager has given her the run around about it for 2months . On June 15 my daughter tried again and spoke with the store manager and was told verbatim ; why would I help you do anything ; is what my daughter was told.

I order from store at 1537 Stanley Street New Britain, CT using the app. I arrived 11 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. I then waited more than 5 more minutes. When my order was up I got two medium iced teas even though I order a large.
This dunkin donuts is just off a college campus and is consistently horrible when it comes to wait times.

First I was employed by them and left the company but my child remained employed by the company. Yesterday, they fired my son due to a supposed no call, then proceeded to text me threats to have people fight me!
This was from someone in their management team. Then proceeds to text me my son lost his job because he stole which is absurd. So, the manager herself said it was due to a no call but she cant do anything because what her employees do on their own time doesn't concern her!!

I have visited this location more than 5 times over the last Month and each time I come they NEVER have a full menu of items available. The espresso machine is either down or ALWAYS being cleaned. This is so frustrating!!!!
Why doesn't Dunkin and Dunkin Donut have donuts? After seeing how low the star rating is for your company,I see it just isn't in my area. I tried calling your customer service 800 number multiple times today. The call connected once and I received a busy signal. Otherwise, the other twenty times, the calls would not even connect. I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for the past twenty years or more. Different locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. On Friday the 28th of May , I was on my way home from work and decided a coffee from the Dunkin Donut located at 9 Federal Road , Brookfield Connecticut would be a great idea. ( right beside the Hibachi King )

A little annoyed because this has happened multiple times, and I don't know who to bring it up to at my local location because I couldn't find any email. I only have picture of two different times, but it's happened 4 times altogether with my getting my food super burnt- like noticeably burnt and them still giving it to me. The vending machine for bottled water was ENTIRELY empty. Looked like they were going out of business. When leaving, my wife commented that the service was poor. Felt the gal serving us was "cocky".. rude. When we got home, there was no bagel in the bag, only donuts.

We have been to 4 different locations on different days we cannot try the Mangonada smoothie. The excuses we encounter are we don’t have the ingredients, our machine is broken or we have already cleaned the machine 30min before closing time.

I go to the dunkin donuts on w 117th in cleveland every morning for my sweetened ice tea and I get a large. Today I went and they gave me unsweet and I was a little disappointed because I have no sugar at work and I had to drink unsweetened ice tea which is not good.
I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and equal. I have to have the equal (or some sort of sugar substitute due to my Type 1 Diabetes). When I got it, I did not have time to taste it until I got to work.
When I tasted it, it had seven sugars. I called to ask if someone may have mistakenly put sugar in my iced coffee even though the label suck to it said equal, and the woman told me that basically we are too busy to respond to your insignificant question.

After filling out the form for my son and his squadron of Navy pilots to receive coffee as part of the Military Lottery program I was told that we "won" a case of coffee. This was started in Feb. 2021.
I have repeatedly called and e-mailed and all I get told is that USPS has not shipped it yet and to verify the address. This is the third time I have gotten a form letter with this request. The address has been verified.

one day they forgot 2 donuts, the second day they forgot a drink when I ordered 3 drinks and only got 2 and they gave me a croissant instead of a everything bagel and today I got a sweet pepper bacon and cheese and they gave it to me on a plain bagel instead of a everything bagel, they should have an option where it tells you if they are out of something and

On April 10,2021, I had to wait in line for 45 minutes for a cup of coffee. This was at the Western Boulevard location in Raleigh North Carolina. Do they not have enough help? The employees were otherwise very nice to deal with.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in cocoa beach 695 N Atlantic ave. Cocoa beach FL 32931. off of A1A is the worst dunkin in all of Brevard county Florida. I don’t know what’s going on there but they run out of bagels everyday bu 8:30am.
They stop making food of any kind by 4pm and close there grills down even though they are open till 9pm. I have never been to a Dunkin that runs out of stuff like this one they are never prepared for any customers.

Very very rude employee, I’m 65 and he spoke to me as if I was a teen ager, basically “threw” the drink at me out the drive thru window, I dropped it and he yelled at me. Made my 2 year old grandson cry that “man yelling at grandma” Charged me again for the drink, even though it was not my fault.

I recently purchased two bacon egg cheese croissant sandwiches and an Apple fritter. I am very disappointed the sandwiches were not cooked properly and the fritter was stale. I will not be going back ever again. I normally buy coffee every morning for entire work staff and donuts but I will be going to 7-11 or Starbucks now
So frustrated! Went into Dunkin Donuts in Mendon, MA figuring it was quicker than waiting in a line of about 10 cars. I went in placed my order for an Avocado toast and waited while 23 cars went through the drive thru before someone asked what I was waiting for.
After approximately 15 minutes I left. I didn't bother to get a refund, because I was so mad I was afraid of what I might say. If I had the mangers number I would have called him. I don't, so here is my complaint, Customers in your stores deserve as much service as those in the drive thru.
I went to the Ramsey NJ location this morning (4/1/21) around 10am. I decided to go inside because the drive thru was crowded. I ordered avocado toast and a order of hash browns. I should have known something was up because my order was ready quicker than usual. I was soooo disappointed.
It was obvious that they had pre made certain things because my bread was cold and soggy. They also used the last of the "everything" spice because it was dust. The hash browns were also pre cooked. I write reviews when things are good and great.
Unfortunately this morning things were awful! They should stop the pre making of foods right away.
The DD’s at 360 Turnpike Street is getting worse with their service. The afternoon crew does not get your order correct and I’ve waited in line over 10 minutes. I realize you hire teens to help out, but a lot of times I see them fooling around with each other instead of completing orders and then to not even get the order straight is unacceptable.
Please train your staff better!! I’ll be going g out of my way next time to go to a different franchise.
