The store on Spencer Street Manchester Connecticut does not have better customer service. They have served me cold sandwiches . I have seen people walking in without mask while I was waiting for my food. I have never received good service from them.
It has happened to me twice. I wish they have better service to provide to customers. One time they gave me incorrect amount of change .
My Fiance and I have gone to Dunkin for years & have used your services to keep us going during our busiest work days and long nights.

I went to the dunkin on vine yard drive in Fredonia ny. The girl with long dark hair working the window today was so the rudest person I ever met. She made us wait 15 mins to order then the guy finally got our order.
they didn’t give of us our water and when we asked for a extra has brown she said you only order two. I said no we said three. Then she said well i charged you for two and closed the window on us.
She’s has a huge attitude for no reason. She needs to be fired cause she’s horrible and needs to loose the attitude and get over herself
I am a regular in this location and they serve me bagel so hard the showy. I complain twice to the workers there. Today I order the same thing (Turku Susa he egg and cheese on sesame extra toast to avoid bagel been chewy even if it was left over from last night.
When I asked for napkins and catchup. They reply we have only one left. I can’t believe the attitude and bad service that I got for the 3rd time. I know the owner but I think it’s better for the business overall to hire the right people for the job

Finally placed order another 5 mins. waiting for coffee and beyond sausage sandwich. Noticed girl cooking not wearing gloves wiping hands on face and butt. Got order went home it was ice cold thrown in bag falling apart cheese not melted muffin not toasted.
I will go to another location in the future. Need serious management here. People were complaining getting dirty looks from employees.

Hi, the Dunkin donuts near dartmouth high school is a embarrassment to the dunkin donuts company, the coffee is nasty and if its ice its slightly warm and if its hot coffee its always just room temperature, the coffee is always never filled all the way and the place has dirty floors and there is always a different worker in their and you will always spend more than 20 minutes in their, the building has no drive thru and

I would like to file a complaint against the Dunkin' located at 280 Asheville Highway in Brevard, NC. I find it unacceptable that a Dunkin' in the state of North Carolina is not participating in selling the Ol' Roy Donut benefitting UNC Children's Hospital.
It is even more unacceptable that when I asked for the Ol' Roy Donut the person did not even know what I was referring to and when I explained what it was their only response was "we've had many people ask for that". I cannot believe that a Dunkin' location in the state of North Carolina is not selling a donut specifically designed as a promotion for the state's flagship university and that benefits one of the premier hospitals in the state and country.

Salem, VA Insane Manager I was recently hired for a position at Salem VA Dunkin Donuts, on 1803 West Main Street. After submitting documentation for position Stephanie Bautista she texts me a minor and tries to discredit me after I am unable to obtain an ID for I-9 form after submitting multiple documents that my mother and step-father provided.
I have done nothing but obliged Mrs. Bautista to seek employment. I eagerly want to start my first opportunity for employment but do not understand why Mrs. Bautista would speak to me with such malice!

On Saturday July 25,2020 I went into Dunkin Donuts on Wellington Rd. H thinking that amid the Corona virus pandemic I would see every employee in a mask. I was shocked to see all three of the employees without masks on.
I asked Alicia what the reason was that they weren't wearing a mask was her answer was because we are behind plexi glass we don't need to wear them. I go to many dunkins every week spending 40 to 50 dollars on coffee alone a d every other dunkins that I've been in they have been wearing a mask.
I think this is something that needs to be looked into.
I am done with DD. Been going there for many years because I liked their coffee. Yesterday I encountered a rude manager and a language barrier with the server. The bathroom was closed which I understand, but are open in other DD and kept very clean.
This particular shop by the way is in West Fitchburg, MA You now get cheap cups that hardly fit in the cup holder of the car, no napkins unless you ask for and some pastry taste like they are a day old. The prizes went up, for what ?? Lousy service?

Every customer in there was wearing a mask exactly as they are required the very least that your managers can do is insist that their young adults working for them treat your customer with the same respect and mask up!! I will not be going back in thats for sure and I wont be doing the drive thru while the pandemic is on because the workers werenet wearing masks so why should I think they are washing their hands either. 1280 Belmont st Brockton Ma. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on a regular basis. I start work typically at 3am in the morning so I am there in the wee hours or graveyard shift. The people there are super rude they refuse to wear mask and gloves which I normally wouldn’t have a problem with.

I went to Dunkin Donuts on South college Auburn Alabama. I ordered two small Carmel lattes. I pulled to the window (around 1130 am) a young blonde Caucasian male took the order a second time, he took my payment and proceeded to fix the lattes.
I noticed he was fixing them after taking my payment with no gloves, when he came back to the window he had his hands over the top of the cups. I politely asked him why was he not wearing gloves, especially since he was handling the register.

I have been a member of DD Perks(their loyal members club) for years and I have used their website to add funds to my card. In the last few months I tried to add funds and the site requires that I have a cell phone to verify my identity.
I understand the 2 step process some companies use to make sure we are the real account holder. But never have I been forced to ONLY use a cell phone number to receive a code. Other companies will provide the option of sending an email or calling a home number.

The owner has implemented a no tipping policy at the store and told the employees they will get no more than minimum wage. I'm very upset with this new policy at the store. I go there every day but will no longer go there or any other DD that supports this policy.
