I went to the dunkin donuts on carmen ave (840) westbury ny 11590, its a dunkin donuts/baskin robbins at 715 pm, I walked in the floor was dirty with papers all over it, I walked up to counter, I ordered two scoops of ice cream, I wanted mint choc, chip , they where out , so I chose two other flavors, the employee was like there out of the right size cups, so she put into other size cups, np,i asked for a spoon, she gives me one, then

I payed with credit card. never gives a receipt. I go outside to car, go to eat ice cream, the spoon bends all the way back, not a baskin robbins spoon, some cheap replacement because owner doesn't want to buy good ones, so

I,m inconvenienced trying to eat hard ice cream with a cheap spoon, which I thought was gonna break. very sad, most of the time we go…

While visiting the Maryville location on S. Washington street with my grandchildren, we weren't even able to order our donuts because of the so called manager(nametag: Josey)ignoring that we were there at the counter. She was on her cell phone screaming very obscene and vulgar things.

We had to leave quickly because of the cursing and very inappropriate situation. The children were so disappointed that they couldn't have the donuts I promised them. We will never go there again.

On 1/18/2020 I visited 3635 Aloma Ave. Oviedo, Fl PC#34638 order :267. Erica the cashier when I approached the window and gave her the coupons (keep in mind I have told her I had coupons), she assumed that the system was not going to allowed her to redeem the 2nd coupon, which it did.

I was happy when I tried my sesame toasted bagel was not toasted was kind of warm and showy I was OMG I turned around went to the store waited to explained, Erica had an attitude and was rude from the very beginning so I left. I called and spoke to someone regarding a incident that occurred at the 30 Salem Church Road Newark Delaware location over holidays regarding a gift card. I talked to a women who took down information. she said she would contact the owner and would get back to me via phone.

2 weeks have past and I have yet to hear anything. I have tried calling several days and times only to be put on hold for several hours. I left messages with my phone number and am still waiting. I expect to hear back from someone as soon as possible.

The owner has implemented a no tipping policy at the store and told the employees they will get no more than minimum wage. I'm very upset with this new policy at the store. I go there every day but will no longer go there or any other DD that supports this policy.

There is an on going problem between the homeless addicts and restaurants like this one here by witch you can easily be discriminated against by your appearance and asked to leave the store with the excuses of you not being a customer and being winter makes it worse and quite frankly just cuz someone dresses rugged should not be used as judgement plus the fact that when you are meeting someone there and they are buying that makes you not a customer but

The Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Poinciana Boulevard and 1792 in Kissimmee on numerous occasions 15 20 25 after 5 am is not open. Also the stores on west cr 535 and Hwy 192 near poinciana Blvd are almost always late to open Its getting FUCKING old !! Losing a customer might not matter to you so this complaint is probly a complete waste of time .

Hello I recently tried the new sausage egg cheese sandwich. I was so disappointed in this sandwich. The bread was very soggy. The egg was too too soft. The sandwich wasn’t hot inside. Even though the cheese was melted. I love your coffee. This was the first time I tried the Dunkin’ Donuts sandwich. I don’t think I’ll try a choice of a sandwich again. Very disappointing. I would have returned the sandwich. However, I was at ohare airport. I had an early morning flight to catch.

Hopefully, in the future I’ll try a sandwich choice again. I will continue to buy your coffee.

I ordered a small unsweetened black iced tea with lemon after waiting in a long line inside. I waited about 10 minutes to receive my order. As she handed the iced tea to me, I confirmed with her that it was indeed black tea as it was very, very light.

She said it was so I went outside to drink it with the people I was with. After one taste, I decided to return it! It was like nothing more than water. I returned to the same employee who served me the iced tea and told her I wanted a refund because it was awful and not at all like black tea.

At 6:15 pm 10/16 Glassford hills Prescott valley arizona location. We went in for ice cream there were two employees behind the counter and one employee in the tables area talking to her friends. The young man behind the counter never looked up and walked over to the other girl standing behind the counter, both leaning and just chatting.

We were there for over 5 minutes and not one of them asked us if we wanted anything. We walked out and went to Dairy Queen (great service). When I checked on yelp there were 22 reviews of which 20 were negative for customer service ( this place only open 3 months, reviews even stated how rude the manager was.

I purchase the same drink 5 days a week. Large vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar. Going on 2 years. Very rearly is the drink not consistent in flavor . When it has , they fixed a other. To day was bad flavor and service.

When I reported a bitter taste. The attitude began with a statement" that is how it will taste when the coffee is at the bottom of the pot". The second one was worse. Then was told they can not do anything about the coffee taste.

Is Dunkin Donuts supposed to charge for flavor added to a coffee? I go to the Dunkin Donuts every day in Hunt Valley Maryland and they charge me extra for flavor when I ask for French Vanilla added to my iced coffee.

I go to other Dunkin Donuts where I live, and they told me they do not charge for flavor. Please let me know. It all adds up. Thanks!

I have been a customer for the last twenty years and used to lived in New Jersey. I have since moved to Pinellas Park in Florida. I think you need to teach your employees the differance between skim milk and whole milk, I always give my orders as a medium hot coffee with whole milk and 2 sweet and low. Half the time I get skim milk, I have in the past just took it home, but I CANNOT drink it because of health issues. When I take it back, I usually get a look as it is my fault and I am frankly tired of it. Please teach your people there is a differance.

I would like to start off saying how unprofessional the store manager is at the reynolds rd in johnson city ny is, she talks disrespectful to her employees im surprised there is staff still emplyed. My husband and I have been coming here for years and ive never seen it this bad the donuts are never neat and can be slow service with only one person preparing drinks.

I have gotten 3 stale everything bagels at the Dunkin’ Donuts store in Voorhees Nj on WhiteHorse Road in the last month. I called and asked if they are made daily and was told yes. Certainly a bagel made at 3 in the AM which they said they do, shouldn’t be so hard that you can hardly bite through.

It has progressively gotten worse this past year. And the day the health department shut down their building was the worst. The gentleman incharge did not put any signs up to let the drive thru customers know they were closed or better yet, been shut down. Chaska location second day open this morning my husband had his first experience ever at the drive through at 555am. Eric (General Manager)took his order. Eric seemed short and impatient w my husband lack of knowledge of the names of the coffee and doughnuts.

Vacationing and visiting my family on Amelia island Florida. I am very loyal DD customer. Every time I go to this location I get bad to horrible service. Either they get more order wrong or it takes a absurd amount of time to get my order. It is just bad!

Mary at the 16 th st. location in Yuma Az. On Saturday , October 5th handed me my bagels. I said Hello and smiled. She not only didn't smile or respond; she rudely ignored me. I had a really bad experience at a Dunkin the other day. All i got was a medium carmel macchiato with light ice. Of course they fill up the whole cup with ice after I specifically asked for light ice, TWICE!

I dumped out all the ice and was left with 1/4 of the drink. Who the hell wants that much ice in their coffee? No one.

Also, the customer service was terrible. Super rude employees and not friendly in the slightest. Customer service skills 0/10 and this is not the first time I have had an experience like this, so that is why I am filing a complaint.

This is a recurring thing and I don't think I will ever go back to a dunkin donuts.

Serv from start to finish. Unprofessional drive thru lady takes the order and responds with “Alright”. She scrambles while running out of coffee flavor, pulls cream container from under the workstation with no lid exposed to air and dirt. Drive away to quickly turn back and have it remade.

I have been to the store at 715 So. in Omaha. I go every morning and order the same thing. I went back into the store twice to get it "fixed" and ended up leaving so frustrated it was stupid. I"m the customer!!!.

The Manager Bill told me they were using an older coffee maker now so all the coffee now tastes different. they even had straws and caramel syrup... I'm not sure who is in charge of that store but they better get a handle on it..

To whom it may concern, recently I have been having horrible service at several Dunkin' locations. I usually stop at the Dunkin' at least once of not twice a day. If I am out and I see a Dunkin' I will usually stop at it.

I typically visit the one in my town almost everyday, if not everyday. I am not also one that will complain about bad service but, it has come to the point where I don't drink Dunkin' as often as I did because everytime I go my order is messed up.

Just to give a few examples: Last week I went to Dunkin with my sister she ordered a medium pumpkin iced coffee. We went up to the window paid and the worker hand us the iced coffee. This taste like it has cinnamon in it.

Mind you, my sister is mildly allergic to cinnamon. Meaning she feels sick and breaks out into hives and…

I have been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts for over 35 years so it pains me to have to write this formal complaint. I live in Summerfield Florida, a little town near The Villages Florida. Over the last several months I have visited the store on highway 441 and the store on CR466.

The last three visits my order has been inaccurate as we ordered Bavarian Cream filled and received lemon filled not once, not twice but three separate dates. I have calmly expressed my disappointment with the stores management to no avail.

Good morning, I have gone to dunkin donuts every weekend since the store open in Desoto Tx on Hampton, Service is great. Question, have Dunkin changed the coffee because for the last 3 weeks it has been warm and weak.

I always have to make a circle and go back through the drive-thur, the answer is always the same, our Cups are double INSULATATED. No the coffee is warm and weak. They are always polite, apologizes give me another cup that is still weak and a litter warmer.

I was told they’re really not an ice cream store LOL signs out front I had to ask for a refund stopped at Friendly’s
