I have been to the store at 715 So. in Omaha. I go every morning and order the same thing. I went back into the store twice to get it "fixed" and ended up leaving so frustrated it was stupid. I"m the customer!!!.
The Manager Bill told me they were using an older coffee maker now so all the coffee now tastes different. they even had straws and caramel syrup... I'm not sure who is in charge of that store but they better get a handle on it..
I have sent numerous complaints to your complaint department to no avail.... its too bad due to the fact that i go there EVERY DAY!! obviously my business is unimportant to them or they might have reached out to me to see how to get things fixed....
i have found a new location... too bad for so 72nd St. because i Wont return there.. I'm not a big…
