I have been to the store at 715 So. in Omaha. I go every morning and order the same thing. I went back into the store twice to get it "fixed" and ended up leaving so frustrated it was stupid. I"m the customer!!!.

The Manager Bill told me they were using an older coffee maker now so all the coffee now tastes different. they even had straws and caramel syrup... I'm not sure who is in charge of that store but they better get a handle on it..

I have sent numerous complaints to your complaint department to no avail.... its too bad due to the fact that i go there EVERY DAY!! obviously my business is unimportant to them or they might have reached out to me to see how to get things fixed....

I used to enjoy dunkin’ donuts very much but now every time I go there my order is messed up repeatedly. I order the same thing every time. Medium frozen caramel coffee then i receive a plain one or a hazelnut which i am allergic to.

To whom it may concern, recently I have been having horrible service at several Dunkin' locations. I usually stop at the Dunkin' at least once of not twice a day. If I am out and I see a Dunkin' I will usually stop at it.

I typically visit the one in my town almost everyday, if not everyday. I am not also one that will complain about bad service but, it has come to the point where I don't drink Dunkin' as often as I did because everytime I go my order is messed up.

Just to give a few examples: Last week I went to Dunkin with my sister she ordered a medium pumpkin iced coffee. We went up to the window paid and the worker hand us the iced coffee. This taste like it has cinnamon in it.

Mind you, my sister is mildly allergic to cinnamon. Meaning she feels sick and breaks out into hives and…

I have been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts for over 35 years so it pains me to have to write this formal complaint. I live in Summerfield Florida, a little town near The Villages Florida. Over the last several months I have visited the store on highway 441 and the store on CR466.

The last three visits my order has been inaccurate as we ordered Bavarian Cream filled and received lemon filled not once, not twice but three separate dates. I have calmly expressed my disappointment with the stores management to no avail.

I tried one last visit last night to the store on 466 and the order was accurate, however the donuts were not fresh at all. I am definitely not the complaining type, but I thought you should know as I feel sales truly suffer due to the service provided at both stores.

Good morning, I have gone to dunkin donuts every weekend since the store open in Desoto Tx on Hampton, Service is great. Question, have Dunkin changed the coffee because for the last 3 weeks it has been warm and weak.

I always have to make a circle and go back through the drive-thur, the answer is always the same, our Cups are double INSULATATED. No the coffee is warm and weak. They are always polite, apologizes give me another cup that is still weak and a litter warmer.

The other Coffee store is an inconvenience for me to drive to but looks like I'm going to have to make that drive. Respectfully Submitted

I was at your store today at 8810 W 191st St, Mokena, IL 60448 phone number (708) 478-5100 at approximately at 6:50 this morning in which I proceed to enter the drive through and I ordered my coffee. I proceeded to the window and paid and when your employee handed me the coffee the lid was not on tightly and the coffee proceed to spill over me my hand my clothes my car my purse.

In the last two months, I've had very bad or racial service at the Dunkin donut on Hillside and Parsons blve queens by f train. I asked for 3 orders of 2 for $2.00 egg raps. the lady gave 3 pieces and charges$6 and change. I asked her to fix it 3 times pointing to the item on the banner hanging outside. Several times I tried to use my dunkin donuts card for my purchases. I was told the scanner was not working so I had to pay cash. What is the purpose of the card if I have to pay cash?

The Dunkin Donuts at 200 Sierra Drive Altoona PA has the worst counter service. They need to hire more people to handle the volume of customers. This morning the drive thru is full so I decided once again to try my luck inside.

Not busy, one person ordered at the counter in front of me and I stood for about 7 minutes with no one even acknowledging I was there. I had to walk out or be late for work. The drive thru if I would have stayed in line, moves because all their staff must be assigned to the drive thru, well you still have counter customers.

This is not the first time and others in my office as we work close to the DD, have had the same issue, most choose not to patronize any more. I suggest they hire more people to handle the volume.

My local dd in uniontown pa 15401 serves cold brew and the workers always give me dark roast they say there is none made atleast 4 times a week i go thru every morning at 715 and they are rude as is the manager when i question it . And when i do recieve a cold brew it tastes like water the girl at the window told me when the one manager is there they only use one packet instead of two.

66 a day and getting ripped off. Any suggestions?

I've worked at Dunkin Donuts at 6 palmer Grace Dr E, Ridgeland South Carolina. I worked for 2 weeks and I was supposed to get paid last Friday on 9/13/19. Now my manager whose Shaunda M told me mutiple times I would get paid but when the day comes I've yet to get paid.

Not only did I not get paid but she has made the statement and said "I don't have to do anything, have a nice day". After this week, It'll be a month of me not getting paid. com. Thank you!

I am wondering why dunkin does not carry peanut covered doughnuts in all stores. I have always loved them. Recently I was in the Wilkes-Barre avoca airport and found they were there. I bought a dozen and was so happy.

I went to the coral springs dunkin on sample rd in the winn dixie plaza. I do elder care and had my patient in the car with me and she wanted a caffeine free diet coke. We went through the drive thru and I made the order.

Paid at the first window and proceeded to the pick up, the girl handed me a bottle of diet coke, and I told her I wanted caffeine free, she insisted that the diet was caffeine free. She was actually arguing with me when the manager and three other employees came to the window and all still arguing, they all insisted that was caffeine free.

My poor patient was really getting inpatient. I think that location needs some serious training. If I wasn't paying attention my patient would've have a serious problem with caffeine. I was really disappointed especially getting…

I saw a worker stick his hand in the trash with his glove and didn’t change it. I also saw workers use there finger to mix the cold drinks and don’t wash there hands. It is just very unsanitary and the donuts are not fresh and feel like they been untouched for days.

I believe Dunkin’ Donuts should do undercover boss. And go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Myrtle Ave in Boonton and the one in Venice I heard from a worker himself he quit because he was disgusted from it not being sanitary and food safe etc.

I went to my local dunkin donuts and ordered a small pumpkin spice hot coffee. Everything seemed to be fine except when I tasted the coffee, there was no pumpkin spice in it at all. Just regular flavored coffee. I was super disappointed because I had to redrive through the drive-thru, which was now going to make me late for work.

On Friday, September 6th I went to the DD's in Wilmington VT, I ordered a large frozen coffee with whipped cream. I drove about 2 miles away and realized I was crunching on ice but it was indeed not ice it was glass - I immediately texted the manager and let her know what had happened and brought the glass to her.

I experienced shards of glass in my mouth and throat. My main concern was what if that was a child that had a frozen drink. I was told that a coffee pot had got broke. I was also told they were shutting the machine down and doing a thorough clean up.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts in Newport News, Virginia every morning with my children and this morning (9/7/19) I stopped by myself and got my coffee and order myself a donut. The girl never repeated my order back to me, just told me the total.

The actual address is 441 E Dixie Drive , the first visit no jelly donuts at 10am . So My wife and I are standing behind a customer now orders 12 Boston creme. The man in front of us decides not to make the purchase and indicates us to look flies in the case and some stuck to the jelly .

The associate appears to be Hispanic and states what is wrong we tell him and he said it’s been an issue As he is he is still handling the product without protection . As I’m from New York we always patronize Dunkin from breakfast to on Saturday getting 2 dozen for home parties but it appears the management in this new store will change it to the store that used to be by bad management and poor health precautions.

Location: 114 Glover Drive Mt. Orab, OH 45154 I regularly attend Dunkin’ Donuts whenever possible. I checked the location online as well as calling the location to double check the stores closing time. I was told the store closes at 10 PM.

Everytime that I have gone to Oneida NY DUNKIN drive through the person taking the order is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. I actually have pulled away from the drive thru a couple of times because of the attitude coming out of the speaker.

A manager at your loction on Hwy 92 in Acworth Ga named Denise has on more then one occasion down graded a employee that i have seen. She has no customer skills and talks to her employees like they are below her.

, but this coffee was terrible. This is a latte that I get daily and all the sugar was on the bottom,too much mocha, packed with ice, very bitter. This is unacceptable no matter what time of the day I come, especially if I come in the morning and it’s perfect but then come at night and it’s not good at all, that’s inconsistent and shouldn’t be tolerated.

I have been double charged on several occasions at the Johnson city Dunkin donuts! I have noticed they dont ask you if you want your receipt and its only when paying with my debit card, its happen to my fiancee as well!

I brought it up with the store manager but she says shes unable to do anything without a receipt which I find to be crap! I'm sure there is cameras for one and second the 2 charges was formed right at the Same time for same amount!

I’ve visited the location in Pleasantville New Jersey on main street yesterday and the lady that was taking orders in the drive-through was very very nasty. We waited about three minutes before my friend said hello because she was the driver.

The girl comes on the speaker and says please don’t yell in my ear I will be right with you. My friend proceeded to tell the girl that she was not yelling she quietly said hello. I applaud Dunkin for changing the foam cup to the new paper cup. But the new cup leaves much to be desired. The coffee is served hot and the heat from the coffee can be felt through the cup. Dunkin should provide a cup sleeve to hold the cup.

In addition, every cup of coffee I have purchased from Dunkin ( I buy everyday ) has leaked. Usually from the bottom. Amazing. I guess Dunkin didn't think this cup through.

For the last week or so the hot chocolate machine has been broken. This happens every couple of months. My husband and I get coffee and hot chocolate every morning. Not having this machine working makes my husband travel to Ilion instead of Herkimer which is on my street.

At 5pm we entered the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 210 Lancaster Ave Malvern PA only to find they only had 5 regular donuts remaining. We were looking to purchasing 3 dozen donuts for a business as a thank you and drove there because it was close.

Every time I visit the Store in Kingman , AZ, I always order frozen Chia tea with almond milk. The emplaned the manager there have told me that they can’t make it because there could be customers allergic to almonds. I have said I don’t have this problem at any other stores across the country. The Dunkin donut store on Elmira rd. in Ithaca NY is a filthy place. Not one customer was there when we went in, but every table was dirty and the chairs were all scattered about and the floor was covered with garbage.

All this while 4 or 5 employees stood around behind the counter doing nothing. We had to ask to have a table cleaned and why did it take 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee? The customer that was behind us, got tired of waiting and left.

The employees looked like they just climbed out of bed and had a Zero professional appearance. To top it off, no air conditioning on a very, very, hot and humid day. Don’t suppose the employees were sweating on anything do you!!

I live in Rochester NY. I purchased 6 donuts. 2 chocolate Bavarian cream, 2 powdered sugar Bavarian cream, and 2 blueberries. Along with a wonderful beverage. $11. Something. Listen there was zero cream in the 4 donuts. I don't mean a little bit. I mean zero.

I went in to the store at 751 East Commercial Blvd Ft Lauderdale FL to get my free birthday drink. I ordered a frozen lemonade and the lady, burgandy shirt, i didn't get her name, about 6:30 pm on the 12th of August.

Was very rude, then told me i never said i wanted a frozen lemonade she went a made a drink and gave it to me. It was pineapple and when i told her it wasn't frozen lemonade she said that they don't have it but it was on the board above her head.

She said i couldn't get my coupon back because it already went through. Somebody needs to go straighten out that store. Ive never been treated so rude. I will never go back there or recommend that store. That lady doesn't like her job she should quit not hassle your customers.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts in st George in linden nj it’s horrible experience, young employees who don’t care about customer experience. I ordered a bbq bacon sandwich with corn muffin hash browns and 2 egg wraps for me and my son.

By the time we opened the bag which was about a half hour later there were no hash browns. When I was able to go back to explain and ask for the manager Eva came to the microphone and window and was absolutely rude.

First saying there was no manager in the building then saying she was the manager and then blaming me for them not putting the hash browns in the bag. There was no apology she was dissmissive and it took about 10 min for me to get her name for this complaint.
