The day shift manager at Dunkin North Cave Creek Road AZ has exactly the opposite attitude of his name, Jesus. The guy is very rude and has zero customer service skills, how in the world they trust this dude to run the business at this location.

For the last week or so the hot chocolate machine has been broken. This happens every couple of months. My husband and I get coffee and hot chocolate every morning. Not having this machine working makes my husband travel to Ilion instead of Herkimer which is on my street.

So now we are wasting gas and time. Can you please fix the machine!!! Thank you!

At 5pm we entered the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 210 Lancaster Ave Malvern PA only to find they only had 5 regular donuts remaining. We were looking to purchasing 3 dozen donuts for a business as a thank you and drove there because it was close.

We wonder if this would have been an issue at our local store. This was extremely disappointing and wonder why if the location is open until 8pm why they would only have such a small amount of them them left.

Every time I visit the Store in Kingman , AZ, I always order frozen Chia tea with almond milk. The emplaned the manager there have told me that they can’t make it because there could be customers allergic to almonds. I have said I don’t have this problem at any other stores across the country. They have been rude and I have even told them the option is on your website. The last time so was there she offered to stir in the almond milk. The Dunkin donut store on Elmira rd. in Ithaca NY is a filthy place. Not one customer was there when we went in, but every table was dirty and the chairs were all scattered about and the floor was covered with garbage.

All this while 4 or 5 employees stood around behind the counter doing nothing. We had to ask to have a table cleaned and why did it take 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee? The customer that was behind us, got tired of waiting and left.

The employees looked like they just climbed out of bed and had a Zero professional appearance. To top it off, no air conditioning on a very, very, hot and humid day. Don’t suppose the employees were sweating on anything do you!!

I live in Rochester NY. I purchased 6 donuts. 2 chocolate Bavarian cream, 2 powdered sugar Bavarian cream, and 2 blueberries. Along with a wonderful beverage. $11. Something. Listen there was zero cream in the 4 donuts. I don't mean a little bit. I mean zero.

I went in to the store at 751 East Commercial Blvd Ft Lauderdale FL to get my free birthday drink. I ordered a frozen lemonade and the lady, burgandy shirt, i didn't get her name, about 6:30 pm on the 12th of August.

Was very rude, then told me i never said i wanted a frozen lemonade she went a made a drink and gave it to me. It was pineapple and when i told her it wasn't frozen lemonade she said that they don't have it but it was on the board above her head.

She said i couldn't get my coupon back because it already went through. Somebody needs to go straighten out that store. Ive never been treated so rude. I will never go back there or recommend that store. That lady doesn't like her job she should quit not hassle your customers.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts in st George in linden nj it’s horrible experience, young employees who don’t care about customer experience. I ordered a bbq bacon sandwich with corn muffin hash browns and 2 egg wraps for me and my son.

By the time we opened the bag which was about a half hour later there were no hash browns. When I was able to go back to explain and ask for the manager Eva came to the microphone and window and was absolutely rude.

First saying there was no manager in the building then saying she was the manager and then blaming me for them not putting the hash browns in the bag. There was no apology she was dissmissive and it took about 10 min for me to get her name for this complaint.

I placed an order through the drive thru this morning for a large iced coffee and everything bagel. When I arrived at the window, I was provided with a medium iced coffee. I then proceeded to ask for my bagel and she said, oh yeah, sorry. When she came back, I told her that I ordered a large iced coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar and the provided her the medium iced coffee back. To top this all off, I paid using a $20.00 bill and just noticed that I was shorted $10.00 as the cashier only provided change of $4.11

This is a huge tourist area and to have staff members treat their guests in this manner is an absolute disgrace! I went into the restaurant at 1470 Jonesboro Rd McDonough Ga today with a coworker. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone offered to help us. I placed my order. Coworker requested separate checks. He had to wait an additional 5 minutes for service.

There were 5 or 6 employees in the back room. No one stayed in the front to assist customers. Fifteen minutesllater another coworker entered & waited almost 5 minutes. He finally sat down with us without ordering

63. I ordered a latte and got an iced latte delivered by the manager, I told him it should be a latte, he pointed at the cup and said look at this, it’s says ice latte and walked away while I attempted to show him the receipt.

I got help from an employee who corrected the orde and was very nice. We move to CA from Florida 7 yrs ago and have always loved DD! This experience will not deter our patronage of your business however I expect better from your company especially from a store manager!

I stop by there every Sunday before I go to church to get me a XL coffee and sandwich my son gets the same my husband gets a doughnut and normally I see a very nice young lady she always get everything right. with no problem but last Sunday she told me she would no longer be there Today Sunday 28,2019 I went to the drive thru as usual just for me and my husband this time I got my XL hot coffee Sausage egg on croissant and my husband Donut.

when the young lady gave me the coffee the lid was just laying on the coffee I didn't notice until she gave it to me an the coffee spilled all over my hand. and all in my SUV. that made no sense to me how could you give someone coffee and not fasten the lid.

I’ve always have been a Dunkin’ Donuts fan until the last 4 months. I’ve spent between $30-$50 a week on Dunkin’ Donuts. I do t know if corporate changed the coffee or the stores don’t know how to make it.

The Moody, ME store and the Wells, ME store have really gone down the toilet. The coffee is extremely bitter to the point you can’t drink it. I also noticed the don’t let the pots finish brewing before pouring into cups.

The orders are constantly wrong and I either have to go back (which is an inconvenience or go back around drive thru). I’ve also spoke to a female manager and didn’t want me to put In a complaint with corporate, but the situation hasn’t gotten any better.

Something needs to be done to correct the bad taste in my mouth.

My complaint is to the Dunkini Dounuts on 7272 culebra rd. san Antonio Tx I been going to thi facility for 2 months my service in the morning is good service but from 4pm to close this facility goes into chaos.

This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. 1401 Reid Street, Palatka, FL. The employees are uncaring and not hospitable to the customers. The wait time is beyond ridiculous and that's going into the store. They spend more time ignoring customers that helping them.

Our company gets 4 dozen every weekday and if there was another donut shop in town I'd highly suggest we use them. I personally know several people who will not go there anymore and that's a darn shame. Time to take a good look at the store and help and come up with a solution.

I worked at the one in pleasant hill pa on and off for 3 to 4 years and I recently quit because of the way I was treated. You have an open shift goes in about 330 every morning alone wait on guest in drive thru before even open.

Gets like 20 to 30 dollars in tips a day. Cutting hours I just became shift manger and wanted me to close which I was daylight. Monday through Friday wanting people to pick up employees for work. Has keys to registers which is a no no and people in the safe that are not managers and even had a shift manager call us all assholes so with this going on I quit cause I was traumatized going into work everyday.

I’m seeking an attorney in this manor. Poorly operated stores not managed right at all.

I don't get to dunkin donuts to often because I live 45 minutes away. So when I can stop in I always pick up baskin robins golden medal ribbon ice cream I use to be able to get it in the freezer there already packed up in quarts but the last e times I have been there I have to ask for it.

Unfortunately this has not been a good experience for me every time I'm in there, there are new people none of them have been very friendly and I ask for w quarts of the ice cream they either look at me and say there some in the freezer to which I always tell them no there's not.

On Friday, July 12 2019 I went to the Bridgeville Dunkin Donuts for a specialty drink and dozen donuts. The drink was good, however $9.99 for a dozen donuts that weren't very good was too much. I don't mind spending money on a good product but your donuts at this location had very little filling and were small. I bought 10 various filled donuts...cream, jelly and custard. Very little filling...my coworkers commented that they were surprised they were so "chinsy". The only thing that makes it worth going here is the convenience of a drive thru.

The local Giant Eagle has much better donuts and are $7.49 a dozen and it is a grocery store...not specializing in donuts. Don't lose your drive thru window because it is what keeps customers coming back...not your donuts.

Dear Corporate Offices: Today, July 12, 2019 I visited the Dunkin Donuts located at 448 E. 87th Street, Chicago IL [Store #350197} for a Banana Split. While there one of your employees by the name of Rachel waited or attempted to wait on me.

From the beginning when I asked about NY Vanilla for one of my flavors it went down hill from there. I asked her if there was anything wrong; having a bad day, as she was very hurried and rude. Before I could tell her what toppings I wanted she mentioned all but the hot fudge or chocolate, and I kept trying to tell her what I wanted but she kept cutting me off.

This is in reference to the Jacaranda Road and Rt75 in Venice, Florida 34292

I attempted to go to this location on July 12, 2019 at 9:15 am and found the doors locked and a sign indicating they were closed but the drive-in was open. An male employee stated they were short-handed and to use the drive-in. I saw four employees present inside the store and was confused. I wanted to look-over the donuts before making a decision on which donut(s) to choose as there are several varieties from which to choose. I decided to leave without making a purchase and as I drove away this male mocking me from the drive-in window. This is totally unprofessional and I am appalled at his conduct and the closing of a store with four employees present.

I always stop at the DD in Venice, Florida on my work to work. I usually go through the drive thru, however, this morning I decided to walk in since the drive thru was wrapped and the line inside looked short. I walked in to one woman waiting in front of me with the other customers waiting at the other end of the counter for their orders. There were probably 5 or 6 people waiting for orders they had already placed.

We ordered 4 drinks with the on the go app. When we arrived , half the order was not there. They told us the frozen drink machine was down for the night, yet the store does not close for another hour.

So we did not get the frozen drink, no receipt, no refund and did not let us get anything else to make up for the mistake. The girl working was not very pleasant and was confused. This has happened before at this particular store.

We live couple blocks from store #343916. Bought box of donuts 7/5/19 24 yr old son took 1 bite spit it out. Tasted like mold. Couple of them looked dark, light green. We took them back. Manager not nice about it.

I rate this store a ZERO. I work near this store, and for many years have ordered both at the drive thru and inside. I've seen managers, cooks, and counter people come and go. Several times I have had bad service, mostly at the drive thru, with orders wrong.

However, today was absolutely the worst. It wasn't a wrong order. It was a more than 15 minute wait, with one car ahead of me. I wasn't so upset about waiting. It can be busy, and this is July 4 week. BUT...the girl at the window was speaking to co workers, and her language was unacceptable. She was complaining about the driver in the car asking for extra things, and was cursing and speaking about him..all while I was sitting at the drive thru speaker box. Shameful. No complaint at all. Good coffee good service on my first and recent visit. But I have been watching the positions DD has been adopting and I just wanted to say: I am SO done with Starbucks and plan to visit DD as my new go-to.

Not that many close to me, but there are a few, so I’ll be stopping there when my day goes that way. Thanks for your expressing your reasonable stand on things. Not a lot of tolerance for “reason” these days.

, drive thru at 3:10 PM. There were no customers at the store front, and only one car ahead of me. When it placed its order and the customer paid. I waited 5 minutes at the speaker to be told to hold on.

I waited another 7 minutes before the person asked Mr for my order. I told him I wanted a small decaffeinated iced coffee and 2 glazed donuts. He told me they did not have those donuts and only had 3 donuts left.

Frequent DD inHoward Beach, NY every weekday. There is a male customer who comes in. This man is mentally unstable. He laughs, talk to himself. He sits there for long periods of time. This man has been taken away in the past by police.

He has been gone for awhile, but is now back. Last time, he has chased my friend and me when we would leave. He threatened to kill my friend last time. She is terrified of him now that he is back again.

I purchased a dozen donuts from Dunkin donuts in Morningside Maryland aittle before 9 pm. I took the back home and shared with seven adults and two children who all immediately complain that the donuts were still. I bit into one and sure enough it was and like them I spit it out and threw the donut away.

I immediately tried calling Dunkin donuts to let them know an after 20 minutes of calling finally got through to someone. I explained the situation to the young lady who answered the phone and she told me to bring my receipt back in and my money would be refunded.

Five minutes later I was out the door and on my way back to Dunkin donuts with two of the donuts as proof of the stale donuts they sold me. The young lady first said she told me that the donuts were made that morning.

We live in a very small town and numerous clients have contacted us directly stating that she is in uniform, behind counter working as an employee of Dunkin Donuts defaming her family businesses, parents, child, discussing her personal custody issue and creating a hold up in the service of customers.

My very first visit there and my last. I would. much less wait on me. I ordered half dozen donuts and a milk for my boy. I then ordered a hot coffee as well. An iced drink was set on the counter.

The manager was like Ohhh you wanted it hot and said yes I ordered a hot and not cold. He grabbed and off the counter and also seemed irritated. I informed him of my experience and did mention the guy at the counter had a personality like a rock.

This is not a complaint, but quite the contrary. On June 7th, 2019, I was at the El Cajon, California location to purchase a dozen donuts and a cup of coffee, when I noticed an elderly Chinese couple who seemed agitated, after being told by one of the Dunkin Donuts staff members that the coupon for a free donut with the purchase of a beverage, was not valid from a T Mobile phone.

The couple seemed perplexed by this news, and showed the coupon to another employee (I will not name stated employees, since they were following DD policy, and have no authority to change it themselves) without resolution, I contacted the Manager on duty, who explained the problem with to me and the couple, but stated that he would give them each a free donut.

We ordered 2 frozen mocha swirl coffees, and when we got them on looked right and the other one looked like it was not mixed at all and it was extremely light. This happens all the time not to mention they did not give us straws so we had to go back for those too.

I asked for a remake and I got attitude and when I went to the window to get my remake there was not sticker on it and it was not even full! This was the location on Main Street in west Warwick.

I have used the Dunkin at Raritan Rd Cranford NJ several years. This new manager is the worse needs an attitude adjustment. 2 separate on line orders gotten incorrect missing food etc. I was told this is last time I need to check before I leave.

Sorry not my job I will go elsewhere you lost my business. Strange always done right all those other years oh yes different managers! She is RUDE!!!? Get rid of her no one trying to rip you off for $3 when u spent $32!!!
