Hi, lately EA has banned me when I have launched UFC 5. I am a responsible player and I had no record of being banned from any gaming services or platform as of today. They emailed me by accusing me of fraud security which I have no idea what is that.

When I asked what is the reason, they failed to show me the actual investigations that was conducted by them. I tried to open a case with them and tried to disputed a ban but it failed. All i ask was, what could be done to resolve this and their action was justified.

I have purchased the game through the play station app and I have a created a new account for EA to link with my PSN network. I have never engaged with anyone online as I had barely started and never harassed nor tampered with the game.

Now, EA customer support would not…

I was hacked recently on fifa and I’ve emailed ea numerous time and they’ve done nothing to help me get my players back that were discarded I’m very disappointed and hope that this can be followed up.

Everytime I try to login into Madden 23 Face of the Franchise I get a login error. I go through the steps and still get it. system for just Madden and it's a joke. I can't use it. Time to sell it and move on.

I have been a LOYAL customer of EA for years. Playing all the SIMS series from inception. When they adopted this backwards system of Origin, all it did was make it harder to play my game. Further more, when they added a feature to verify your account WITHOUT informing me, giving me the opportunity to update information - I AM NOW LOCKED OUT.

I’ve reached out to the chat support numerous times to no avail. The exact response was that this cannot be escalated. So at this point I’m out hundreds of dollars and games because their system is flawed. I refuse to accept this answer.

A company as large as EA should figure out a system that doesn’t disable legitimate customers from using their PURCHASED content due to their jacked up system.

When you purchased Playdemic I thought all the BS crap they keep pulling would end and you’d turn this into a reputable game. Instead, the game is still rigged, their customer support has an excuse for everything and you get no where.

What’s it going to take to stop the cheating that they do on a constant basis. As a former business owner I know the only way to make money which is what you want, is to keep the customers happy and do a great job at what your doing.

The company just doesn't care about its customers. I have 3 open cases about a ban I've got according to the company for "multiple login attempts" and I've got advice to enable the two factors authentication, which I already had. EA support are unable to link my PSN ID to a new EA Account. The reason is that my old EA account which is linked to my PSN account has been deleted. Because it has been deleted they have no access but it is still linked to my PSN account.

Unless it is resolved I will never be able to link my PSN account to an EA game. The reason I can't access my old deleted PSN account is that I have no recollection of the associated email address and cannot reset the password to the deleted account.

Gameplay in Madden MUT is ridiculously bad. Quadruple covered players shouldn't make the catch as they are getting hit (Julio Jones repeatedly). Most players run the same 4 plays and they are still damn near unstoppable.

Also, glitches in key moments like punts and field goals. When changing a play on defense you can't rely on the AI to even follow the play/audible. Madden was great in 2005, has only gotten worse.

The servers are terrible. I have lost about 75,000 and 3,500 Fifa points from being disconnected. Ive lost packs, lost matches i was winning and been disconnected which forfeits the gameJust now I started a single player trade and it was the best team i ever got, and I didn't even play a game.

First, I love Madden 19. I have easily spent over $1500 on upgrading my team, through EA Access and yes, I have purchased coins from other sources. I love the Legends and memories of players I have grown up with. Last week I received one letter saying my account was to be suspended for one week. I paid for gems in EA/Pogo. Using those paid-for gems, I purchased challenges in three games. I had planned to complete my challenges at a later time. Without warning, EA/Pogo removed those three games, along with others, from their site.

I went to EA Help to request a refund on what I had paid for, which was no longer available. After over an hour, with three different agents (Abhishek, Vinod, and Varsha) I was told that I would not be receiving a refund.

As there was no advance warning that these games would be removed, EA/Pogo has taken money from me, with no intention of returning it. In other words, they stole money. I'm sure there are others with the same complaint.

I purchased FIFA 19 in great excitement for a great game and was sorely dissapointed. The lack of effort you put into your games is astounding. I was appalled at the fact that absolutely nothing was done to improve the gameplay.

In fact somehow the gameplay has gotten worse. What's more you have completely ignored any part of the game that will not make you more money in the form of micro-transactions. The amount of work that has been put into this game is not that of a year long effort.

This situation was very simple. I purchased a play station gift card for Madden 18. This was for upgrades to the Madden 18 game. I entered the gift card code, the PS4 did everything it normally does when you purchase points for the game, but I did not receive the Legend Madden players.
