I purchased a cordless rechargeable brush on eBay, as a guest, which I have been trying to return for 2 weeks. Bullseye deals is the company, the product had been used before, as there was human hairs on the brush and the item does not work properly, does not hold a charge.
I have tried to reach out to both companies but the e-mails are going around in circles. Telling me to sign into my account before the return can continue, then when I sign in it’s states I have not purchased anything as I purchased as a guest.
When I was able to locate a CS email, it states, sorry our volume is large and we will not be able to get back to you concerning this matter. What a poor, poor way to run a business, I guess eBay and bullseye deals do not care about their customers.
