I am writing to express my utter dismay and anger over a deplorable incident that occurred during our recent flight from Dubai to Rio de Janeiro with Emirates airline. On the 22nd December, flight EK0247. And despite trying to contact and writing to the customer service of Emirates, no one has come back to us!

In the middle of the 15-hour journey, the bassinet for our baby suddenly fell. Fortunately, our baby wasn't in it at the time. However, the sheer negligence displayed in this incident is beyond comprehension, especially given the exorbitant cost of our tickets.

I had absolutely terrible experience with Emirates!

My mother was a passenger on flight EK132 on 25/12/22 flying from Moscow to Sydney via Dubai. Upon boarding she was nervous as it was her first overseas flight. After boarding she asked an attendant if she could use the bathroom which they had no issue with. After using the bathroom she felt much better twice responding to questions from the attendant that she felt fine and was fit to fly.

However, after some time had passed an Emirates representative approached my mother and told her to leave the plane. I left my black colour thick paper bag inside the aircraft while getting down. I had kept the bag below my seat E58A. After getting down and when I was going for immigration clearance i immediately realised that I left my bag and went back immediately. But the airlines staff did not allow me to go inside the aircraft and also did not co-operate in seeing the CCTV footage or either helping me in getting back my left baggage. I travelled on April 29 from a flight from Dubai to Dulles Airport USA. I’ve severe allergies. I boarded the flt wearing 2 masks. My seat was 2 rows by the bathroom. The plane didn’t leave Dubai but the bathroom smelled very disgusting.

I felt like I ingested that smell. I asked one crew member first to change my seat that person never came back. I asked another crew member and she told me to ask a passenger to change seats with me.

I told her I wasn’t doing that. I asked a 3rd person a guy. He wanted me to disclose to him my disability, by law I’m not required to disclose. I was sitting at an isle seat. A crew member came with a white customer who informed me that he don’t know why he was switching seats.

Heathrow airport 13/05/2023 time 18:10 check in . At the economy check in gate there was a person ( female) that directed me to the automatic baggage label generator and said that her colleague ( female ) will help me she had her name badge on but

refused to give me her name at a quick glance I could make out a name that looked like Rica ( Asian female possibly of Indian origin judging from her accent ) she was absolutely rude and refused to help me .

I am 85 years old and my wife is 80 years old. She cannot walk long distances without having to stop regularly to regain her breath so when we travel we book a wheelchair assistance to the boarding gate. She is quite capable of walking on to the plane and climbing steps.

She also uses the toilet fairly frequently so we always book seats where we do not disturb other passengers or are disturbed by them. We travelled to Australia to see our family on the 27th October 2022 returning on the16th January 2023, departing from Manchester.

On the flight from Manchester to Dubai we booked Twin seats at £66 each, they were fully booked from Dubai to Sydney so we booked 2 seats at one end of a 4 seater row for the reasons as explained, to not disturb or be disturbed by other passengers. The same…

My brother took a flight from Bangalore on the 28th April 2023 (Emirates airlines- 10.30am BLR to Dublin). The baggage he checked in was not even 20kgs but he was shocked the surprised to know they we charging him rupees 25,830/-. The baggage is torn and in bad condition. This is horrible and dont understand the airlines are making money by this means. The allowed limit being 25kgs for the travel ticket booked, the baggage not being more that 20kgs for sure. Hello, On my return trip from Umrah after Ramadan - from Muscat to LAX- DIMYGW Emirates customer service persons didn't allow Zamzam water. This has been very disappointing experience as I had to leave the holy zamzam water at the airport.

Booked flights for me and my son to fly to Dubai in Nov 2022 paid nearly 2 thousand pounds which is a lot of money but I thought the flight shall be great for that price . I was so wrong you advertise huge planes but you are just getting as many seats in as you can .

I booked and purchased a flight today, booking reference: ERU54B. The money was debited from my account however the Emirates app is telling me I have not paid and I cannot access any of my ticket information. I contacted the call centre and the first person I spoke to (Mohamed) referred me to my bank because he advised you require proof of payment. I called Emirates back and spoke to Cyrille who advised me to log a payment query online. I did this and he advised it was not reflecting yet but that it should update in a few hours and they will be in contact with me. I have still not heard from anyone and my issue has not been resolved. I would like this matter resolved please because this is not a small amount of money.

I flew flight EK 776 Durban to Dubai on1 March 2023. Basically service was not the best in business class, but my daughter has complained about that in her submission. Not offered infant meals, service only late into flight etc etc.

After onboarding I felt sick as I was feeling suffocating and was out of breathing space in the window side. I requested to the cabin crew to shift me to any corner seat where I don't feel congested. I only received water in return.

I had to change our flight date for many reasons the main one being that my house in England was totally flooded and uninhabitable. I phoned my son and he actioned the flight change he just paid the bill nearly £1000 I feel that this amount is far to much. I have been an emirates customer for many years and I only fly with emirates I think I am classed as a very loyal customer an also my wife and I are skyward members. Myself and my husband have booked business class tickets on Emirates to fly out from Kochi on1 March 2023. I need to book assistance to and from the aircraft. My disability is such that I cannot walk long distances or stand for long periods of time however I can walk.

I have sat upstairs on an A380 before and have in the past travelled business class. I am now being told that I cannot book assistance and sit upstairs on an A380 as people requiring a wheelchair cannot sit upstairs.

I am not a full time wheelchair user I just need help to and from the aircraft, once at the aircraft I can walk to my seat and manage myself on the aircraft. It is much easier for me on the aircraft to sit on a twin seat. I do not understand why I can't book

Good day, im not one to complain, but on our recent flight from the uk to Bangkok, i can't begin to describe how uncomfortable we found the seats on the A380 airbus, for me especially, i suffer from arthritis in my neck and hips, the 7 hour flight for me was terrible, also the staff on board looked so miserable, like they just didn't want to be there, also the food wasn't at its best either they had run out of one of the choices minutes of starting to serve the food.

I have flown with Emirates many times over the years and this has to be my worst experience to date. And i still have the return flight to the UK on the 1st of March 2023. I can say i really am not looking forward to this at all.

As I planned to travel with my pet through Emirates Airlines from Dubai, UAE to Kolkata, India. I submitted all the documents on 7th February 2023, 8 days before my traveling day. e. 15th February 2023. When I went to the emirates office yesterday, they informed me they have send the request to the wrong airport at Bombay instead of Kolkata.

It was a mistake from emirates Airlines and now they are processing the request but it will take time and nothing is ensured. I Divya Vijayan Radhika, travelled on 25 January 2023 from Kochi to Birmingham via Dubai. During the baggage checking time in Kochi, we faced a horrible experience with one emirate staff named Vishnu Prasad. that guy showed so much attitude and didn't allow us to carry a laptop bag separately.

We called emirates customer care before travelling and confirmed the laptop bag but this man didn't allow us to take the laptop bag because of that we could not bring the laptop. We are really getting bad service from his side and this is the first time ever we facing this kind of experience.

Even though on the same flight many other passengers carry laptop bags separately, I don't know, why he is not allowed to ours. Sorry to say that emirates, it is a very bad experience we got.

On checking in, I asked for extra legroom with the proviso, no adjacent small children. This was not a problem. On boarding, initially was on my own: just before takeoff, a couple plus small child Arrived. My experience with FLY DUBAI your partner airline was one of the most underwhelming, ever encountered on my Trip from Dubai to Almaty on 7th January. I could not understand why when I had to use a blanket in a cold flight, I had to buy it first.

To watch movies, pay for them or be given only pasta so that one could buy their snacks on-board. where blankets were freely given, very good quality food and free on board entertainment. It is disenchanting that one would pay for an Emirates flight, get good service then be handed over to a crass airline like FLY DUBAI and get poor services after having paid that much for an Emirates flight.

It may earn you a little more but you'll be losing out on a future customer like me definitely and all my circle of associates. I feel robbed!

My flight departure time was 20:40 from manchester airport although my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and departed at 1:15. Due to delayed I missed my connecting flight from dubai and i have to wait for more than 3 hours at dubai airport for another flight.

I planned journey due to my medical appointment in my home town bharuch, gujarat, india. But due to delayed i missed my appointment hence i loose my deposit which i paid £300. I had to face a lot of issue as I was travelling with my child alone and due to all these my child health is also not good and i have to admit him in hospital as-well.

I arrived for check in at Gatwick for EK16 on 9th January at 10 am. There were no check in staff. Eventually four staff arrived by which time the check in lanes were full. The check in staff were not Emirates Staff.

It took nearly an hour to check in. Apparently check in staff were delayed at a departure gate presumably not for an Emirates flight. I always fly east with Emirates. I shall now consider Qatar in future in the hope of better service.

Over the years, I have travelled many times with Emirates, both to Dubai, but often beyond, 99% very adequate, but yesterday's flight was very bad for me. I checked in very early. 2pm for an 18.30 flight. As I am 1.95 tall, I usually ask for extra legroom, if it is available. On this occasion it was and an aisle seat as well. I did stress would prefer not to be with small children. First problem arose, not unusually at CPT, NO WIFI. even though I was economy, I asked if Emirates business loung could help me for 15 minutes, so I could send 2 important E mails: no help whatever: BA Business were happy to oblige; of course I wasn't flying with them. I travelled from Dubai to Bangalore along with 2 others yesterday in the 13:35 flight(EK 566) which is peak afternoon expected a decent meal on the flight. I selected a nonveg meal looking at the Emirates menu which said it had mutton for non vegetarians.

I was very disappointed when the Airhostess told me that there is only beef in the Menu. I have nothing against the meat but basic common sense that a flight coming to Bangalore may have a minimal amount of people that eat beef.

Also to bring to your notice there was no veg food to opt for and was told that we had to pre book. I noticed that people sitting in my row and around had to give away thier meal because of this reason.

Also i had to eat just the junk to control my hunger until i reached back home at 10 pm in the night. The…
