I travelled from Dubai to Bangalore along with 2 others yesterday in the 13:35 flight(EK 566) which is peak afternoon expected a decent meal on the flight. I selected a nonveg meal looking at the Emirates menu which said it had mutton for non vegetarians.

I was very disappointed when the Airhostess told me that there is only beef in the Menu. I have nothing against the meat but basic common sense that a flight coming to Bangalore may have a minimal amount of people that eat beef.

Also to bring to your notice there was no veg food to opt for and was told that we had to pre book. I noticed that people sitting in my row and around had to give away thier meal because of this reason.

Also i had to eat just the junk to control my hunger until i reached back home at 10 pm in the night. The…

1: I lost my passport in the US on Thursday and I wasn't able to get a new one because there was no available appointment on Friday, so I called emirates 3 times to see what can be done so I won't lose my flight, That's when they told me about getting a travel document to Guinea but they didn't mention that I will be on my own in the Airport for a day without accommodation because the vouchers for the hotel they gave me in the US are not valid because I will have get through immigration and

since I don't have my passport that's not an option, but what was upsetting is the way emirates workers treated me, They were mean, rude, and gave me false information. Now after 12hrs flight from Washington to Dubai I am in an airport chair to wait for a flight that is due in 23 hours

We flew from Dubai to Auckland via Kuala Lumpur in early October this year. I have sent 2 emails of complaint but no response! The 2nd 777we returned on was old AND very cramped. We flew from Birmingham (UK) landing in Dubai.

We sat in row 35 seats A B Ç. The seats backed onto the toilets with no other seats behind. meaning MORE passengers LESS space between the seats! We have flown with Emirates on at least 14 YES 14 times and this is the first time we felt treated like cattle.

By the time we got back my legs were numb from the knees down, my wife has since developed back issues, not present BEFORE our return. The lack of response makes me very angry, Emirates are treating us like cattle!

Our next trip will be with anyone OTHER than Emirates !!

Durban ground staff needs urgent training. They charged me R1300 for 4 extra kilos while my backpack weighed 3 kg. Never offer for me to repack or to transfer the extra 4kg into my backpack. I really think it depends on the person who checks you in.

Hello,

I have opted for extra leg space and the airlines have not provided me with the service as i had toddler along with and the seat were near emergency exist. That said, they are not even ready to refund the fees paid for the services i have not consumed. That said, they around 50 terms and conditions to review and i am not sure who has time to go through all the terms. However, I am unable to understand why Emirates system has provided me the option when it knows that the seats are passengers with a toddler (as they already have the details of the passengers). I was on board Emirates flight # EK0201 today, November 5th, 2021 from Dubai to New York and the flight attendant named Tessa who stated she was the supervisor of the cabin was extremely rude, belligerent, condescending, and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. I had diarrhea and nausea from the food served on this flight, so I got out of my seat to use the lavatory and I also wanted to throw some garbage away on my way to the lavatory.

However, when I reached the section to throw away the garbage, the flight attendant Tessa yelled at me and said you need to go back to your seat because the seat belt sign is on and I said ok, but can I put this garbage in the trash, Tessa yelled again what is your seat number you need to go sit down!

On the 28th of October 2022 in flight from Bahrain to UAE the counter check in team at Bahrain had two tremendously rude and racist team memebers who provided very poor treatment to both my mother and I.They were a female and male. He told me the only thing he could suggest was to go online and make a complaint as it was out of his hands to fix the issue (which has left us about $3000 out of pocket). June 2022 I had heard how great Emirates Airlines was but my first and I imagine my last experience of Emirates Airline was very bad indeed. Travelling home to New Zealand to my fathers funeral, I arrived at London Heathrow with more than three hours before the flight.

I was refused entry to my flight because of an error made by check-in staff regarding covid test requirements which I had double checked for my transit airport and destination. As a traveller who is a New Zealand citizen I knew I didn't need to have a test before my flight.

I am a frequent flyer on Emirates. Emirates offered me to buy miles and get 50% bonus. I purchases the miles and paid $1830. Today I tied to book using the miles. i didn't notice the conversion from miles to $ so it took all my miles which is more than the miles i purchased and cou nted it for $498.

I had to pay a difference of over $1200 on top to make my booking. I immediately called Emirates to cancel the booking and keep my miles and pay cash for the trip in order not to lose the miles.

My main complaint is lack of assistance at Dubai. I booked a return flight from Birmingham to Perth with assistance. Assistance was fine on my outward journey but terrible on the return. There was no one at Dubai to assist myself and two other travelers, who I did not know.

We had to walk to find someone, the reason assistance was booked is because I have a spinal condition and I am not able to stand for any length of time or walk very far . I eventually found where you congregated for assistance only to be told "follow me" yet another longish walk, I asked was I going to the business lounge and was informed yes, we had to walk everywhere until a point where I was asked to be wait again, I asked several times if I was being taken to the business lounge, each time I was told yes.

On 2/8/2022 my son had a flight on Emirates to Amsterdam. 30 flight. When we got to the check in we were told that my son needed a Covid booster. 30 otherwise they will reflect it as a no show. We went and tried.

I booked round trip tickets in June 2021. from Seattle to another continet. My tickets were over $5000 today. Emirates called my return flight with no plan or date of when they fly again. i eneded up booking another flight with Qater arlines.

when it come to my refund emirates offered me less than $500. I used to like Emirates, after this experienece i will choose another airline in the future if possible. Customer service is not great either. Buyer be warned.

We took a flight from Barcelona to OR Tambo International on 17/07/2022 (ticket numbers: 1763984466518 & 1763984466519), arriving at OR Tambo @ 16:10 with a connecting flight with FlySafair from OR Tambo to Cape Town @ 18:05. Our luggage was still not on the carousel by 17:25; more than an hour later - so we had to leave our luggage behind in order to catch our flight to Cape Town.

I would like to raise my concern regarding your services with pet traveling. I have been waiting to ship my dog for 1 month now and as we know it is based on chargeable weight. My dog being a small poodle, weights 3.1 KGS and now that I was about to book her flight, chargeable weight is 250KGS because of peak season? I find it unacceptable to change such rules so quickly knowing I have spent so much money on the veterinary side for the hotel rabies, vaccines, crate, certificate and check ups. Dear Emirates during my Dusseldorf to Dubai Flight EK0056 Kon 25.05.2022 I had to remain without Main meal because most of meals served was beef and being Hindu I cannot eat beef. One of your crew member who was serving Row No 77 was not knowing that Hindus do not eat beef. She was rather convincing me to take beef. On April/27/22 I received an email from Emirates with the Subject: “Important changes to your Emirates flight” telling me that flight EK0762 would arrive 14 minutes early. 5 hours, there will be a stopover in Durban, and the flight time will therefore be extended by about 3 hours.

Since this extremely important e-mail was only sent with the subject "Your itinerary - LF3PF2" but without the note "Important changes to your Emirates flight", I did not register the urgency of this message. , I only opened this email by a happy coincidence.

We booked and paid for twin seats at an extra £44 per seat for two people on a four legged journey. On querying why I couldn’t see these seats when checking my booking I rang Emirates and was told the seats had expired I was given 4 credits of which I couldn’t access till after the journeys I have tried since and now have been told I was given a similar seat therefore no credit is due. But we’ve had acknowledgment of credit notes!

Who can I get some help from? Speaking to the Emirates office they can only reply to their written info and no one can assist!

We had a dreadful experience and it looks very likely that Emirates have stolen what is to them a petty sum of £44 for six seats. I have copies of the credit notes and the original bookings but not sure if you’re able to help.

flight EK414 from Dubai to Sydney on 30 march 2022 arrived late and could not land in Sydney duevti curfew. Flight was diverted to Melbourne and passengers left without hotel or at least food for more than 12 hours. It happened before with Emirates and still they decided to leave to Sydney.

Before the trip they kept changing the flights and during the trip they changed a flight in a way that we had to fly for 2 hours then 12 hours wait and then fly for another 2 hours even when alternative flights were available. The local office refused to help and then through chat we were able to change that flight.

During all this communication there was a constant threat that if you try to make any changes all your trips will be cancelled. The support UAN takes on average 35-45 minutes to pick a call if you are lucky. On our final leg of journey our Flight to Chicago was cancelled without any notice, we had to return from the airport and then when we arrived for the next flight we were told they couldn't find our tickets.

After being an emirates skywards member for almost 5 years and maintaining platinum status my account went under review. During this time of my review all my status perks were stripped from me like I had done something wrong or fraudulent

The way the skywards staff and airport treated me was absolutely disappointing I could not get access to any lounge I could not upgrade my flights to first class and I was treated with utter ignorance as nobody knew the reason for the audit nor did they know how it could be rectified

According to the staff they said it will take up to 6 months

Hello , my name is Dr. On flight EK414 from Dubai to Sydney ,on 27/11 , an elderly gentleman seemed to suffer an acute medical event. I immediately went to his aid and i found him unresponsive , exhibiting shallow breathing pale , cold to touch and it was difficult to feel his pulse.

I tried to attend to him , get a medical history from his wife and examine him. The purser brought oxygen and after having attached the mask she asked me fo show my ID . I do not carry my ID with me on vacation , and i must say i have tended to several passengers in the past.

This is Mohammed Hossain. I have been on flight EK 204 on August 20 New York to Dubai. My departure was 11:35 AM and they provide me lunch New York time 1:00. Then they provide breakfast 10 hours after. They did not provide dinner and I am a diabetic patient.

My blood sugar dropped, I called a flight attendant and one female flight attendant came and I explained to her my situation. She did not provide me with any help and instead sent a male attendant. They did not care what I said and provided no assistance.

Called 800 Number they said there is nothing they can do, i have to keep trying on the website.

please i was book the 3 ticker in 3rd June 2021, from Accra TO Mumbai. ( Before 6 Months ) i have to travel in 4th December with my family, ( Booking Reference PWJRJN ) on 2nd November i received the mail from emirates that flight is cancel from DXB to Mumbai , & now they don’t want to give me other date’s also, It’s a very bad & poor service from emirates. i was book the tickets before 6 month & still this kind of service without any information, could you explain

Please i hope your team will help me to solve this issue. I have to fly as per booking, it’s really emergency to reach me on this date

I'm Australian I called Emirates several times but couldn't communicate due to the heavy English accent. To buy a ticket, I also spent a lot of time calling and waiting for a reply for many hours. 60. When I finished buying the ticket it was already 5 am.

The next day I filled out the passport information form and saw that the ticket was Barbara Bruter and it should be according to Barbara Maria Bruter's passport. Agent asked me your name please and your name and he did not say according to passport.

00 for Emirates error, please about the cancellation of this payment and correct my ticket details no charge. Yours sincerely Barbara Bruter

I took a flight from beirut to Dubai on my way out when I arrived i forget my phone in the airplane i found out after 5 min and went back to take my phone they didn’t let me in they said( the gates are closed) so i need to go to the lost and found department I finished boarding and went to out to the lost and found to know that I can’t do anything until tHet clean the airplane i waited and

waited and without any process i went to the hotel after a long day and here when my journey started 3 days waited from them to clean the airplane for me to take the phone I kept going day and night to the airport to check my phone with no sign of when they will clean one time they till me that we cleaned and didn’t find any thing in few minutes they told me that we didn’t clean yet they were playing…

Emirates Airlines, I had the tickets to travel to India with my wife, starting on 10/19/2021 from Boston to attend a wedding on 10/24/2021 in Chennai, India. We filled up AIR SUVIDHA, but did not fill the Tamil Nadu E Pass Link.

We were in the Airport in Boston at 7:50 for the flight at 11:00 PM. We had difficulty in filling the details of TAMIL NADU E PASS LINK since the jpeg file was over one GB. My Complaint is that none of the other Airlines insist on details of TAMIL NADU E PASS LINK since it is not mandatory to enter Tamil Nadu as of OCT 19.

We were not able to get our tickets for 10/20/2021 as well. When I contacted Emirates (800)-777-3999 for refund, I was told it is NO SHOW, which is not true.
