I would give them 0 stars if I had the choice. This company’s employees are scam artists. Someone had hit my car and while my car was being repaired I was using a rental car through Enterprise and they charged me with a deposit and extra insurance.

But I shouldn’t have to pay anything it wasn’t my fault for this accident I wasn’t even in my car when the accident happened! Then a week later they tried to charge me $200 on my card. But I didn’t have enough in that account.

Last Friday I get 3 texts and 2 voicemails through Enterprise to take care of my balance. Then I get 3 emails and 2 texts and 2 voicemails yesterday. So now they’re harassing me. My husband gets fed up and call them himself and spoke to a manager named Bryce Bishop.

ON Sunday 12/10 I rented a truck. I told the representative that I would return the truck in 2 hours but he did not advise me that the store would be closed early. I was not given instructions how to drop the key.

Two hours later I return the truck and the store was closed. I did not see any drop box for the kay. I called enterprise but they were not able to help. I had no choice, leaving the keys in the glove box and lock the truck.

The agent called me next day and told me I would loose my $300 deposit for leaving the key inside the truck. I requested a waiver due that I was not informed about the store closing early or giving instructions how to drop the key.

I was given the run around, today, after making an appt to pick up a vehicle, today. I was contacted by enterprise early, yesterday, scheduling an appt for 3:00, today. I was sent from 1 store to the other , to be told that they had a red camaro available (my son & I were able to make a u turn around the store, in which we didn't see that vehicle on the premises(I've had problems with Enterprise in the past(very disorganized).

TYLER CALLED ME about 10 minutes after I returned home, telling me that he was @ the 1st location, which is closer to my home, so I had my son to take me back to the place, to be told that Tyler was @ the store, further down Veteran's parkway. I went to Enterprise at 8034 Covington Hwy Lithonia Ga to rent a car. They gave me a corolla vehicle that was damaged at the front fender by the light that was coming loose. I did not accept the car.

I'm not going to let my insurance pay for me to ride around in a damaged rental. I asked if I could get a vehicle that I use which is an suv. They said no because my insurance pay for $30 a day.

They ended up giving me an suv and the light on the vehicle said low fuel. I just barely made it to the gas station before it ran out of gas. It was very scary to ride off the lot with low fuel light on.

I reserved a car on their website, for the Madison St, in Chicago store - returning it in Bloomington, Il. At no time during the website reservation did it state that I would need a major credit card NOR did it state that I had to arrive and depart from the same airport.

) We were left stranded in downtown Chicago with all of our luggage and thankfully were able to catch a train to Bloomington. It is unacceptable that it does not state anywhere on their website that you can't use a debit, and that you would need to leave from the same airport.

I had made a reservation online to pick up a car today at 12pm at the Main St Visalia CA location, I received a phone call at 11am telling me there were no cars available. I then called the Visalia airport location and reserved a car, was given a great deal, and took the time to give an outstanding review, only to receive a call 30 minutes later informing me they had no cars!

This is absolutely ridiculous, I am a real estate agent and need to get to my clients. Your company completely wasted my time and made a difficult situation must worse. Shame on Enterprise! I have been a long time customer and deserve better treatment.

I can’t even give one star since when do you call a company and leave customer sitting waiting for an answer for over a 35 minutes. I have heard nothing but bogus complaints about enterprise on pleasant street in Fall River mass.

Unfortunately that is what my insurance company uses but I’m pretty sure they are done with the number of complaints. This is a horrible way to run a company and as I look at the complaints it doesn’t look like anything is being done to resolve the issue there are plenty of people out there looking for employment maybe you should find them.

My insurance set up a rental while my vehicle is being repaired. My insurance paid for the majority of the fee, I had $10 extra per day out of pocket cost. My credit card was charged twice for the charges for a vehicle I am STILL in.

I have not authorized my card to charged especially when I still have the vehicle. I understood there be would be a charge but at the end of my rental agreement. I also don't have any paperwork in the vehicle, such as contract stating I'm renting this vehicle.

I was told they can run my card because it's on file. " But didn't ask for authorization while I still have the vehicle. On top of this the brakes are horrible. Just because my card is on file doesn't give you the right to run it, when I still have it.

I came to the Enterprise office at 500 S Morrison Blvd Suite B Hammond, LA 70403 on March 9th, 2023 to reserve a 15 passenger van for the dates of June 28,2023 to July 5, 2023. 90 which I have a print out of this confirmation and printed out paper work etc.

Here is the recap here on these experiences with Enterprise along with some recommendations.

-Enterprise needs to fix the Enterprise.com User Experience to get accurate reservations and confirmations near real time. If not, why bother using the online .com if you need to speak to someone locally anyway to confirm availability. Secondly, booking a reservation online using the Enterprise.com portal does matter if there are no vehicles available at or around the pickup location. A perspective customer would need to call local location and wait long times to get confirmation from the local location. The other alternative is to go in person but that would also waste time if no vehicles are available at the one location and the staff at that location cannot look elsewhere. Enterprise is losing…

I waited 2 weeks to get a confirmation of a rental and an appt. I go to pick up the car and they don't have one!!!! They also don't have the size I needed all of a sudden. They are RUDE and unprofessional.

everyone says something totally different than the other. I was rear-ended so my car is in the shop and I have NO VEHICLE! They are more worried about their retail rentals that are full price. THE WORST experience that is still ongoing that I have ever experienced.

I reserved a premium subscription on May 2, 2023 for pickup on July 28, 23 returning August 7, 2023. Called the day before to ensure the vehicle would be there. They did not have my vehicle. Called the customer service call number because the locals would not answer. Never been so upset.

Completely ruined our family vacation. I will NEVER recommend or use this company again. Poor service, rude and inefficient!!!

I would not recommend this Springfield Enterprise rental car. I'm getting to the point I would not recommend enterprise at all, but this organization was the worse. Other enterprise dealerships have done a better job than this one.

We reserved a jeep weeks in advance for our trip to the beach. We would've had the jeep for a week. We called prior to to reconfirm our reservation and authorization. We were told we were good to go. I called to reserve a rental car for the weekend Friday-Monday July 7-10. I had just returned a rental the thursday before because of an accident claim. That car was okay that i recieved. Now when I was making my reservation.

Enterprise was supposed to charge Toyota for a rental but instead billed me. They even got me to get a more luxurious car while my car was being serviced. I contacted Toyota dealer and even they were surprised that Enterprise Downey charged me.

I have a customer here that is a state farm agent that has been sending us business for 30+ years. He recently rented a vehicle on May 19th with Grace from the CHO Enterprise and he returned the on May 22nd when our system went down so he could not get a receipt. He was overcharged on his rental and is looking for a refund. Please reply to this email with a resolution, I CCed Mr. Hess.

His Reservation # that he originally booked is 498146130 with a total of $224.39. His RA # is 953362634 with a total of $530.68. I am using 2.0 so I don’t have access to why he was overcharged. Please look into this and refund him accordingly!

I ended up in a hospital because I was forced to take a very small car and my insurance covered a minute's as vehicle. The guy that waited on me told me. I wouldn't need to pay 17 more dollars per day in order to get the next size of vehicle.

I contacted one of your offices in Las Vegas which is located on Ft Apache Rd. I asked to be picked up to get my reserved car. I was promised I would be picked up to get car b 4PM but no one came so I called 3 times to find out what happened and again I was promised someone would be there before 5.

So no one came and the last time I called the message came on that the office was closed but it was not 5 PM. This is unacceptable to me and it is no way to conduct business. This office is giving your company a bad name if this is the way you do business.

I have dealt with Enterprise for many years and never have I ran into a problem such as this one. Customer service is very much lacking.

The the manager of the Enterprise at flamingo was the worst manager or associate from Enterprise that I have ever dealt with in my life. Unprofessional, try to steal my credit card numbers, and completely lied about the deal the situation that we had from beginning to end.

I had to extend a day and switch my drop off just so I didn't have to see him again. And then when I did that he made sure to not give me back my deposit. I will never never go to Enterprise again say a good word or recommend them to anyone because of that associate and how they do business.

It is with great disappointment that I must bring to your attention the unacceptable experience my wife and I encountered at the Enterprise Branch located at 5860 Wiles Rd Coral Springs, FL, US, 33067. On April 27th 2023, I picked up a rental (Sonata) through Coconut Creek Hyundai dealership, where Nicholas Hernandez escorted me to the vehicle, inspected it, handed me the keys and I signed.

The same day I saw an alert that the car oil was only 2%. On Saturday while my family were leaving church it gave an alert that it needed to be changed and I noticed a screw in the tire necessitating a return to the branch so I called the Branch and Chad said to bring it in they close at 2pm.

Went online and rented a car for the next day Saturday through Tuesday. I got a confirmation number for the rental and thought all was good. NOPE! Ten minutes later I received a call from the local enterprise office that there are no cars available.

Do not rent from this company-they used to be reputable, but since the acquisition of National, they’ve gone way downhill. They use the last four digits of a VIN to identify your rental. If they have another car with the same last four digits, they will confuse you with another rental and make your life absolutely miserable trying to straighten out their error. Go somewhere else!

My insurance company made a reservation for 4:30 yesterday with enterprise. We had an accident going down the interstate. We called the tow truck and also kept calling enterprise to have them pick us up from off the side of the highway but couldn't get anyone to answer and once we did they said they didn't have any cars left after having already made a reservation.

I'm a 4 decade customer of Enterprise and disappointed at the horrific service that the company has provided. I rented a 2021 Kia Soul vehicle from the San Luis Obispo, CA location going to Los Angelos, CA on Wed 26 October 2023.

And the Kia's Soul's car engine caught fire while driving, and fortunately, no personal injuries - but definitely traumatized by this event. I had about 30 seconds to get out of the car after I pulled over and just barely getting myself out before car was fully engulfed on flames and had to leave all of my personal belongings to burn. Car was totaled.

On Friday, March 3rd I had reservations to pick up a rental at Maple Ave Enterprise in Zanesville, OH. I had the confirmation Email and had also verified it with customer service. I arrived at 4 pm to location and was told by "A" I would have to pay $40 more, and I was getting economy instead of Mid size.

He then told me I would have to bring it back a day early also. I responded calmly, and said "so you're telling me, I have to pay $40 more and I'm being downgraded to economy and I have to bring the car back a day early?
