Contacted enterprise via their “1-800”number listed on their site. Pressed the menu option for policy claims rentals. Provided the customer service rep all my information and claim number and had a location and pick up time scheduled.

Went to pick up the rental with my claim number as instructed five days earlier - they did not have me in their system at all. I was forced to drop my car off for repairs with no rental because they couldn’t have the common curtesy to tell me ahead of time that when I called it wasn’t a reservation. Attempting to get a rental in 24hrs is a frustration no one should be put through.

Dear Enterprise Customer Care Center, Hello, my name is Delilah Curtis and I am writing to complain about the poor customer service I recently experienced. On Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 11 am, I made a reservation online to rent an economy vehicle, confirmation # 1346366432.

My pickup time was scheduled for 12 pm in which I solicited an Uber ride to the airport where the vehicle was supposed to be located. Upon arrival Brent, an Enterprise sales rep, called stating the vehicle I reserved was unavailable; but they did have a vehicle one size up available at an additional cost.

I went to your location at State St in Jackson MS on Saturday February 18 I had my driver's license and debit card, well I thought I had the right card which was a NetSpend so when the lady took my two cards she looked at it said very rudely THIS NOT THE CARD and put it down hard on the counter which I pass my card to her in her hand which she could have done better she was a short young lady it was other customers in there I could have given her another but

I went to the airport and the lady was very friendly and I received a rental car there. The young lady at the State St area needs better customers service because I didn't do anything to her but give her a wrong card and she made a big deal out of nothing by putting my card down with an attitude

I said how could I see dents when it was so dirty? I said we’d go to lunch when I dropped my husband off it didn’t look much different! My husband had no time to wait so he took it to a car wash and got it clean!

We are three hours on our trip and thrWasher fluid low add fluid came on? We are not feeling like it was serviced? The turn signal has to be manually shut off, it doesn’t go off automatically? I just feel that these are not the standards of Enterprise!!!

Car rental through GEICO car insurance. No cars available nor surrounding counties. After 3 days of missing work went to scheduled appointment would not accept 2 bank cards. Kept promoting PNC bank. No other form of payment accepted. My bank had me come in supplied me with debit card that has a chip but funds not available till 630. Enterprise closed at 530.

I called rental explaining when funds available advised could not hold vehicle first come first serve. Advised to try in the morning with no guarantee. One card has chip, but showed up not a bank card, credit union no chip equipment only set up for chip swiped on computer showed up not a bank. Have notified GEICO.

This Enterprise in Pomona gave me car that they are charging me 12 dollars more every day yet when i was going to go through Yorba Linda Ca Enterprise they where going to only charge $ 2. 00 more for the same car an up grade.

My name is Leslie McWatters and I had a rental with enterprise of Fitchburg mass through a third party after an auto accident. I had the vehicle for two weeks and on a Saturday I was driving to see my grandson when I was pulled over by the Littleton police department.

My car was hit and their insurance provided enterprise for the rental. I was given the date ad time to drop my car off and was told I would be picked up by them at the body shop. Well I waited, called them received no answer.

Called the insurance company, was told that they didn't pick up from the body shop I chose even though the woman I spoke with said they would. Even the insurance company knew this and said it was their mistake to fix.

Since it is known that I was told I would get picked up, as far as I'm concerned is a contract that they must uphold. I don't care about a miss communication, they cost me my sleep since I work nights, time, gas, and money. I am LIVID.

To whom it may concern, On 1/16/23 my wife went with our 29 yr. old daughter to secure a car for the next day, and had $100 cash as a deposit, which is what the 20-something yr. old told her from behind the counter.

On Saturday January 14, 2023 I arrived at Enterprise rental at 305 East 80th at 11:30am for a noon reservation Enterprise Rent-A-Car Reservation #1976783377 When I arrived I was told by employee Ralph Destine the SUV I had reserved was not available. The customers next to me were also being told the SUVs they had reserved were also not available and in fact there were no cars available despite having reserved one.

When we picked up the car they gave us the wrong size-a sports car instead of midsize suv. After standing in line again the staff was rude- never apologizing. We were late for our appt after taking an hour to get a car due to their mistakes.

A week after returning the car we get an email stating there is a damage claim out on the car. There was no damage that we caused. Now they are saying a piece of the frame Is missing on the passenger door and we are responsible even if it just fell off while we had it.

There is no proof either way that it happened while we had the car. This is just a mess and totally ridiculous they want us to pay for what should be maintenance to their car.

We rent often recently due to medical needs and a far doctor. Day of rental we went to counter as normal. The guy who was helping said he was the manager and asked for a major credit card, we never have given a credit card, we do provide bank cards with visa or MasterCard logos on them. Guy wouldn't take it. The.

Guy switched the reservation to my friend's name said they were verified blah blah ... Wouldn't take the visa card still made us transfer money to my card to give to them for payment. Made us over an hour late to leave for the appointment.

and the guy said do you want me to show you what a bill looks like... It's ok cuz that gentleman probably shit his pants that day. But I won't fuck with that company again. Yes they made sure to give us a shit car too.

I hit a deer on 9/29/22 I was on my way into NYC. I could not rent a vehicle I had went to 7 different locations and none had any vehicles that were covered by my insurance. On Sept 30, 2022 I rented a vehicle with your branch on 2815 38th Ave Astoria, NY 11101.

I waited 3 ½ hours in the branch for a vehicle. I was given the Nissan Maxima. Sam took my partner’s License and said he and I were the only two drivers. I purchased the extra insurance. I was told that medical is not covered should an accident with injury occurred.

The staff did not clean the vehicle. Does Enterprise take safety precaution for Covid-19? I was under the assumption Enterprise Employees are to follow a safety point system before allowing a vehicle to be rented out on the road and this car failed.

Unfortunate experience-reservation#Y4KJ0V I am writing to express my disdain for the customer service I received at the 7747 University City Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28213-location. My claims adjuster with my insurance company made this reservation on my behalf after the unfortunate incident of having my car stolen.

I have been in extreme distress over this occurrence as I watched the person that stole my vehicle drive away and then attempt to run me over as I tried to stop them. I was grateful that I had rental car coverage on my policy and once I was advised the reservation was in place, I quickly reached out to the direct location to schedule a pick-up for someone with the Enterprise staff to come get me from work.

I rented a vehicle through my insurance because I had a car accident. The vehicle was not cleaned by the rental agency in Queens. The vehicle had four faulty tires. I caught a flat tire. Roadside came to give me a donut you’re not allowed to drive no more than 50 miles on the donut I live 73 miles away from where the donut was placed on.

I decided to go in the morning to the local tire shop Tim from Monroe muffler and tires called in an emergency roadside for the vehicle. I was told to immediately come to the nearest airport to get a swap vehicle because of safety conditions.

I had a reservation at Enterprise on Hillsborough Rd in Durham NC yesterday 12/19/2022 and I felt totally humiliated and discriminated against. It was the most uncomfortable situation that I’ve ever encountered in my life. My reservation was made through my insurance company and I felt like I was being treated like I was a common criminal off the street.

I don’t know if it was just that the guy who was helping me was young and immature but he really needs more customer service training. I was also put in the smallest car on the lot. I was very disappointed and saddened by the whole situation.

I recently rented a car from milton Florida enterprise and me and my husband were the only 2 people in the car during our one day rental when we returned the car we left a vaporizer device in a black zip up case in the car and upon calling the company they stated the device was not in the car and the car was sent out for an oil change and they checked it again still to no avail my device was not located there is no possibility that it would be somewhere else the device never left the car and

Kept me waiting 5 days before a car. On the first car dead battery. 2nd car flat tire.

First one towed just fine, 2nd one I was told they would send tow truck for everything. I refused as it would be taken care of Enterprise as the first one was. I called again to verify info, he told me same and hung up on me.

Enterprise has consistently let me down. They have not been able to 'Pick me up' when they said they would and they have taken reservations and given me confirmation numbers several times and not had any cars available when I arrived to pick them up.

When I attempted to complain about their service, the Sales Rep told me that I was being rude and hung up on me. This particular millennial robot was named Cheyenne and 'worked' at the Uniontown, Pa. location. I say 'worked' with quotes because she obviously doesn't know how to rent a car, has zero people skills or any consideration what-so-ever.

I was giving a truck for my rental car which was not what I intended on using. I waited a day to leave town because I was going far just to call them and ask to switch to what I had requested or something similar l.

They said someone would be in contact I was never called. I ended up having to travel in that truck all of my belongings got soaked because it ended up raining. It was a horrible experience.

( only about mile away from the Northside Ford location and I was calling several hours early to pre-arrange) The manager stated to me that they do not offer that service at this location.

However its picked me up from this location at least six or seven different time so I can get a rental car near my repair shop. IF this is a true statement by the manager then the website should take down that this location provides PICKUP SERVICE . 2022.

I am now on hold with my ninth representative from Customerservice at enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate office! Starting with a forgery on a rental agreement of my signature, shady rental practices, accusations of damages picture of pre-existing and over $500 of unauthorized charges!

I have been promised a call back within the day add an escalation status – two days later no call back! And that one representative was helpful and address my issues. **While I am completing this complaint, I am on hold ,once again, with the corporate office customer service – this time for 35 minutes.

Rented car Georgia plateCNB6880 on 9-30-22, till 10-3-22 got the Illinois toll payment plan tolls were paid out of credit card , we have invoices from ill. Tollway saying all tolls were charged to the account and paid. , spoke with numerous enterprise agents who said send proof to special website.

And get a computer literate person to help you. Couldn’t understand the location due to enterprise language Spanish dialectics etc, not everyone has a computer so photo/scan expertise. 00 toll fee and subsequent enterprise charges. Totally idiotic. Have the account #, invoices etc etc .

Reserved a vehicle, gave detailed info including credit card charge details, and got confirmation. Then received phone cal from exact location and was told they had no vehicle for me, and I should have called them to verify my reservation. But online made the reservation and said nothing about verification. In fact, a different enterprise location told me they didn’t make reservations; needed to do it online instead.

Local store manager was terse and uninterested in what I wanted.

I reserved pick-up truck on October 17, 2022 and my reservation was confirmed by Enterprise. Unfortunately was no car available when I showed up at 5:15pm on October 20! Manager was not able to help or offer similar car. Customer support line did not help me as well.

I was not able to rent the pickup truck today reserved and confirmed by Enterprise on Monday October 17, 2022! Confirmation nr 2056847842 At 5:15 pm today when I showed up to pickup the car I was informed that it is no pickup trucks available and they have no substitute available!

The brunch was open to 6pm! It creates tons of problems for me because I supposed to load 7 boxes of life saving stuff pickup some family member from Miami airport and drive overnight to Florida coast to help my family survive after Ian hurricane.

I have NEVER rented a car before my experience two weeks ago and I had to have a vehicle after someone hit my parked car and the INSURANCE company determined I would need one. At the end of the call with Enterprise the customer service rep, who spoke broken English told me he needed a credit card for me.

I rented a car from enterprise a few weeks back and the rental had broken down where all the service lights had turned on. I called Enterprise roadside and they were able to tell me that they will be sending out a tow truck to give me a replacement rental. That's where it went downhill from here.

I received a call from the tow company stating that they wouldn't be able to wait for enterprise to clean my car so they left this was on Wednesday of last week October 5th. I have had several issues with Hertz as a President's Circle member. Recently we had an Enterprise rental at a small FBO in California that went very well. I decided to give Enterprise another try with the below reservation. When I arrived at the location I was told that they had no cars despite my confirmed reservation. I was also told that they did not have any idea how long it would be until they would have a vehicle for me. I left the location and walked a few blocks to Avis where I was provided a car for my desired one week rental. If it was my business I would definitely want to know that someone dropped the ball.

Enterprise falsely accused me of not returning a vehicle. This transpired in January, 2022 at the LAX AIRPORT in California. The vehicle was returned and paid for. A worker did properly check the vehicle back in. Enterprise harassed me and my mother regarding the vehicle a week later.

My name is Kaitlyn, and I rented a car from Enterprise in the beginning of August. I paid for the full coverage insurance, which I always do, as I live in an area that doesn’t require me to drive. I have paid for this “insurance” many, many times without ever having to use it until now. Every time I do that, it is wads of money in your pocket for nothing.

This insurance was presented to me as “full coverage.” There was NO miscommunication here; that is what happened. My insurance rented me a car with enterprise due to my car being in the shop for hail damage.

I received a Toyota Corolla. When We did the walk around and the employee turned on the car the maintenance required light came on and she was aware of that.

I had the car 3 days and on the 3rd day as I came out of work the AC didn’t want to come on. They switched me out at the airport.

My issue is I’m getting charged $2000 for the AC condenser being damaged!! I received a picture of it and the AC condenser seems extremely damaged. I’ve gone to 3 mechanics with the picture and they have stated that there is no way I could have caused that damage in 3 days. Enterprise said I must have ran over something. May of last year I rented a car through Enterprise Rent-a-car. Now my insurance company is telling me that they received a claim for a damaged rim. When I turned the car in, the representative looked the vehicle over and said everything was good..

(1)How do you file a claim almost a year later? (2) How many other people have rented that same vehicle after I did? How many other people have experienced this same situation from Enterprise Rent-a-car or any other car rental company??

I was traveling on Meherrin Road in Virginia and as I was coming around the curve and this huge big Enterprise truck was on my side of the road had the hole road and ran me off the road. tags on the truck are Indiana A407903 he should not be driving a big truck like that if he can't handle it don't want nobody to get hurt.

Enterprise refused to honor verbal agreement with Enterprise agent.

This cost me time and embarrassment.

I made arrangements based on agreement with Enterprise that cannot be met.

Thr Eatontown NJ location manager was rude and smug telling me they didn't have a car for me to rent and told me to look for other locations. (This was a reservation made by my auto insurance company). I called customer service multiple times and got different inaccurate information.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and after the third time was transferred to the nasty person I had to deal with at the Eatontown location. She was nastier and told me it's not her fault I don't comprehend.

When I told her I could walk to the office to see of she wanted to continue to talk to me like that she placed me on a do not rent list. I never wanted to use them to begin with.
