Contacted enterprise via their “1-800”number listed on their site. Pressed the menu option for policy claims rentals. Provided the customer service rep all my information and claim number and had a location and pick up time scheduled.
Went to pick up the rental with my claim number as instructed five days earlier - they did not have me in their system at all. I was forced to drop my car off for repairs with no rental because they couldn’t have the common curtesy to tell me ahead of time that when I called it wasn’t a reservation. Attempting to get a rental in 24hrs is a frustration no one should be put through.
