To whom it may concern, I apologize for writing an email but I honestly dont know what to do. My 2019 Dodge Durango has been in the shop for over a month due to damage from a pot hole. A wire harness has been on back order, I had no turn signal, back up camera, passenger side light, or fog lamp.

The repairs started and parts were on back order. I went through my insurance for a rental car from enterprise. This company has threatened me via text. I will add them to this so you might see how I have been treated.

I am truly fearful for my safety. This company has been non stopped harassing me since Thursday. I tried to get a hold of all parties involved mechanic, insurance adjuster, and even a rep from your Dodge company. Tonight at exactly 8:27pm I was threatened and it was not mildly.

Arrived at my initial location to only be told they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. They even called me the day before to confirm and instead of telling me they didn't have anything in stock they told me they were looking all evening when I got there that morning.

They finally located a vehicle and told me it was 20 minutes away, turned out to be 35 minutes. I get there and the service was horrible from the beginning. The woman, crystal Sanchez, knocked hardly on the person's vehicle I was with to get their attention.

That was the first issue, then they did not have the vehicle ready. She said they waited 15 minutes after the other store called to get the vehicle ready, knowing we were in a rush and was already behind schedule due to them.

Enterprise employee tells me to leave vehicle at Carmax and they will contact nearest location for pick up. Receive a call about a week later saying I have to pay for damages but car sat for 3/4 days after dropping off because my original contract did not call right away. I should not be held accountable for damages if your employee did not do his job.

I rented a vehicle 5/24 at the pompano Beach 1000 S Federal Hwy. They had signs in the car about no smoking but no signs that I could not put a dog in the car. I went to Savannah and back and when I sign or initial the paperwork there was no mention of no pets allowed!

I returned the car, and yes there was dog hair, I was late returning the car because I got in late and I called to notified them, I was not about to vacuum the car after driving for 8 hours. Why isn’t there a sign no pets allowed as there is no smoking allowed!

They charge me $110 to vacuum, clean the car? That is arm robery you can get your car detailed for that price! Do not rent vehicles from this people they find charges to not return your deposit! Terrible! They are thief’s!

I have been trying to get my due credit of $200 placed back on my credit card Since April 8th. I have contacted the corporate number and filed numerous complaints and a return call back from either the Branch Manager, General Manager or Corporate Management only to be told by the customer service agent that all she can do is keep emailing the District Manager to contact me.

It has been over a month and still no return call. Unfortunate for them I'm not going away until I receive a return call and credit back to my Visa Credit Card.

I really did not want to blast a company that I’ve had some good transactions with but I’m at a loss in regards to how poorly treated I was today. I’ve never had a company go from hero to zero so quickly in my entire life.

I’ve rented about a dozen times from this company over the last couple years. My reservation was made about three days in advance, i’ve never had an issue with a vehicle, I’ve never damaged vehicle’s, and usually bring the vehicle‘s back cleaner or at least the exact same condition as when I picked them up.

Today I met Connor, the assistant to the assistant manager. The main assistant Miranda popped her head out of her office and informed me that it would be a retail situation because I didn’t have a credit card and it would be an extra $10.

I rented a car from Enterprise in May 2020. I've rented from them countless times before and it was never an issue. So I rented the car and I went on about my business; I was doing travel nursing and seemingly had no problems.

Kat, the manager at the Hilliard, Ohio location understood the nature of my job and was generally flexible about me coming in to sign a new contract. When I rented a car in May 2020, I explained to the manager that I was going to a remote location and the nearest city was Lima, Ohio. I made a reservation for a car at 1:30, and was able to get there at 1:56 before close.

However, when I arrived, I was rudely greeted by Aroun Sayavong. I have been using enterprise for a very long time, and know it doesn't take long to register a car since I am in the system. I got there as soon as I physically could however, this was a major issue with Aroun.

My family has used Enterprise many times, the locations are convenient and the prices were always reasonable. I needed a rental after an accident in January. The original date of repair somehow now rental car was available, didn’t matter to me who made the error the fact was I needed a car and had to rearrange the repairs to the following week.

I arrived and the process began. Due to the fact my car was already at the shop & I was in a rush to get to the rental before the 5 o’clock closing I inadvertently left me insurance paperwork in my car.

I’ve visited your store at Northlake in Charlotte North Carolina. to pick up a car through my insurance company. I was treated with absolute discussed by your employee named Mac. When I arrived he was quick to tell me there was nothing available for me.

While I was there he indeed rented three cars out. Then he went on to explain why he could not do this for me because my insurance company did not send the right information over which was not right they had done that I spoke with them.

I reserved a full size suv long in advance.

When I arrived I was given a mini van which was not acceptable at the same price as the full size suv which I believe was incorrect pricing. I reserved an SUV planning for inclimate weather during my trip

I was then told they would work with the Hornell location to get me into Premium SUV at the same cost to offset the problem which I agreed. Today called and reserved a car in Benton La. enterprise verified 1130 pickup.

Also reserved thru insurance company. Benton office called at 1121 about reservation told them I would be there in 15 minutes. I arrived and gave Representative my license insurance and credit card. He said to give him a few minutes to clean car.

My dealership provided a rental for me while my vehicle was being repaired. Entrepreneur sent a car to the dealership to get me i arrive everything goes smooth. My car was only suppose to in the shop a week and a half, after the 4th week the manager from the Blue Springs location called me hysterical demanding payment.

I provided him the only info I was by my dealership, told him I would speak to them and get back to him, he calls again the next day in a rage verbally assaulted me, and even threatened to report the car stolen. This was the worst experience I've ever had and will never rent from them again!!!

The vehicle I received had a dent in one side and scratched on the other. The gas tank was only partially filled. Upon trying to return it I tried repeatedly for 45 minutes to the local shop unsuccessfully. I wound up driving to their shop myself where I found the one employee there but just not picking up the phone.

All the while I was waiting on the phone a commercial advertisement for enterprise was playing saying how they are making sure each of their vehicles is cleaned and sanitized before being given to customers. Mine was filthy not even washed or vacuumed.

All in needed to make it complete was a burger king bag left in the back seat. Completely unprofessional and would never use nor reccomend them ever again.

I had a reservation number 2048249478 for a midsize car at the Searcy AR enterprise. I arrived there about 8:30 am. The employee was unprofessional from the moment I said hi. We went over everything and inspected the car. I then initiated the insurance waiver and signed the agreement for the amount of $575 I gave her my card, she swiped it and it declined.

She rudely handed it back and I asked her how much she was running my card for. She said $875, she added a $300 deposit that I wasn’t told about. I told her that I would transfer some more money to my card.

I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had to go pick up my family from Kansas City and I needed a bigger car for luggage and all. My pick up was 9:00 am sharp and that was the earliest slot available to pickup. I booked the car almost a week or 2 ago. And the night before my pick up, I got a call from Enterprise guy and he told me that they don't have any vehicle available and told me to book a car from Hertz or Alamo or any other car rental services.

If you don't want to stuck in last minute cancellation and get stranded or don't want to get hammered by last minute rental coz of cancellation, avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

If I could give a zero starI would we made a reservation to pick up a vehicle from the Royal Palm Beach Florida location. the night before we received a text 2 minutes before the closed the vehicle might be delayed for pick up we arrived to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time just to be told there are no vehicles available at all so

we made a reservation put a deposit. Did the online check in to save time. What is the point of making reservation if once somebody gets there expecting a car and there are none available the workers did not seem to care at all.

I reserved a "premium select" car to be picked up on July 25th, a Saturday at 10:00am. I picked the Brown Deer loc. in Milwaukee to pick the car up at. I believe I reserved it a week prior, but they waited until 8:46am of the 25th to tell me they do not have my car.

We were leaving on Sunday and all rental places were closed on Sunday, so you can imagine my frustration. I asked the clerk I thought If you do not have the car, one would be driven here from another loc..

I made a reservation 5 days in advance of my travel time, as you can see it was confirmed. Just image my disappointment when I arrived to be told we do not have your requested vehicle or nothing similar to offer you.

I know that times are trying these days but come on the reservation was made with ample time to have vehicles to rent. I asked about what was available and was offered a full-size pickup truck which I declined as that would have doubled the amount I would have paid for fuel.

, Jul 3, 2020 about an injury I sustained due to arrogance and attitude of pickup driver. I received an acknowledgement of my complaint but heard nothing further. The driver was supposed to bring a car for me because I am disabled and use a cane and have difficulty climbing into a van.

The third time he came, after an hour waiting, I made the poor decision of getting in the darn van. The driver did not have a step stool or anything to help me in. After an agonizing 10 minutes, I finally got into the car but pulled my lower right back.

Went to pick up reservation 1616766223 at the Dothan, AL location that we booked 10 days in advance to find out we did not have a truck ready and may be 3 to 4 hours before would be ready. People working there were very rude.

Had 3 or four trucks there just employees too sorry to get them ready to pick up. This is the second time this has happened to us at this same location. I rent a car regular but you can bet I will never rent from your company again.

I had to cancel a trip because of this so I am not happy at all. The service at this location is awful and needs to be handled or your reputation as a company will be ruined. Rating does not allow me to give a 0 but this service is that or less.

In mid February, I went to Seminole Toyota Collision center in Sanford, FL to get an estimate for damage repair to my Toyota Tundra. After getting an estimate and making an appointment to drop off my vehicle, I noticed an Enterprise desk in the same building.

I walked over and asked the person at the desk for information on renting a vehicle while my truck was being prepared. I explained the approximate amount of time I needed the rental, the date of my appointment and the type of rental that I would like.

I was given a price of around 31 dollars a day. On March 10, I dropped my vehicle off and walked over to the Enterprise desk. There was only one person working and he was helping another customer so I waited.

Cedar hill location is a disappointment.They don't give you a ride back unless you live in cedar Hill or Midlothian.But they gave a ride to some one I know all the way to Dallas{H-67 and Kiest}Just in 4 days prior to my renting a car.We all paying its none for free so why would you give a ride back to some customers and to some you DONT.This is ridiculous.I needed a ride to Duncanville and they couldn't even do that.Midlothian is even further than Duncanville.Its time to review YOUR SO CALLED POLICY.IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE AT ALL.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had rented a car from enterprise in McDonough Georgia , and that office is always terrific! My complaint is based on a conversation with Jordan Barnett from the damage recovery unit. I was rear ended in my enterprise vehicle on 12/20/19 and approximately a week later I received a call saying that Allstate had accepted 100% responsibility on behalf of their insured.

I paid the $500 deductible that my insurance, Liberty Mutual, specified and was told that after review by the damage recovery unit that this $500 would be refunded. After not hearing anything from that unit for a few weeks I contacted them and was told that the $500 would be forthcoming shortly. 98.

Received priority pass on 1/2/20 - Resv#707867--stated they will be picking me up at Young's auto repair at 10am - I called that day to confirm pick up location and time - they stated no problem - Did not get picked up at 10am and called location - they stated it was the Tega Cay location and should be handled by Indian Land - Indian Land was not informed.

Was not picked up until 10:45.

Also requested sedan (like Maxima) - They gave me a choice of a mini van or a huge Dodge Ram Pick up truck and promised to switch out the next morning. I did the f/u and talked to someone live and never heard back.

On Tuesday, October 29, 2019 I rented a car from the Enterprise location on Cornwallis Drive in Greensboro, NC. I noticed when I got in the car it smelled like smoke but I had to go to work and I was already running late.

When I got off work at about 8:00 pm I got in the car to go home and the smoke smell was overwhelming. I have asthma so I immediately began to cough and my chest started tightening up on me.

I have been a customer for years and have always had good service up to this point. I reserved a car a week ago and was given the amount of $220. When I went into the office, I was told there is an additional amount of $200 which would be refunded when I brought the car back.

Since I wasn't given that amount when I reserved the car, I didn't plan for it. I arrived at the rental office at 5:20; the car had to be washed and was driven over for inspection. After the inspection, I signed the paperwork and then was then told of the additional amount.

Stay away from this place. They are a big scam and out to get your money. They want you to rent the most expensive car so they can create an insurance kick back. We rented a car a car from them and returned it.

I am still bother by this situation that happen four years ago because I had a 15 passenger van on whole for a year and supposed to get the vehicle and did not receive it and not given a warning before hand. I just was lucky enough to stop by the store in Garner, NC.

The supervisor on duty just said oh! I meant to call you and that was it and did not care about our trip to Miami for a cruise. I learned that they pulled all the vehicles in Raleigh, NC area for the big wigs in Charlotte NC function.

I believe this is a broken contract between two parties. I had to travel to Greenville North Carolina to get a 15 passenger van that was nothing like the one I wanted. I had older people going and this was very stressing.

I regularly rent from enterprise Van Nuys, Ca. After providing my credentials and waiting to be assigned a car. I was welcomed by a very professional young man who walked me to the available rentals and he told me only SUVs were available and offered the upgrade at no cost.

I responded I requested a full size sedan due to shrapnel and injuries in my back and legs and driving an SUV is uncomfortable and was about to ask if I could wait for a sedan. At the same time a young woman, who I later learned was the Sunday manager.

This same woman continued to talk over me, continuously about making a decision. I was trying to make the best decision considering my disability. In a composed tone I asked her to shut up to listen to my disability concerns.

I made a reservation on 7/29/19 with the 291 Newman Dr Sherwood, AR 72117 location for a 8/9/19 4 pm pickup. On 8/9 at 1:30pm I called to check to see if the unit could be picked up sooner and the branch Manager Mr Mathew stayed they had not been able to locate a unit yet and that he would call me back as soon as they did.

So at 2:30pm I called back to check and he stated they have not been able to locate the unit I requested and even called his Regional Manager help and was extremely rude about it. I requested his regional manager Mr John Carpenter which was very nice and said he would call me back, however, never flowed up with me.

I was placed on the do not rent list with enterprise. My twin brother, Radue Allah, a veteran didn't have a bank acct, so they used his military id for a discount, and my bank card, and driver's license. They made an error with payment, in which was resolved; however, I reported the car missing, to the main branch in Buffalo, as well as the police.

My brother had a medical emergency, so I couldn't find out the location of the vehicle. Findly the police found out where the vehicle was parked. I paid for the missing day, but I still got placed on the do not rent list.

Problem with Enterprise Car Rental: Enterprise claims of customer service is vastly overrated. There is none! C. to Danville, IN. C. to be returned to the Avon, IN. office. C. Roadside assistance was called, and it was determined that the vehicle had to be towed to the Raleigh-Durham Airport service center.

My son called ahead and was told by an Enterprise representative that a vehicle would be available to us. C. to get a replacement vehicle. Outrageous! After several discussions with the manager she finally said we could get another vehicle 6 hours later.

I reserved a car on line and received conformation number 2033581519. I ubered to enterprise location to pick up car and was told they are all sold out and I could wait in lobby for 4 to 6 hours for a possibility of incoming car.

I cannot understand why I received a conformation number instead of simply being informed that their are no cars available at this time. I wasted 90min and 2 Uber plus had to cancel afternoon appointments. I am also notifying the Better Business Bureau.

A professional company should never lie and misrepresent a conformation number and then be totally disrespectful to the customers time and schedule. Unacceptable !!

I had made reservation for a SUV on June 25, 2019 for a Small SUV Confirmation number was 1944724965 at the Brunswick Ga 4445 Altama Ave location when I arrived at location for pickup on 7/12/2019. The gentlemen greeted me ask for my Id and method of payment and made the point of sale and then told me, we do not have your rental due to a previous rental that had rented the vehicle brought the car back with a boot on the car, I was very upset due to the fact that I received a call to confirm my pickup at 12:00 pm on Thursday 7/11/2019.

Instead of the company calling to explain this to me, I took a lunch break to receive my rental, but was told that they didn't have the car that I selected and the other cars that was there was reserved for other people, I wish the gentleman would have also…

I rented a car on June 19, 2019 and returned the vehicle on June 24, 2019 to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. I had initially made the reservation through Alamo, however, Alamo provided me an Enterprise rental vehicle. Upon my return to the airport on June 24, 2019, I left a brand new Sage fly-rod in a metal 30 inch case in the backseat of the vehicle. The case is 30 inches long, a tan color with a gold screw-on metal top.
