I reserved a car on line and received conformation number 2033581519. I ubered to enterprise location to pick up car and was told they are all sold out and I could wait in lobby for 4 to 6 hours for a possibility of incoming car.

I cannot understand why I received a conformation number instead of simply being informed that their are no cars available at this time. I wasted 90min and 2 Uber plus had to cancel afternoon appointments. I am also notifying the Better Business Bureau.

A professional company should never lie and misrepresent a conformation number and then be totally disrespectful to the customers time and schedule. Unacceptable !!

I had made reservation for a SUV on June 25, 2019 for a Small SUV Confirmation number was 1944724965 at the Brunswick Ga 4445 Altama Ave location when I arrived at location for pickup on 7/12/2019. The gentlemen greeted me ask for my Id and method of payment and made the point of sale and then told me, we do not have your rental due to a previous rental that had rented the vehicle brought the car back with a boot on the car, I was very upset due to the fact that I received a call to confirm my pickup at 12:00 pm on Thursday 7/11/2019.

Upon my return to the airport on June 24, 2019, I left a brand new Sage fly-rod in a metal 30 inch case in the backseat of the vehicle. On June 15, 2019, I went to one of your locations in Thomasville, NC, to pick up a minivan, according to my reservation (RA635VP1). It happened that after driving for over 40 minutes from my home to pick the vehicle up; once there, the manager in training told me that there were not minivans (but nobody called me or sent me a message to let me know).

When I asked him for an alternative, he said that there was another vehicle, but with extra charges, otherwise, I could go to a farther city for a minivan; nevertheless, after waiting for over 20 minutes to reach the other agency via phone, resulted that they ran out of that kind of vehicle.

I was backed into while getting gas in my work truck. This lead me to having a rental truck provided me by the insurance of the gentleman who hit me. My truck was fixed I turned the car back in and my 50 dollars was returned.

A week later an unauthorized charge was made against my bank account for tolls. In the rental agreement I was never made aware of a charge back for tolls. I did not sign or initial anywhere authorizing this charge. Customer service tried to say I was contacted and didn't pay my tolls, but after I explained to them it has only been a week since I turned in the rental the story changed.

We showed up today, 6-22-19, at 12:04 pm to pick up our rental car and the employee(s) were GONE. We had been told we couldn’t pick it up until 12:00 so it was frustrating someone couldn’t have called us about a problem.

We called the person (Jessica Howze) whose business card was at the desk but it only rang back to the desk. Upon calling the national 800 number we were told it was impossible to get anyone there to help us and that the office was closed the next day, Sunday.

They offered us a car in Albuquerque, which would have been 100 miles (200 miles round trip) in the opposite direction. Shame on all of you, especially Jessica..

The availability of vehichles in the wilson nc branch is absolutley terrible. They never have a car when i have needed one in time of need. Corporate needs to address the issue and make changes. I have no desire to waste my time with enterprise again.

I rented a car on may 30, 2019, in the Uniontown center and i told them that i would return it the next day May 31, 2019, at a auto repair Mike's auto service which is in Masontown. I told them that i would need it ONLY the one day, when i got to the shop, i called the rental center no one answered so i sent a text to the email that i received several notices from and reported that the car was at Mike's.

I had a positive experience until it came to the refund. I expressed the day when I returned the car, the bank account had been closed and I would like to receive the refund in the mail, the manager on duty and customer representative agreed. Two days later, I was asked by a customer service person, what did I think about my overall experience? I told them it was positive, and I have used enterprise a lot in the past.

The customer service from the head manager Mike at the downtown loction in Milwaukee,Wisconsin was Beyond awful. I never been treated so badly by a company only thing he didnt do is call me bad names. I felt truly disrespected as a customer .

An the cost for one day plus insurance was 55 day. I will never rent from this company again. This was a terrible experience. Only good thing that came out whole experience they had a running car.

99 on her debit card, I do not believe she should be responsible for paying the charges, it was to be covered by the insurance company, they told her they will not refund the deposit that she signed an agreement with them, can you please let me know how such a big corporation can take advantage of a young first time renter who was not at fault and was trying to go to work to support her daughter, she is single mother.

I had reserved a car to be picked up at the Albany Oregon location. I was to pick the car up at 3pm Friday the 26th of April. When I arrived at that location to pick up the car I had reserved I was greeted to by two employees sitting in their chairs not willing to get up and help me.

On March 9th 2019, I reserved a car rental for 3/14-15 returning on the 16th . I scheduled a pick up for 9:00 am. I received an email reminder on the 13th of march via email. On march 14th, the day I was to be picked up and taken to the rental company on 103rd st.

I had the surprise to found out .. If I used my car insurance or the RBC Visa insurance, there is a loss deductible charge by Enterprise of a $1000. Last week, I filed a complaint about an item that went missing from the car I rented from the Tustin Auto Mart Office. When I dropped off the car after rental, I accidentally forgot a shopping bag that contained a few items. One of the items was a dress (new with tags and store receipt). We rented a van in Marlton NJ and drove to Oviedo Fl. when I returned it to the dealer in Oviedo I was instructed to take it to another location 5 or 7 miles away, I did that. When I arrived at the new location the first person I saw said " he does not do trucks" he said the truck person names Abigail was out he said just leave it.

Wednesday January 30th 2019 at 11:05 am Dwight from enterprise called me to discuss yesterday 01-29-19 experience and any miscommunication that may have happen with is staff. I do not see how this information is helping me get around driving wise.

I rented a car from Enterprise in Trooper, PA on Thursday January 03 2018 around 5 o'clock pm. They asked me how long I would be renting and I told them less than a week. They had me pay $400 as a down payment. I returned the car on January 10 around 5:30. I was told at the store that I would be receiving a $150 refund. Days later $300 was deducted from my bank account. Some time later the $300 was returned to my bank account. Then, $150 was DEDUCTED from my bank account. I was greeted by a rude customer service representative by the name of Layla at the Waveland, MS branch office on the afternoon of Dec. 13, 2018. After the verbal argument we got into over a credit card issue she phone harassment every day for over a two week period to bring the car back before mine was finished at the body shop.

This was where I had to go to rent a car due to the insurance company of the driver who hit my car. The insurance company said they would handle the situation with the Enterprise and I should do nothing.

I left my camera, a Nikon D7200 with 18-300MM lens in the rear on the floor by driver side on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at about 1:40 PM at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Car Rental building (drop off). I came back from the airport trying to recover it and had the lady from Enterprise Pick Up Area helping me finding it.

No star should be available. Wife rented car from Enterprise Alabama yesterday, November 13, 2008 for doctors appointment tomorrow the 14th. Young lady called this morning and told us they were not sure about having car for this evening and promised return call by 4 pm today. Wife called and they are closed, no car. I booked a car about ten days before I needed it - pick up date October 23rd, 2018. The day before I was to pick it up I called and asked if I could change the pickup time from noon to 4 pm, since I volunteered at Red Cross that day and didn't want to leave early. The enterprise operator - this was for Asheville, NC, Tunnel Road - said certainly, he would change the pick-up time to 4 pm.

When I arrived on the 23rd at 4 pm to pick up my car I was told it had been given away because I was not there at noon to get it ; either the person I had talked to the day before had failed to transmit the message or the person receiving it ignored it.

I was told no more cars were available.

After I pitched a fuss, the Enterprise counter person got me in touch with Avis and I rented a car from them.

I went into the Milton Fl. office to make a reservation for the following week (today, 10-19-2018). I was qoted $35 for my one day rental. This was what I expected as I had just rented a car for one day the week before from the Pensacola, Fl. location and had been quoted the same price.

When I went in to get the car this morning the man gave me a price almost double what I was expecting...$61 and change. When I complained he wouldn't give me the price I was quoted but ended up giving me a whole 10% off which meant I still paid $55.97.

My mother Justina Bradley rented a car on Friday Oct. 12th agreement # 3RVQCR. The car was a weekend rental and returned on Monday evening before close.

However in the process of returning, the young lady that check her in stated that she had dented the passenger front door underneath, but that dent was apparently there when the car was received by my mother on Friday but was unnoticed by the person doing the walk around on Friday due to it was close to closing.

needed to return my car to a different location. called spoke to helpful person she gave me the new location address and noted in my reservation that i would be dropping off the car. whenI arrived at the location after having driven 9.5 hours I was told before my second foot was out of the car door that they don't take cars at that location. I've been a business customer since 2013 . In November 2017, I had to cancel a rental. At that time, I had over 4000 points. We assumed that the points would be added back to the account. My company hasn't rented a car in a while because of organizational changes.

We reserved a car thru Priceline to pick up at the Casper, Wyoming Airport. Priceline quoted us one price. When we arrived in Casper, the cost was $300 more. The vehicle also had a cracked window. We had a 14 day trip planned.

Three days into our trip, the window started cracking worse. Stopped at the closest Enterprise location to find they had no cars to trade for the unsafe car. They called the Enterprise locations within a 100 Miles with no luck.

I been a loyal customer for over 15 years. My cousin retired from Corp in Houston Texas and she made me a believer of Enterprise Rental.

My problem has been with Moreno Valley Office. Now My issue is with a coupon I got in the email for 12.99 per day rental. Me and my business partner went to Riverside on University Ave and I presented the coupon. The rep told me that I was gonna be booked at that rate for an economy car.

My insurance company sent my information to rent a car while my car was being repaired. When I did not hear from Enterprise, I called them to confirm the reservation and set up a ride from the repair shop. All was confirmed.

When I arrived at the repair shop, Enterprise arrived within minutes to take me to their Georgetown location. Upon arriving at the Georgetown location they took all my information and then pointed to the board where are the keys are located. It was empty.

He said, "We have no cars". I was flabbergasted. I had a reservation made well in advance and confirmed twice. So I said, "Well I guess I have to find a way home". He never offered to take me home.

On 08/06/2018, around 5:15 pm, I arrived at Enterprise to pick up a rental car. The customer service representative who identified himself as Nicholas Anthony Wright, Assistant Manager was very condescending and rude; as he tried to convince me to go somewhere else to rent a car.

After I chose not to take the optional insurance, Mr. Wright requested my insurance information. However, I was not aware of this process; as I have been a customer with Enterprise Rental Car since 2009; corporate and personal rentals. Therefore, I did not release the requested information.

My car had a tire issue and needed to get in to my repair shop on Friday, July 27, 2018. The car store kindly gave me a lift to the nearest Enterprise,on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis, IN To facilitate my pick up after the repair, the car repair shop also offered to deliver my repaired vehicle to that Enterprise so

I could pick it up after hours as I work 8-7. The Enterprise did not have any rentals available - and I understand as I did not have a reservation - but neither did I plan on my own car breaking!!

The staff told me to call the Enterprise 800 number to try to locate a vehicle. I did manage to get one from the Shadeland Enterprise; and they were kinf enough to drive to Pendleton Pike and pick me up.

07/13/18 I rented a vehicle from Enterprise due to my vehicle being serviced at the dealership. I called the Location (Enterprise) 3 times- 07/17/18 5:09 PM informing them that the oil change light keeps coming on every time the vehicle shuts off. Its annoying.

The rep says that the vehicle was serviced and it may be that nobody updated the system in the car to show complete so it does not pop up. I informed her that the sticker shows past due, she explained the same they did not change that.

So when I get down there to pick up the car the manager tells me my insurance is more because . 13 a day he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I feel strongly I was taken advantage of and I had a witness with me.

All I was asking for was the money back for what I never wanted was the damage waiver. So if I don't get a reply now within 3 business days then I will go to channel 7 on your side
