Ok I'm a first time customer. I went on line and reserved a car for July the third to the sixth. 13 a day fine. I'm on a fixed income so I need to know exactly what it's going to cost.
So when I get down there to pick up the car the manager tells me my insurance is more because . 13 a day he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I feel strongly I was taken advantage of and I had a witness with me.
All I was asking for was the money back for what I never wanted was the damage waiver. So if I don't get a reply now within 3 business days then I will go to channel 7 on your side
