GE, I am complaining about my back child support that was reported and I haven't received it. At this point it is showing it went there. But there was no transaction made. They know it but keep making up stories and very excusable explanations.

BUT LISTEN TO ME, there WAS NOT A CARD ISSUED FOR THE $3,000 and some change until this year. And I discarded the old one in 2012. EPPICARD sent me transaction of payments and it didn't show any spending transaction.

So where us the money. Someone stole my money. 10 days I will notify the FBI. for fraudulent.

I order a card and they said 7 to 10 business days. Then my card never showed up. Then they said we can place another card for you in which it will take another 7 to 10 days to get here.

After you don’t get your card the first time you shouldn’t have to go through another process of eating 7 to 10 business days. Then they blame if the the postal services or the country no it’ is you’ll problem period and it needs to be a better system in place and they don’t have a customer complaint line and

t no one to follow up about your complaint so how do we know if a complaint was ever made period

I been told it was fraud in my card which is not true I have my own card nobody never touch it ! Everytime I call it either I’m on hold for hours , or getting hung up on than they try to act like they can’t hear just so they can hang up I been calling for 2 weeks now !!

They told me to send my id in I did to resolve the case now they lying saying my id is expired when it not !! I have medication I have to pay for I been in the hospital sick dying because I can’t buy my medication I need cause they holding my money !!!

I send my social passport and I’d in still no response it say 3-5 business hours it been weeks !!! Then when I did get a response they saying lies my id is not expired till 2028!!!

After 1 year of being disrespected by employees of Eppicard/Condulent, I was able get my stolen funds returned with assistance from FDIC and CFPB. Don't even waste your time arguing with three incompetent people working for EPPIcard. Report the fraudulent charges with them then contact FDIC and CFPB immediately, or you will be left frustrated and broke.

Eppicard has been a disgrace since it’s inception in 2004-2005. They never have live reps to talk to. Money goes missing and they never help to reverse the charge even when you show proof that it’s fraud. I’m convinced the company is stealing money from recipients.

When you do get a live rep, they are rude and less than helpful. For everyone getting child support or spousal support deposited to this card, switch it to your bank account, switch it to chime, switch it anywhere! But get rid of eppicard.

They should’ve been shut down a long time ago and somebody needs to open a class action lawsuit against them.

Do not use Eppicard to receive any payments! My child support deposit was stolen from my card on the same day it cleared. There are four separate gas transactions in one day for outrageous amounts. I immediately called EPPICARD to cancel the card and get a new one, cost $20 to expedite, complete bs since I'm already in the negative due to my money being stolen.

EPPICARD customer support is trash, full of it. They lie and transfer you all day to other departments on the phone, half of them can't speak of them can't speak English and they place you on hold to supposedly review your account but the phone disconnects all of the time.

EPPICARD agents tell you to complete a fraud questionnaire they mail to you and they will investigate so they may be able to provide a provisional credit during…

These customer service people I had the unfortunate luck to deal with today could not tell me where my money is, that was sent to them yesterday. Told me to call back tomorrow or the next day. What kind of company in this day and age not be able to give me more information?

They really got my blood pressure up this morning. I can't stand people that have no disregard for their customers needs than this...... I have no patients for people who refuse do their job correctly. These state agencies all have attitudes and they get away with it.

Eppi card seems to be doing the same.

95. My card never made it to me. It went back to EPPICard. I was told I get a new one with free Express shipping. They shipped it to the wrong address. I was told my card would be charged then reversed.

I was charged $20 twice and none of it was reversed. Customer service got on the line rudest guy I ever spoke with. And told me they don't do reversals on card shipments. Well tell ur employees stop lying cause that's what they ALL said.

In July I was hacked. I'm a single and disabled mom of 3 boys. My last support payment I was planning on buying school clothing and supplies with. I am EXTREMELY low income. com. I called the auto service because online doesn't log in with EPPICard doesn't work. I had $13!!!

I just got a $420 deposit & had saved an additional $60 in my account. I finally got a person online. They transferred me to fraud depart. Someone cleaned my child support payment out. Small transactions constantly and in 3 days I has $13 left!! , I was told.

I've NEVER had neither of that kind of transaction before. Eppicard took my info, promised me it would be taken care of and they'd send a queso that I had to complete and send back. I explained to them I was desperate.

I order a card October 22nd I was told it would get to me in 10 days i still have not gotten it. i spoke with a supervisor today Larry 2548 he was so rude to me. i asked for my card to be set ASAP without any cost to be because i haven't gotten it yet and its past 10 days .

Someone from the website called Google Play stole all my money starting August 2021 & September 2021 off my EPPICard. I contact EPPICard about in September 2021 about fraud on my account. The EPPICard Rep. say she'll send me a fraud paper to fill out but I never receive the fraud paperwork.

Do I need to go to my local Police Dept. to get help? Can this person be sued for using my credit card? Can I press charges against this person? I have proof of the Google Play dates when they was stealing my money.

Why is it so VERY HARD to speak to a LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON?!?! When I called the state of Wisconsin to get help the first rep was very kind & somewhat helpful. The second one.... Wanted to argue with me after I've asked for her help repeatedly about why I was calling another state & when I had questions about not getting any help for activation for my card with a live rep.

They deny your fraud claim because “they just can” and take your money! With absolutely no explanation. This card is not secure and to be honest I’m starting to think they are the scammers themselves. State does nothing about it knowing what they do to us.

I opened a claim for fraudulent charges on my account on April 19th. I received the paperwork for temporary reimbursement on the same date that it was due. I immediately contacted Eppicard services for an alternated method to send the information and I was provided with a fax number. End of May, I received a letter stating that the investigation was closed and to contact Eppicard for investigation information.

I contacted the helpdesk and requested the documentation. Nothing has been received to date. Contacted them for a 2nd time on June 9th to request the documentation and reopen the claim. No documentation has been received. I have made multiple attempts and no one is able to give me any information about the status of my claim or my investigation documents.

So i made a few purchases on amazon and they were a little pricey, and i made a few back to back and then my entire account got suspended, and theres no way that i know of to get it unsuspended, no customer service to call because when i do it doesnt let me talk to somebody and this is bullcrap, i need a lot of this stuff for school and its annoying that i have to go through this in the first place, its clearly me on my account using my card to buy my stuff, so

There is no easy way to contact a real person. I called several times to make different selections hoping that I would connect with a live person. The only thing that happened was my card was charged .50 for each call after the fifth.

I have used my card from California for years. I moved to Las Vegas and started having issues. Cant use card, can't withdraw my money and I have bills to pay. I was transferred to level 2 at direct express.

Which did not have my information. I held on the phone for 2 hours the first tan 2 more hours the next day. One lady hung up on me and I to start the process all over again. I still am waiting on hold.

I have submitted my weekly claim for my unemployment since April 5. Unemployment confirmed that i have funds on my Eppicard but I have yet to receive my card. I called weeks ago and was told that it had been mailed out on April 14th, but i still haven't received it.

i have called customer service numerous times and it keeps hanging up on me. I need my card. What further steps do i need to take to receive it??

I honestly don’t know how this company is holding all child support accounts. The one place I would have thought my money was safe would be on a state issued card.

However to find out they are more fraudulent then any other company I have ever dealt with. I had obvious fraud and over a month later and 5-6 hours gone in my life sitting on hold for any representative and still no answers.

After looking online and seeing the same complaints and same story over and over, I now wonder if this fraud scam is internal. I wish someone with power would look into all these complaints because something is seriously fishy and a company who refuses to help or answer you calls shows the true colors And what’s really going on.

Less then a star you should give an option for 0. The women who answered my call was extremely rude and when I asked if she could transfer me to a manager after he completely cut me off and transferred me at that moment without even helping me with what I called for.

So then the manager gets on the phone, a man and was just as rude and he is well did not help me he pretended like he couldn't hear me the call was breaking up and told me thank you for calling and hung up so now here it is after waiting for 20 minutes on hold in less than five minutes on the phone with both of them I still didn't get to update my phone number which was all I was trying to do.

My child support card was compromised or duplicated, and I discovered someone had been using it in another state. Getting in touch with a live representative has been more than a hassle. I have never been able to access my account on their website, it would not allow me to do so in 12 years!

I have tried to contact the number for customer service on the back of the card many many times, and have waited on hold for hours and hours. I have since been able to process a fraud claim, and obtained a police report to go along with my case, and my card was canceled.

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!!! I used my card and they suspended it for possible fraudulent use. I've called the Fraud Division number in San Antonio, TX numerous times and no one will EVER answer. It goes straight into a hold message where you sit.

It has been close to one week, and I have not been able to view the transactions related to my account for my daughter's child support. The account became in a negative balance, I tried to verify why and could not. I called customer service twice and was told different reasons as to why the account was charged and balance brought to a low, however I cannot verify my transactions due t the website stating maintenance for a week.

-5 Stars! I called to only receive a replacement card and change my address to where I recently moved. After hours for trying to speak with someone and not the animated service I was connected. I went through the process and provided all info required.

I even repeated the info given and ask rep to then repeat it back to me to insure everything was correct. I requested expedited service to receive my card on time which was $20. $20 feaking dollars which is completely outrageous!

I was told by paying this amount I would receive my card in 2/3 business days. The rep told me that my card should arrive that Wednesday by UPS no later than 9m at the latest. I then asked the rep for a confirmation/tracking number which she stated it will be emailed to me right away.

My card expired July 2019. Since August of 2019 I have been calling to get a new one. I was told my address need to be updated, which customer service did, then I was told by customer service their system won't issue the card because they updated the address.

It is now October 1st and they still haven't issued me a card. Each time I've called like now I've been on hold and transferred 5 times and on hold. It's been 3 and a half hours! This is ridiculous.

For this reason I will no longer be using this service. I will now be using direct depost. I just want my 270 dollars. I was told by the supervisor that there was no complaint line to place a complaint but I found this one. Please help

okay im not really writing a review. this company sucks on so many levels it is unfathomable that they are a business. but i found a way to get a REAL person on the phone. call, put in your info, press the option to listen to your last 10 transactions, after the robot lady reads those off, then it gives you 3 more options, choose the start a dispute option, you will get someone in disputes and

they can transfer you to whatever other department you may need, but do expect to be on hold for a LONG time! may the odds be ever in your favor, deuces.

Zero stars. Waited six weeks for a card that I still don't have. Spoke to four different call center personnel (unknown, Steve, Wanda, Natalie), all promised (a week apart) the card would be mailed. Six weeks later, a rude supervisor ("Raoul") says they all submitted the requests but there was a "glitch" so no card was mailed.

He refused to send it expedited shipping, refused to provide his name, refused to provide any explanation for the "glitch," and will likely not mail a card OR create another false glitch. These are the lowest possible denominator of people and the company should be shuttered for incompetence.

If I could give a negative -5 star I would!!! I have been trying to contact a customer service rep all day. Every time I call the phone disconnects. Its nearly impossible to get superior customer service out of this company.

I work for a large financial institution and this would never ever be allowed. I needed help and my info and card was not recognized so how does a person get thru to customer service? IMPOSSIBLE. YOU REALLY need to update your auto options and customer service.

I am not sure how you are in business based on this matter alone.

I did an online transfer from EPPIcard to my back and it never went through. Customer service and their supervisors have been no help in locating my missing funds. It has been over a month now and still no movement on finding where my money went.

I have filed complaints with the state of Georgia, the state of Texas and the consumer finance protection bureau. I keep being told I can not speak to anyone else other than customer (non)services reps and supervisors. At this point I feel EPPIcard has stolen my money and is refusing to give it back

The WORST card Anyone could have in America! I called in today at 10:20am inquiring about my deposit. Long story short. I spoke to Venus and she was so Rude and kept over talking me! Asked to speak to a Supervisor!

After 30 minutes of waiting, I called in on another line while on hold, merged the calls, and got another rep to get me a Supervisor. Marcus Jackson (Sup) from first call finally answered at 10:51am. He was just as Worse as the rep.

I have a performance pays card through my employer. It was hacked into on our secure website. I was able to cancel the card and I was sent the information to dispute charges. The company heading is EPPICard.

However, I have no way to access my account to dispute the charges. I Was told that I would be sent statements of charges in the mail. I did not. I received one charge. I have been trying to contact the company for a week with no success.

On hold for over 2 or 3 hours. There is no email address or physical address on the heading. I am believing that perhaps this company is the hacker. I have contacted my corporate security and plan on reporting to the better business bureau.

I will NOT let this drop.
