Honestly wish I could do less than one star. I've been fighting with esurance for over a year when their insuree hit my car and drove off. The agent Katherine Bigsby refuses to answer any of my calls. It takes MONTHS of calling everyday to get a call back- which her remarks on said call is never helpful or accurate.

I actually had to take their insuree to court because esurance refused to actually look at my car, or acknowledge that it was a hit and run from a police report. to which esurance refused to talk to my insurance.

Bigsbys supervisor Christopher Price also refuses to return any calls or answer them. It took contacting my state insurance department investigating to finally get esurance to admit they were responsible. Still waiting for full payment for damages to my car.

The claims agents at this company do not answer the phone or return calls. Its so frustrating. I've been trying to get an answer for 2 weeks! I just want to know if my car is going to be repaired or totaled.

I've had a claim out since May. Lawanda Holman has been my total loss adjuster since June 13th. I have yet to talk to her because all of my calls go to automatic vm. I tried reaching out to her supervisor Matt but got VM as well.

This has been very expensive. I have always paid before time & was expecting prompt service. I'll be looking for a new insurance provider after this.

Ooh my God where do I start...Called in because I hit a deer late st night on a dark interstate and told "no one here to get you a tow truck, you're going to have to get your own" seriously that's why I pay for insurance. Try to reach anyone is impossible it's the phone tree from hell. Can't wait til my policy is up for renewal, horrible service if any at all.

my jeep grand cherokee caught fire so i filed a claim 10 months ago , my jeep had 150,000 miles on itr and was worth 13,000 to replace it with another jeep with the same miles,, they are paying me $7000 after my $2500 deductible... they have left me feeling violated ,abandoned and betrayed..

Don't be fooled by their polite and helpful customer service staff. These people will bend over backwards to help you, but it's a whole different world when it comes to CLAIMS. No way to complain except emailing claims@esurance.com and who knows if those ever get reviewed.

Claims processing is so bad that they don't even let their own customer service staff have access to view them. There's no one to turn to for help with your claim. You call for help and if it's claim related you get sent directly back to the dungeon where the claims department thrives. When they say "waiting on" it means nothing is being done.

I'm in week # 6 of "waiting on" approva". My car has been at the Ford place for 6 weeks and Esurance still have not authorized $2,250 for repairing it. I have a $500 deductible,…

Waiting for a refund check that was sent to me in the mail stead of putting it back into my account. You took the money out my account on 15 March on 15 March. You told me that she was going to send me a check it is almost 2 weeks later and have not received my refund check it does it take long to get a refund Check in the mail.

Is this the way you treat customers the world should know all about your company because this is not fair. If I had a lawsuit, I will file one today but don’t worry I am contacting my local TV station and the BBB to tell them what I am going through and maybe they could help me. Thank you .

My car was damaged by your policy holder on 10/28/2022 . I provided 3 estimates from local reputable collision repair shops. I asked to receive a cash settlement of the average of these three amounts. I was told by my agent Alicia Jones that a settlement was impossible.

The only way I can proceed is to put the car into a repair shop. I believe that it should be my choice as to how I use the reimbursement funds. Your policy holder hit my car- your company is suppose to satisfy me. Linda Hershberger 1-813-453-6869

They are trying to screw us out of money on a claim on a Ford focus. Saying that all the damage is only about $500. When it is well over $500. Two windows, a back windshield and body damage.. then proceeded to tell us that are $500 deductible is actually $1000 deductible when I know for a fact we had a set a 500.

They are criminals, and I will never use them again.

Lack of communication. My adjuster only has called me one time, left no voicemail & refuses to actively communicate with me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, in which they would contact me within 24-48 hrs. It's going on 3 days.

E-surance adjusters are cut rate. I'd rather pay more & get quality service instead of what ever 3 ring circus E-surance is running. I was in a no fault accident & have yet to find out who's ins is covering this.

Since i didn't go with one of "their" shops they are second guessing estimates from legitimate repair shops. Do they think I'm at fault & that they have to cover everything, idk, they never called me to discuss this. I've called, sent messages & even my collison repair shop called & sent emails. Nothing!

I don’t know who to talk to anymore. NOBODY IS HELPING WITH THIS CLAIM.

It has been 46 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to the auto body place and they said the car just kind of fell thru the cracks. They said it is a total loss. This needs to be settled. I am paying for insurance on a car we don’t even have. This has been such HORRIBLE service.

I’ve been waiting since October 30 for my car to be repaired. The adjuster doesn’t call back or email neither does her supervisor. Frustrated and just not knowing what to do I paid out of pocket to have my car towed and taken in for pairs.

The worse experience I’ve ever had. But plan on taking them to small claims for rental and tow expenses.

On September 16th, 2022 i was sitting at a stop light when a Druck driver hit my $103,000 corvette. Well this guy in his big truck pulling a trailer hit me. 4 at 2:00 in the afternoon. Driver also fled the seen i had to chase him down.

They have only called me once 7 weeks after the accident. # to fix it and now they don't answer me or message me about the car. Totally avoiding the claim. I have called them and complained to higher up but they don't call me

July 28th 2022 esurance customer hits my car passenger side front wheel damages the body the strut. The impact drove the axle into the transmission transferring damage all the way from the rim to the suspension linkage drive shaft strut in any and everything else connected to that suspension area.

The total sum of repairs is that $2,630 some dollars plus the automotive shop charged me $200 for the dialysis to my car suspension quote. I've contacted and forwarded this information over to esurance claims department / Leslie Thomas/einsurance email.

I have called insurance I've left messages with Leslie Thompson Brittany Davis claims and adjusters email and phone numbers. These people have declined and denied to contact me back and resolving the remaining portion of the issue with my car.…

My husband was involved in an accident with your insured on 13 October 2022. Your insured party’s name is Troy Smith (policy number PAAL008612742) … the claim number is 220730149 and the assigned adjuster is Tonya Wilson. Troy Smith was cited for failure to yield and admitted to the officer that he fell asleep at the wheel.

Troy Smith submitted a claim and when I called your company, on Friday the 14th of October I was given the claim number and the adjusters name and phone number. So far I have called on the 17th, 18th,19th, and 20th with recordings of not available or on another line.

Each time I left a detailed message and have not had a response. Later on the 20th I called customer service selecting “new claims” and spoke to Sarah who said she would connect me to a supervisor …..…

I have been waiting more then 2 months for my claim to be handled.

First I wasn't a signed an agent then once my car was deemed a total loss I have only been able to reach my agent ONCE. I have called more then 5 times as well as emailing her. With ZERO response I had to purchase another vehicle in the meantime because no one told me there was a rental car option.

so how am I supposed to put food on my table if I can't work?!!? This is ridiculous.

On 8/20/22 I was in a car accident. I filed a claim with Esurance on 8/20/22. After being contacted by the claims department on 8/21/22 we communicated until 8/23/22 when I was told my claim is being transferred to the Total loss department after my vehicle was inspected and Esurance took the vehicle.

Today is 10/5/22, I have not had any communication from Esurance since 8/23/22. I have made several phone calls to esurance, left multiple voicemails for the total loss department rep that I have contact information for and I have left voicemails for his supervisor and all calls go unanswered and no call back..

I have emailed a few different people at esurance multiple times with no response. I have messaged the rep on claim360 that they set up with no response, I have commented on esurance…

I have had two claims with this companY and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!!! I never spoke to either of my claim adjuster the first one Megan she emailed me back twice but the last one I have not spoken to or got even an email from them.

I can’t my adjuster supervisor and her supervisor and still not one response or call back. I had to call them to get someone to actually come take the photos and then two weeks later had to call again to have some random guy show up to take my truck I didn’t want to give to them I wanted to keep it but

was told I might not get my money and when I call they tell me they send me to someone besides my adjuster who can help the out me on hold and send me to my useless adjuster who never answers or calls back so…

Not being able to talk to anyone about my claim I have called Luke Stapleton 5 times as of today I still have not received a answer I called a Rebkah never got a answer from her I called Luke Stapleton supervisor Debra Chablis she is out of the office till Wednesday every time I call they send you to who is taking care of your claim so I have no results they did put in for me to rent a car but unfortunately I was unable to rent it from enterprise I ask the last person today which answered me if I could put in for my daughter to be able to rent the car because she is on my policy also she told me no problem and

said let me get someone to help you with that I was sent right back to Luke Stapleton so no answer there all I need is for someone to be in for me a rental car in my daughters name…

I had a car accident 6/24/22. It was a hit and run accident and my car was totaled. I have tried to get updates on an ongoing basis. Despite having full coverage and uninsured motorist coverage I have yet to be paid for my car and I lost my job due to not be able to get to work.

It’s 8/5/22 and I’m no closer to getting a new car than I was in June. I had to move out of state to live with my parents since I have no job. I will never have this insurance again.

Assigned to Alyssa Damon… claim adjuster 336.331.6610 Claims@esurance.com, we were assigned to this person and when called her voicemail said she’d be out until July 5th, 2022. Tried calling her again every day after and voicemail said, she would be out until July 20th 2022. This is unacceptable and Esurance should have moved the claim to someone who would available. Esurance sure has payments set up to come out of our checking account, but when it comes to taking care of what I pay for is an entirely different situation it seems.

I was rear ended 7/13/22 by man who Carrie’s esurance. Spoke with claims rep who lied and stated I could only submit photos for estimate and was denied my right to have an adjuster inspect my car. I have the number for esurance adjuster and supervisor -both numbers lead to dead voicemail boxes that instruct you not to leave a message as it will not be returned!

The number in voicemail message that you are directed to call, is the same one you called in the first place. Adjuster ph#336-331-6634 Supervisor 336-331–6624 -try calling either, they don’t work. Claims representative took down information wrong (accident was on 7/13/22 not 7/03/22, which I asked 3x to be corrected. It was not.

More than likely will have to go through my insurance FOR AN ACCIDENT I WAS NOT AT FAULT FOR. Called…

Absolutely horrible customer service , no accountability for terminated employees that wasted my time and money paying for a rental car that the claim sat for a week with no resolution. Dropped my vehicle off 6/20 after hitting a deer, and it’s the 13 of July and it’s in the same condition as the day I dropped it off.

Parts haven’t been ordered because the supplemental estimate is still awaiting approval. In the mean time I’m paying for a rental out of pocket because when my policy was transferred from my truck to my current vehicle, I never told the ASSociate to transfer my rental reimbursement as well.

Even though my last 4 vehicles have had rental reimbursement. Will definitely be launching a formal grievance with an attorney.

Involved in a multi vehicle not at fault accident on 6.11.22 and almost a month later (today is 7.5.22) there's still no appraisal on damage, no loss adjuster assigned and no estimated time for claims completion. My claims representative never initiates contact with me unless I email and copy he AND his supervisor and even when responding there is no actual update. No progress is seemingly being made.... The supervisor is equally bad. To date she has refused to respond to any messages sent. ATP seriously considering getting an attorney involved to file a suit for NOT IN GOOD FAITH.

It's worth mentioning Esurance was MY insurance company.

This is the most horrible insurance company and customer service I have ever dealt with. I was involved in an accident on 5/27 and was hot by a person insured by this company. It has been 32 days and I have yet to have any adjustment or information feom my claim.

They sure don't have a problem taking my insurance payment every month, but when you need help or have a claim they can't help!

An esurance policy holder caused damage to my vehicle. It is now more than 3 weeks later and I get no help after multiple calls. No one can get me an estimate nor a direction in which to proceed- and the car has to be repaired. We are leaving for college in 2 weeks and this should have been repaired by now- and we haven’t even had a quote.

Esurance has terrible customer service. They will charge you a high premiun and wgen you have an issue it will not get handly timely or with care. Working with the claims department would be compred to working with a group of thugs that just want steal from you.

After a wind storm in excess of 90 miles in hour my roof got damaged. Missing, lifted and loose shingles and also hail damage my claim for roof replacement was denied. The only compensation I got was for missing shingles.

I had to pay out of pocket for the roof replacement. I sent multiple emails,made phone calls and nothing helped. I sent pictures in my roofer took and it was still denied. I never had a claim in 25 years and changed insurance now.

I can not recommend this insurance.

The rep handling my claim, Case Simone Gardner, is probably one of the least useful human beings I've ever met. From promised call backs that were outside of the time I told her I was available, to emails asking when I was available then after I answered minutes later I get an automatic email repy that she was in training for the next 3 days so

would get back to her customers when she got back so until then, I wait some more. It was finally handled by a supervisor but this lady was absolutely useless and likes to play games. Not cool.

My car was hit by a deer in november 16, 2021. I filed a claim and the representative assgined took two weeks to follow up with me. the adjuster sent to evaluate the damage never communicated with myself, or the body shop.

they came took picture and left. another two weeks went by and I kept being told the claim was "in review"! by the time I got someone to contact me they said the car was totaled and it was too late to do anything about it.

The car WAS NOT a total loss! I drove the car to the shop and the repairs were NOT over 74% of the cars value. Now Im being told the car was deemed uninsurable and the representative assinged to my case are on extended leave of absence.

I have NO ONE to talk to about this. This claim was not handled properly AT ALL FXP-0671817

No stars. My truck has been in the shop since October 2021, it is January 2022 and I am still going back and forth with Esurance. I have had 4 to 6 claims adjusters within the 4 months. No one make me or the collision center aware that my case have been reassigned.

I find out by calling the 1800 number and holding for 2 hours before anyone even answers. Then I am forwarded to voice mail with no return call after leaving several messages. They continue to close my claim with out insuring that the vehicle is fixed or being worked on. Then they go MIA.

Every last one of them goes MIA after one transaction. This company sucks and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

LaShonda Moore is my adjuster at esurance. I spoke with her once on Thursday the 23rd about my claim. Claim number and as in Nancy why a as an apple 0220 982. She was supposed to have my car towed to the body shop I submitted to her.

It is now Tuesday the 28th and my car is still sitting in the tow yard collecting fees. I can't even get a hold of her and she will not respond to my phone call or emails. I need my car!!!! 708-374-2698

On October 16/17, 2021 my car was hit while parked in my apartment complex in its designated area. I noticed the whole front end of the car on the ground as well as scrapes on the left drivers side. I called the police who took all of my information and filed a report of a hit and run.

From day 1 dealing with Esurance has been a hassle. I had the car taken to a Esurance referred shop after taping up the bumper (Service King) my car was cosmetically fixed but nothing was done under the hood per (Chris) Manager.

My car now drives like a truck can not accelerate over 20mph. steering wheel veer towards the left while driving (which is very dangerous) I was treated poorly by each representative I spoke with. Had to beg for reimbursement (which I have to-date not seen) my claim was denied and…

We don't even have a choice in this situation, we're forced to deal with esurance because our parked vehicle was struck by their insured. Although we are the claimants, the financial burden of a rental vehicle has been placed on us while our claim has been mishandled for over 2 weeks at this point.

The adjuster and his supervisor both do not return calls/respond to emails, and getting the information of the supervisor's higher up is impossible. The only progress we make is when we spend an excessive amount of time on hold to speak with an unrelated adjuster, and half the time those adjusters try to get you off the phone as soon as possible without helping.

They are trying to get us to sign over POA for the retrieval of our vehicle's title without do much as having presented total loss…

I called esurance last night around 8pm for a lockout service. After countless phone calls and promises to figure out what was taking the locksmith so long, no agent called back at aroud midnight it went to bed. No one ended up showing up.

Thank goodness I was at home. This morning when I called. a. He showed up early and was very nice. Hey Esurance I am from Wisconsin and whomever is on 3rd shift was no help at all.
