Honestly wish I could do less than one star. I've been fighting with esurance for over a year when their insuree hit my car and drove off. The agent Katherine Bigsby refuses to answer any of my calls. It takes MONTHS of calling everyday to get a call back- which her remarks on said call is never helpful or accurate.
I actually had to take their insuree to court because esurance refused to actually look at my car, or acknowledge that it was a hit and run from a police report. to which esurance refused to talk to my insurance.
Bigsbys supervisor Christopher Price also refuses to return any calls or answer them. It took contacting my state insurance department investigating to finally get esurance to admit they were responsible. Still waiting for full payment for damages to my car.
