On 04/27/2018, I spoke with CS Sherry about not renewing my policy on may 8th due to my policy increasing 3 times, and I found cheaper ins through Geico, which was to start on May 7th, 1 day before it was to renew. She told me that I was getting a refund because the policy is paid 1 month in advance, which I received the refund on the 30th.
On Aug 3rd, I received notice that my registration was canceled on July 24th due to a lapse in insurance. On the 3rd I called Esurance, speaking to Kim, who supposedly, after listening to the recording, told me nothing could be done because I approved the cancellation, which I disagreed, asking to speak to a manager and wasn't allowed to.
