1st Etsy unjustly closed my shop. 2nd they are holding the money I earned for 6 months, even though all orders are shipped. 3rd they refunded 2 customers this week, even though the orders shipping. So now the customer has the product AND got their money back.

In the 1st case they refunded, the closed and refunded within 45 mins not giving me a chance to comment it had shipped. The 2nd case they refunded, I fortunately was in my email when I got the notification. I quickly comment on the case, and directly addressed Etsy to not refund since it had shipped.

They didn't read my comment and refunded the customer within 26 mins. I just want my money I earned now and not in 6 months since I've already have to come out of pocket due to the reserves they placed on all my orders instead of pay…

There is no way to get support or assistance with issues or problems from Etsy. The phone number listed as corporate is an automated message that states it does not accept incoming calls and instructs you to use the website. e.

if you mention shipping you will get the entire shipping policies FAQ pasted into a response email). Trying to reply and engage them only results in a battle of nonsense and useless information and repeated re-verification of your account asking you for your5 account name and email address, even though you need to be logged in to contact them to begin with.

It is clearly a patt4ern to waste your time hoping you will just go away. Currently they will not allow orders to be marked shipped or completed without forcing you to buy shipping labels through Etsy, and they…

I have been trying to get a refund for over two months from a buyer that I bought a really unappealing ring from. It was nothing like the photo, no sparkle, no dimension. just ugly. So, I sent it back.

And I sent it back with a tracking number. These people have been dogging my emails left and right and have closed my case already so I cannot even open a case with Etsy to help me try and get my refund they promised to give me back and

this ring was 60 bucks not including the shipping that I now have to swallow. Etsy makes it very difficult to get ahold of them to do any king of transaction; they just care about collecting their share of the money.

Not good business at all. I rather shop on any other site from now on. My pictures are better on Esty messages closed cases.

Etsy has suspended my account when I reported a scammer they’re protecting, cause they make money out of it. They tried to silence and intimidate me by suspending me instead because I spoke out and fought for myself. Scammer has scammed me out of about $2000

Etsy offered zero help or resolve. Etsy protects scammers.

I had a problem with an order regarding color of an item. However, the much bigger problem seems to be Etsy's customer service regarding the problem. They apparently do not actually read the complaint and/or message threads and use cut and paste responses that are not appropriate. They eventually closed my case in error apparently due to not reading the thread. After spending much time on the phone explaining to someone at Etsy the issue, they agreed to re-open the claim; but they put me on hold for an additional 45+ minutes before disconnecting me. The claim was not reopened and I was not otherwise contacted.

I like Etsy except for their customer service.

Date of Suspension: 01/14/22

Appx two weeks ago (just prior to Christmas) HeavensDirt.etsy.com was an account with 5-Star reviews, assigned to me legally. Since then, I haven’t even sold an item as I worked behind the scenes in order of getting the site ready. I even paid to upgrade platform (01/11/22) only to be suspended with no notice, no explanation. And though their Terms of Service clearly state they can remove anyone for any reason— who would think they could (and would) operate with that level of impunity.

And while this is a healthy learning experience, and motivation to sell from my own dot.com— this infarction cost me a bunch of money, and they should be held accountable. Can’t imagine I’m the only one this has happened to. No way.

Star seller program has unethical requirements that make sellers unequal. If you make a mistake by replying to a customer in the old thread you have together already (instead of replying in a new thread the same customer started by mistake), you lose points as if you "failed to reply to that particular new thread", and

you lose your star seller rating. they don't care you have addressed the customer's question. They only care about you replying to all new threads like a stupid robot. Then they count how many sales and how much money you made to decide whether to give you the star Seller Badge, This is unethical.

I ordered Christmas paper on Dec 7 from Portland OR. I live in California. She did not send out the paper for over a week and now the mail is slow. I needed that wrapping paper for Monday morning to give a gift to my doctor.

So, I had to go to the store to buy some because of course it did not arrive. I do all my shopping online, even groceries, but I had to drive 25 miles to buy the wrapping paper that I needed for today.

There have been a few problems with other sellers because of the slowness of the mail. When I contacted her, she was very sarcastic, not at all helpful. Didn’t offer a refund, because I no longer need that paper obviously.

It has been almost a month and Etsy scroll button does not work on the 1 page get shipping labels customers orders. I have called and also chated 4 time now. It works only on tablets and cell phones but not on labtops.

They always say the same thing they are aware of the issue. as you can see that the scroll down button is fadded so you can not scroll down.. why is it taking so long to fix this problem

My overall experience purchasing plant and seed on Etsy is a resounding POOR. The issue is following through on the sale. You make a selection and are expecting to get your plant order processed and it remains in limbo for up to a week.

I figure I could have had seeds delivered in the time it has taken Etsy sellers to ship. But the money flies out of your PayPal account post haste. One seller explained that they are given from 5-7 days to ship an order.

That was not made clear at the time of sale. I have decided Etsy is not the place to order plants and seeds online.

My account got hacked bc someone logged in, changed my password and my email. I contacted Etsy support bc I couldn’t even use my email to register a new account. And my banking information was connected to the said account.

Etsy said they would escalate the situation but didn’t bc I never heard back. They also didn’t close my account. I never saw fraudulent charges from my bank until A MONTH LATER. Over $860 charged to my bank from the person who hacked my account.

And of course I can’t get in touch with an actual person at Etsy to rectify this issue. I have a credit union so of course they are no help either.

I needed help changing my bank account number. Etsy prompts asking for your old bank account number - which is a good thing. But my account is old, and I have no record of my bank account number. The original bank was acquired and mergers occur so there is no way for me to trace it.

I contacted Etsy support and the response was how to deposit money. They didn't even read or understand my issue.

00, I received it, I thought I was missing a piece because it did not match the picture on line or in the package, I wrote her and she said it doesn’t come with the broom, but my friend got stamped pieces of the broom, that’s mis representing in the first place ,then I I started to stamp , I had to tack on my block ,it did not give me a good image, I did that about 6 times, so

Horrible company with horrible customer service. Seller sent me the wrong item and now I am out the money without any reasonable resolution, such as a no cost return or a full refund. Etsy support refuses to help and continues to tell me to deal with the seller who is not helping at all.

Save yourself the time, money, and headache and do not shop on Etsy.

Will not accept my Visa card info, when I fill it out and try to go to the next (review order) completely wipes out the card info and I have to fill it in again. Same thing happens. Can not get past to card info screen to check out.

Had a physical sticker shop for 1 year. Heartofmyday. Performed ok at best. Opened a digital planner shop 1 month ago Plannersheart and it outperformed the other shop in revenue and activity within a month. Everything is original art. Ran ads for a while there and yesterday stopped the ads.

This morning the shop is deactivated by Etsy with no email, no way to contact, phone numbers refer you to the website, which you can't sign into (deactivated), the chat session I was able to get on ended abruptly and you can't reenter. Guess they block me AND waaitt for it, yup you guessed it, Etsy owes me money.

I ordered and paid for an item from keystreetvintage at Etsy on 4 Aug 20,, today, one week later i messaged the seller and asked if they were thinking about shipping the item,, They immediately cancelled my purchase , refunded my money and replied with a very nasty and belligerent response in which they belittled me and called me names telling me they would never sell me anything ever again,, Wow, I was flabbergasted at their hateful vitriol, I have successfully shopped at Etsy for many years but

these unscrupulous sellers have given them such a bad name that I think I will cease to shop there anymore,,!!!

If I could give it a 0, I would. How does a company not correct an issue? This was my first time dealing with Etsy. I placed my order and then got a notification saying I wouldn't get my product for a few weeks due to COVID-19. Understandable.

What's not understandable is not being able to get the product I ordered over a few months ago. I had two accounts - one personal and one for work. I ordered one item for work and another item for my home.

They took it upon themselves to send both items to one address, and they decided to send it to my work address. I was off from work for two weeks, upon my return, neither product showed up. Checked with the office at my apartment, nothing there.

There offensive Blue Lives Murder t-shirts being sold on Etsy - this is unacceptable and vile for a group to promote the murder of others. Don't all lives matter??!! Doesn't Etsy review products that sellers are listing for sale? I ordered an item from an Etsy dealer.

It came damaged.

The dealer said that he would mail me a prepaid envelope to return in.

The prepaid envelope never arrived.

I want to return the damaged object. Of note. The mailing envelope was not damaged but the item was damaged.

Etsy deactivated my account. Etsy contact person Bernadette (aka Bernie).

Discover CC is checking into this for me as I won't be paying for damaged goods.

I informed Etsy Bernie that this has happened to me before--I received damaged goods and Etsy panders to the seller of the damaged goods and I am stuck with the damaged goods.

Check my account. It is the last item that I ordered.

I ordered bridal dress buttons from a company called Timeless Findings and they debited the money out of my account on April 12. They said it would be 2 day shipping and It is now May 19 and I have still not received the buttons.

I have contacted Timeless findings and they told me they are not responsible for the item once it goes to the post office. I also ask for my money back but they have ignored me. The item was to be delivered by USPS and I have also contacted them to no avail.

The tracking # is 9300189843901372843440. I no longer need the buttons as I ordered them from Wawak sewing supplies and did receive them in 2 days. I would like my money refunded and if the buttons ever come I will return them to Timeless Findings.

I ordered a Christmas engagement ornament in November, thinking I had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. It is December 26 and I never got it to give to my granddaughter for Christmas. It was from Snazzy Nest and I was never told that it would take over a month to receive it (if I ever do) I am very disappointed and was not told how long it would take for this to arrive.

I doubt if I will ever order anything from Esty again.

I ordered a pattern for stuffed elephants, simplicity pattern #7140, from Nancy's Creations, in Portland Oregon, 10 days ago. It has not arrived as of today, 12-18-2018. I have sent her two emails, and got no response either time. Ad said one day shipping, which I doubted anyway, but wanted these to make our grand kids a Christmas present.

As of 11:40 am, here in Victoria, Texas,77904, I have no pattern, and have still not heard from the seller. The seller still shows patterns exactly like the one I ordered. " I'm very disappointed with this vendor at this time.

I’m hoping someone can please assist me with my ongoing problem that I have been concerned over for many days now. The problem is with Etsy not depositing my funds into my account since the technical issue that occurred on the 6th due to Etsy changing agencies.

Since then I have entered my bank details correctly several times but I have had no luck in receiving my funds. I have called my bank and checked my details and there is nothing wrong from my end. Etsy is not responding or resolving my problem.

I went online at ETSY, one of my favorite websites, looking for Star Wars gifts for children for Christmas. I just typed in star wars. I was shocked to see a nude woman sitting on a couch completely nude except for a storm trooper mask on her face!

This was in the name of art apparently. Tits for all to see. Just as shocking was seeing a woman's bare buttocks hanging out thanks to another artist seller. All this for young people to see who are looking for that great 1970's Star Wars toy for Christmas.

Is Etsy now the primo shopping place for beginner porn? I don't Facebook but someone should put this out there. Parents need to know that nudity is now on Etsy, so keep the children away. So disappointing.

Etsy closed my account saying I was connected to another shop which sold tee shirts. I sold only my hand made doll dresses. They just took down my shop and on top of that in 2 months time I have purchased from other shops over $200 in sales for them.

We ordered a Quimper plate (#1065885831) from Dutch Antiques, Etsy # 1094978242. The plate had been broken in transit, when it arrived on 12/24/15. We contacted the seller and sent him photographs of the broken plate & the package. 62.

We have attempted to contact Etsy several times to open a case against Dutch Antiques and have been frustrated at every turn.
