I waited at time given hotel given and they never stopped so I missed my tour of Victoria Gardens. All I was getting back was $127 and meanwhile gave Expedia over hundred dollars to be able to get a refund.

The refund I can't call until I know exactly where I am going The actual trip was $430 plus I gave a hundred for this coupon. I do not ever want to use Expedia again as they take advantage of their customers.

I rent a car through Expedia ( surprice rent a car) on 17th August from Milan and they told me that there will be a shuttle bus from the airport. I reached at 10.00 PM and been calling the number, but no response. I called them for more than 100 times and finally one lady answered. She said the pick up will come and wait at exit no 17 at the milan airport. I waited for more rhan 2 hours and no one turned up. I saw one car with the name Surprice rent a car but he didn't even stop. I went to their office and it was closed. I called back many times and no response.

I bought a Business Class return ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Europe via Expedia Malaysia website. While in Europe, I wanted to change the return part of the flight booking to be 3 days earlier. I tried to make the change using the Expedia App (logged to my account) but, although the option to reschedule my flights was there, it simply did not work (tried many times). I then called the Expedia Customer Service telephone number in Kuala Lumpur that was given to me at the time of buying the ticket. This was not a toll free number so I had to pay international call. I booked several hotel nights through one of Expedia's travel consultants. I received my email confirmations, but they did not show in my Expedia account. forcing me to either scroll through all of my emails to find it when checking into the hotels, or figure out a different way to find each reservation!

Nor would I receive ANY points/credits in my ONE KEY account! What the heck!?!? WHY would anyone use a travel consultant if that is the case?! including a lengthy cruise (which the consultant has told me will count toward my One Key) but how do I trust this?

I searched all through Expedia to find a place to make a similar complaint as this one, but guess what???!!!! and I'm way too old for jumping through hoops. fix this!

I made a reservation online which I thought I was talking to the hotel. 99 service charge , was told I had free cancellation When I canceled it they charged me the 1599 I called and spoke to someone and told them the situation, and they said it would be reversed, and it never This is very bad business.

I was going to book a flight and wanted to check if my flight is refundable since my plane could have changed at any minute. Your agent on the chat assured me that you have 24-hour cancelations. No exceptions were mentioned, and he didn't ask me which flight I was going to book.

I booked 2 round trips and realized that I had chosen the wrong back date. I am going back to change it, and it says that my flight is not changeable and cannot be canceled! I chat with your agent again, and he says that for this airline, the 24-hour policy is not working!

On August 30, I spent all day on line trying to book a flight to Canada. I used the App and a on line service offered by Expedia. I had to enter my information(name and billing info) to purchase my ticket, once I pressed submit to purchase my ticket, the system told me to try again( I did this about 15 different times).

I tried to call Expedia but wait times were horrendous. I reached out to a virtual assistant, three different virtual assistants, all promising to help me, they couldn’t, with no valid reasons why. I got admitted in hospital due to a cardiac arrest on 20th August 2023 and I have a flight scheduled for 27th August 2023. I've been reaching out to Expedia and Swiss airlines both and they keep blaming on each other.

Hi there I would like to file a formal complaint before taking legal action against Expedia and the services I have received. I have made numerous attempts with over 40 hours of my time . I have been consistently lied to , received abusive behavior from horrible customer reps (all that have been recorded).

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by both Expedia and Funjet during my recent vacation booking experience. As a loyal customer of Expedia for many years, I expected a seamless and reliable vacation package, but what I got was an absolute nightmare.

Worst experience in my whole life. 07. Than it took two hours until you got me later flight because early got filled in meantime. I had to pay again to get next flight and on top of that on second ticket you did not add 1 luggage up to 23kg which I originally booked and paid, even you said charge will be the same for second ticket.

So I had to pay at the airport another 50 euro for luggage. This is bad customer care. I expect someone to call me immediatelly after this message is received and I expect full refund on everything. Or I will report this to next level for higher cost.

Atrocious, I wouldnt even give them 1 star. They shared my credit card details with the hotel I was staying at without consent, whom charged me out of the blue for nothing as I had already paid Expedia for my booking, prior to the stay.

After 2 weeks of chasing through emails, twitter and Facebook, speaking to over 15 agents, I still haven't got my stolen money back. DO NOT USE, the most unhelpful, fraudulent company, so inhumane and cheating. It should not take weeks to merely get a response that does not resolve the issue, I am absolutely aghast! The response from Expedia Customer Support basically is "Buyer be Aware" - customers should do their homework. I also discovered that booking a hotel or a flight via Expedia, you are not eligible to receive any Hotel or Airline Frequent Program credits. Paying for a non-discounted rate + not receiving any hotel/airline points, I will not use Expedia for my future bookings.

Expedia does not seem to be an ethical company with providing a good Customer Service in mind. Stay away unless you don't have other choices.

Expedia refused to obtain a refund for a fully paid for car rental when the company refused to rent us the car we had booked for 8 days in Crete. The car rental company demanded that we get an international driving permit (not needed and tried to send us to a fraudulent website) and then when we provided evidence that we did not need an IDP refused to rent us the car as we were delayed due to 3 flight delays.

When I contacted Expedia the following morning they basically just said tough luck and that the car rental company refused to refund them so they refused to refund us.. 17!! Shame on them. Expedia should not list this company on their website which has multiple complaints of fraudulent activity.

Expedia agents have no idea what they are doing and they give you the run around when there is an issue. I believe their job is to make it as hard as possible to get a refund so that you will just give up. Here’s our story.

I made a car rental reservation with orbits using my debit card which there website said I could tge took my money and maid the reservation with sixt car rentals. Sixt accepts debit cards but not at airport unbeknownst to me.

I booked a private mini van transfer from Cancun Airport to the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya hotel. However, the mini van did not show up to pick me up from the hotel to go back to the airport. I contacted Mexico Travel Solution, but they refused to send another mini van to pick me up.

I purchased a hotel stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Anaheim, CA through Expedia. I was only provided a receipt that grouped all of the taxes into one amount. I started calling Expedia on @ 5/16/2023 and requested an itemized receipt.

Originally I was told that I would receive the receipt in 3 business days. After a week, I did not hear anything back, so I called again. The second time, I was told the exact same thing, and again was told that they would escalate the request and I would receive the itemized receipt within 3 business days.

They got over time really bad. Hands off and let the property owner pick up the bill when they send your way "bot" reservations, not a real customer, no real wat to contanct with missing credit card information (no CVV and ZIP).

Had to cancel a hotel reservation due to Covid last year . I also took out the insurance plan as well through Expedia website . I emailed and called numerous times with no response back . Affirm ended up turning this booking over to collections . I emailed and finally recieved a response back almost a year later and now they want a form filled out from my doctor from a year ago . I send them my medical record showing Covid and this highly unacceptable. Poor customer service from Expedia . First of all the only trip i will ever spend with my father has been disappointing. He spent the money to get TSA in which he will never use again, and Aerolingus says they don’t put TSA on their boarding passes.

Then complaint relates to my booking reference W3KSQZ made through Expedia with Austrian Airlines and concerns: 1. An attempt to change the Prague to Vienna segment to an earlier flight (from 1115 to 0730) due to insufficient transit time in Vienna airport (25 mins being impractical to transit through the Schengen formalities for UK passport holders). In this case it is held our by Austrian Airlines that Classic Economy customers may change flight segments paying only any higher costs of that segment. However, Austrian airlines maintain that in the case of a flight booked through and agency the entire booking must be remade with a rebooking fee (10,000 CZK) assuming no higher segment charge.

When I arrived at my destination I realized I didn't have any email or calendar notice of my car rental booking, and had no idea where I had gone to book it. In frustration I booked a new car rental on Expedia, only to discover after the booking that the first car rental was right there.

I tried to cancel one, it wouldn't let me, I tried to complain to Expedia - I started the note "no booking was emailed to me" and the auto helpdesk emailed me the current booking and cut me off, and wouldn't let me type further.

A customer service agent said they were cancelling my flight and having my credit card charges refunded. They never did this. When I called to see why the money wasn’t returned to my credit card company, they said they had no record of my call.

I booked a trip with Expedia from Vancouver BC to New York May 18-22 with 3 friends. Expedia /Delta changed and cancelled our flights. 3 times giving us zero choice in the end but to accept a flight that cuts our trip short by a day.

My boyfriend and I booked a ticket to Portugal on May 16-17th. We were informed we needed to rebook with an Expedia representative because the first connecting flight was canceled from Denver to JFK airport, so we called and agreed on a time from leaving Denver late May 15th- and

arriving early on the 16 -to waiting to depart the evening of the 16th so we could still make the connecting flight with our friend to land in Portugal May 17th.

However, we received an email saying that the flight was booked with the same agenda that we needed EXCEPT for the dates of the 16th, 17th, and 18th, which we DID NOT agree to. When we called about the change, and no one was willing to accommodate the mishap with someone booking a the flight made on the wrong date on Expedia's behalf.

You received payment for 2 Air Canada flights from Victoria to Vancouver but you never paid Air Canada. We had to scramble to find replacement flights. Why don't you just reimburse me for the cost? I have filed complaints and am getting tired of waiting.
