Expedia is a horrendous company to work with. If you ever try to contact their customer service department, it will take at least 3 hours because every question you ask, you get put on hold for at least 10 minutes.
They then come back with none of your questions answered. I was unable to use my flight credit through the website for some reason and despite seeing over 11 flights at a certain price, they would only offer me flights at $1,200 over the price of the ticket online.
I was on hold for over 3 hours and still could not speak to a manager or have my questions answered. And I still haven't been able to use my credit that was given over 3 years ago due to a GLOBAL PANDEMIC.
They refuse to issue me a refund and they want me to just have $5,000 in credit go to waste. I am beyond…
