I deleted my account with Express Scripts and I was still sent prescriptions. I called to return and was told returns were not allowed. I am being billed for medication i did not need or order. Please assist.

They debited my account two times for $723 for one prescription of $723. I have not received the prescription and they will not reimburse my money. They will not escalate my complaint. They will not help me in anyway.. they charged me $1400 for a $723 prescription: again, I do not have a reimbursement or my medication and I need both.

I had a prescription and prior authorization. sent over on 2/1/24. As of today, 3/6/24, I have not received my medication. I have spoken with representatives of Accredo on multiple occasions since February 1. Each time I was assured that they had all of the information necessary and I would be receiving my medication the next business day.

Once again, I have spoken to an Accredo representative today and been assured that I will receive my medication tomorrow. The customer service is terrible. The employees are rude and condescending and make up excuse after excuse as to why they have not sent your medication.

The prescription number on the bottles are too small and too long for 70 year old eyes. Also, the automated computer seems to have a problem understanding and recognize my voice. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

I was prompted to set up a delivery for medication, and I informed Express Scripts, known to me as Accredo, that I needed to know how much it was going to cost before I consented to the shipment. I was told an estimate of $1,908 and that it could be adjusted once my insurance, Regence, was contacted, and the copay amount confirmed.

We set up a tentative shipment date of March 8, 2023, reassured that I could cancel. The medication arrived at my doctor's office, The Portland Clinic, on February 28, 2023, unknown to me until they called to set up an appointment for injection.

I refused as I was never told how much I would owe if I went forward with the injection. I attempted to call Regence myself for an estimate but they were not able to give me one without a Diagnosis Code, Procedure…

I verified with Express Scripts that a prescription for a G6 glucometer would be covered and I was given the amounts of copays. My doctor sent in the prescription and after going back and forth for 3 weeks between my doctor and express scripts I received a text today that it’s not covered. Really?

You waste my time and you weren’t going to pay for it anyways. This is not the first incidence with express scripts. I only use express scripts with medications that I absolutely have to and I moved the rest of my prescriptions to my local pharmacy long ago.

Express scripts is very unprofessional and down right disgusting. You need to do better for your customers and especially military retirees. I hope you are out of business soon.

On Tricare I am very disappointed I had a scrip that need to be filled 2 weeks ago the stress moved the milligrams up and changed so I got the new one today I received the old and be and was charged 50$ more again.so I called and got no help this is very disappointing. Express Scripts was unable to fill my Mounjaro prescription. I was told to get it from Local pharmacy. After doing so, the copay was $75 for one month supply. With Express Scripts I usually pay $65 for 3 month supply. This is totally ridiculous.

I was on the phone for over 1 hour spoke to 5 people and no one could help me. 00. Any Express Scripts need to carry the medication. that is totally unacceptable.

This prior authorization is a bunch of crap. I had been take Bydureon for years controlling my diabeties and out of the blue Exspress Script just stopped sending my meds and said i need prior authorization and now my diabeties is out of control.

I told my doctor and gave her the phone number associated with the prior authorization and she said exspress scripts said I need to take Trulicity and they denied for me to continue takiing Bydureon. I looked up about Trulicity and there are a law suits pending against that company.

So she prescribed Ozempic and they said I have to try other stuff first which is a bunch of crap. In the mean time, I have to try and figure out how to control my diabeties again. If it was up to me i would cancel the government contract they have with Exscripts.…

Joke of a company - They make sure they save money but in the process make the customer go out of there way, jump through hops for their medications and then turn around and not cover them unless you do exactly what they want which is costing me more money.

I pay weekly out of my paycheck for insurance only to be told I have to here then more there, and then again.... HORRIBLE

I have been on the phone over 72 hours between Accredo and Express Scripts over a billing error. I made a 3k payment and you put it in a "ghost account". You have been told to transfer it to the real account but everytime I call I hear, "It takes 3-5 business days" so call back after the 5th day.

I do that and am told, "Oh, no one put in that request so I will re-do it and it will be 3-5 business days". We are due for a refill but can't because they are demanding payment. The payment is already there but they say they can't override it.

It is an endless loop of excuses!

I have been denied, delayed, given multiple authorization on my Cymbalta brand name. I am allergic to the generic and offer only advise on withdrawal symptoms. I am on an emotional and medical rollercoaster with their pharmacy.

I am developing stomach problems, breathing problems, blood in my stool for stopping abruptly because Express Scripts lost my information and all the faxes my doctors have done.

Been waiting for over 2 months for test strips and insulin :( I have waited for months for my diabetic supplies and am currently paying pharmacy cash price to even survive. It is costin me 45/week to just CHECK MY SUGAR !!! They have the correct prescriptions from doctor and they have 2 cards on file (Old one cancelled due to theft and notified them immediately) For some reason their system keeps billing the old card and declining my order. I have no balance. They had replacement card same day and the old one was removed months ago by them supposedly when I called)

I have called 4 times and each call was unorganized, unprofessional and it seems to be everyone’s first day. Each time - was told it was resolved

Had multiple issues getting medications. I do not get to talk to supervisor, the customer service on phone talks to supervisor. I've asked to talk to supervisor recently due to another issue with a medication I have taken for years with out any issues.

I was told it was unavailable for me. When I talked to my provider who perscriped medication it was not unvailable. I explained that to to customer service rep. She said she had to talk to her supervisor because she didn't understand what it was saying on her computer screen.

When she finally got back to me, she said it was available to "commerical clients' but not for DOD clients. I had no idea what commercial clients were, so I asked. She told me that is was clients that was not associated with military but had humana for insurance.

I have been trying to get a Rx refilled for 2 weeks today I have 4 pill and express scripts is saying will process in 10days so what do I do till they ship in? When I tried to have local pharmacy fill the prescription it is blocked my Express saying to soon.

I have to pay full price to get refill. I have spoke to 6 people today and no one can get the block lifted. The phone line is a joke. The local Walgreens said they don’t have time to stay on line for an hour like I did.

Cigna insurance needs to change to another company.

Company is terrible. It is nonresponsive. I have several prescriptions with them that I ordered 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive. My hypertension medication has been out for 2 weeks. Every prescription I ever ordered from them has been late or arrived not at all.

If I could rate minus10 stars I would.

My asthma prescription they covered at 40.00 the next month 463.00 talked to a rep said it was all taken care of found out it was not talked to a 2nd rep that was useless insisted that I take the 3 month plan at a pharmacy I don't go to. Told them I was out of my asthma spray and she offered me a consultant. Worst company ever also I have no idea what country I was talking to could barely understand them

In the last 34 days Express Scripts has questioned and not filled 3 prescriptions prescribed by different physicians. I am sure cost is the issue. I have used 1 of these prescriptions for 15 to 20 years and it has never been an issue.

I have spoken with three ES representatives. Two of which have been supervisors. Your service is more than terrible, It has been essentially criminal. An Amlodipine prescription was lost over a month ago. I called to report this and was told I would receive another in three days.

It never arrived, despite having spoken with a supervisor who said I would receive a prescription. I called again and spoke to a supervisor to report I was running out of the prescription. He agreed to authorize a thirty day prescription filled by a local pharmacy and that I would receive from ES, within three days, the remaining sixty pills for the 90 day limit. Its been two weeks.

No prescription arrived and I am again within 10-12 days of running out. No message from you! I receive at least five prescriptions…

Effective 8/1/22 Express Scripts changed their policy on how often you refill prescriptions. They did this with no warning to patients. Therefore if you’ve filled your prescription every 27th day or every 28th day be prepared to have problems after 6 months.

I’ve been trying to contact Express Scripts to appeal this and have been told that I need to contact a supervisor by various people. I’ve called Express Scripts. I’ve emailed them through their online link on their website. I’ve tried chatting online.

All have told me I need to speak to a supervisor but I’m never able to reach a supervisor. There are no forms on their website to file an appeal. There isn’t even an address to contact them. I emailed them to get an address and I was told that information wasn’t available.

Zero stars. The absolute worst customer service experience. I never get my medication on time (important ongoing meds). Our company provides them as a carrier, but most employees don't even bother using them anymore. If your provided doesn't use express scripts, you are out of luck.

Get ready to pay a ton of money for your meds because this company will only cover them through the mail, which they make nearly impossible.

There prescriptions are almost always late. You will spend hours on the phone. They will frequently tell you when they have messed up and are not going to be able to get you your prescription in time that you should use a local pharmacy. Do not use them.

My wife had a visit to the local ENT Clinic as a result of some allergy issues. The Doctor call in a script to the local CVS. We were contacted by CVS and was told the the Scrip was denied.

- (ALA-HIST IR 2MG TABLET) I contacted Express Scripts and was told that this med was not covered. I ask if thee was a generic and was told that this script was a generic. This an unsatisfactory answer. Has DOD/Express Scripts have a specific reason for denial of this specific drug.?

Should I contact DOD or my senator to get a better understanding.? By the way this has happened to a number of my retired Military friends. I eagerly await your response.

I’ve been having problems with Express Scripts for the last two years and it always seems to be the same issues with medication omeprazole and Celebrex it’s either having issues with approvals because it is a Worker’s Comp. Acacian or prescription written out correctly because I cannot take a generic medication because I get very sick from it or the doctor didn’t send in the rating for this prescription but

I had a UTI; an enlarged prostate, which led to Sepsis; spent a long week in the hospital. I was catheterized; received 2 full weeks of daily IV antibiotics at home upon release. I could not urinate fully, or, drain my bladder for a long week after catheter removal. My Dr.

I called into Express scripts multiple times from a providers office and it is super difficult to ever talk to a real person. When I finally for to someone in the PA department she said she was going to transfer me to someone in Mail Order to further assist me.

When I got transferred I was immediately sent back to the main menu and had to again wait and press multiple buttons to speak to a real person. When I reached someone again Shanethia answered the phone. Shanethia was super rude and hard to understand because she was mumbling and sounded sick.

When I would ask her to repeat what she sais she became extremely rude and started yelling what she was saying at me. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I have recently been denied 2 prescriptions. One is the Ozempic that I take for pre diabetes. I have finally got my numbers under control and at a healthy weight in about 26 years and now I am very upset bc I know I will have a huge set back.

The other claim was my sons Auvi-q. This is a life saving medicine that my son has for his severe allergies. I am upset that you would deny him this medicine. It could potentially save his life. I have worked to hard to get healthy to have this kind of set back.

The next step was weight loss surgery that I know you are unwilling to pay for either. I am horrified you are willing to put people’s life in danger so you guys can save money. What are we paying insurance for!

My wife has cancer and uses a medicine called IBRANCE which should be used on a continuum basis, without interruption. Express Scripts is QUICK to take payment from our bank account but incompetentantly SLOW to deliver critical medication. In fact, when calling at different times, with different people, we get conflicting and contradicting information about medication preparation and delivery.

Critical medications MUST be processed with PRIORITY. Get your stuff together or I will submit a Congressional Investigation requesting that whoever has the existing contract for TriCare support be terminated due to poor and incompetant service! Re: Sharon Erskine 01/22/1942 IBRANCE

Need to give Walmart the contract back, Walgreens hours are very poor compared to Walmart. Walgreens Pharmacy is closed on the weekends and are open from 0900 till 1700 which makes it extremely hard to pickup a prescription . Walmart on the other hand is open on weekends as well as being open from 0800 till 2100.

You really need to award the contract back to Walmart as their hours are more compatible with a working person.

I had my Dr send a prescription to them. I wanted to price it first, plus I have a limit that anything above $500 needs my approval. 14 from me without me say "yes I approve". I have tried to talk to them and all they say is that I changed the way I pay for prescriptions so that was approval.

I never got a price, I never said yes it is ok to go over $500. They refuse to refund and take the meds or anything.

First, I would like to say that I have never had an issue with Express Scripts until today when I called about a missing shipment of prescription medicine. I never received a shipment of two prescription refills that were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox.

After trying to get somewhere with the auto-bot, I asked to speak to a service representative. The auto bot confirmed what I said and then tried to solve my issue anyway. I asked again to speak to someone and was finally connected to a live person.

The rep' said all she could do was create an early refill and charge me my usual copay. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and 6 minutes later a pleasant person came on, but ended up telling me the same thing.

I then asked to speak to a manager, and about 10 mins later a not so friendly…

I have called to tell them to take syringes off my account and to never fill them. The postage of dangerous materials is very expensive. $40 compared to $2 if I pick them up myself. My dr office has been notified and I covered all the bases the customer service told me when the again sent them by accident. Well it happened again!

But this time the service agent was an asshole to me and said it is still my fault and I’m paying for this tediculous error. I left a voice message with my office again to make sure they wouldn’t have sent something I didn’t ask for.

But again the last operator assured me my account was noted and I made every effort to prevent. This is on Express Scripts I can’t ask them to take this down if I don’t know they going to keep being stupid!!!

On January 18, Dr. Pranav Goody prescribed Labre2 Sugar Test Sensors and sent them to Express Script to fill out. Though I paid for the medication & shipment, today ( January 26) I contacted Express Script, still, they didn't ship the medication to my address. It was a completely irresponsible & reckless act by Express Script to play with the life & medication of human beings.

I was supposed to originally receive a prescription 1/3/2022 (per email) for an order that was placed for Nov. 25, 2021. The order would process Dec. which did not happen :{ then per emails I would receive this order Jan. 6 (today).

then later it never showed and the website (fedex) says they did not receive the package and were waiting for it; and I had also called and talked to a person at fedex as well and they also said they never received the package from Express Scripts! Express Scripts by way of computer created a label but never provided the physical package for Fedex to pick up....

Express Scripts created a label for 2 day shipping giving estimated delivery Jan. 6 since the label was created for a package to ship out on Jan. 4th....…

I have no medications left, Express Scripts knows about it. They received a new script from my doctor but they still don't see the need to ship it. Express Scripts just don't care about there customers and always have an excuse ready.

So I attempted to order my migraine meds on 11/26/21 bc I was out. They offered 2 day shipping or overnight. Good thing I questioned when the order would be processed bc they neglected to tell me it wouldn't process until Monday 11/29/21.

So I would have paid for expedited shipping and still would have had to wait. The representative told me I could have a local pharmacy transfer the script out and I could have it filled locally. So I did. The rep neglected to tell me that my insurance only pays for that medicine through ES and not locally and also neglected to tell me that once it was transferred out they do not make phone calls to transfer it back.

I ended up having to call my Dr for a new script. Fast-forward to Thursday 12/2/21 afternoon and…

I am retired and my Medicare plan has Express Script as Part D provider. First experience is horrible. My previous insurance had Ingenio-RX for medication supply and I had 0 problems. If order placed today it would be processed and shipped on next day.

So when I placed my first order with Express Scripts on November 12 I expected day or 2 for processing time.

However after week I called and was told that my order is "on hold" and nobody could explain me why. On November 19 (evening time) I called and spoke with representative (ID EC5063) and lady promised me (after conversation with supervisor) to submit my order to pharmacy for processing ASAP.

She also could not understand why order was delayed. Next morning (November 20) I called again to verify that order was processed and shipped.…

Horrific experience with a customer service representative. We called to ask about a rejection for a prescription that we did not submit to express scripts. The customer service representative was dismissive, rude and disrespectful. We would like a call back by a manager to discuss the situatoin.

I am the managing director of a billion dollar subsidiary of a 4 billion dollar cusomer. We have 100,000 employees in the United States. If this is how you treat all our employees, this is of great concern to me.

Prescription sent to them on 9/11 and not shipped until 9/20. I ran out of the 30 day supply on 9/18, and it is a C2 medication. They ref me to local pharmacy repeatedly, but the could not give any medication early due to c2.

Refused to cancel order and said I must wait until the end of the following week regardless.
