Charged debit card without authorization, then ADDED an extra pet fee without reason. I only have 1. I need compensation. I am homeless, and messing with my money is unacceptable.

They are letting people live in their room and bring their whole house with them this one lady is always making moved on all the men at this hotel and the manager or worker just think it's funny and don't do anything they let this lady get away with way to much and she is always in people's business she needs to be stopped and these workers are less what she does and this is not good for your business I hope yall look into this it's at one in georgia

Booked in Ramsey NJ for a month, only stayed 1/2 0f the reservation, not like the pictures they show on web page. Place was a little shabby looking overall. ). The coffee bar in the morning was a joke, most of the days no sugar, oatmeal for a few days, out of muffins a few days.

Forget about hot water for a shower it was warm at best, who'd dare use the washing machines at with warm water. Bathroom sink had a very slow drain after using it and the faucet had a screen like a shower head and splashed water all over the place.

used more towels to wipe off the vanity top then washing my hands, Don't know who the manager was but they were doing a BAD job. Will not ever go to Extended Stay ever again and tell all forget about the place.

The general manager ignored policy placed on the building smoking in front of the entrance and exit doors constantly and was very rude when asked to explain why my reservation was being cancelled and removed from property without any proof of any policy being broken I have video evidence from a trained law enforcement officer that the policy in question hasn't been broken also I reached out to regional and guest relations I will be pursuing this matter fully and all participants will be held accountable for these unprofessional practices

I have stayed here for about 4 years. And this is the worst I've ever seen it. They won't let you do anything. They don't give you anything. The service is just downhill and there's not a single decent employee that works there.

I stayed at the Extended Stay America facility located on Equity Row from Oct 21st through Nov 5th of this year, and I wanted to share a few observations. The staff were very friendly and helpful-no problems there. The facility itself was run-down and littered with trash-it was so bad that I took it upon myself to walk the grounds picking up the trash. This is unacceptable.

There are street people gaining access the facility at night and creating havoc-I was kept awake several nights by individuals roaming the halls, obviously impaired. The facility needs to be locked tight after 10 pm. The room was not as clean as it should be, especially the floors.

We stayed at the extended stay in castleton Indianapolis recently for over a month. We never had our taxes taken off after 30 days. she was extremely rude second time that happened. Telling us we had to check out due to the hotel being booked which it wasn't.

My husband Joseph Redendo was thrown out of his room due to disorderly conduct(so they said) and could not prove it. I spoke to the police officer and everything was fine.

However, the dirtiness and smoke from cigarettes and pot made it extremely unhealthy to stay there. Extended Stay America billed me and then the next day threw my husband out on the streets having no place to stay, but his car.

They did not have sanitary rooms, no one was ever at the front desk, and people would be smoking inside the hotel. I am asking for my refund back so my husband does not need to sleep in his car.

I had to buy a skillet, dishes, dish towels and utensils. The amenities listed on the website weren't available to me upon arriving at 4575 Frontage Rd. Hillside, IL. Extended Stay. In addition to that my refrigerator is making a loud rattling noise and I have to turn it off for it to be quiet.

I was told by the front desk, that I have to take out my own trash. I will have to pay for daily towels and toiletries because they no longer provide these amenities which is not listed on the Extended Stay website.

First off all I've been staying with you guys for years over different periods of time as a traveling nurse and I've never had any issues before this period of time. I unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer and fell on hard times causing me to pay late a couple times but I have always paid .

While a patron at the Charlotte Matthews location 2 of my vehicle tires were slashed, to add insult to injury the office team found it necessary to have my vehicle towed after I personally had put the car on Jack's and removed the slashed tired in hopes of getting new ones.

This has ultimately cost me my vehicle! I could barely afford the new tires but when I discovered my car was towed WOW now the cost has tripled! $470 had I been able to retrieve it that following day. I was not therefore a $75-$85 per day storage fee has been applied.

Des Plaines, IL location. V remote?? Laundry room completely dirty. Dryer sheets, dried up paper (stuck in someone's pockets) all over outside and inside of them. Some took the money but did not dry the clothes. Washing machines dirty or not working.

I stayed at Extended Stay America June 3, 2023 -June 5, 2023. I arrived around 11 pm. Upon entering my room I found bugs in bathroom. I called front desk. They tried 3 other rooms before they found me a room without bugs.
