I am a tenant in room 131. I have resided here for a little over 2 months, I paid $1400+ to extend my stay until August 1, 2023. This morning at approximately 0630 I was preparing to go for a walk.

I had an old cellphone that I wanted to destroy with water before I discarded it. I pushed down the sink stop in the bathroom and placed the cellphone in the sink and began to fill it with water. Like many people, I forgot that the water from the sink faucet was running and went for a very long walk for exercise.

I was gone for approximately 2 hours. Upon my return, I learned that the sink had overflowed. The entire room was flooded and water leaked into the hallway and entered a few of the closer rooms. The staff was hostile stating that I flooded the room on purpose.

We arrived very late on the night of June 16. I had informed the hotel that we would be there late and they said as long as we were there before 3 AM everything would be fine. We arrived approximately 2:30 AM.

When the front desk person finally got down to the lobby, she could not get into the computer. For some reason, she came out from behind the desk and could not get back in the area behind the desk. She had to jump over the desk from the lobby to the work area.

We had reserved a king bed room, but nothing was available when we arrived. Reservation had been paid for so that was a mistake. And I am formed the person at the desk the next morning, and there was nothing that that person could do about it.

Hi so I'm at a extended stay America in Dallas that my husband's company paid for for a month and we have had some major problems here that need to be addressed. Fist off there is no pool it was filled in with cement.

The place is infested with cockroaches. To hey don't do housekeeping they said every 14 days and that they do not provide clean sheets or towels. 75 a day for clean linen. Whatever that means. Hobos sleep in the lobby.

The manager was told about all of this and she is rude and doesn't care she got mad and told us she doesn't care she is running this place into the ground this place definitely needs to be inspected for the way it's being run. I am a travel nurse staying at the 2700 Slater Rd. Morrisville, NC 27560.

First of all, everything here leaks. Under the bathroom and kitchen sink. The refrigerator stopped working and I lost at least $50 worth of food. I did get another fridge, but no replacement of ruined food. But the biggest problem happened yesterday.

I work 11p-7:30a, so I sleep during the day. Mid day, someone starts pounding on my door, not only waking me up, but they tried to come inside my room. I was so scared. I would have reported when I left for work, but you're already closed.

So I addressed it this morning. I went a couple minutes after nine, but no one was there. The front desk didn't get there until 9:15. I told her my problem, and I was upset. Her response was so rude, like I shouldn't mind a stranger…

I checked in on June 10th at Extended Stay Farmington. The worst ever. One night only. The toilet was broken. The staff brought me a plunger. The toilet was broken period. No Maintenace on weekends, I ask for another room. No rooms.

No one can stay in a room with no toilet. The front desk suggest I go to their other location. Haggerty Road. I went they could not help me for a several hours. I would have to wait. I literally stayed in the room in Farmington for 6 hours before I notice no toilet.

m Haggerty did not know how to help because I went through Expedia. Expedia called Farmington to assist with a refund. They said come Monday I can receive it. Upon checking into my hotel room which I'll be staying for 2-3 weeks for work purposes. I've stayed at hotels all across America because of my job. I wasn't even in my room 30 minutes and I got a strong odor/smell of marjuana coming from a neighboring room. It was so damn strong it felt like they were in my room smoking it. The hotel has signs everywhere saying NO SMOKING. For what I'm paying for my room, one would expect NOT to be subject to this whether it's legal or not. Signs say NO SMOKING. What if I had my children with me and we were on a vacation?

Rarely do I see anyone at the front desk. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before I really got irritated more and walked away. I even went outside to eat my dinner after a 8 hour drive, because the odor was so strong. You can smell it…

The front desk was being quite rude. She said there was no vacancies when there was. I had someone go in there and ask after and they totally got a room. She was being very judgy and didn't want to call an office manager for us.

She said she was the manager. This is too many times she has been rude and I cannot take it anymore. Everyone else there is nice except for her. She's just being racist is what it seems to me. And I need to speak to someone about it.

It is 1:52am, I can deal with the humans coming in all hours of the night which I did find related to the drug dealing going on around us, what I can’t deal with is the “million” ants all around the bed, crawling in my blankets and arms an in my pop on the nightstand & when I called front desk for bug spray they acted like I was inconveniencing them!

The dudes attitude was like I disturbed him after a bong hit! I know where I won’t be staying ever again!

My name is Christopher Chasse six-time best-selling author (calanhunter.cpp plpppp0om), an attorney, and a current guest at an Extended Stay in Providence, RI., as our new home we are building is not completed and we had to leave our old home because the buyers needed to move in.

We came here on the tenth of March, staying until the end of June approximately. We rented a large space at the storage facility next door. The room was in totally disarray to say the least. The floor was incredibly dirty. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies.

I made a weekly payment, which is somehow in cyberspace, I have the receipt to prove it. The general manager told me it was not in the system, completely unwilling to look at me banking app to show payment.

When paying with your credit card the fee is a good difference. Rumors are if yiu loose aye key . She keeps the money. We are threatening to be put out all the time. The never fix anything. We have no wifi or no phones.

My room has electrical hazards in the room. No wifi, and no landlines phones. They never clean rooms. They treat like you are in prison here. Harass Doordash and your company. Threatening to be put out if caught cooking even though you are far from room.

Fake security guards also harass the tenants.

This is in response to the comments I made about the Tucker, Ga location earlier. I also have pictures of the mess here as well.

Furthermore quite a few of the residents are talking about starting a petition & contacting the Health Dept. How is it you hire a new manager that's incapable of running a front desk, and doesn't come in before 8:30 am, leaves an inexperienced person to run the desk while you take a 2 hour lunch break with your boyfriend who might as well work here he spends do much time here.

I am staying at the Extended Stay located in Midvale Utah on 7555 S Union Park Ave. Today May 26, 2023 I was walking through the lobby where there was a group of people around me and the employee who is on shift right now 10:38 AM singled me out of the crowd and

ignorantly asked what room I was in so I told her 238 and she rudely asked me for my ID so I presented it to her and I feel she was being discriminatory against me by telling me I could not come back there cause my name was not on the room. She could have added me to the room right then and there been no problems.

I have been staying at extended stay since October of last year And when I first got to the extended stay I was on the fourth floor where the elevator Was out for the 1st 2 months of our stayed. Then I was moved to the 1st floor upon request.

But on the 4th floor I had fruit flies that I could not get rid of and I reported to the hotel where they verbally said. That they bombed for them. But I saw no proof of that and the fruit fly infestation continued so I moved during that time to the 1st floor.

While on the 1st floor. The fruit flies started. Again but this time they are followed up with moths. That we cannot get rid of. I have also reported. The These and also noticed just recently that. We have. Spiders that get in our clothes and our shoes.

Went to Las Cruces, New Mexico for daughter's college graduation stayed at Extended Stay America. The room was filthy. The floors had not been mopped and left our feet black with dirt. The toilet had also been neglected and the bathtub had holes in it.

Around the basic room the trim and floorboards had been previously chewed by someone's pet. The shower did not work until the maintenance guy finally came and fixed it. They charge for extra towels. Wanting to use the kitchenette I asked to borrow a pot, plate or utensils since none are provided they charge rent for all of it.

We were locked out of our room because the door lock stopped working and there was nobody at the desk. Called the provided # and was hung up on twice. M. was on his way but never showed. m. an employee showed up…

the manager lana was abusive and manipulative. i filed a class action ended over paying her over a thousand for less than two weeks in violation of civil rights. i have a disability and should not be tricked and signing paper work that did not state expected pay every week.

it was quoted on tape that customer relations stated one thousand one hundred for the month. I paid that less in a week the staff is abusive and degrading, rude and beligerant. Inviolation of civil rights and caused me to lose alot of food, money, and shelter.

Christian services provideds stay with lana and assistance for free lana could have given me a three day pass and was mindful of her abusive nature. The lobby is dirty all the time and clients are leaving for different stay america.

You advertise the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets. This is not true! I would reserve my room for three day at a time, they would run my card daily, so no discount. Then after a month of that, I reserved my room for a month, the cost did not come down!

I moved out of my house because I was robbed by another roommate. I am trying to find a new home. I am not complaining about the service or the property. I really liked it there! I would like to know where the savings are.

I have been staying @ the Jacksonville, Nc ESA for 2 months now. After the first month I was advised that the rate would increase as the season had changed.

However every week when I paid, the rate was the same. I made my payment as always for the wk to come on a Thursday. Then the following Monday the hotel tried to charge my card again for a different amount than my regular wkly rate.

I reserved a room for me and my two dogs at the Lexington hotel. Upon arrival, I was denied checking in and not allowed to use the ladies' facilities. I experienced this as discrimination.

Firstly, when I made the booking a month in advance, I was not informed a Maryland state-issued driver's license was needed. I am very unhappy with my whole experience staying here! I've been staying here for 6 weeks and always pay my room a week in advance, which allows for a better rate. So I came in on a Sunday and been paying for Sunday to Sunday.

But I like to pay my bills early, so always made sure my room was paid for at least one or two days prior. My early check in despite it being reserved and confirmation via email, when I arrived the representative was not accommodating, I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to get in ( he wasn’t at the desk and appeared after about 10 phone calls it looked as if I woke him up. The hotel I am staying at is a total nightmare. The first room I was in had roaches and a bad situation of them . 00 worth of food cause the roaches were all over . It took them 10 days to finally move me .

And the stove did not work . The cover of that huge ac fell on my foot as . The company that came to clean it did not place it on right . My foot currently is in pain .

2023, I had booked a room at extended stay premier suites on Brokaw Rd San Jose CA. I checked in , left right away to attend a dinner engagement, returned around 1am just to enter my room and find it had not been serviced from prior nights guests.

I leave for work this morning and when I got too the door that leads outside I proceeded to try and walk through it and it is broken and will not open I'm almost 5 months pregnant and ran into the door belly first ! I walk to the front desk to report what had happened and a extremely rude kid proceeded to tell me it was my fault for walking into the door and he was not a maintenance man and could not do anything about it !

We arrived after driving 3 days from Arkansas through snow storms, exhausted only to be given a dirty room. We had already unpacked before noticing exactly how dirty the room was, and apparently they were all booked anyway. We were so tired that we just graciously agreed to stay in the room for the night if we could have a clean new room in the morning.

Michael at the front desk was extremely nice he informed us that it was an extremely hectic day and that he didn't get to check the rooms and took responsibility for it he offered us a clean room the following morning as well as a $150 credit. I have been at the ESA-Cleveland-Mentor for almost 5 months and my experience has been outstanding, all the employees are fantastic with the exception of one. Her name is Yasmin and she has been an absolute nightmare since day 1.

She is extremely rude and sarcastic. I have never seen her smile or hear her say a nice word and I've heard other customers say that they will never come back to this hotel. I have never heard anyone say anything good about her or anyone having a positive opinion of her.

Which I only know him is Dave. I put in a complaint to Amanda Serrer last Tuesday regarding Dave. Like I said I will be calling corporate in the morning to explain more of how I was treated.

I recorded multiple videos of your hotel manager being extremely rude to me, as well as violating my Rights. I booked a stay for 30 days!!! Today was my 17 th day and a manager I previously had an encounter with at the Fairfield extended stay showed up on shift at 8am woke me up out of my sleep and told me I had to leave.

I recorded the entire incident, not once I was combative or rude too her , she told me I had until 11am too leave then immediately went down stairs and called the police and told them I was trespassing, which I wasn't. She insistuated that I was banned which they accepted my reservation and allowed me too stay for 17 days that's unexpectable.

If I was banned why allow me to check in and stay 17 days???? My lawyer and I will file a civil lawsuit and a separate complaint…

The room was not clean when my daughter and grand kids d arrived and was given a room. \There was Jack Daniels and flowers left in the room and the beds was not made not to mention the ants and roaches that was in the room.

My daughters younger sister was told she =was not old enough to rent the room but she is over the age of 18. They used my daughter Photo ID that was on file and use a Credit card that was not in the same person name to pay for the room.

When my daughter went to the room tonight the person at the front desk she said her name was Olivia called the Jackson police on my daughter for no reason at all. To have my child handcuffed and put in the back of the car for no reason is not acceptable.

I am filling a law suite against this company and this location for stress…

I am staying at the las cruces NM extended stay . And I heard an employee named Debra speak real ugly with the women living next door to me. She was banging real hard on her door that’s what got my attention that’s when I heard the employee Debra tell the women next door to not fuck with her becouse she is a bitch and an ass hole and she has been told that many times .

Why hire people that talk so ugly like that she is a bully and that makes staying here uncomfortable the women next door is a nurse she is quiet and works early long hours I spoke with her and ask if she was ok she felt threatened . And it was over clean linen that employee should not talk to any one like that I had to say something it bothered me just hearing Debra speak that way to that women.

I stayed a few days at extended stay Deerfield beach/ft Lauderdale with my cat. They charged me for a mattress because they said my cat urinated on it. My cat had her own litter box so that never happened Also I asked for a receipt for my stay and Jaime at the front desk refused it and was so rude and nasty I hung up on her.

I spent quite a lot of money at your hotel and to be treated like I was is inexcusable If this doesn't get resolved in a timely manner I will be calling my attorney
