Hello I am writing this complaint because I was denied a full refund for my stay. Ive have stay a total of 33 nights. 30 of those nights I was in room 311, where I was next to a neighbor with a loud stereo, violent outbursts, tampering with my shower, and emotional distress/sleep disturbances.

I spoke with the general manager and he switched me to 325 but nothing changed. The general manager has refused to give me a full refund on my stay despite the harassment being continuous for all of the nights I have stayed here.

I stayed at the Seattle Everett North location. I checked into my room late, around 2 am, and woke up around 8am to the assistant manager knocking on my door. She wanted to come in and look around. She walked around looking at everything suspiciously and even rifling through my garbage cans and looking at my trash.

She then told me to leave because I had guests over (which I did not). Apparently two people had been told to leave the hotel and they said they had come from my room number. No one had been in my room, and I was sleeping the entire time I had been there until being woken up by this knock on the door.

My husband was asked to leave the property because his id came up as a “do not rent” we’ve stayed at two properties of extended stay, and there have been no issues led to us leaving. They told me my refund of almost $400 would be in my account…it was NOT in my account after a few days.

I contacted my bank and they said they had no transactions of a refund in the system. I called the corporate number and the management I stayed at, they have no information at this time. I feel as though my issues are not being taken into account, and this is a LOT of money that has been taken from me.

It’s disgusting that this company will not answer any of my questions, and will not take this issue serious.

EAS in Saugus Ma Made reservation in past stated and had a horrible experience. Was told to give another chance purposely reserved 4 th floor due to noise. Paid over $1,000 to guarantee this choice. When checking in the hotel they placed me in the same room I complained about.

I’m a travel nurse that works nights. This poor customer service will now affect my sleep schedule. Manager will not move until after the 20th. The consistent disrespect and false accommodations will be reported to my travel agencies. I will never stay at another extended stay due to the lack of promises given by your company.

My chicken was 16 March my first night here text him standing 322 first of all my reservation was canceled so I don’t know what reason. Luckily we were able to still get a room booked for the same room.

Then I go to take a shower at my first night why I was freezing cold figured maybe it was too many people using it was really late.

We are long term have gone through many staff changes someone has to be stealing cause nothing adds up. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Halls smell like weed all the time I have to put towels up against my door they lock you out so you can't do laundry.

Hello my name is Monica Whitehorn and I had two reservations for yesterday and this weekend. I went to check in and the guy at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. He talked to me so rude and would not let me finish asking my questions and was talking to me like I didn’t understand English.

My room was entered by staff while I was not present without prior notice and no emergency and I paid for 2 weeks I am not supposed to check out until March 22 2023. I had a reservation booked at the Extended Stay America Premier Suites at 1450 SE 17th Street Fort Lauderdale Florida 33316 on March 13 through March 20th. The first room I was given on the first floor someone was in the room because the latch was on the door, the second room I went into check the mattress as I always do at any hotel I stay at and

I have been staying at the extended stay hotel since January and at first things were going good until my stay became long term now they are charging whatever price they want they told me I can’t book online so I stopped booking on line and tomorrow morning they told me I have to pay 103 dollars.

We are are staying at the extended stay America and suits in clarion park Clearwater fl, The office staff is very very rude! They keep telling us our room is rented, but yet extend our stay , keep raising our rates and very rude to my wife.

To start with the hotel wanted to charge an up front fee of over $14,000 for my husbands company to stay there (5 rooms total). I was given a complaint yesterday of my room smelling too good. I had my room checked and no issues. I have 2 service dogs so I do try to avoid my room smelling like dog. The manager after me being here already 8 days didn't inform me that my 16 year old daughter couldn't be in the room alone during the day as she has to be online schooled due to ADHD issues and bullying.

I feel like there are issues here and that also there was a smokers extinguisher was also on the inside of the building but there is not supposed to be smoking. I feel you really need to reevaluate your management here kind of feels contradictory and hypocritical.

Friend of mine was staying at your Portland, Oregon executive stay on 181st I went to visit her. It had been snowing and have been extremely icy. I went out the next morning to go to my friends car. I took three steps and slipped and fell.

They had not cleared the walkway or put ice down or anything for the customers. They are in negligent as they did not have the pathway cleared for the customers. I ended up hitting my head super hard on the ice.

They called the paramedics and an ambulance. I was told that I had a concussion. They took an incident report and I have not heard from anyone since the accident and right after this happened then they decided to clear the walkway and put ice down so no one else would slip.

Worse than you could ever imagine. Childish banging on the door running and hiding in the commercial washroom. I have witnesses to all of this. Banging on the floor on the room above me for 3 years now on and off multiple witnesses to this.

The first room I got was on the first floor and there was water all over the bathroom floor. I went immediately to the lobby and complained. They gave me a room upstairs. My reservation was completely changed from two beds to one.

I had to sleep or attempt to on a pull out chair. I had to wipe it down incessantly. The photos on the website are no where near. It's all false advertisement. When my son and I attempted to leave, we noticed the door wouldn't lock on its own.

I have a prescribed, therapist recomodiation for my support dog. I also have both letters, one me asking for a reasonable accommodation for using a public space at the hotel.

Second, the medically necessary letter for my animal to be with me as for my therapy.. I was put on the fourth floor with my support animal. No questions. Today the manager shut it down . Told me there was nothing she could do I had to walk the stairs.

Didn't give me a chance to explain. I have social anxiety and go into panic when faced with stress and confrontation. Ithere were two other witness to this. I will be making a complaint to the department of justice and to the proper authority. This is discrimination.

Will Smith is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Him and his minion (receptionist) are terribly rude and not very accommodating. I don’t let people like this get me out of character. But I do feel obligated to report this to the higher ups so that no one can feel discriminated.

The room was dirty when I moved into it. House keeping does a little as possible. There are roaches in the cabinets. And when my dog broke a glass they wouldn’t even let me use a mop. I’ve been here for 6 weeks only because I have a cat.

House keeping hasn’t moped or cleaned the bathroom even once. And on my last slay over she wouldn’t change my bedding because I had my own pillow on the bed. That is ridiculous. Hannah is extremely lazy. She's nice to my animals.

I have a complaint about your mgr Taylor at the 6855 South 118th St location. 00 for my two week stay at the hotel. 00 and I had no cat food or litter for my diabetic cat. He said he liked Zena and he would bring me some soft canned food and litter.

He was deceptive and never did nothing. Zena missed 2 days of diabetic shots. He lies all of the time, is rude and bossy. He can't keep any of his staff. My room did not have any cold water. I only had hot water in Rm 403.

Booked a suite. Hotel gave room away. , Melbourne, Fl 32904. I occupied Room 312 for two months. I would reserve the room two weeks in advance to stay in the room. Never had a problem before with doing my reservations this way.

The day of my reservation I was called by Mathew Barton and was told that my room was given to another customer. He continued on to try to explain to me that something about a A and a B room.

I stay frequently at Extended stay, pretty much the only hotel I stay at and I usually book thru priceline. Recently I have been staying at Extended Stay in Houston Uptown Galleria.

Last Sat Feb 4th I tried to book a room but accidently booked it on the wrong day Feb 11th. I was made aware of this when I was trying to check in.

It's Biltmore, but this place shouldn't be listed as such. I stayed for most of the year and that was because moving would have caused me issues. I was fasley charged for smoking in the room and I never smoked in the Room. Om January 31, 2023 I called Extended stay North Mishawaka In I spoke to Assistant GM told me I was charged for smoking i expressed to her I didnt smoke in the room I checked at about 430pm I went to the room changed my clothes and left?

I returned back about 12am my key card didnt work had to wait to get let in. Went to my room ate I left out to go to the car( asked them to check the camera) came back went to bed.

Asst manger was charging me more then the usually rate. I own a Barber Shop near to the hotel. The man name is Habrto I don't know last name but he was very rude and he also put me on don't not return list.

I don't like how they did me I am a paying customer I want this reviewed.

To whom it may concern, On Jan. 20th to 22nd 2023, I made reservations at this location, being that I was celebrating my birthday weekend at the bowling alley next door to this facility, Which is on 11210 brigman rd. Matthews nc 28105.

When I arrived to check into my room at the front desk, I was advised by Mrs. Maytesha that she apologize in advance that due to the cause of flooding in your hotel establishment , the elevators are not working, and that the only room she can offer me is on the 4th floor room 404, and

that I will have to use the side door stairwell of the building to get in and out to my room. At this point it was too late in the evening to try to attempt to look for another hotel, and my end goal is to be at next to the bowling alley for my bday celebration with friends.…

Due to circumstances that were out of my control I myself and another veteran became homeless. And extended stays where the place that we'd go to as they were always comfortable and feasibly reasonably priced.

However we started running into issues first beginning with discrimination because we had booked through a third party. Making a booking and arriving on site after being told the room was available. Only to be told that the room was no longer available because somebody had put rice down the sink the night before and it was clogged up.

However rice is water soluble. They had done this because they were keeping the rooms for people who had booked online through extended stays website. They were price fixing. We were discriminated against also too due to having a service animal.
