Hello I am writing this complaint because I was denied a full refund for my stay. Ive have stay a total of 33 nights. 30 of those nights I was in room 311, where I was next to a neighbor with a loud stereo, violent outbursts, tampering with my shower, and emotional distress/sleep disturbances.
I spoke with the general manager and he switched me to 325 but nothing changed. The general manager has refused to give me a full refund on my stay despite the harassment being continuous for all of the nights I have stayed here.
Im currently still at this extended stay. As far as I know and have read, there is no specific policy stating they cannot refund me. This environment is constantly violent with other guests screaming at each other. This can be heard walking down the hallways both night and…
