Tabitha was SUPER rude when I made the reservation for my husband. I called to make a reservation approximately 9:16pm on Saturday January 21 (this was the second call. I told her I was putting her on a hold to get the cc info from my husband) the call was disconnected.

I specifically told her that I wanted him to pay when he got there multiple times she said she was only putting a hold on the cc until he was there. She charged the card before explaining to me that the cc will be charged after 6 pm.

I then said to her that it’s long past 6pm so why would they charge the card. She had an attitude and started to raise her voice and hung up. Before she hung up I asked for a supervisor she said no one is there except her.

The service is horrible Management treats you like crap they call you lier kick you out cause of something you had no part of . Sylvia the front desk is the only nice one. They screwed me over so bad I want them all fired and I'm filling a lawsuit again the hotel for emotional and physical stress I'm on disability and due to them my health has gotten ten times worse.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had a “fully stocked” kitchenette. Not only is my kitchen not stocked, it is completely empty. No plates, no bowls, no cups, no glass ware, no pots, no pans, no silverware, NO COFFEE MAKER. Nothing.

There is absolutely NOTHING in my kitchenette. Truly the management of this hotel is abysmal.

today i was awakened with both of my vehicles being towed…when asked the reason for the incident i was told I needed an parking pass… my problem with this is that at the times I have collected my mail or notes on the door not one time was I notified… me and the extended stay staff are on first name basis… not one time did i see anything posted for me to see neither..

I checked into this hotel on Dec 30th waiting for my rental home to be ready. They keep changing the rate like it’s a game. It’s advertised $84 a night only to just pay $167 for extending one night including just one cat.

They gloated they are allowed to change the rates at whim. This is no place to run a business. The hotel clerk gloated that I’m lucky because they just charged $250 a night a few nights ago. Is this a corporate decision! This is disgusting.

This past Friday I went and made a weekly payment like normally while at the front desk the black lady said I owed an additional 200 dollars without explaining saying the manager will have to fix. After that I sent a email to the manager asking for him to fix the billing but I got no response.

The next morning Saturday the same black lady banged on my door early early morning sayin she was trying to rent my room out. Then today I was informed she created a false alarm sending out the fire department but then she stayed in the building the entire time while she first banged on every one door to evacuate.

Me & my husband were staying at your Colorado Springs location on airport Road. We were there in business and had been staying there for 6 days we were informed that we could no longer stay due to sunflower seeds being dropped on the floor.

We had complained about the roach problem that the hotel is undergoing and the night attendant was so high off some kind of downer that she tried to put us in the room next door which will not fix the issue when it’s in the walls.. The last day upon check out the maid tried to fight me in the back of the motel with the GM standing right next to her.

We made reservations for Thursday 12/29 in Clearwater fl. We drove 17 hours from Texas. We called Thursday afternoon at 4:00 pm and told the front office we were on our way and would arrive around 10 pm. We arrived and was told sorry we over booked no rooms left.

John said we had a reservation and she replied I can’t give you what I don’t have. Totally ridiculous. Will be posting on yelp and all over social media. We have been a loyal visitor to extending stays and have stayed at the Clearwater location.

Stayed at the extended stay in Atlanta Georgia it was by far THE WORST hotel experience I've ever had!! My two bed room sweet was dirty upon arrival old food and human toe nails found on carpet and kitchen floor, the shower head was broken, and because of a water main breakage all of the room water had a very powerful waste water smell thus making it impossible to continue drinking and or shower in.

In addition there were several roaches found running throughout the room including the refrigerator these issues were taken to the main office were I spoke with the hotels general Manger who informed me the most he could do was a 20 percent discount this hotel is unsafe and un fit for stay

My wife, and I couldn't have a Christmas awhile staying at the extended stay america due to a sprinkler system water line started pouring water into our room from out of the smoke detector. I assume the water line was frozen, and then broke on Christmas Eve night.

We ended up having to move to another room therefore took all night to get all of our things moved in. This was not the first time we had to moved because of a water issue in this hotel. On top of that my back is completely down from lifting with no help from anyone during our move.

Juan the General Manager was nice enough to drive all the way to the hotel on Christmas Eve to help out. He took the time away from his family to come to turn off the water that was pouring into our room.

At 2:15pm 12/26/22 Attempted to check in early due to myself having to go to work (traveling nurse) was greeted with an attitude from the assistant manger. She stated her name was Keisha but I really wouldn’t know because she did NOT have a name tag on as I’m sure she suppose to.

Looking as if she came in off the street. The parking lot was empty accept for 6 cars. As I was speaking with the other person of my party, Keisha thought it acceptable to interject herself into my conversation, and as you can probably guess nothing but more attitude and hostility.

I checked my daughter in at extended stay America at 1360 n 43rd Ave in phoenix,az. Last week I was in Room 109, and Someone enter my Room and Cut up a Black Leather Jacket. I have reported to On-Site Management and I am in another Room, Room 105. Tonight I could not get into my Room, #105.

My husband and I (married 32yrs) have been residing at Extended Stay Copley/Montrose West for nearly four years now (2/28/2019). Our HOT WATER has been off for two days and the manager (Julie) has no idea when the problem will be solved.

The facility was filthy, old falling apart and dangerous. My first room I was assigned was dirty, smelly and next to where people hung out to smoke cigarettes and weed , even in the hallway a bunch of non English speaking Mexican workers drinking and sitting in hallways getting drunk very scary and dangerous.

The phone service in your Hotel on Broadway in Saugus Massachusetts has been down for 2 months. I have made several complaints and they tell me there is a problem and they will have someone work on it. This is unacceptable.

I have a 95 year old uncle that lives there and I couldn't get a hold of him nor could his doctors so I had to fly from California to Massachusetts to see if he was still alive. I am going to have to call the state of massachusetts elder abuse line and file a report with them.

ecember 12 2022, we booked our room and paid for it through Expedia. We checked in and the next morning was called at 7 am to be told we were being kicked out due to incompetent staff. They didn’t know how to handle their billing process with Expedia.

On top of that their advertisement states we booked a king suite, that has a double bed in it not a king size bed. The furniture in the room is missing drawers and the closet racks are broken. The bathtub/shower is almost impossible to turn on and there is no plug for the tub to even take a bath.

The toilet has been running non stop. ) this room has none of that! The whole hotel is very dirty and smells! False advertising!! And the worst part is that there is dried blood all over the floor/carpet as soon as you walk into the room.

My family and I have had the misfortune of staying at your Extended Stay America hotel at 2225 Interstate N Pkwy W, Atlanta, GA 30339 in rooms (243 & 245). During our stay, we have encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.

First, we reported several times the noise through the hallways all night and all day where children are running through the hallways or blocking where you have to walk through the hallways to pass. Dear extended stay First I would like to say I had a nice stay until the end. Would first like to point out your star employees in my opinion. The cleaning ladies for friendliness as I did not require cleaning services during my month long stay.

I made the reservation over the phone at the hotel, not online, and the woman who made the reservation verified to me that I had a handicapped room on the ground floor and it was documented on my reservation.

When my mother and I arrived around 4:00pm on Friday, November 18, the woman at the front desk was busy visiting with a friend of hers in front of us and ignored our presence. I travel for a living and have stayed with 15 extended stay hotels over the last 6 years.

Also I'm 46 years old and quite smoking when I turned 25. So some how I've been red flagged with a dnr for smoking in the room. I've contacted the hotel that gave me the dnr and they show anything on the computer.

But somehow the corp office does. I have to say that I'm a lil more than offended by this. Considering that stopping smoking was the hardest thing I've ever done. They obviously are extremely mistaken in some way. Plus completely refuses to hear anything other than what the screen says.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We stayed at the Welsh Road in Horsham, PA location. When we arrived at the hotel, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room. We were in the area for a concert that evening.

We needed to leave the room right away to get to the concert. We alerted the front desk staff, and when we returned there were towels and no toilet paper.

Also when returning to the room late that night, we noticed the toilet and bathroom sink. The sink had dried toothpaste in it from the previous occupant, hair from a beard and mustache trimming. When lifting the toilet seat there was urine, feces and pubic hair all over the toilet rim.

Good morning I currently staying at the Extended Stay location located at 5401 Beaumont Center Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33634, . I checked in on 11/17 . This morning I wake up to use the restroom and noticed two ROACHES in the door way of the bathroom.

I observed another roach on the telephone. The room is in need of various repairs and the door is cracked . I stayed in RM 108. This things need to be addressed and I will be leaving and requesting a Refund as this is not what I expected from when I paid to stay her for my vacation.

I needed a temporary place to stay until My Ewntal was ready and this was literally the only room available in the area for the price. The accommodations were ok, but the late night parties in the parking lot, drug activity, gunshots and a couple of people overdosing and being found in the rooms was a little disturbing.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I figured when Extended Stay took over this location it would change, but that hasn’t happened. My Fiancé was walking our dog over the weekend and turned the outside water access on slightly for the dog to get water and one of the staff members made a complete and embarrassing science yelling and cursing at him for using the water.

My wife and I moved to the 5990 Corporate Ave location in Cypress Ca in July of 2021 and it has been a nightmare since then. The 1st room was 103 and right off the bat we saw that the room was filthy.

We requested for the room to be cleaned but due to being understaffed they didn't want to clean it until later in the week, so I brought a carpet cleaner and tons of cleaning supplies and my wife and I cleaned the room from top to bottom and it was NASTY, REALLY REALLY NASTY.

The bathroom sink was leaking and there was a big black mold bulge in the ceiling. The room was filled with gnats and you could smell the water damage and moisture all through the room. Later in the 1st week we started to see the roaches and water bugs and the gnats kept getting worse by the day.

To Whom it may concern: My husband and I have chosen Extended Stay as our preferred place over the years - but the most recent experience I had - just about changed my mind for good. We booked for a month's stay July 12th through August 12th at your location in San Ramon, CA.

Since our stay would be longer than usual I asked for a top floor to avoid the possible 'upstairs' noisy neighbor. We have stayed at this particular location twice before - so I learned a few things. I checked into extended stay for a brief moment with kids, from the time we entered, roaches scurrying about the room. Their were roaches in the bathroom, microwave and sleeping area. This is such a bad situation that I had to find somebody to watch my kids and I'm getting rid of all my belongings. House cleaning is every 14 days??

Please have all these rooms fumigated; I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever again. My employer paying for this crap! The General Manager Jasmine Woodbury don't need to be employed a Manager!!

After making a reservation and arriving at the hotel on 5610 Vineland road the staff told me I could not check in using my va I’d as my I’d they said passport or green card would be ok not my U.S. va I’d and did not even try to help me a man that served his country.

I have been staying here for almost 2 months now and I experienced rude customer service from one of your workers. I made a reservation for 3 nights and he was saying that we didn't pay for 3 nights when I clearly did and he was being very very rude.
