On the date and time of Sat, Oct 29, 3:00 PM. I checked into your business establishment and parked my company vehicle into your parking lot. In addition on October 30, 2022 around 11:30 Am I went to my company vehicle and upon review there were damages on the right side of the company truck.

I brought this to your company agent or front desk manager attention and requested the footage from the security camera where my vehicle was parked which in turn he refused to assist me in this serious matter.

22. 25. There are thousands of cigarette butts littering the grounds. The room we are confined to on the 4th floor was so dirty we went to Walmart and bought a swiffer to clean the floor. The staff is incompetetent rude and RACIST.

My complaint is mainly towards the General Manager, Kaylan Striggles, at Extended Stay America Northlake. Although the hotel itself was absolutely nasty, infested with roaches and the room being dirty, I also had such a terrible experience with Kaylan.

From the beginning, Kaylan was very unprofessional and rude towards me and my wife! He would always be sure to inform us of his position (General Manager) and that there's nothing anyone could do if they had a problem with his behavior. We politely spoke with him regarding the infestation of roaches and he promised he would take care of it; However, he ignored the request and carried on, terrorizing us and other Guests. Stayed one night of two at Denver tech center Oct13/14.. the place is a DUMP… this hotel should not even be open. Changed rooms once because air did not work.. they are trying to do repairs etc and the smell of fresh paint was nauseating..

My complaint is for the Extended Stay located at 11177 Katy Highway, Houston, Texas. I am a traveler in my line of work so, my assignments usually are 13 weeks in length. I reserve my room for a month at a time.

I usually am satisfied with my service at the Extended Stays but this location needs new management. My first complaint is about the broken elevator that has not been fixed for some tome now. I stay on the third floor because that was all they had available.

Had I known the elevator would be down this long I would have gone elsewhere. Yesterday, while hauling up my three loads of personal items, three flights of stairs, I twisted my ankle. No body offered to help me not even to hold the door for me while they watch me struggle with my items.

At 7465 High cross Blvd, at approximately 8:20pm to 8:30pm on Tuesday Oct 18th I walked in the lobby to take my towels and wash clothes to retrieve fresh. I heard the woman in the back having a personal conversation of some sort so me and my co worker waited patiently and I believe she seemed upset and with a stern voice of authority she shouted don't just wait here you need to say hello,or is anyone around or excuse me!

Not to just stand there waiting, probably due to her conversation on her personal call being interrupted and I said to her it sounds like she's being rude and unprofessional. On Thursday October 12, 2022 I decided to reserve a room at the Extended Stay located 4701 Westhiemer Rd. Houston, Tx. My company is nearby, and was having an event so I wanted to someone close to freshen up and stay for the night. Also, there was a fall promo so I decided to to take advantage. I did expect 5 star Ritz Carlton, BUT I didn't expect hourly motel either. Upon my arrival I noticed it was a little sketchy, But hunched my shoulders and thought I was just being over the top.

As I checked in , I did notice there was a certain caliber of people that gravitated to this particular property, but again that had nothing to do with me. I was there for one purpose.

I am not a guest at this place but I have a a friend there. I visit occasionally. He has a service dog and it was attacked by a pit bull that belongs to another guest. This same dog has attacked two women and bit a 2 year old little girl.

Nothing was done about it. The women were told stay in your room and don’t make any problem, don’t call animal control let the manager handle it because if they called anyone or caused a problem the manager will make them leave.

Most of these guests are long term guests. There’s also been a shooting at this place. My friend is paid up until January and the manager said the same thing to him. Stay in your room and away from those people and their dog.

I started working for extended stay Waco. I was one of two house keepers. I had another woman come apply because we needed help. So one day I get to work and the manager Vanya calls me to the office and accuses me of stealing linen saying that the girl I had apply said she seen me walking out with a big black bag.

The night clerk APRIL was extremely rude and would not help me with getting me fresh towels or anything on my list of amenities for my stay. The night before all she could do was run down the young woman who checked me in.

When we got to this hotel our room smelled like dogs!! The smelled like marijuana. We overlooked this went to shower, when we dried off we had a face full of dog hair. It took them 2 days to give us another room and also to get pots, plates and silverware.

When leaving I accidentally left my LBJ speaker there. I called for 2weeks no response. I finally talk to Mr. Brown the general manager. He was very rude and unprofessional!! He told me that’s not his problem and if he wasn’t there it wasn’t his problem.

I ask are you not gonna do anything about it and said flat out no! I told him I was going to do a complaint on him and he told me good luck and hung up in my face!!! Someone needs to contact me ASAP!!

I am a resident at your establishment located at: 11827 Lackland Road St Louis , MO. 63146, US I have been long term guest here, since the height of the pandemic. At, first I was able to get linen and bathing essentials. Somewhere in the process of getting clean towels has become an issue. We are given: 2 Full Towels 2 Hand Towels 2 Face towels 1 Floor towel as of late this can never be gotten in on a single trip or request. Now mind you during the pandemic for the most part room service has been suspended, You still need to retrieve toilet supplies and trash bags. It has gotten to the point of being told to call the front desk to check if they have them, as I watch the surrounding empty rooms being serviced. I have to tell you that if I could give negative stars, I would do just that. I am a long-term guest at the hotel in Arlington and I am being harassed by the management because I have too many things in my room.

They do not understand why I have so much and they really don't want to hear any reason why. I had to move on 13 November 2021 because I could not get an apartment. At the time I was jobless and only had my social security.

My former landlord decided not to renew my lease. I had no money to move and nowhere to go. This is a legal issue of its own but it resulting in me getting a "did not pay rent" entry on my credit report, which made getting an apartment impossible, so I have been stuck there until this day.

I have some family/friends that live at the extended stay on Sacramento st. I visit them almost fives days a week to check on them and help them. I'm probably the only person that comes there and actually follows the rules by waiting in the entry way for them to come get me.

I'm always respectful and I don't loiter litter or do anything wrong. I was there recently and needed to take one of them to the hospital and I went outside to wait for one of them to get back. Paying for long-term stay for almost three years due to being an agency travel nurse. Not to get anyone in trouble but I have only asked if that my toilet could be properly fixed for the time that I have been here.

I have been at the Ontario, Ca location for a month now. I received a call yesterday (after a month) that there was a payment issue. What the problem was that she saw declines toward payments or were a couple days late.

I tried to explain to her the reason for this is my cards fraud protection. The final result is that all payments were made, my balance is zero. There was just an issue with my card, thats all. She said she cannot extend me anymore.

I dont think she realizes what the issue was and did not realize I have no due balance.

Also if it was a big problem why did it take a month for her or any staff to tell me. I would of taken care of the problem instantly. I need to stay here desperately for at least another 2 months.

Got the new manager here threatening to evict me for non payment of rent when I have provided to him or pardon me the manager before him a letter from my rental assistance saying that I have filed for it and until September 30th nothing can be done till they receive payment or until September 30th and he just threatened me over the phone phone the sheriff's coming to throw me out.

I have stayed in three different hotels in Dallas 2 weeks, Portland 2 months and Ashburn currently three weeks. In all 3 I had zero services and had to ask each time for basic room service. Here in Ashburn I was told they're not allowed to give out paper towels or deliver anything to our rooms.

My BB battery died in my remote and I had to replace my own battery. Have only he adv service once regardless that I reminded them. It seems no matter what city I'm in, all your properties are sub par in hospitality recently.

And I travel a lot.

A location on Chandler Boulevard and I 10 has bedbugs… They will not refund or move you to a different room my daughter and my two grandbabies are getting ate up by bedbugs and I paid almost a grand for them to stay there a week… The front desk refused to help he just kept saying you have to speak with a manager.

I paid $800 for my daughter to stay at an extended stay… When I booked the reservation I was told it was a studio with a kitchenette with a fully equipped kitchen… She had nothing in the kitchen, they only gave her two towels and one washcloth for three people… When I called the location the gentleman told me it was policy for two towels and one washcloth for three people… When you pay $800 you would think you would get your own towel !

I stayed at Extended Stay America from 5/25/22 to 6/8/22. I was not on vacation my husband was at Westchester Medical as he needed open heart surgery. While staying in room 508 from 5/25/22 to 6/2/22 was bitten by bed bugs and then moved to room 509 until 6/8/22.

I was under a lot of stress and was told told by manager Will Smith that bed bugs were found and they had room taken care of by company they us for this situation.

also told that I would be compensated. I was so stressed I didnt give it much thought. I had to wear sweaters to keep my arms covered so that the bites and infected bite did not show, so there would be no questions about me being able to be with my husband.

My husband is a disabled veteran and can not sleep in the bed. I rented a recliner for him. The recliner was delivered to the room and then the front desk called and told me that was not allowed. I explained my husband could not sleep.

I made a reservation on May 14th & I have the email. Extended Stay has already charged my credit card that month. When I checked on July 31st late at night, the front desk person said my reservation was through the 10th of August. That was incorrect.
