I Booked a room one month in advance to stay at your extended stay located at 6605 NW 7 th street, Miami Florida. I booked the room from 7/24-7/31. The customer service representative I spoke to to book the room informed me that the extended stay had actually been remodeled and that I would have amenities such as, full functioning stove, microwave, laundry facilities, pool, etc.

unfortunately when I arrived to the above location I was in shock and couldn’t do anything but cry, I brought my 55 year old mother, my daughter and my son. We arrived to the extended stay, the first thing I noticed was that the only person standing oat the front desk was extremely rude and not knowledgeable at all about the booking.

I stayed at the Extended Stay in Annandale VA and the first night the overnight person was not nice and he checked me into a room with bugs and I had to go and buy bug spray and bleach for my room . The phone in the room didn't work and then the WFI was not giving to me .

Hi, My name is Angela Parker and I am staying at an extended stay america at the moment. My son was going down the stairs and was badly hurt on the stairway railing. There was absolutely no help from any staff!

They said to go make ice in the provided ice trays in the room. They didn't offer a bandaid or even ask if he was ok. A cleaning women said they do not have a first aid kit on site.

The front desk people lack descent human compassion.

My room on the 3td floor had fleas. I was bit up by them leaving month long red spots on my legs and back. Bought to flea traps and showed the front desk the fleas. They did nothing for 3 weeks.

In that 3 weeks I fogged the room 4 times. Shampoos the carpet w a machine I purchased, washed all of my clothing at my expense. New Manager arrived at site Hillsboro Portland, and gave me a room on floor 1.

I washed all of my clothing again and moved items that would not carry fleas to new room. Set up traps in new room, you guessed it, fleas in new room. Bought a $200 vacuum that reached under bed and also bought a $200 remote vacuum, more flea spray, etc.

Manager finally had 3rd floor room sprayed said hotel would wash all of my clothing and move my stuff up there last weekend. Checked w him…

I booked a reservation for the surburban extended stay in pensacola fl near the navy base. When i tell you it was absolutely horrid to see when i arrived. I didnt feel safe at all neither did my husband. I wouldnt even get out of the car especially with my kids.

I wasnt allowed a refund. I was there for my son to be seen at sacred heart. This was just added to my stressful stay. We had to spend another 150 for another hotel. The least couldve been to refund me.

Parts of the sign were missing, drug deals going on outside, grass and vines growing up the hotel, and the roof was tarped. This was terrible to even look at! We couldnt even imagine how filty the inside was.

My family came to Irvine for a soccer tournament this past weekend and were bumped from the Irvine Spectrum location to the Lake forest one. It was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

When we arrived to the second hotel, we were given the room key only to see that we had 1 bath towel for a party of 4 and the room smelt terrible, and the bathroom fan was louder than a Jet Plane. We went to dinner, came back to the room to sleep as we had a soccer tournament bright and early at 8am the next morning.

Experienced the worst Hotel stay ever!!! Stayed in Blue Ash, Ohio Hunt Rd. For almost 2 months as a means of temporary housing and it went from bad to worse. High turnover rate of staff which was apparent. Very unprofessional and unclean halls, stairwells and trash everywhere. Free Breakfast? Wrong!

You have 2 people "working" the front desk at your North Austin Tx location located at 16950 north Interstate Highway 35 Austin Tx that was called for a noise complaint. They responded to the call rudely. Then then proceeded to come up to the room and ask my fiance who she was and why she called.

When we arrived at Extended Stay America in Elk Grove CA to check in on our 3 day reservation, Assistant Manager Melissa McFarland appeared combative from the moment we walked in. As my wife proceeded to head for the restroom Melissa immediately stopped her from going claiming there’s no restroom when in fact there was IAW our previous stay there.

7/9 Stay filthy carpet, moldy bathroom ceiling, air conditioner smelled like mold when running, no toilet paper in bathroom, visible stains on bedding we arrived late due to playing softball all day if it was earlier when arriving I would have demanded a refund and left ! We were tired I never walked around without shoes as the flooring was filthy.

Management would rather argue with the customers, would rather say stuff is fixed when it did not get fixed.

Rooms infested with insects and bugs, not enough fitted sheets for all the beds, no room cleaning service (even though you pay for it) have to pay for wifi when it’s garbage.

Can’t enter through side door, older style building would rather you enter through the main even when COVID is still seeming to be an issue in the state.

Something needs to change before this building loses business.

I only have one complaint someone is smoking and my suite smells like smoke; I am allergic and Ive told the front desk at least 3 times. Ive also heard this person that is smoking was also noticed walking into this extended stay while smoking and this was also reported. The person smoking is still here. I am a transplant and living here while I look for my forever home. It is close to work and convenient to everything. The staff is wonderful and for the most part the the other residents are considerate. I don't want to be penalized because my suite smells like smoke when I am not a smoker. I want to remain anonymous as I need to stay here for at least 2 months and I pay weekly.

We stayed at Baltimore-Timonium location on 6/25/2022 for one night. We have never stayed at such a filthy hotel. The floors were so sticky that we had to wash the soles of our shoes when we returned home. It was a nauseating experience and we couldn't wait to depart.

The bathtub and toilet were dirty and it was to late at night to search for another hotel. This was a horrible experience.

The extended stay America Arlington Tx 76006 the manager there is rude and vindictive. She rented me out a dirty horrible room. She was yelling at her housekeeper which we’re doing a wonderful job and one of them quit. Upon arriving on July 1,2022 at your Sacramento-South Natomas location I walked into the front lobby which smelled of Canibus smoking. I was then informed by the front desk girl that they didn't have the room with double beds that I requested on my reservation that I made over a month prior to the stay.

We have stayed here over 30 day’s! Never received our discount starting 7 days into the stay! Your handicapped room is a joke! Every door is a death trap. The first night I fell so hard just trying to enter the building.

We've had issues the past 2 days with the same worker . Front desk as of now 2:59pm June 28th 2022. Yesterday it was a 103゚ outside my truck Sometimes overheats when it's high temperatures . I was making sure I had water in the reservoir.

I checked in Saturday, June 18th 2032 for a 13 week assignment for work. This is my second stay at your facility. One in Indiana and now in Richmond. First of all, the elevator has been broken for 8 months, according to the desk clerk. I'm on the 3rd floor. The mnger has no idea when the elevator be up and running. 2nd my roo. Had no chest of drawers, no dresser, which makes a stay such as mine difficult. Also my room had no alarm clock, when I asked for an alarm clock. The clerk said they had no extra clocks. ??? I left a electronic charger plugged in the wall socket and housekeeping did it return to front desk . I call to see after several hours . The manager Zach was very defensive and disrespectful. I asked if I could get the room clean after the toilet over flowed with fecal matter .

Toilet was filthy- wrote our name on tank lid , dried substance on lid, electrical socket broke, hole in shower wall , recliner was broke, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, dirty plastic cup laying on floor between beds, sidewalk was NOT cleaned off of the snow/ice. Sidewalk was broken and roommate fell when she hit the piece sticking up.

Keep in mind, I travel for a living and have stayed in hundreds of hotels.

First off when I arrived and walking to my room, there were wires literally hanging from the ceiling but they've since fixed that. They only have room servicing every other week! There were no pots/pans dishes, cups, utensils, garbage bags or dishwasher detergent in my room. One lamp doesn't work. Half of the washers and dryers didn't work in the laundry room. Don't put trash outside your door. IT won't be picked up. And if you're a smoker, there's plenty of space to smoke and no where to extinguish your butts. Hope you like littering. Stairwells literally have dirt in them and haven't been swept. I've been here 6 weeks

Checked in June 2. The persons in the room above us is constantly banging and stomping on the floor. Sometimes sound like people are fighting. Call front desk, she told me she'd go and talk to them. Afterwards the noises got worse.

Whatever they was doing was rattling the walls and doors here. I called again. On another day My son went to front desk to complain. I called again, the same thing. They haven't done anything to rectify this issue. We've had to deal with this every day since the 2nd of this month. Today is the 11th.

I've even called the police and they informed me that they don't come out for issues like this. I've recorded the noises we're dealing with here. To show how bad the noises are. They're disruptive to us. Can't get any rest with all of this going on.

The Extended Stay Manager racially profiled me, my Son and granddaughter accused them of being drug users, and accused my granddaughter of a prostitution for solicitation. He charged my credit card, I asked him to reverse charges he didn't and demanded us off the premises.

This was an act of racial profiling, discrimination, stereotyping and making false accusation. I asked him/Sean to reverse the charge and refund my monies and he lied then brushed me off. Sean isn't a profession drug therapist, specialist in assessment of behavioral science of prostitution, rehab counselor or mental health.

My accommodations at this establishment has been the WORST experience of my life while having to stay in a hotel. Everything from RUDE customer service, unkept rooms, Loud guests.. Children crying, dogs barking and NOW LOUD music in the parking lot right outside my room as if there is a block party taking place.

I am disappointed in this place. Me, my mother and my 12 year old child prepared to stay at this hotel in Virginia. For my daughters cheer competition. Upon getting to the room which they could not find and carts to help us with our luggage.

The entire hotel reeked of all kinds of smells. When we got to the actual room we realized we did not want to stay because the hotel was dirty and smelled. I went right back to get a refund. The lady at the front desk gave me a refund with no problem, considering my complaints.

A couple days later I see a charge on my credit card for $250! They have a nerve to say it’s for smoking in the room. I feel robbed and bullied. I reached out to the hotel and they said it was nothing they could do.

We expected to cook in our room. I was told the boss said there were no dishes, pots & pans or anything. A maid said they were all given out and sometimes stolen. There are no lights in a couple of fixtures and no extra toilet paper.

We had planned to be here for the weekend, return home for an appt and come back for an additional 45 days. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. We have no intention of staying where we have to eat out every meal for that long.

We are in the area for my husbands health. The advertising shows full kitchen amenities. We could not even get a cup to heat water in the microwave. We believe we are entitled to at least a partial refund. We definitely will not recommend this place. Bil & Barb Frederick

I had by far the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. This continues to be a terrible experience with no resolution or response. This makes what occurred worse. I will start from the beginning. We booked a hotel at Extended Stay for my daughters graduation.

This was booked a few weeks in advance. We got there and were told there were no King beds. We reserved that and a roll away bed. We were told to come back and maybe a King room would be cleaned.

We came back after about 2 hours. The Lobby was a ghost town. My fiancé rang the bell and we patiently waited. We waited over 25 mins and rang the bell a few more times. I then had to go back and track down an employee in the office who was just sitting there chatting.

I have stayed at this extended stay for 15 months on a program thru rebuild florida. I have alwas had 2 dogs( small) andi checked out last wedsday and a week later they charge me $70 twice for a unknown reason.

I paid pet fees on time cleaned my own room while still paying $100 per month pet fee. and this is the 2nd time they just go into my account and withdraw money. i dont think i should be paying anything if any they should be reimbusement to me i paid pet fee on the 13th of may

Room not cleaned nor garbage emptied during entire stay. Toilet ran ceaselessly unless top was removed. 2 days water was cut off in entire facility while pipe was repaired. Pipe was leaking when we checked in and when we checked out.

This place really needs lots of repair/maintenance. This place needs more personnel. The personnel I encountered was very helpful and extremely courteous.

i had a reservation on Saturday May 14th at the following location - 2498 Stearns street, Simi Valley - upon arriving with my 2 children it was indicated that the reservation was overbooked and they had no rooms available. it took me 3-4 hours to find another hotel with an increased cost to me of $150.00+ and farther away.

the issue i have - is i was told to contact guest services for compensation which i did on May 14th and May 16th, both times it was indicated somebody would be calling me back within 48 hours - i have not yet received an email or phone call.

Hello, my wife and I booked with one of your locations at 12359 Hornsby Ln., Newport News, VA 23602 for the dates of 05/27 through 05/30 (checkout). We decided to book with your hotel mostly for the convenience of a kitchenette. We were in town for a family gathering and decided instead of buying food 3x/day for 3 days, it would be wiser and more cost-effective to have the option to cook our own food. Room was not cleaned. Trash dirty linen everywhere. No toilet paper. My husband went to the front desk and I had paid with a credit card and stayed there were no other rooms. I went to talk to the front desk and he wouldnt answer the phone for customer service.

We slept in a dirty room with no clean blankets or toilet paper or clean linen. Luckily we had our own blankets. Room was already paid for before we arrived. 58 back to my credit card. Worst hotel and customer service I have experienced in 48 years

I have been at the Portland Gresham site since 10/15/20 I would say I would have given this place higher marks because staff from GM has been exceptionally good. This is now over shadowed by this they gave me a sheet of paper claiming I owe 19000 plus.

I about died I am 72 married disabled vet abd I have all my receipts. Well thier accounting is crazy I have been paying in advance dice day 1

On may 3rd to may 17 my husband Marcus Dawson got a room. We're having a couple issues with the cleaning ladies and Kayla the general manager. My husband's friend George got a room here and he invited him to stay with him for a couple days the key no longer worked and he went downstairs to ask for a new working key and

there was issues with the front desk helping him out to point that Kayla decided to kick them both out last Saturday.. we went and got our belongings yesterday and Kayla was constantly having Rebecca check on Us timing us before she called the cops to say we were trespassing when we got permission to get our items.
